The article examines the assessment of the current physical condition of students who entered the first year and participated in this survey. This is a prerequisite for assessing the physical fitness of students and the effectiveness of further improvement of training sessions, new programs, recovery activities and the like. In this regard, within the framework of our survey, an analysis of indicators reflecting the level of physical fitness, physical performance, functional state of the circulatory and external respiration systems and physical health of students enrolled in the first year was carried out. The general level of their physical fitness, obtained on the basis of the values, was processed with the help of the computer program "OBEREG" and was considered as below average. So at the beginning of the academic year, the majority of students (46.67%) of the total number of students in the group were characterized by a lower than average level of physical fitness, 26.67% of them had an average value of this indicator, and 13.33% was low and above average. The purpose of the study is the learning using research as a base. To strengthen the skills of classroom research Emphasizing Data Analysis and Result and to study the development of research skills in the class Emphasizing Data Analysis and Result of SSRU’ Students by learning using research base. The target group are students in the 2nd semester academic year 2557, 159 the sample used to select specific (Purposive Sampling) by researchers as an instructor in the course of the first year students at two and three majors in Thailand, English, Mathematics. The instruments used in the trial, including lesson plans. A pretest-posttest and evaluation of the 25 items and analysis of the data by the percentage of grades and research skills in the classroom and t-test and qualitative data are carried out. The study found that students who meet the grade from C + to 130 percent 81.76 with students who do not pass the threshold from 29 percent to 18.24 overview of the skills an overview of the rating process skills, research and the two sides are the highest average score was 12.50, the deviation was 0.72 posttest scores higher than the previous value t = 33.97 significant level statistically .05 students with the skills to do research on learning and research. Only one person in ten can be called healthy, 60% have chronic diseases. A separate social problem is disability among the young population of Ukraine. Today there is an introduction into the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions of new programs of sectional classes with integrated use of aqua aerobics and health swimming, which are very popular among students and are characterized by a pronounced general health effect. We analyzed the scientific literature on this topic, tested general physical fitness, assessed the level of functional state of the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, proposed an author's program of sectional classes with integrated use of aqua aerobics and swimming. The effectiveness of the program of sectional classes on recreational swimming on the general physical condition of students aged 18-19 years of the experiment was substantiated and the study of changes in physical performance, physical fitness, functional state of the cardiorespiratory system and physical health of girls of this age was studied. The author’s program of section classes is offered according to which the list of means of general physical training includes means of aqua aerobics with the corresponding redistribution of volume of hours on other means GFT (athletic gymnastics, step aerobics, cross-country running), the two-week submodules for increase of quality of operative control , developed a detailed scale of pulse regimes and special recovery complexes of physical exercises in aqua aerobics, and the theoretical section includes new materials on the impact of physical activity on the functional state of women, on methodological features of aqua aerobics, on new approaches to rapid assessment of current physical condition organism. It is proved that the introduction of an experimental program of sectional classes with the integrated use of aqua aerobics and recreational swimming in the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions contributed to a significant improvement of the physical condition of girls aged 18-19. The results obtained during the study convincingly testify to the positive results of sectional classes in swimming and aqua aerobics in students aged 18-19, there are some high changes in physical, functional fitness and physical health in general.

AbstrackPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat Kebugaran Jasmani Mahasiswa penjas semester VI Universitas Bengkulu Tahun Akademik 2018-2019.Dalam penelitian ini instrumen yang digunakan yaitu harvard step tes, Harvard step Test adalah untuk mengukur physical fitnes ( Kebugaran Jasmani ). Dengan cara naik turun bangku setinggi 50 cm (pria) dan 42 cm 9 ( wanita ) dan mengikuti irama yang teratur selama 5 menit. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian ini, tingkat kebugaran jasmani Mahasiswa penjas semester VI Universitas Bengkulu yang berjumlah 50 orang yaitu: 30 orang mahasiswa masuk kategori Cukup (70%) dan 20 orang mahasiswa masuk kategori Sedang (30%). Artinya kondisi fisik Mahasiswa Penjas Semester  VI Universitas Bengkulu Tahun Akademik 2018-2019 masih tergolong Cukup dan dapat dikatakan masih belum optimal. Kata Kunci : Kebugaran dan Dayatahan Tubuh AbstrackThis research was conducted with the aim to determine the Physical Fitness Level of the Semester Semester University of Bengkulu Students Academic Year 2018-2019. In this study the instruments used were Harvard step test, Harvard step test is to measure physical fitness. By going up and down the bench as high as 50 cm (male) and 42 cm 9 (female) and following a regular rhythm for 5 minutes. Based on the results of this study, the level of physical fitness of the University of Bengkulu semester VI students totaling 50 people are: 30 students in the Enough category (70%) and 20 students in the Medium category (30%). This means that the physical condition of the University of Bengkulu Semester VI Students Academic Year 2018-2019 is still quite and can be said to be still not optimal.Keywords: Fitness and Body Endurance

The purpose of the study was to substantiate the experimental program of sectional classes with the complex use of recreational swimming means for female students of higher education institutions, which is aimed at increasing their physical condition. Materials and methods. Female students of 18-19 years old of higher education institutions took part in the research. During the study such methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific and methodological literature, summarizing scientific data from modern approaches to the organization of the system of physical education of students of higher education institutions, general physical fitness testing. To assess the level of physical performance, the PWC170 submaximal test and the Rufier-Dixon test were used. Results and discussion. A program of sectional lessons with the integrated use of health-improving swimming means for female students of 18-19 years old of higher education institutions is proposed, which provides for a rational distribution of physical education means and rationing of the volume and intensity of physical activity. It was proved that after the experiment, the examined girls showed a significant (p <0.05) increase in the level of physical performance by 9%, dynamometry of the right hand by 6.5%, strength of the abdominal muscles by 5% and results in agility and flexibility tests, respectively 0.65% and 7%. At the same time, changes in other indicators were not statistically significant. The data indicate the positive influence of health-improving swimming sectional classes on the physical condition of 18-19-year-old female students. Conclusion. The introduction of the developed program of sectional classes with the integrated use of recreational swimming into the system of physical education of 18-19-year-old girl students contributed to a significant improvement of their physical condition. So, at the time of the end of the annual sectional classes according to the author's program, girls in the experimental group were found to have significantly (p <0.05; p <0.01; p <0.001) higher values of their physical performance, physical fitness, functional state of the cardiorespiratory system, physical health. The results obtained in the course of the formative experiment testify to the high efficiency of the developed program of sectional lessons for female students of 18-19 years old with the integrated use of recreational swimming, which gives grounds to recommend it for practical implementation in the system of physical education of students of higher educational institutions

Aim. The purpose of the article is to compare the change in psychophysiological indicators and physical fitness of students majoring in physical education and life safety at the beginning and end of their studies. Materials and methods. The study followed university students through the first year to the fifth year of study, 28 of them are boys, 14 girls. To assess the psychophysiological indicators, the latent period of simple and complex visual motor responses was measured. Physical fitness was measured with the help of strength indicators, endurance, flexibility and the level of development of coordination abilities. Results. At the end of the experiment, the positive dynamics of physical fitness of students was noted. Students were characterized by an average and above average level of physical fitness. At the beginning of the experiment, boys demonstrated a higher level of development of physical qualities than girls, with the exception of flexi­bility and static endurance. At the beginning of the experiment, girls were below the average level of development of coordination abilities (Romberg test) and strength index. At the end of the experiment, the level of strength among students was above the average and high. The development of endurance, flexibility, and dexterity increased significantly. At the end of the experiment, the indicators of SVMR and CVMR among the PE faculty students decreased significantly, which indicated the optimization of activation of the central nervous system. Conclusion. The results obtained during monitoring confirm the effectiveness of educational programs at the physical education faculty, which resulted in the positive dynamics of the psychophysiological characteristics and physical fitness of graduates.

To understand the physical condition and change rule of undergraduate students of different nationalities in Guangxi in their four-year life, and to provide basis for Han and minority students to formulate measures to enhance their physical condition and prevent physical decline. By using the methods of literature review and mathematical statistics, the monitoring data of 3314 students of Grade 2015 from Guangxi University of Science and Technology with complete 4-year physical fitness test results were analyzed. 14.45% of the freshmen had normal BMI and the seniors did not meet the standard. 21.03% of the freshmen and seniors did not meet the BMI standard. 10.29% of freshmen whose BMI is not up to standard and seniors are normal; 54.22% of the freshmen and seniors had normal BMI. The differences in height, weight and vital capacity between Han students and minority students are statistically significant. On the whole, the physique of Han students is better than that of minority students. The physical changes of Han students and minority students in 4 years have their own characteristics. It is an effective way to promote the physical health of college students of different nationalities to continuously study and improve the methods and means of physical health monitoring, strengthen the exchange and mutual learning of national cultures, and advocate a healthy campus cultural atmosphere.

<p>This study aimed at investigating the students’ mathematical communication abilities on geometry materials through Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model. The type of research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) with data collection instruments are test of mathematical communication skill, lecturer observation sheets, and student observation sheets. This research was given to 31 first-year students of Malang State University in the academic year 2019/2020. This classroom action research stopped at cycle II. Based on the research results obtained, the percentage of students’ mathematical communication abilities in the first cycle had an average value of 68.097% while that in the second cycle had an average value of 82.000%. The average increase from cycle I to cycle II was 13.903%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Think Talk Write (TTW) learning model by providing material reinforcement in the form of written summaries as material reinforcement at the end of learning can improve mathematical communication skills of first-level students on geometry materials</p>

This research is motivated by the lack of listening skills obtained by the students, it is seen from the results of an assessment of the listening skills of students still achieved an average grade 56.32 or reach under the KKM predetermined value is 70. This study aims to determine whether the Team Learning model Listener can improve listening skills of students in the subject of Indonesian student Class V SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. The subjects were 38 students in the academic year 2014-2015. Form of research is classroom action research. The data collection technique used is the technique of test and non test. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the ability to listen to the story class V students of SD Negeri 007 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu can be improved by applying the learning model listener team. On average ability to listen to stories of students in the early test is average with the average value of 56.32 by the medium category, and in the first cycle rose to 69.47 in the medium category, while in the second cycle listening skills of students categorized as high with the percentage of the average value of 76, 58 with a high category. Therefore, the success rate has exceeded 70 of the total number of students, which means that most students have achieved success predetermined value (minimum 75%).

This research is motivated by the lack of ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam Rokan Hulu. This study aims to improve the ability to write simple words first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam, held for 1 month. The subjects were students of class I SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam academic year 2015/2016 the number of students as many as 7 people, consisting of 5 boys and 2 girls. Form of research is classroom action research. The research instrument consists of instruments and instrument performance data collection activity observation sheet form teacher and student activity. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the ability to write simple words can be enhanced through training methods first grade students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam. This statement can be accepted, because the students' ability to write simple words increased. Where known from preliminary data the average value of 59.3 or in the medium category. When viewed from the classical completeness, there is 28.6% or 2 students who completed gain value according to standards KKM, which is a minimum of 65. However, after the implementation of training methods, obtained an average value of 67.1 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness has reached 57.1%, or 4 students, but research has not been successful. Because this study was successful when 85% of students obtaining a minimum value of 65. While on the second cycle, to reach an average value of 80.7 or higher in a category. When viewed from the classical completeness, has acquired all of the students (100%). Thus, the researchers limited the study to the second cycle. Because of the results obtained was clear, that improve the students' first-class students of SD Negeri 014 Pagaran Tapah Darussalam in writing simple words.
