In addition to traditional farming practices, many countries are developing alternative agriculture based on strict compliance with scientific recommendations and requirements for the exploitation of soil resources in order to preserve them during long-term use. One of these areas is organic farming, which successfully developing in the EU and the US for the last 30 years. It includes creation of a highly cultured, ecologically balanced agroecosystem, which has stability of agrocenosis with productive longevity of all its components (soil, plants, wildlife). The sustainability of such agrocenoses is ensured by minimizing the negative impact on the agroecosystem (refusal to use pesticides and other plant protection products, chemical fertilizers, GMOs, ionizing radiation) and the introduction of environmentally sound farming system with mandatory control over the state of the entire agrobiocenosis in the system of ecological-meliorative and agroecological monitoring. Research and biological protection in organic agriculture must meet the basic objectives of the real sector. Scientists involved in this area, it is important to interact with certified organic producers, specialized unions, to understand both the private tasks of specific farms and General market trends, the requirements of certification bodies, to know the basic standards of organic agriculture. The review examines the trends in the development of organic products market in Russia and in the world. The direct relationship between the state support for the greening of agriculture and the growth of the market of organic products is shown. The article presents the data of sociological surveys to identify quantitative and qualitative indicators of the market of organic agriculture and biologization of agriculture in the Russian Federation. The role of biological plant protection as a key element of ensuring stable organic production is emphasized, which will require the active and purposeful introduction of scientific methods for maintaining soil fertility and mechanisms of natural biocenotic regulation of agroecosystems developed by Russian scientists.

The research problem for this study is to provide an overview of competitive advantages of organic agricultural products over conventional agricultural products, and to demonstrate how constant and variable indicators of these advantages work. It is shown that distinguishing features of organic products are essential tools of competition, which are used to identify the difference between organic and conventional products. From the marketing perspective, organic products have been described in three dimensions: design intent of a product; real-life product; product with amplification. The author systematizes internal and external factors which influence how organic agro-food products have an impact on the target market. It is proved that in the process of organic farming, the main factors affecting the products’ properties are the agricultural production environment, soil quality, animal housing conditions, selection of species and varieties of agricultural crops, the level of organization of organic farming, expertise and skills of the agricultural producer. It has been established that in recent years organic production has been balancing on the verge of a rather unstable equilibrium, which, along with purely economic factors (first of all, market conditions), can be destabilized by any serious cataclysm, such as drought, severe frosts, abundant and prolonged precipitation. Adaptation to the climate change requires introducing new management methods and systemic changes in marketing strategies from all agricultural producers as well as organic food chains. Achieving these objectives is possible provided that producers of organic agricultural products use the existing practices and expertise efficiently and invest to innovations to ensure sustainable productivity of agricultural plants and animals for the production of organic products with high qualitative properties.

The current state of development of socio-economic processes requires increasing the level of food security of the state, especially providing the population with quality, environmentally friendly food products of domestic production. However, agricultural producers, trying to constantly increase production, use intensive technologies of agriculture based on chemicalization, which leads to significant soil degradation, violation of the ecological balance of agroecosystems, contamination of agri-food products with radionuclides, heavy metals, pesticides. Therefore, in Ukraine there is a strategic task - to increase the production of organic products to meet their own needs, while entering international food markets. It is established that in the framework of the implementation of modern marketing concepts for producers the attractiveness of organic production is growing. Ukraine lags far behind the developed countries in terms of organic consumption. Having identified the features of individual components of the complex of organic food sales and recommendations for their improvement in order to strengthen competitiveness in the market. Problems of developing scientific methods for promoting organic products in the marketing system of organic enterprises are insufficiently studied. In particular, this applies to methods of product promotion for organic producers, as well as the definition of the main elements of the product promotion system, which include goals, principles, types, methods, organizational structures, functions, stages and results of promotion of organic products. The article considers the concept of the system of promotion of organic producers; the content of the main components of this system, such as goals, principles, types, methods, functions, organizational management structures, stages and indicators of product promotion results are revealed. From the research conducted by scientists, we can conclude that today there is a lack of information related to the organic segment of production.Thisis due to the lack of a comprehensive methodology of accounting organic production, the development of which should begin with the documentation of cost accounting and yield of organic products. The publication is devoted to the study of the state of primary accounting of the costs in organic agricultural production and the development of scientifically sound recommendations to agricultural enterprisesregardingthe documentation of accounting for the costs oforganic crop productsproduction. As a result of the research, the directions of using the information of primary documents, which formalize the costs of organic production, are grouped. The functions of primary documents in the management of organic production are outlined. The necessity of creation of the specialized formsforprimary accounting of seeds expenses, planting material, protection plants means, fertilizers as those which need special control in the course of production of organic products is substantiated. The organizational and technological features and specifics of the control during the transition period, in terms of «pure» organic production and in terms of parallel production of organic and inorganic products, which should beconsideredwhen documenting costs, are highlighted. The general approaches to documentation of expenses are offered and the form of the Act on use of substances (ingredients, components) which is allowed to be usedduringorganic production and which are allowed to use in maximumadmissiblequantities is developed. The developed proposals will allow to providecontrol over observance of the legislation in the field of organic production, to realize control and information functionsforprimary documentsofaccounting costsinorganic crop production.

The purpose of the publication is to study the current state of the organization and methods of accounting for the costs of organic production from the point of view of environmental and economic accounting in Ukraine and recommendations for adapting accounting support for managing the costs of production of organic products to the requirements of the formation of integrated information of environmental and economic accounting. To determine the general trends in the development of accounting support for managing the costs of the production of organic products, the methods of induction and deduction were used. The economic and statistical method was used to analyse the state of production of organic products, and the observation method was used to study the state of accounting for the real costs of producing organic food. The state of development of organic production for the period from 2000 to 2019 in the world, Europe and Ukraine has been analysed. It has been determined that at the micro level, in the conditions of organic production, environmental and economic accounting is an information system that allows you to monitor compliance with the requirements of domestic and international legislation regarding the implementation of this type of activity, and, at the next stages, to form consistent and comparable statistical indicators to account for the relationship " links between the environment and the economy. In the absence of regulatory accounting in Ukraine in the conditions of organic production, the formation of internal regulatory accounting regulations is a prerequisite for the effective management of such production. The formed system of cost accounting objects, considering the specifics of technological processes of operators of organic production, will allow organizing a separate accounting of costs for the production of organic products, inorganic products, and products of the transition period. A nomenclature of cost accounting items in terms of production of organic production is proposed, the use of which will make it possible to distinguish in accounting the expenses allowed by legislation in terms of production of organic production from expenses for which there are certain restrictions. The features of the functions of primary documents reflecting the costs of organic production are determined and ways to improve the documentation of production processes are proposed. This will improve the information support for product quality control and will allow adapting the accounting support for managing the production costs of organic products to the requirements of the formation of integrated information on environmental and economic accounting.

Indonesian reformation era begins with the fall of President Suharto. Political transition and democratic transition impact in the religious life. Therefore, understandably, when the politic transition is not yet fully reflects the idealized conditions. In addition to the old paradigm that is still attached to the brain of policy makers, various policies to mirror the complexity of stuttering ruler to answer the challenges of religious life. This challenge cannot be separated from the hegemonic legacy of the past, including the politicization of SARA. Hegemony that took place during the New Order period, adversely affected the subsequent transition period. It seems among other things, with airings various conflicts nuances SARA previously muted, forced repressive. SARA issues arise as a result of the narrowing of the accommodation space of the nation state during the New Order regime. The New Order regime has reduced the definition of nation-states is only part of a group of people loyal to the government to deny the diversity of socio-cultural reality in it. To handle the inheritance, every regime in the reform era responds with a pattern and a different approach. It must be realized, that the post-reform era, Indonesia has had four changes of government. The leaders of every regime in the reform era have a different background and thus also have a vision that is different in treating the problem of racial intolerance, particularly against religious aspect. This treatment causes the accomplishment difference each different regimes of dealing with the diversity of race, religion and class that has become the hallmark of Indonesian society.
