The paper analyzes research, technologies, and equipment related to wastewater heat utilization systems. The main factors influencing the development of the industry and the implementation of such systems are given. Such factors include: social, political, economic, technological, legal and environmental. The classification of technologies and equipment for wastewater heat utilization according to the place of heat extraction is given. Namely, low potential wastewater heat can be collected at the treatment plants, in sewer collectors leading to treatment plants and directly in houses. The paper describes the available research in the scientific literature on these three categories The global scientific community is working to create efficient wastewater heat recovery systems. The environmental situation requires greater use of wastewater recovery systems. An important issue is to increase awareness and education of the population, as this approach will increase the degree of implementation of wastewater heat utilization systems in residential buildings.

The article presents the main factors influencing the functioning of hotel-restaurant complexes and tourism in Ukraine. It has been established that hotel and restaurant and tourist complexes are included in the structure of the subjects of tourist activity. It was found that in the period 2013– 2019 the volume of services provided by temporary accommodation and catering companies, travel agencies, travel operators, companies providing other services, in particular, booking and related activities, has an unstable dynamic. It was determined that the dynamics of the total number of inbound (foreign), outbound and domestic tourists who were served by tour operators and travel agents by type of tourism was unstable, since the main reason that negatively affected this trend was the economic crisis of 2013–2015 in Ukraine, caused primarily by the instability of the situation in the political sphere. It was determined that in the species classification of tourism, that is, the distribution of tourists who were served by tour operators and travel agents, the highest is the number of outbound tourists traveling outside Ukraine. It was found that the number of domestic tourists is significantly lower than the number of outbound tourists, since on average for 2011–2020 was 23,6 %, and the lowest was in 2019 – 9,4 %, due to the COVID–2019 pandemic, under the influence of which another economic crisis arose not only in Ukraine, but also in the world as a whole. It was found that the proportion of inbound (foreign) tourists in the period 2011–2020 decreased sharply – from 10,6 % in 2010 to 0,5 % in 2020, the reason for which is the decrease in the attractiveness of the tourism industry of Ukraine for foreign tourists. It is noted that the prospects for further research in this direction are the development of a methodological approach to assessing the quality of tourism and hotel and restaurant services.

Abstract.Сredit institution is an important component of the country’s financial market, and lending is one of the priority places, as income from its implementation is the main share of the total income of the financial institution.Today, credit institutions are actively involved in the process of digitalization of the financial services market, developing new products for their customers. One of the main factors of successful lending is the introduction of innovations in the process of providing services by credit institutions. Therefore, it becomes important to study the areas of innovation of credit institutions, deepening the theoretical and methodological provisionsfor studying their nature, typesandfeatures of developmentand implementation of innovations in the work. The articles explore theoretical approaches to the definition of "innovation", "financial innovation". Credit innovation is singled out as a separate economic category.A study of the available in the scientific literature defined the concept of "credit innovation" asthe main object. It is analyzed that innovations in the credit services market are the result of effective innovation. It is determinedthat during scientific classes the attention of researchers is paid to the study of various aspects of credit institution’s innovations, but currently there is no generally accepted classification of creditinnovations. With this in mind, the article formulates and groups the classification features of credit innovations, namely by time, by reasons of origin, by scope, by the impact of innovation on consumer behavior, by scope, by research, by the pace of implementation, the effectiveness, efficiency and depth of changes. On these grounds, the types of innovations of credit institutions are identified and their significance is substantiated.

Rock pile is a typical kind of adverse engineering geologic phenomenon in mountainous engineering construction. In this paper, according to the main factors influencing the engineering properties of rock pile, the classification of the rock pile are studied. Based on the physico- mechanical properties of rock pile, the multi-hierarchy classification method is proposed. The suitability of the process is verified by classifying the typical rock pile on the Shui-ma(from Shuifu to Maliu Bay) expressway. The relevant results can provide reference to other classification study of rock pile.

The aim of this article is to analyze the interrelationship between solvencies of consumer credits customers and indirect factors such as borrowing motivation as well as demographical and socioeconomic factors characterizing the borrowers’ personality. The results of this research were obtained using statistical software SPSS. Systemic scientific literature analysis, correlation analysis of randomly selected records from consumer credit contracts, Student t-test criteria application for testing hypothesis, analysis of Levine's and Pearson’s correlation criteria are used in the article. In addition, previously carried out expert evaluation research results were compared with actual consumer credit contracts data. The novelty of this research is classification of factors influencing personal solvency into direct and indirect. The influence of indirect factors (demographic, socioeconomic and borrowing motives) has been investigated in risky consumer credit market of Lithuania. The results show that the most influencing indirect factor is the purpose of consumer credit.

The article gives an overview, performs analysis and classification of successful managerial practices applied at Russian industrial enterprises in the framework of the national project “Labour productivity and employment support”. The paper emphasizes the main factors of labour productivity growth as follows: investment policy, growth of human capital, and efficient use of managerial capital of enterprise. In order to determine the need of enterprises to increase labour productivity, the author proposes four universal criteria that signal the existing inefficiency even before the loss of competitiveness: 1) the dynamics of labour productivity in the company is not positive during a given period; 2) the company is behind competitors by labour productivity indicator; 3) the company is behind competitors by labour productivity growth rates indicator for a certain period; 4) unit production costs rise. These criteria allow you to take into account the situation both within the enterprise and in comparison with other enterprises. Each criteria can be considered separately or in combination with the others, applied to enterprises of different industries, specialization, and scale. Criteria indicate the direction of development in which the company is experiencing difficulties at the moment, or may experience them in the future.

The classification of petrophytic vegetation of coastal steeps was proposed for the Northwest Caucasian coast of the Black Sea using the Braun-Blanquet approach. The main factors that influence the development of vegetation in question are abrasion and denudation sea coast processes. The coastal steeps in study area are formed by carbonate flysch. The plant communities occur on rocky slopes with poorly developed soil cover, fine stone chips as well as rock crevices. Nine associations and four communities without syntaxonomic rank were documented in the table and described with respect to their phytosociological affinities, ecology, and geographical location. Diagnostic species of syntaxa were established using phi-coefficient calculations of fidelity and Fisher’s exact test. In addition, the results of relevé ordination were given using the algorithm of non-metric multidimensional scaling (NMS) that is embedded in PC-ORD 5.0 software package.

The author considers the problems of typification of society. Some concepts of typification of social stratification models in different countries formulated and justified in historical and legal, historical, sociological, and economic scientific literature are reviewed. The circumstances that make it difficult to formulate universal concepts designed for application in the complex of social Sciences are identified. These circumstances include insufficient consideration of legal factors, including the position of the legislator, the specifics of the corporate legal status, and the characteristics of the mechanism for changing individual legal status. The author offers a variant of classification of society types from the point of view of legal registration of their structure. The possibility of distinguishing types such as consolidated companies and segmented companies is justified.

AbstractCarbon black-filled polymer composites were investigated as sensing materials for organic liquids. Polypropylene and polystyrene which were selected as matrices and various amounts of carbon black were considered as the main factors influencing sensitivity of the composites in view of the percolation theory. Disposable filaments were produced of these materials. Change in their electrical resistivity was measured upon immersion in benzene, toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene and their mixtures. It has been found that studied materials were sensitive to the composition of liquid mixtures of organic solvent. Relationships between the filament response and volumetric fraction of the components were presented. The studied materials have shown promising sensing properties, which suggest their applicability for identification and quantification of multicomponent organic liquids.
