Object: is the system of inclusive education in the context of state management policy. The methods: The following methods were used in the study: theoretical, empirical methods, methods of highquality data processing, methods of mathematical and statistical processing: ranking, correlation. An econometric model was constructed to test the hypothesis that there is a relationship between the growth rate of the number of children enrolled in inclusive education and the growth rate of the number of teachers in general education schools. The conclusions and results of the study were presented using a graphical method of presenting the results obtained. Findings: The author hypothesized that there is a relationship between the growth rate of the number of children enrolled in inclusive education and the growth rate of the number of teachers in general education schools. To prove or refute this hypothesis, the author conducted a regression analysis, which resulted in the conclusion that an increase in the number of teachers in general education schools is a significant and necessary condition for the further development of inclusive education. Conclusions: Based on the regression analysis, the author of the article concluded that the increase in the number of teachers of general education schools contributes to an increase in the number of children enrolled in inclusive education. The research analysis on the studied problem shows that at the present stage inclusion is the leading trend in the development of the education system. The quality of the development of inclusive education in Kazakhstan raises many questions for researchers, including the ineffectiveness of the use of innovative forms of education in inclusive education, the lack of knowledge of international experience, etc.

Education reform in Ukraine is a necessary condition for the training of highly qualified specialists. This also applies to inclusive education. Modernization and renewal of the educational system of Ukraine is provided through the introduction of new technologies. It is the latest technologies that contribute to the quality training of primary school teachers. A special place in such training is the training of teachers who are able to work in an inclusive environment. The problem of working with children with abnormalities in physiological and physical development is relevant. Its relevance is explained by the fact that in Ukraine an increasing number of children with various disabilities are born. There are many reasons for this, but teachers need to prepare children for life, for professional realization. Their preparation requires specific methods and tools of teaching and education. Therefore, the aim of the study is to identify effective ways of quality training of future teachers to work in an inclusive environment. The following methods were used to study the readiness of future teachers to work in an inclusive environment: theoretical − synthesis, analysis, generalization; empirical - observations, conversations, questionnaires, testing, interviews, surveys, pedagogical experiment (ascertaining and formative); methods of mathematical statistics (Fisher’s F-test). The results of the study are to determine the specifics of the preparation of primary school teachers to work in an inclusive environment to develop ways to improve such training. The further directions of research: improvement of educational programs, development of modern techniques of the personal plan, developing scenarios of various games.

The purpose of the study is to analyze the process of organization and the possibility of using inclusive education in Kazakhstan on the basis of the identified forecast values. The methodological basis of the study is a system of various techniques that make up a set of methods, mechanisms, principles, and measures to improve the effectiveness of the use of tools for improving inclusive education, which are a necessary condition for the further development of the education system.Research methods. The following methods were used in the study:- theoretical, which include: theoretical analysis of the research of domestic and foreign scientists in the field of inclusive education; analysis of legislative and regulatory documents on the implementation of inclusive education and education in general;- methods of high-quality data processing;- methods of mathematical and statistical processing. Methods of mathematical modeling and forecasting were used in the processing and systematization of data. A trend model was constructed using the least squares method, which allowed us to prove the hypothesis that the indicator "Total number of children with special educational needs covered by inclusive education" contains a linear trend and to make a forecast for 2021-2023.The conclusions and results of the study were presented using a graphical method of presenting the results obtained. The methods used for the study of economic phenomena and the processing of primary information in their entirety allow us to ensure the reliability of the analysis and the validity of the conclusions. The originality / value of the research. The study is based on the hypothesis that the indicator "Total number of children with special educational needs covered by inclusive education" contains a linear development trend, and if this is proved by the author in the course of the study, it will be possible to make a forecast for 2021-2023.Findings. The author determined the forecast values of the indicator "The total number of children with special educational needs covered by inclusive education" for 2021-2023, as a result of which:1) according to the Irwin criterion, it was found that the original time series does not contain anomalous observations;2) using the criterion of "ascending" and "descending" series, it was determined that the time series under consideration contains a trend component;3) as a result of data approximation, a trend model was obtained;4) the quality of the resulting model was evaluated in two ways: checking the adequacy and evaluating the accuracy of the model.5) predicted values of the share of educational organizations (the share of state preschool organizations, the share of state general education schools, the share of state technical and vocational education (TVE) organizations) that have created conditions for inclusive education for 2021-2023 have been determined. As a result of the study, the author analyzed the trends in the development of inclusive education in Kazakhstan, which showed that the promotion and development of access to inclusive education, social integration and non – discriminatory treatment of persons with special educational needs is relevant. In this regard, there is an urgent need to review the concept of inclusive education at the national level and conduct empirical research on the integration of children from vulnerable groups into the general education system of Kazakhstan in order to fully cover children with special educational needs with inclusive education.

This paper first briefly analyzes the status of the system of the ideological and political curriculum (SIPC) in Chinese junior colleges of science and technology, then analyzes the factors affecting the satisfaction degree of SIPC in general education in Chinese junior colleges of science and technology based on 5 dimensions consisting of the philosophy of the ideological and political curriculum (PIPC), the content of the ideological and political curriculum (CIPC), the teachers of the ideological and political curriculum (TIPC), the achievements of the ideological and political curriculum (AIPC) and the relevant investigation of the ideological and political curriculum (RIPC). Through the descriptive statistic analysis, the correlation analysis and the regression analysis on the questionnaire survey, it is found that CIPC, TIPC and PIPC are the 3 factors affecting the satisfaction degree of SIPC from the least to the greatest influence degree respectively. Therefore, not only should be the importance of CIPC attached to general education in Chinese junior colleges of science and technology but also should be TIPC and PIPC focused on, what’s more, the other dimensions should be further applied to the analysis on SIPC, in order to improve the satisfaction degree of SIPC in general education of Chinese junior colleges of science and technology.

Prevention of disability is one of the most significant tasks of child and adolescent psychiatry. Obtaining data on the dynamics of the number of people with disabilities and the factors affecting this indicator seems to be one of the relevant aspects. Aim: to trace the dynamics of the number of children with disabili-ties and to assess the change in the structure of early disability over the past decades. Materials and Meth-ods. A comparative analysis of two cohorts of patients was carried out: 1st - patients born in 1990-1992. (1203 patients (men - 914, 76%; women - 289, 24%)) who applied to the district neuropsychiatric dispensa-ry for outpatient care in childhood and adolescence; II - children and adolescents born in 2005 - 2018 (602 patients (male - 410, 68%; female - 192, 32%), ob-served at the time of the study by a child psychiatrist in the neuropsychiatric dispensary. Research methods: clinical and psychopathological; follow-up; statisti-cal. Results. Comparison of the number and nosologi-cal distribution of disabled children in two cohorts showed that over the 15th year there has been a shift towards an increase in the proportion of disabled children among patients observed by child and ado-lescent psychiatrists. The increase in the number of children with disabilities was due to those suffering from childhood autism and other disorders of general development. There were no statistically significant differences in the number of people with disabilities who received benefits before the age of 7, as well as differences in gender ratios among disabled people in the two cohorts. Conclusion. Early disability is a mul-tifactorial phenomenon, prevalence, dynamics, the structure of which depends not only on clinical, but also on socio-administrative realities. Children with autism require increased attention, since there has been a multiple increase in the number of patients with this diagnosis.

To many social theoreticians, the population explosion, particularly in the developing nations presents a crippling threat to their developmental pro¬cesses. Their argument's validity rests mainly on the assumption that expected economic progress is swallowed up by unbalanced rise of numbers in the population. The book being reviewed deals mainly with this subject matter and is divided into two parts, each containing three articles contributed by various researchers. Part one, 'The Social context of Fertility Decision' is focused on analyzing the role of factors affecting fertility at the micro-level decision making process. The first article 'Fertility decision in rural India' by Vinod Jainath, examines the applicability to rural India of various models of the process of fertility decision making and finds most of these wanting with respect to the Indian social situation. While analyzing the fertility patterns of Rural India, he points out the positive need for larger families among the poor small farmers mainly due to labour supply considerations. The author argues that unemployment and under¬employment actually motivate the poor to have more children as it better ensures their economic security in their old age. As the chances of gaining employ¬ment for their offspring diminish, they are induced to increase the total number of children in order that atleast one will be able to support them. Thus a vicious circle of poverty arises in large families because of each of the parents wanting to increase their children's chances of employment by ultimately reducing the overall employment opportunities even further and exacerbating their poverty.

The article performed the processing of the results of a computer experiment to determine the cooling time of oil in a stopped oil pipeline. We proposed a calculation model in previous works that allows you to simulate the process of cooling oil. There was a need to verify the previously obtained results when conducting a laboratory experiment on a stand with soil. To conduct the experiment, it was necessary to conduct the planning of the experiment. The factors affecting the cooling time of oil in the oil pipeline, which will vary in the proposed experiment, are determined, empirical relationships are established. A regression analysis was carried out, and the dispersion homogeneity was checked using the Cochren criterion. The estimates of reproducibility variances are calculated. The adequacy hypothesis was tested using the Fisher criterion. Significant regression coefficients are established.
