The main objectives of the article are to determine the main economic indicators of the effectiveness of machinebuilding enterprises in the monitoring system. To optimize, you need to know what is wrong or ineffective, so it is necessary to measure various aspects of business processes that reflect the performance of the enterprise. To do this, use the monitoring system of economic performance indicators of the enterprise. So in the article existing approaches to evaluating business performance and results analysis using their validity are generalized. the criteria of evaluation of integral index of effectiveness of machine-building enterprise are certain, and also his components that is determined by basic business processes and business processes of development. The partial indicators of effectiveness are considered in the context of three-dimensional criterion format "cost - time - quality". The criteria for indicators of the individual components and the integral performance indicator based on typical Harrington scale intervals are defined and meet the following levels: high, sufficient, satisfactory, inadequate and critical level. Evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed methodological approach provides a basis for defining a list of existing problems and providing substantiated proposals for the implementation of corrective and / or preventive measures aimed at improving the company's performance. Using such an assessment will provide managers with the opportunity to receive regular analytical information to monitor the performance of the enterprise, assess the relevance of the company's current activities to strategic goals and prospects of development, timely response to organizational changes. Prospects for further research, we see in determining the ratio of proposed performance indicators to the traditional economic indicators of machine-building enterprises.

Performance indicators are usually employed to measure the efficiency of business processes. In past decades, their use has steadily expanded into an array of different businesses, including the judicial sector. Many courts have adopted indicators measuring their average case resolution, and used this as general benchmarks for performance. This has recently expanded into the area of international (criminal) courts, too. The present contribution analyses the performance indicator exercise at the International Criminal Court compared to alternative approaches taken by international(ised) criminal tribunals to date. It will assess what results performance indicators can deliver for international courts and to what benefit. Particular attention will be paid to the question whether the use of performance indicators can contribute to increasing an institution’s legitimacy through enhanced transparency and accountability. At the same time, performance indicators are a means of budgetary control. Potential tension between these factors will also be explored.

The article aims at developing the essence of the concept of reengineering and highlighting its characteristics. Various approaches to the interpretation of this concept have been considered from a historical viewpoint. It has been found out that modern scientists consider this concept from different positions, e.g. as a conceptual and methodological approach, as philosophy of activity, as skills, as a method of business management, as a concept of change, as a method of restructuring, as a tool for business efficiency, as a process, as a type and sphere of professional activity, etc. At the same time, taking into account the instruments of morphological analysis; identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each of the approaches to understand the meaning of "reengineering"; as well as studying practical experience; and finally, drawing general conclusions from scientific research on this issue have allowed the author to substantiate the expediency of interpreting reengineering as a direction of management activities aimed at restructuring business processes at an enterprise radically to achieve the established efficiency criteria. The main business components have been identified and characterized, in relation to and in the context of which the need to use reengineering instruments can be considered. The prevailing components of reengineering in the activity of enterprises have been analyzed. To specify the essence of the "reengineering" concept, its characteristic features are highlighted, namely: the individual nature of work and services performed (provided) within it; dependence of the content and nature of reengineering on the features of business entity; significant influence of the competence of business entities responsible for reengineering on its effectiveness; coverage by reengineering of both traditional and innovative business processes; an opportunity for business entities to solve a wide range of problems through using reengineering; the difficulty of establishing clear and unambiguous criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of reengineering in the initial stages of its implementation; the temporary nature of the relationship between the parties involved in the reengineering project implementation; relative separation of reengineering from the current production and economic activities of a company; the possibility of applying reengineering to various business processes at an enterprise; the necessity to make initial investments in the performance of work (services) within an reengineering project.

the industrial sector in Indonesia is increasing from year to year, the increase of the industrial sector is due to the increase of export and domestic demand. Indonesia is also an option for industrial sector because Indonesia is a strategic area besides the cost in Indonesia is quite low. Increased industry will cause environmental damage due to the waste generated and the resources used. environmental damage is increasingly felt, so the government makes the regulation that is Law No.3 of 2014 which contains one of them is the industrial obligation in protecting the environment. the current perceived environmental damage makes people increasingly concerned about the importance of maintaining the environment so as to make changes in product specifications demand. Rules and changes in demand, the industry must implement the aspect of sustainable supply chain management (SSCM). SSCM has an understanding that is integrating financial, environmental, and social in the supply chain. In the implementation of sustainable supply chain required Key Performance Indicator which aims to monitor and measure the performance of companies in the application of sustainable. KPI obtained from the implementation of the SCOR model is by mapping the business process of the company in SCOR model, so that obtained 14 KPI in accordance with the company's business processes and support the sustainable implementation. KPI obtained is verified on the company to obtain KPI that can be applied at this time and got 8 KPI selected which then done weighting using AHP, weight is used to calculate the sustainable performance of company. In performing monitoring and performance measurement tools are needed in monitoring. currently the company has not monitoring system so that company can not monitor and measure performance well which resulted barrier of company in applying of sustainable supply chain.

Selection and training practices for jumping horses have not yet been validated using objective performance analyses. This study aimed to quantify the differences and relationships between movement and muscle activation strategies in horses with varying jump technique to identify objective jumping performance indicators. Surface electromyography (sEMG) and three-dimensional kinematic data were collected from horses executing a submaximal jump. Kinematic variables were calculated based on equestrian-derived performance indicators relating to impulsion, engagement and joint articulation. Horses were grouped using an objective performance indicator—center of mass (CM) elevation during jump suspension (ZCM). Between-group differences in kinematic variables and muscle activation timings, calculated from sEMG data, were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. Statistical parametric mapping (SPM) evaluated between-group differences in time and amplitude-normalized sEMG waveforms. Relationships between movement and muscle activation were evaluated using Pearson correlation coefficients. Horses with the greatest ZCM displayed significantly (p < 0.05) shorter gluteal contractions at take-off, which were significantly correlated (p < 0.05) with a faster approach and more rapid hindlimb shortening and CM vertical displacement and velocity, as well as shorter hindlimb stance duration at take-off. Findings provide objective support for prioritizing equestrian-derived performance indicators related to the generation of engagement, impulsion and hindlimb muscle power when selecting or training jumping horses.

To meet the very high expectation of the customer in the competitive and luxury Automotive global market segment, the organization requires flexibility, business integration and automation of the business process which will reduce the cost and time in various business processes. An Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system plays a major role in improving the performance of the supply chain. Some studies expressed that Organizations, which have good ERP systems, generate higher profit because of reduction in Cost and Time. However, there is a lack of scientific research carried out that effective ERP Implementation leads to better business performance which helps to attain the Key Performance Indicator set by the organization. In this paper, we attempt to determine how the companies that have adopted ERP Systems in Automobile Auxiliary Industries have improved their business performance, by evaluating and analyzing the association between the performance indicators Time Reduction and Cost Reduction using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) . The findings of the SEM research stated that, companies that adopted ERP system improves their business performance Indicator, particularly in relation to Key Performance Indicator. Furthermore, we found that the impact of ERP Systems Performance study absolute fit indices fits the sample data and reveals that the proposed model has the acceptable fit, by way of satisfying the recommended values.

Techniques for three-dimensional reconstruction of macromolecular complexes from electron micrographs have been successfully used for many years. These include methods which take advantage of the natural symmetry properties of the structure (for example helical or icosahedral) as well as those that use single axis or other tilting geometries to reconstruct from a set of projection images. These techniques have traditionally relied on a very experienced operator to manually perform the often numerous and time consuming steps required to obtain the final reconstruction. While the guidance and oversight of an experienced and critical operator will always be an essential component of these techniques, recent advances in computer technology, microprocessor controlled microscopes and the availability of high quality CCD cameras have provided the means to automate many of the individual steps.During the acquisition of data automation provides benefits not only in terms of convenience and time saving but also in circumstances where manual procedures limit the quality of the final reconstruction.

Universals Archive (Universal #1926) indicates a universal tendency for sound symbolism in reference to the expression of diminutives and augmentatives. The research ( Štekauer et al. 2009 ) carried out on European languages has not proved the tendency at all. Therefore, our research was extended to cover three language families – Indo-European, Niger-Congo and Austronesian. A three-step analysis examining different aspects of phonetic symbolism was carried out on a core vocabulary of 35 lexical items. A research sample was selected out of 60 languages. The evaluative markers were analyzed according to both phonetic classification of vowels and consonants and Ultan's and Niewenhuis' conclusions on the dominance of palatal and post-alveolar consonants in diminutive markers. Finally, the data obtained in our sample languages was evaluated by means of a three-dimensional model illustrating the place of articulation of the individual segments.

Relevance and statement of a problem. Now processes of socialization of younger generation undergo profound changes. They are characterized by transformation of space-time characteristics – narrowing of the field purposeful, expansion of processes of spontaneous socialization. At the same time the methodological approaches and methods of a research aimed at the analysis of the static phenomena applied in pedagogics become insufficient for a research of chaotic processes. There is a need for search of methodology and methods of a research within which the analysis of processes of spontaneous socialization of modern children and teenagers is possible. Research search shows that the solution of this task is possible on the basis of nonclassical methodological approach. Research objective: identification of opportunities of nonclassical methodology for a research of processes of spontaneous socialization of the modern child. Research problems: representation of the methods in logic of nonclassical methodology aimed at the analysis of these processes. Object and subject of research: the situation of development of the child which is characterized by experiences concerning the relations and readiness for an exception of social interaction in various spheres of activity and immersion in the Internet environment. Subject domain of a research: complex of the relations which are the cornerstone of purposeful and spontaneous socialization of the teenager. Research methodology - nonclassical (anthropological) approach. Research materials. In the course of work on a problem the research methods based mainly on the individual and communicative practicians aimed at the analysis of experiences and communication of the child were developed. Results of a research. The qualitative methods based nonclassical approach will allow to understand not only experiences of the child, but also as negative trends under what conditions they lead to break in relations and to search of significant network contacts that is under what conditions processes of purposeful socialization are weakened collect in his social situation of development, extend borders of socialization spontaneous.
