The article aims at developing the essence of the concept of reengineering and highlighting its characteristics. Various approaches to the interpretation of this concept have been considered from a historical viewpoint. It has been found out that modern scientists consider this concept from different positions, e.g. as a conceptual and methodological approach, as philosophy of activity, as skills, as a method of business management, as a concept of change, as a method of restructuring, as a tool for business efficiency, as a process, as a type and sphere of professional activity, etc. At the same time, taking into account the instruments of morphological analysis; identifying the advantages and disadvantages of each of the approaches to understand the meaning of "reengineering"; as well as studying practical experience; and finally, drawing general conclusions from scientific research on this issue have allowed the author to substantiate the expediency of interpreting reengineering as a direction of management activities aimed at restructuring business processes at an enterprise radically to achieve the established efficiency criteria. The main business components have been identified and characterized, in relation to and in the context of which the need to use reengineering instruments can be considered. The prevailing components of reengineering in the activity of enterprises have been analyzed. To specify the essence of the "reengineering" concept, its characteristic features are highlighted, namely: the individual nature of work and services performed (provided) within it; dependence of the content and nature of reengineering on the features of business entity; significant influence of the competence of business entities responsible for reengineering on its effectiveness; coverage by reengineering of both traditional and innovative business processes; an opportunity for business entities to solve a wide range of problems through using reengineering; the difficulty of establishing clear and unambiguous criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of reengineering in the initial stages of its implementation; the temporary nature of the relationship between the parties involved in the reengineering project implementation; relative separation of reengineering from the current production and economic activities of a company; the possibility of applying reengineering to various business processes at an enterprise; the necessity to make initial investments in the performance of work (services) within an reengineering project.

Abstract. The purposeof the recent study is to substantiate the directions and develop a methodological approach to modelling the security of business processes by their main types, considering the interests of stakeholders who receive value from interaction with the business.Business as an economic system is based on the significant number of transactions that can lead to different financial, material, informational losses, as well as reputational risks due to the lack of stakeholders’ trust. To prevent these losses when creating and transferring values for stakeholders we suggested the approach to modelling the security of business processes which takes into account their main types (main, auxiliary, managerial business processes and business development processes), the results (value created) that key stakeholders get at the output of these processes, and the indicators that reflect the criteria for modelling the security of business processes — efficiency, effectiveness, and quality (customer satisfaction with the result of the process — the recipient of value). Using the fuzzy set method, a map of identification of the security status of basic, auxiliary, managerial business processes and business development processes was developed, which allows to use a wide range of characteristics of business processes and linguistic variables to describe them (from «catastrophic» state to «very good») and allows you to model options for changing the strategy of the enterprise in order to avoid the risk of imbalance of economic, social and environmental interests of its stakeholders. The proposed approach was applied to retail chains in Ukraine and provided decision-makers with useful information for a better contribution of internal control systems to creating stakeholders’ value. Keywords: business process, modelling, security of business processes, security criteria, stakeholders, interests, values. Introduction. Technical analysis is an assessment of the behavior of the international currency market over a period of time. Due to the unpredictability of the dynamics of the international currency market and the possibility of losses from the conducted transactions, the study of technical means becomes of particular importance and relevance. It is the comparative analysis that identifies the advantages and disadvantages of each of the methods in order to further formulate the most profitable trading strategy. The purpose of the article is a comparative analysis of the technical analysis methods used by analysts in today's international currency market; comparing the selected instruments of each method and determining the most effective ones. Results. Within the framework of this study three main methods of technical analysis of the international currency market were considered: graphic, method of mathematical approximation and theory of economic cycles. The individual instruments of each of the methods, such as «Japanese candlestick», simple moving average, the moving average convergence divergence (MACD), MACD histogram, Elliott waves, Fibonacci retracement levels are reviewed. A comparative analysis of the selected instruments is carried out on the basis of research of the specificity of each of them. Examples of graphs, indicators and histograms are given. It is identified that the main differences are the complexity of use (ie the use of mathematical computing and computer technology) and the type of strategy (short or long term). Common features of methods of technical analysis of the currency market are: the purpose of the analysis, the object of analysis and the influence of the factor «psychology of people». Conclusions. It is revealed that one can obtain the most accurate results in predicting the dynamics of currency quotations only by combining several methods simultaneously. Knowing the strengths and weaknesses of different technical analysis tools, you can use them to validate each other's signals. As a result of such tactics, the analyst will get more accurate indicators that will bring him a profit. The prospect of the research is to find the best strategic schemes using a wide range of technical tools for international currency market analysis.

The article analyses the development trends of professional education in the context of global shifts taking place in the modern economy due to its technological development. The transfer of business processes to the digital environment leads to a radical reformatting of the entire sphere of labor, a change in its quality, as well as forms of interaction between people in the production of goods and services. The author identifies the main factors that have a decisive influence on the evolution of the professional activity of the person, radically changing the requirements for the professional education system, both in terms of its content, and methods of getting it. The main factors of the ongoing transformations, according to the author, include the rapid spread of digital platforms, replacing the traditional sectors of the economy, and the automation of cognitive activity based on the algorithmic repetition of a certain set of actions. Analyzing the effect of these factors, the author notes their contradictory effect on the sphere of professional employment and vocational education, comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to radically change the very paradigm of the development of vocational education, implement non-trivial organizational decisions in the process of transforming its institutional infrastructure. The article emphasizes that professional education in modern conditions is becoming not just a connecting link between the labor market and a person, but it is the beginning to fulfill a wide range of social functions. This is especially important in the context of a reduction in the scope of labor in the high-tech digital economy.

Human skeletal muscle is a heterogeneous tissue composed of multiple fiber types that express unique contractile and metabolic properties. While analysis of mixed fiber samples predominates and holds value, increasing attention has been directed toward studying proteins segregated by fiber type, a methodological distinction termed “fiber type-specific.” Fiber type-specific protein studies have the advantage of uncovering key molecular effects that are often missed in mixed fiber homogenate studies but also require greater time and resource-intensive methods, particularly when applied to human muscle. This review summarizes and compares current methods used for fiber type-specific protein analysis, highlighting their advantages and disadvantages for human muscle studies, in addition to recent advances in these techniques. These methods can be grouped into three categories based on the initial processing of the tissue: 1) muscle-specific fiber homogenates, 2) cross sections of fiber bundles, and 3) isolated single fibers, with various subtechniques for performing fiber type identification and protein quantification. The relative implementation for each unique methodological approach is analyzed from 83 fiber type-specific studies of proteins in live human muscle found in the literature to date. These studies have investigated several proteins involved in a wide range of cellular functions that are important to muscle tissue. The second half of this review summarizes key findings from this ensemble of fiber type-specific human protein studies. We highlight examples of where this analytical approach has helped to improve understanding of important physiological topics such as insulin sensitivity, muscle hypertrophy, muscle fatigue, and adaptation to different exercise programs.

The teaching case addresses the governance of robotic process automation at Nordea, a large banking group operating primarily in the Nordic region. Nordea has deployed numerous software robots, for a wide range of business processes, from transaction-processing work and both internal and external reporting all the way to interaction with end users in handling of General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)-related queries. The scene is set with a meeting where three people discuss the current state of robotic process automation implementation at Nordea: Group Head of Robotics Agnieszka Belowska Gosławska, Head of Robotic Process Automation Operations Piotr Stolarczyk and Acting Head of Robotics Execution Jaroslaw Motylewski. The presentation outlines several governance-related issues and decision points that must be addressed in connection with any deployment of robotic process automation at somewhat large scale within a company. The key issues are related to the software’s development and maintenance, robotic process automation governance and IT infrastructure. Students who have worked through the case should be able to (1) describe archetypal and hybrid governance modes for robotic process automation and (2) evaluate their advantages and disadvantages for solid infrastructure and effective software development and maintenance.

The relevance of the chosen research topic is due to the fact that in modern conditions of economic instability and increasing competition, there is a high degree of uncertainty, both in the external and internal environment. All this forces business entities to constantly monitor the environment, look for alternative management solutions aimed at ensuring the risk resistance of the enterprise while maintaining the optimal level of profitability. Many obstacles exist in the conduct of business activities: information uncertainty, unstable economic environment, unpredictability of market conditions, prices, supply and demand, consumers’ ability to pay, low efficiency of the tax system. In this regard, an increasing number of enterprises are introducing risk assessment and analysis systems in their practice. However, due to the fact that each functioning enterprise differs in a number of specific features and, first of all, in economic activity, size, business processes, today there is no single methodological approach to risk management. In the scientific literature, there are many alternative methods for identifying risk factors and their assessment, but they are all considered through the prism of the specific characteristics of an economic entity. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical foundations and methodological approaches to substantiate the relationship between risk resistance and economic security in order to ensure the strengthening of the competitiveness of the functioning of a small enterprise. Especially the authors of the article highlighted the review of scientific opinions of such concepts as “risk resistance”, “economic security of the enterprise”. The article is devoted to the consideration of such an important aspect of the life of an enterprise as ensuring its competitiveness. In this regard, the authors focus their attention on the relationship and impact on the economic security of the enterprise of its risk resistance. On a specific example, a model of the relationship between financial stability and economic security of a small enterprise is presented. The article examines the scientific positions and points of view of various researchers on this issue, formulates the authors’ opinion based on these observations, describes the main conclusions and recommendations.

In modern conditions, characterized by an increase in the scale of information flows and a dynamically changing external environment, one of the main factors, contributing to the effective functioning and development of business, is the possibility of obtaining highly qualified advisory assistance. The conditions of a competitive market form the external and internal circumstances, that cause certain difficulties in the functioning of even strong and developed organizations. Many business processes are affected by fluctuations in prices for raw materials and exchange rates, changes in government policy in relation to any sphere of the economy, decisions that are taken on the international arena. A certain imbalance in the activities of the organization can make a tense relationship between the management structures and subordinates, an arrival of new partners, contractors, buyers and customers. In the event that these problems can not be solved by the organization itself, one of the ways out of this situation can be to apply to a professional consulting firm. At the same time, organizations can resort to the services of consultants in cases when not only problems arise, but also when costs should be optimized, growth rates should be accelerated, and the activity of the administrative apparatus should be regulated. Consulting firms offer both ready-made solutions for the implementation of financial and economic activities, as well as those that are developed individually with the client organization. The essence, types and directions of using consulting services are considered in the article. At present, consulting firms offer a wide range of consulting services, which organizations can take advantage of in the process of their financial and economic activities of any non-standard situations and problems. Attraction of consultants gives significant advantages, as it allows, not holding in staff on a permanent basis highly qualified specialist, to solve arising in the course of work non-standard tasks. This is one of the indicators of the level of implementation in the production and maintenance of advanced technologies. Consulting is the basic trend in the development of organizations and increasing their competitiveness in modern conditions.

The article is devoted to the study of the legal nature of administrative and economic sanction and administrative and economic penalty as its type and separately considered the legality of the application of this type of sanction in a separate case by the State Service of Ukraine for Transport. The scientific positions and approaches to which the type of responsibility should be studied should be studied. It has been established that the positions of scientists are mainly divergent in two directions - some attribute them to economic and legal responsibility, while others to the administrative. The practice of depositing the State Service of Ukraine for transport on the use of an administrative- economic fine to business entities carried out within the territory of Ukraine through the absence of documents containing data of the operation of the device for registration of the registration regime and recreation of drivers (tachographs). On the regulatory and legal basis for regulating the provinces of Ukraine, and the individual provisions of the Commercial Code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "On Automobile Transport", the provisions on working hours and time of rest of drivers of wheeled vehicles, approved by the order of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine No340. From the norms of these legislation acts, it becomes clear that the audits on the availability of established tachographs and respectively documents containing data on their work on vehicles carried out internal transportation are not covered by a circle of powers of the State Service for Transport Security. It also notes that administrative courts when considering the appeal of the above-mentioned decisions took the position of the state body and misinterpret the norms of legislation, which in turn leads to the case of unfair decisions that are contrary to the requirements of legislation. It is emphasized on the need to change this false trend in order to avoid illegal interference of state authorities into economic activities of business entities.
