This article aims to analyze and discribe the interaction of the teacher's personality competence with job satisfaction. This article uses the correlational method. A total of 68 madrasa teachers in South Tangerang were used as respondents. Primary data was obtained through the Google Forms platform, which was distributed within two weeks. At the same time, secondary data was obtained from references related to job satisfaction and personality competence. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire compiled according to a validated Likert scale. Data analysis using a simple regression test. The results showed that there was an interaction between the teacher's personality competence and job satisfaction. The study of both is discussed further. The recommendation of this study is that teachers can improve personality competencies because it is proven to be related to their job satisfaction in madrasas.

The objective of this research to find out how young people's perceptions of knowing and doing coconut farming business activities in Kauditan II Village, Kauditan Sub-district, North Minahasa Regency. The research conducted for six months, namely July to December 2019. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The research was carried out in Kauditan II Village, Kauditan District, North Minahasa Regency. The choice of location in this study was chosen based on the consideration that the village has coconut farmland. The research lasted for six months, from July to December 2019. Sampling was carried out deliberately on 37 young men whose parents engaged in coconut. The data needed in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews is carried out using a list of questions. Secondary data was obtained through documents and literature research results as well as data and information available at the Kauditan II Village Office. The data analysis technique used is the analysis and descriptive techniques using a Likert Scale measurement. The results showed that the youth agreed to do and understand the activities of coconut farming. The statement of youth to know postharvest tends to be higher, that is to agree because postharvest work is considered easier than other farming activities while the lowest score of the statement of youth wants to harvest on coconut trees because young people do not want to do coconut climbing activities that require special techniques.*eprm*

This study aims to determine the motivation of farmers in chili cultivation and the factors that influence the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale. This research was conducted for three months, from January to March 2020. The research took place in Raanan Baru Village, Motoling Barat District, South Minahasa Regency. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through interviews with 30 farmers who cultivate chili plants as research samples. Secondary data were obtained from the village office, the Motoling Barat sub-district office, South Minahasa district The results showed that the motivation of farmers in cultivating chili plants in Raanan Baru Village was found that sociological motivation had a high interpretation value of 443.3 percent in the hope that it could fulfill their economic needs. Sociological motivation arose because of the desire to strengthen harmony and exchange opinions among chili farmers. Economic motivation has a high value interpretation with a percentage of 464 percent. Economic motivation arises because of the desire to get a higher income which can have a positive impact.

This study aims to determine the participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group activities in Mundung Village, East Tombatu District. This research took place from October to December 2018. The data used were primary data obtained through interviews using a questionnaire to10 respondents and secondary data obtained from the Mundung Village Office in East Tombatu District. The technique of collecting data uses census techniques. Data analysis used in this study is descriptiveanalysis using a Likert Scale. The results showed that the participation of members in farmer groups was high, because they participated in each activity held by the Mitra Jaya farmer groups both in the activities of the planning stage, the implementation stage and the evaluation phase of farmer group activities. The participation of members in the Mitra Jaya farmer group in Mundung Village, Tombatu Timur District in the management of farmer group activities is high.*eprm*.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Causes of Job Satisfaction Involved by Leadership Ethics and Organizational Commitment of Employees. The design of this study is a descriptive study that describes the information and characteristics of the population or phenomenon being studied. The description used is for statistical calculation, whereas survey investigation is conducted to measure the variables with questionnaires spread by 18 questions using five points LIKERT SCALE. The method used to evaluate the survey results of several studies with regression, primary data collected from the respondents and also secondary data to support information. From the results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between leadership ethics, organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Data analysis used in this study is SPSS. The results of this study conclude that leadership ethics has a certain influence on organizational commitment and employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Leadership Ethics, Organizational Commitment, Employee Job Satisfaction.

This study aims to examine and analyze whether there is influence of job satisfaction on turnover intention of employees with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. Objects that are examined in this study is KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Tegal. The sample in this study were all employees KJKS BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Tegal totaling 49 employees that serve as the respondent. The sampling technique in this research is census and data analysis methods used in this research is simple regression test and test indirect effect mediation using bootstrapping (SPSS Macro). The results showed that organizational commitment negatively affect turnover intention with the t test value is -4.794 and the signification is 0.000, job satisfaction has positive influence on organizational commitment with the t test value is 2.587 and the signification is 0.013, and job satisfaction effect on turnover intention through organizational commitment with the t test value is 2.993.

This study aims to find out the effect of the organizational culture on job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. The population was all employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office with the total number of 154 people and the number of the sample was 61 respondents taken using simple random sampling technique. The method of data collection used a questionnaire for getting the primary data. To support the primary data, the secondary data were collected using interview and documentation technique. The method of data analysis used simple linear regression. The data were processed using the application of Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) Version 20. The result of the study shows that the organizational culture significantly influences the job satisfaction of the employees of PT Telkom of Palembang Regional Office. Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

Objective of this research; 1) determine the perception of ranchers against the properties and behavior of the leadership of the companion in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 2) analyze the relationship between productivity breeder with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah 3) identify the relationship perceptions of ranchers against the leadership companion with productivity of livestock in the Society of Al-Awwaliyah , The data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires which stem from ranchers while secondary data sourced from literature in the form of books and articles. Data processing was performed using Chi-square analysis using SPSS software version 21. One of the factors relating to the productivity of ranchers is the perception of ranchers against the leadership of their companion. Leadership companion views of the nature and behavior of which is owned by a companion. Productivity ranchers indirectly related to the productivity of the cattle business. Characteristics breeder visits of age, years of education, experience ranchers, and businesses in addition to ranchers. The results of data analysis showed that there is a significant relationship between business other than ranchers with ranchers productivity. The relationship between the perception of the nature of the companion breeder with productivity ranchers produce Pearson Chi-Square value is 9.751 and Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) of 0.002. This is due to interest ranchers against leadership qualities possessed by a companion who produce prolific ranchers. Ranchers consider that a companion of his leadership qualities are ideal as a companion.

This research is an examination and a study on the influence of rewards on job satisfaction of lecturers at Shinas College of Technology (ShCT). In academic industry, rewards are one of the factors that affecting job satisfaction of the employees and this will lead to affect their performance in their jobs. So, when rewards are more the job satisfaction will be high and when rewards are less the job satisfaction will be less. On the other hand, the age will not affect the job satisfaction. Previous research reveals that Job satisfaction is very important to success the industry and the rewards are the main factors which affect job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study is to know the influence of rewards in job satisfaction among the lecturers in ShCT. Moreover, this research attempts to identify how much rewards affect the job satisfaction in ShCT.  For this study used two types of data which are: primary data and secondary data. The sources of primary data is the response from lecturers at ShCT. It is collected through structured questionnaire and distributed such to 60 respondents. Secondary data, collected from internet, books, journals, articles etc.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.
