Given how important the role of service quality is for the life of an organization or company to try to increase its potential, so that the quality and quantity of these services can compete or at least be able to keep up with the pace of competition in the business world. This study aims to determine the Effect of Retail Service Quality (Retail Marketing Mix Application) on Consumer Satisfaction in Alfamart Jl. Raya Palembang-Prabumulih, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. The method used in this study is a survey method. The data collected consists of primary data and secondary data. Primary data obtained through the interview method that is equipped with a questionnaire that has been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from related companies, as well as several library sources in the form of journals and books relating to this research. And the research design used is causal associative design. In this research, what will be analyzed is the effect of service quality consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible. The results showed the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) was used to determine what percentage of the dependent variable variation could be explained by the variation of the independent variables. From the SPSS output display, the summary model of customer satisfaction is influenced or explained by variations in the five dimensions of service quality, namely physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, care. Therefore it can be concluded that the retail marketing mix delivered well by the company can increase customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Consumer Satisfaction

In the business world, quality is certainly something very important. Quality or product quality is a determinant of consumer satisfaction, after buying or using a product. In addition to product quality, one thing that should not be missed is service quality. Service quality is a measure of how good the level of service that a company can provide to its customers. Even Islamic teachings have taught about providing services from businesses that must be carried out properly, both in the products and services provided. Both have an important role in customer satisfaction and loyalty. This type of research is field research with a research approach that is quantitative research. Where the variables used in this study are product quality, service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. The population in this study were Muslim consumers of Le'gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Sampling using the Lemeshow formula with a total sample of 100 respondents. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire, and the analysis method is path analysis where the variable of consumer satisfaction is the intervening variable. Based on the results of the study, two path test equations were obtained. The result of testing the two equations is that there is an influence between the two independent variables, namely product quality and consumer quality on consumer loyalty either directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction.Dalam dunia bisnis menyoal kualitas tentunya sesuatu yang sangat penting. Mutu ataukualitas produk adalah penentu kepuasan konsumen, setelah memberli ataupun memakai sebuah produk.Selain kualitas produk, salah satu hal yang tidak boleh dilewatkan adalah kualitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan merupakan sebuah ukuran mengenai seberapa bagus tingkat pelayanan yang mampu diberikan oleh sebuah perusahaan pada konsumennya. Dalam ajaran Islampun sudah mengajarkan tentang memberikan layanan dari usaha harus dijalankan dengan baik, baik dalam produk ataupun jasa yang diberikan. Keduanya mempunyai peran penting dalam kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, kepuasan konsumen dan loyalitas konsumen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen muslim Le’gita Coffee & Bristo Pemalang. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus lemeshow dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, dan metode analisis yaitu uji jalur (path analysis) dimana variabel kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh dua persamaan uji jalur. Hasil dari pengujian kedua persamaan yaitu terdapat adanya pengaruh pada antara kedua variable bebas yaitu kualitas produk dan kualitas konsumen terhadap loyalitas konsumen baik secara langsung ataupun secara tidak langsung melalui kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta partially and simultaneously. Primary data sources were obtained from questionnaires distributed to consumers with a sample of 95 people, while secondary data were obtained from PT. Automboil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The analytical tool used is quantitative descriptive analysis. Based on the results of the t test, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect between tangible and assurance on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. F test results show that there is a simultaneous influence between tangible, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathyvvariables on customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. The results of multiple linear regression tests obtained by the equation Y = 1,219 + 0.763 X1 - 0.064 X2 + 0.130 X3 + 0.748 X4 - 8.644X5 €. From the regression equation it can be seen that the most dominant variable influencing consumer satisfaction is the physical evidence variable with a coefficient of 0.763. R2 (R Square) test obtained a result of 0.609 or 60.9% which means that customer satisfaction with the Dealer of PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta is influenced by variable tangiable, reliable, responsible, assurance, empathy of 60.9%. And other factors that influence customer satisfaction at PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta. of 0.391 (39.1%) expected by PT. Automobil Jaya Mandiri Wuling Surakarta needs to implement and develop aspects of service to consumer satisfaction which include tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (empathy), empathy (empathy), so as to obtain a more market share well. Electronic-Retailing(E-tailing) is gaining prominence across the globe, duly supported by advancement in technologies and digitization. The e-tailing growth has been driven by increasing smartphone & internet penetration, the launch of affordable 4G networks, the existence of security & logistics infrastructure and growing consumer wealth across the world (World Economic Forum). Exclusive customer offers, promotional campaigns, cashback and redemptions by e-commerce service providers and bankers through online channel have also aided the growth in electronic-retailing. E-tailing is a part of e-commerce, where it deals only with B2C customers. This study will be helpful in identifying influential E-service quality factors that are affecting consumer satisfaction with respect to the online channel. Survey was conducted with a structured questionnaire and responses were elicited from 230 e-tail customers. Both Primary and secondary data are used for this study. Primary data is collected through survey method. Secondary information is gathered from different sources such as online web-sources, newspapers, research journals, industry reports, etc. The study considered e-retailing customers of amazon who made at least one purchase on the website for the last year. Amazon has the highest market share among the e-retailers.The results demonstrated that post-purchase behavior aspects like on-time delivery of the product and providing the exact product at the time of delivery plays a significant role in enhancing customer satisfaction.

This study aims to analyze: (1) The level of customer satisfaction with the quality provided by the Padang City Center Post Office (2) Service attributes that need to be improved in service quality at the Padang City Center Post Office so as to improve customer satisfaction (3) Quality dimensions services that have the greatest influence on customer satisfaction at the Padang City Center Post Office. The population of this research is the Post Office customers with unknown number of respondents. The sampling technique of this study was accidental sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. The data used is primary data. The data analysis technique uses the fuzzy-servqual method using Microsoft Excel software. The results showed that: (1) The level of consumer satisfaction is low because the overall servqual (gap) value is negative, namely -0.75 (2) There are 17 attributes that need to be improved from the 22 attributes that are tested to improve the quality of service at the Post Office Padang City Center (3) Dimensions of service quality with the biggest gap is the dimension of responsiveness with a value of -1.32.Keywords: Service Quality, fuzzy-servqual, customer satisfaction

This study examines coffee shops’ marketing mix and its impact on customer satisfaction and word of mouth (WOM). Also, analyzing customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between the marketing mix and word of mouth. This study used a quantitative approach with 100 sampling of coffee shop’s customers across Malang City. Primary data collection is done by distributing questioner containing several questions using a Likert scale to the respondents, while secondary data is obtained from literature studies. For analyzing the data, this study applied descriptive analysis and statistical analysis employed WarpPLS 7.0 software to perform the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) analysis. This study proves that marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and the same relationship was found between the marketing mix and WOM. An important finding from this study is that customer satisfaction plays a mediating role between marketing mix and word of mouth.

Abstrak           Penelitian ini dilakukan di Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. Populasi yang ada dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.317 orang. Dalam penelitian ini pengambilan sampel menggunakan asidental sampling, yaitu sebesar 93orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa hasil regresi linier adalah Y=16,974+ 0,642X yaitu memiliki arah hubungan yang positif, dan dan variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hal tersebut dapat dilihat nilai nilai t_hitung (7,722) > dari t_tabel (1,98638). sedangkan besarnya pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen adalah sebesar 39,6 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,4 persen menggambarkan variabel bebas lainnya yang tidak  diamati dalam penelitian ini.     Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan Dan Kepuasan Konsumen.            This research was conducted at Labersa Grand Hotel & Convention Center, Siak Hulu, Kampar. The population in this study was 1,317 people. In this study the sampling uses incidental sampling, which is equal to 93 people. The data used are primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results showed that the linear regression results were Y = 16,974 + 0,642X which has a positive relationship direction, and the service quality variable has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. It can be seen the value of t-count (7,722)> from t-table (1,98638). while the magnitude of the effect of service quality on consumer satisfaction is 39.6 percent while the remaining 60.4 percent describes other independent variables not observed in this study..  Keywords: Service Quality and Consumer Satisfaction

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction simultaneously. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. This research uses primary data and secondary data. While the sample technique used is a non-probability sample that uses a total sample of 100 respondents. Based on the results of this study, the quality of service consisting of reliability (reliability) X1, tangible X2, X3 responses, assurance and certainty (assurance) X4, and empathy (empathy) X5 affect customer satisfaction (Y) simultaneously or simultaneously.

This research aims to know the attitude of consumers, the level of satisfaction, and what product attributes that are considered consumers before buying the broiler carcass in traditional market of Samarinda City. The data retrieval research conducted during November 2016. The basic method of research is using descriptive method, and it’s implementation with the technique level. The location of the study was chosen intentionally in Samarinda City by taking 3 traditional markets as a sample. The determination of the number of samples is done proportionally and the technique of determining the sampling method by chance (Accidental sampling) with the number of samples of 50 respondents. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by observation, interview, and recording. The analysis used is Fishbein Multi Attribute attitude analysis and to analyze satisfaction using Customers Satisfaction Index. The result of the research based on analysis of Fishbein Multiatribut known to consumer attribute value toward color attribute 16.80, weight (16.48), aroma (15.76), skin hygiene (14.57) and price (13.11). Based on Costumer Satification Index the level of customer satisfaction on broiler carcass is 77.11%. Result of research based on analysis of Fishbein Multi Attribute known consumer attitude toward carcass is “positive” which means consumers are well-receptive to broiler carcass in traditional markets with most attributes considered in the purchase decision of chicken carcasses in traditional markets of Samarinda City is the color of broiler carcasses. The order of attributes from the most considered to the least considered is color, carcass weight, aroma, skin hygiene and broiler carcass price. Based on Customer Satisfaction Index of consumer satisfaction level against broiler carcass is 77.11% who are satisfied category.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the entrepreneur and the business profile of the kemojo sponge, the procurement of raw materials and supporting materials, processing technology, costs, income, business efficiency and added value, and strategy for marketing development of the kemojo sponge marketing. The method used was the survey method. Respondents were collected 1 manager and 2 workers in Tangkerang Selatan Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The data collected consistsed of primary data and secondary data and were analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the age of manager was 49 years, while the average age of the workers was 23 years old.  The length of education of manager was 12 years, while the worker was 12 years on avera. The family member of the manager was 3 people with 13 years  experience,  while the worker has an average experience of 4.5 years.  The business has been starting from 2007 and had a business license. The source of capital from the Bank loan with household scale and used worker as 2 people.  The use of raw materials per process production was 5 kg of flour, Rp. 198,575 of supporting materials with the simple technology. The total cost was Rp. 319,020, the gross income was Rp. 1,020,000 and net income of IDR 700,980 per production process on average.  The added value obtained was IDR 149,500/kg with the RCR of 2.20.  Based on the strategy of developing the kemojo sponge agro-industrial business, it is stated that this business is in quadrant I, so it can perform the SO strategy, including maintaining product quality to increase consumer satisfaction and maintaining affordable product prices by looking at market information.

The development modes of transportation in Indonesia led to competition in the various modes such as by land; sea and air were increasing. Railway is one mode of transportation, especially as the most dominated by the passenger in Bandung. Due to higher competition pattern, efforts were made to improve passenger satisfaction. Various complaints can occur, and will increase if not addressed promptly so that the company should seek to restore service (service recovery) that passengers are satisfied. This study was conducted to determine how the implementation of the program service recovery Argo Gede Train, perceived satisfaction of passengers and how much influence the program service recovery on customer satisfaction.The object of this research was Argo Gede Train passenger route Bandung-Jakarta. The independent variable in this study was a service recovery program (X), and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction (Y). The type of research was descriptive verification, through explanatory survey method with simple random sampling technique, and 100 respondents were analyzed by linear regression analysis. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, with data collection through interviews, direct observations, and questionnaires' research, and literature studies. The results showed in the service recovery program, has improved the accuracy of the biggest scores. The results showed that the service recovery program has the effect of 47.80% on customer satisfaction to note that the service recovery program has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.  Keywords: Service Recovery, Customer Satisfaction
