This study aimed to determine the relationship of boyfriends to sexual behavior in adolescents in SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi subdistrict Pekanbaru. The research method used is analytic quantitative observational (cross-sectional). The results of the univariate analysis of the majority of respondents aged 12 years amounted. The majority of the sexes are women and are Muslim; the majority behave negatively. Bivariate analysis results obtained p-value (0,000) <a = 0.05. In conclusion, there is a relationship of boyfriends to premarital sexual behavior among teenagers in SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. Keywords: Behavior, Teenagers, Premarital Sex

Hyperbilirubinemia is one of the clinical phenomena most often found in neonates occurring in the first week of life, which is also one of the factors causing infant death is influenced by the immature liver function of the baby to process erythrocytes (red blood cells), resulting in the accumulation of bilirubin. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of birth weight of infants with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia in RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019. This study uses analytic methods with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all infants aged 0-7 days in the neonatal room at RSUD dr. Ibnu Soetowo Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu Regency in 2019, with a random sampling. Data analysis uses univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using distribution tables and Chi-Square statistical tests, with a 95% confidence level. In the univariate analysis, of 203 respondents found 26.5% had hyperbilirubinemia and those without hyperbilirubinemia 72.5%, 24.6% of infants with LBW and non-LBW infants 75.4%. Bivariate analysis showed that there was an LBW relationship with the incidence of hyperbilirubinemia (p-value 0,000).

Teens sexual behavior in dating is a manifestation of a sex drive from glancing the sensual part of couples to intercourse performed by teenagers. Sexual activity seems to have become a common thing done by adolescent dating. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of girl or boy friends to sexual behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Sukajadi kecamatan Pekanbaru. The research used is quantitative analytic observational (cross sectional) with elements of independent and dependent variables. The population in this study is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. The sample is all students of class VII SMPN 16 Sukajadi District Pekanbaru. With a sample size of 186 respondents. Sampling was done in total sampling. The data used is the primary data by spreading the questionnaire. The data were analyzed by univariate, bivariate with chi-square test. The result of bivariate analysis got the result of p-value (0,000) lees than a = 0,05, that is there is relationship of girlfriend with premarital sex behavior in adolescent. The conclusion in this study is there is a relationship of girlfriend to pre-marital sex behavior in adolescents at SMP Negeri 16 Kec. Sukajadi Pekanbaru. This study analyzes the relationship between pictorial health warnings on cigarette packaging and the intention to quit smoking for Pamulang University students. This research design uses quantitative analysis with a cross-sectional method complemented by qualitative respondents, namely Pamulang University students totaling 100 respondents. This research was conducted from December 2019 – January 2020. The data analysis used univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, and multivariate analysis. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between perceptions of pictorial health messages and the intention to stop smoking, the p-value indicated this: 0.000 and the OR value 43.5; there is a significant relationship between knowledge and intention to stop smoking with a p-value: 0.000 and OR value 75.6;

Background: Knowledge of adolescent reproductive health is still very low evidenced 83.7% of adolescent reproductive health and the lack of understanding of just 3.6% who know the importance of reproductive health. So also with the limited knowledge of adolescents about reproductive health often leads to premarital sex acts. City teenagers are increasingly daring sexual intercourse before marriage. Objective: To determine the relationship of adolescent dating behavior with adolescent premarital sexual incident in the village of the district Rendeng Kudus. Methods: This study was correlational. The approach used in this study was cross sectional. The population in this study were young in the village Rendeng totaling 140 people. Sample of 58 people. Data analysis using chi square.Results of the research Most teens have not suit the application value - the value of religion as many as 35 people (60.3%) and the appropriate application of value - the value of religion as much as 23 people (39.7%). Most teens have a negative sexual behaviors as many as 36 people (62.15) and was positive in 22 (37.9%). There is a relationship Application values of Islam with Genesis Premarital Sexual Teen in Village Rendeng RW 2-5 Kudus Regency (p value = 0.001).

Asphyxia Neonatorum is a failure to start and continue breathing spontaneously and regularly when a new baby is born or some time after birth. Babies may be born in asphyxia or may be able to breathe but then experience asphyxia some time after birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum in the pre-Sumatran city general hospital in 2019. This study uses an Analytical Survey using a Cross Sectional approach. The population of this research is the babies born in the prehumulih city general hospital in 2019 amounted to 1763 people. The number of samples in this study were 326 respondents. In the univariate analysis it was found that from 326 respondents it was found that parity of high risk mothers was 168 respondents (51.5%) while parity of low risk mothers was 158 respondents (48.5%) and mothers who were diagnosed with prolonged labor were 149 respondents (45.7 %) while mothers who were not diagnosed with prolonged labor were 177 respondents (54.3%). Bivariate analysis shows parity has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000) and old parturition has a significant relationship with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum (p value 0,000). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between parity and old parturition with the incidence of asphyxia neonatorum.

Abstrak  Latar Belakang :Access block adalah situasi dimana pasien yang mengalami lama rawat di IGD 6 karena kurangnya akses ke ruang rawat inap dan kepadatan jumlah pasien yang tidak terkendali, dampaknya ditemukan bahwa semakin lama access block  semakin tinggi pula perburukan pasien dalam 24 jam.Tujuan : ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.Metode :Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 40 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji spearman rank.Hasil : Hasil uji dipapatkan nilai p hitung 0,000 (0,05) ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di instalasi gawat darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasi.Simpulan: Berdasarka hasil penelitian Ada hubungan antara access block dengan perburukan kondisi pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan nilai P= 0,000 nilai α = 0,05 dengan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,588 Kata kunci: Access Block, Perburukan Pasien. Abstract Background :Access block is a situation where patients who experience length of stay in the ED 6 due to lack of access to the inpatient room and uncontrolled density of patients, it is found that the longer the access block the higher the deterioration of patients in 24 hours.Purpose: This study aims to determine the relationship of access block with deteriorating condition of patients in Emergency Installation Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.Method : The research method uses an analytical design with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples taken is 40 people using the accidental sampling technique. Data analysis through spearman rank test.Result: The test results obtained p value calculated 0,000 (0.05) there is a relationship between the access block and deterioration of the patient's condition at the Ulin Banjarmasin Hospital emergency department.Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, there is a relationship between the access block and the worsening of the patient's condition at the Emergency Department of RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with a value of P = 0.000 value α = 0.05 with a correlation coefficient value of 0.588. Keywords: Access Block, Patient worsening

Background: The problems associated with unsafe sexual behavior in adolescents are caused by premarital sexual intercourse with a partner of their own age. One of the problems caused by premarital sex is a pregnancy outside of marriage. Increased incidence of premarital sex is caused by the development through media depictions of sex scenes in the form of television, magazines, video clips, online media, and films. In Musi Banyuasin there are 7754 high school students, many students have dropped out of school because they get pregnant before marriage so that in adolescence their parents are forced to marry or have abortions. The aim study is determined the factors associated with unsafe sexual behavior in adolescents in high school. Method: Observational research with cross sectional and quantitative approach. The population is high school students. Sampling technique was using multistage random sampling obtained 393 samples. Bivariate analysis, chi-square Result: the result showed a correlation between the influence of peers with adolescent sexual behavior has p-value (0,000). There was no relationship between media pornography with sexual behavior because the result more than p-value (0,05). Conclusion: Necessary to be given knowledge and assistance to adolescents about positively and creatively thing and supervision of parents to their children in order to have a friends and avoid unsafe sexual behavior. Key words: The Influence of Peers, Pornographic Media, Unsafe Sexual, Adolescent

Abstract Introduction: Healthy the card serves as a tool for monitoring the motion of growth. The population in this study were a number of mothers in the Posyandu Dadali III, Tugu, Cimanggis, Depok. Objective: This research was conducted to find out the relationship between the mother's knowledge about healthy cards with the nutritional status of children. Method: The design of this study was cross-sectional with 83 respondents were used as samples. The univariate analysis used frequency and proportion. The bivariate analysis in this study used the Chi-Square test with a p-value <0.05. Results: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children. Conclusion: The results of this study obtained a p-value of 0.021 which means that there is a relationship between a mother's knowledge about a healthy card with the nutritional status of children.

Impacts given MP-ASI earlier include such as the difficulty of properly digested food, greater chance of illness because the baby's immune system is not yet perfect, experiencing food allergies, having the opportunity to experience obesity. The working area of the Ciruas District Health Center in Serang District has the lowest exclusive breastfeeding coverage of 23.6%. This study aims to determine the relationship of education, knowledge and culture of breastfeeding mothers to complementary feeding of early breastfeeding at Ciruas Health Center in Serang Regency in 2019. The study used a cross sectional approach. Samples were obtained by 77 respondents. The analysis uses univariate and bivariate analysis to determine the relationship between the variables studied. The results showed that mothers who gave early breastfeeding MP were 48 people (62.3%), mothers with low education were 49 people (63.6%), less knowledge was 53 people (68.8%), and the culture of giving MP Early breastfeeding with a culture of 40 people (51.9%). There is a significant relationship between education with early breastfeeding MP (p-value = 0.014), there is a significant relationship between knowledge and early breastfeeding (p-value = 0,000) and there is a significant relationship between culture and early breastfeeding MP 0.001). There is a significant relationship between education, knowledge and culture on the provision of early breastfeeding MP. The puskesmas can be more informed and provide counseling to the public so as not to give ASI early.

Adolescence is a period of transition between childhood and adulthood, experiencing changes in mental, emotional, social, physical, and sexual maturity. If there is no supervision, direction, guidance from the closest person such as parents, family, educators, there might be unexpected sexual deviations such as; pregnancy and premarital sex. The aim of the study was to find out the relationship between the role of educators and parents on the attitudes of adolescents in preventing premarital sex in Balikpapan in 2017. The survey research method was a cross-sectional design. Study sample 119 students of Balikpapan Health Vocational School aged 14-18 years, taking techniques using Random Sampling. Data research techniques using questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis used univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate analysis with chi-square (x2) statistical test and multivariate logistic regression test with significance p <0.05. The results of the study: the role of educators supports 68 (57.1%), the role of parents supports 72 (60.5%), and positive teen attitudes 62 (52.1%) there is a relationship between the role of educators in adolescent attitudes with a value (OR = 2.504, 95% CI (1.19 - 5.27) p-value = 0.024), there is no relationship between the role of parents on adolescent attitudes with values (OR = 2.185, 95% CI (1.03-4.62) and p-value = 0.061 Strength regression test the relationship between the role of parents OR = (0.74) and the role of educators OR = (0.57). the role of people old there is no relationship but the more dominant influence on changes in adolescent attitudes compared to the role of educators, it needs to be a concern of all parties because adolescents are a time to seek self-identity so that the environment is easily influenced. Suggestion: parents, educators and other parties (religion, government) pay more attention to adolescents to avoid premarital sex deviations.
