Overweight is an accumulation of excess adipose reserve within the body, resulting in an increase of bodyweight. Consumption of ultra-processed beverages, and energy intake from food and beverage are several fators that can cause the problem of overweight. This research aims to understand the relation between sugar intake in ultra-processed beverages and energy intake from food and beverages with overweight among teenage students of senior high school 6 Surabaya. The research is an observational research with cross-sectional design. Sampling is taken using proportional random sampling technique. The number of participants are 80 teenagers from 10th and 11th classes in June 2020. Participants are aged 15-18 years old. Energy intake from food and beverages are taken from 2x24 hour recall questionnaire, and sugar intake from ultra-processed beverages taken from seven-day beverages diary.. Statistical analysis are done using chi-square. The result shows relation between energy intake from food and beverages with overnutrition, with (p =< 0,001). In conclusion, excess energy intake from food and beverages relation with overweight problem to teenagers, thus requiring balanced nutritional guide education as well as annual nutrition status monitoring, from the school to its teenage students.

Nutritional status is the state of the body as a result of eating foods and the use of nutrients.Society Nutrition Status is one of the Indonesia health issues. One of indicator of Society Nutritional Status is the toddler nutritional status. Efforts to achieve the good toddler nutritional status is knowledge of parents, especially mothers as caregivers and her responsibility in family meals implementation including for children. Therefore mothers understanding of toddler food and nutrition is very important. The purpose of this research to determine the relationship of knowledge and education to the nutritional status of children. This research is a quantitative analytic research with cross sectional approach. Sample in this research is some mothers who have toddler counted 70 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. This study was analyzed univariat and bivariate. The result of the research is based on chi square test with Pvalue value less than 0,05 (less than 0,006 <0,05) and (less than 0,034 less than 0,05). Abstract: Humans need a certain amount of energy in order to support the growth and activity. Energy can arise due to combustion derived from carbohydrates, fats and proteins in foods consumed by the body, therefore to have enough energy one should consume enough and balanced food.Nutritional status is a state of the body that is the final result of a balance between the nutrients into the body and its utilization. Adolescence (10-19 years) is a period that is often prone to nutritional problems, because in this period there is less and over nutrient intake. This study aims to determine the relationship between energy intake and Student’s Nutrition Status of  Faculty of Medical Education, University of Sam Ratulangi Manado Year 2013. This study was an observational analytic using cross - sectional approach. Results of statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test shows that, the value of the correlation coefficient (r) of - 0.234 on IMT and 0.077 on WHR and p value of < α = 0.05 on IMT and 0.514 > α = 0.05 on WHR. From the results it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between energy intake with BMI, while the relationship between energy intake with WHR there is no significant relationship. Keywords : Energy Intake, Nutritional Status    Abstrak: Manusia membutuhkan energi dalam jumlah tertentu guna untuk menunjang proses pertumbuhan dan melakukan aktifitas. Energi dapat timbul karena adanya pembakaran yang diperoleh dari karbohidrat, lemak dan protein dalam makanan yang di konsumsi oleh tubuh, karena itu agar energi tercukupi perlu  mengkonsumsi makanan yang cukup dan seimbang. Status gizi adalah keadaan tubuh yang merupakan hasil akhir dari keseimbangan antara zat gizi yang masuk ke dalam tubuh dan utilisasinya.Masa remaja (10-19 tahun) merupakan masa yang sering rentan terhadap masalah gizi, dikarenakan pada masa ini terjadi asupan gizi kurang dan asupan gizi lebih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan energi dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter Angkatan 2013 Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Sam Ratulangi Manado. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional (potong lintang). Kesimpulan: Hasil analisis statistik dengan menggunakan uji spearman rank menunjukkan bahwa, nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar -0,234 pada IMT dan 0,077 pada WHR serta nilai p sebesar < α = 0,05 pada IMT dan 0,514 > α = 0,05 pada WHR. Dari hasil tersbut disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan bermakna antara asupan energi dengan IMT sedangkan hubungan antara asupan energi dengan WHR tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna. Immunization is a process to make the body's immune defense system against invading microorganisms (bacteria and viruses) that can cause infections before these microorganisms have a chance to invade our bodies. Hepatitis B immunization is the immunization to prevent the body less susceptible to hepatitis B virus. The purpose of this study was to identify whether there is the Relationship Between Hepatitis B Immunization Status Completed At Age 0-6 Month With Events Hepatitis B in the Work Area Puskesmas Perawatan Simpang Empat Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu.This research method is analytical survey and cross sectional approach for studying the dynamics of the correlation between risk factors and the effects of the approach, observation or data collection at once at a time (point time approach), the sampling technique is taken with total sampling technique that met the inclusion criteria and exclusion of mothers with babies were recorded in the register Puskesmas Simpang Empat Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. The data obtained were analyzed using chi-square test with significance of 0.05. Chi-Square test results obtained there is a significant relationship between the completeness status of hepatitis B immunization (P = 0.005) with the occurrence of Hepatitis B, for the conclusion in this study found no relationship between the completeness status of hepatitis B immunization with Hepatitis B in Puskesmas Simpang Empat Kecamatan Simpang Empat Kabupaten Tanah Bumbu. It is hoped that no more infants are immunized against the completeness of incomplete hepatitis B immunization to reduce the incidence of hepatitis and reduce infant mortality

Anemia can cause a risk to adolescent girls both long term and in the short term. One of the factors influence anemia in adolescents is nutrition status. This study aims to determine of anemia in adolescent with nutritional status in adolescent girls The Design of this study is cross sectional. The sample of this study is 84 adolesent girls, people was selected by simple random sampling technique from all student at class x ech high school on 2-3 August 2016. hemoglobin levels was checked by a digital, nutritional status examination of weight and height. Data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate chi square. The results of the study shows that the prevalence of anemia in adolescent is 45.2%, nutritional status underwieght is 14,3%. There is no relationship between anemia with nutrisional status (p-value=0,649). The conclusion of this research is the prevalence of anemia is still high,and there was no significant association between anemia and nutritisional status.

Rampant cases of child sexual abuse in Indonesia to be the most worrying at this time, this was due to the lack of parents inintroducing reproductive system to children early because it was considered as taboo, parents only introduces the name of non genital parts of the body. In the city of Bengkulu sexual abuse of children each year increase. This study aimed to know the relationship between knowledge and the role of mothers in the introduction of the reproductive system early at the age of preschool children (3-5 years) in Beringin Raya Health Center.This study used a descriptive analytic method with cross sectional rangcangan. The population of this study were mothers of preschool children (3-5 years) in Beringi Raya Health Center Bengkulu City. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling with data analysis using univariate and bivariate.Univariate analysis research results obtained over the majority of respondents (56.0%) had less knowledge about the reproductive system, the majority of respondents (72.0%) had less good role, and the majority of respondents (70.30%) were less in giving recognition to their reproductive system and test results statictik chi-square value of ρ value of knowledge gained 0,047 and the role ρ values obtained value of 0.021. Expected to teachers in kindergartens to provide education about reproduction on children and mothers of students to introduce the reproductive organs.

Cancer is an abnormality in the body organs, for instance the abnormal cells grow very quickly, and consequentlydisrupt the performance of normal cells. An unhealthy meal pattern can cause cancer and stress and in long term it can cause thedecrease of immunity, as the result someone with low immunity is at risk to get sick easily.The purpose of the research was toidentify the correlation between diet  and the type of cancer at the chemotherapy rooms in General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie.This study employed quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The number of the population in this research was 183 respondents and 125 samples were selected to participate with purposive random sampling technique. The instruments of meal pattern questionnaire  is used to collect the data and Chi-Square test was utilized to analyse the statistics test.The finding from the correlation between the variable of meal pattern and the type of cancer showed significant result pvalue = 0.003 a<0.05. This means that there was significant correlation between diet and the type of cancer. This result indicate that  is significant influence  between meal pattern with the type of cancer

ABSTRAKMenarche merupakan menstruasi pertama yang biasa terjadi pada seorang gadis pada masa pubertas, yang biasanya muncul usia 11 sampai 14 tahun.Banyak hal yang mempengaruhi menarche pada remaja putri, antara lain adanya perubahan hormon yang mempengaruhi kematangan sel dan asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi saat menjelang datangnya menarche. Akhir-akhir ini, remaja putri sering mengalami menstruasi dini, dimana usia rata-rata saat menstruasi dimulai adalah antara 12-13 tahun, tetapi pada sebagian kecil remaja putri yang tampak normal,menarche mungkin muncul pada usia sedini 10 tahun atau selambat 16 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Hubungan Status Gizi dengan Menstruasi Dini. Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain survei analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswi SMPN II Indramayu yang berjumlah 137 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel random sampling secara acak sistematis dengan kriteria inklusi siswa yang sudah menstruasi yaitu sejumlah 97 orang. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan uji Chi Square.Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi responden dengan menstruasi dini dengan nilai P value 0.003.Kata Kunci: Status Gizi, Menstruasi Dini ABSTRACTMenarche is the first menstruation that usually occurs in a girl at puberty, which usually appears at aged 11 to 14 years old. Many things affect menarche in young women, including hormonal changes that affect cell maturity and nutritional intake consumed just before the arrival of menarche. Lately, young women often experience early menstruation, where the average age when menstruation begins is between 12-13 years old, but in a small proportion of adolescent girls who appear normal, menarche may appear as early as 10 years old or as late as 16 years old. The purpose of this study was to determine the Relationship of Nutrition Status and Early Menstruation.This type of research used in this research is quantitative with analytic survey design using cross sectional design. The population in this study were 137 students of SMPN II Indramayu, the sampling technique in this study used systematic random random sampling with the inclusion criteria of 97 menstruating students. Data analysis techniques using the Chi Square testThe results of this study show that there is a significant relationship between the nutritional status of respondents with early menstruation with the P value of 0.003.Keywords: Nutrition Status, Early Menstruation

Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat global di negara berkembang maupun negara maju dengan konsekuensi yang besar bagi kesehatan manusia serta pembangunan nasional dan ekonomi. Anemia pada remaja akibat  kurang gizi dapat berdampak buruk pada kesehatan, pertumbuhan, dan sistem imun. Penyebab utama anemia gizi ialah konsumsi zat besi yang tidak cukup, absorbsi zat besi yang rendah, dan pola makan yang sebagian besar terdiri dari nasi dan menu yang kurang beraneka ragam. Kebiasaan makan pagi termasuk dalam salah satu dari 13 pesan dasar gizi seimbang. Bagi mahasiswa/remaja, makan pagi dapat meningkatkan konsentrasi belajar dan memudahkan menyerap pelajaran yang akan meningkatkan prestasi belajar. Makan pagi juga sangat berperan terhadap pemenuhan gizi seimbang pada anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan makan pagi dengan kejadian anemia pada mahasiswa program studi D III Gizi Cirebon Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observational dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Prodi D III Gizi Cirebon Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya dengan jumlah 122 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan  teknik  random  sampling  yaitu   sejumlah  35 orang.Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan  bahwa dari 35 mahasiswa, 29 mahasiswa memiliki kebiasaan makan pagi 29 mahasiswa (83%) yang tidak anemia, jarang sarapan pagi yaitu 1 mahasiswa (2,8%) dan yang tidak pernah sarapan yaitu 5 mahasiswa. Nilai pValue dari uji Chi square yaitu 0,125 (P<0,05). Sehingga hasilnya yaitu ada hubungan kebiasaan sarapan pagi dengan kejadian anemia pada mahasiswaKata kunci: kebiasaan makan pagi, anemia, mahasiswa ABSTRACTAnemia is a global public health problem in both developing and developed countries with great consequences for human health as well as national and economic development. Anemia in adolescents due to malnutrition can adversely affect health, growth, and the immune system. The main causes of nutritional anemia are insufficient intake of iron, low iron absorption, and a diet consisting mostly of rice and a less varied menu. Breakfast habits are included in one of 13 basic messages of balanced nutrition. For students, breakfast can increase the concentration of learning and make it easier to absorb lessons that will improve learning achievement. Breakfast also greatly contribute to the fulfillment of balanced nutrition in children. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between morning eating habits with the incidence of anemia in the students of study program D III Gizi Cirebon Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya.This research is an observational research using cross-sectional design. The population in this study is a student of Study Program D III Gizi Cirebon Poltekkes Kemenkes Tasikmalaya with the number of 122 people. Sampling technique using random sampling technique that is a number of 35 people.The result of the research shows that from 35 students, 29 students have breakfast habit of 29 students (83%) who are not anemic, rarely breakfast that is 1 student (2.8%) and who never breakfast is 5 students. The pValue value of Chi square test is 0,125 (P <0,05). So the result is a relationship between breakfast habits with the incidence of anemia in studentsKeywords: breakfast habits, anemia, students

Kelelahan adalah suatu mekanisme perlindungan tubuh agar terhindar dari kerusakan lebih lanjut sehingga terjadi pemulihan setelah istirahat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahui persentase kelelahan kerja tinggi dan dibuktikan adanya hubungan kelelahan kerja perawat dengan asupan energi,beban kerja fisik, pencahayaan, psikososial dan masa kerja di RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor tahun 2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi dalam  penelitian ini merupakan seluruh karyawan RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor yang berjumlah 154 orang  dan  yang  menjadi sampel yaitu perawat berjumlah  35 orang dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive. Melakukan wawancara dengan  menggunakan kuesioner dari International Fatigue Research Commite (IFRC) untuk mendapatkan data kelelahan kerja, kuesioner untuk mendapat kandata psikososial, asupan kalori dikumpulkan dengan melakukan  metode food recall- 24 jam, pengukuran beban kerja fisik dengan stop watch dan pengukuran intensitas pencahayaan dengan lux meter. Uji statistic untuk menganalisis  korelasi antara variable independen dan variable dependen menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara kelelahan kerja dengan beban kerja, pencahayaan dan psikososial. Beberapa saran bagi rumah sakit diantaranya menyesuaikan jumlah ketenagakerjaan perawat sesuai metode perhitungan seperti Metode Gillies, memberikan tunjangan atau insentif kepada perawat sesuai kebijakan rumah sakit, memberikan reward bagi perawat teladan serta mengganti dan melakukan perawatan pada lampuKata kunci : Kelelahan Kerja, Asupan Energi, Beban Kerja Fisik   ABSTRACTFatigue is a mechanism for protecting the body to avoid further damage resulting in recovery after rest. The purpose of this study is to know the percentage of high work fatigue and proven thecorrelation in nurse work fatigue based on energy intake,physical workload, lighting, psychosocial and years of work at RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogor in 2019. This research was quantitative analytical with cross-sectional design.The population was the entire employee of RSIA Kenari Graha Medika Cileungsi Bogorwas 154 employees and samplewas35 nurses that taken by purposive sampling method. The work fatigue data were gathered by conducting interviews by using questionnaires from International Fatigue Research Commite, using questionnaires to get psychosocial data, the calory intake data were gathered by conducted a food recall 24 hours method, physical workload measurements with stopwatch and lighting intensity measurements with lux meter. A statisctic test was used to analyze the correlation between independent variables and dependent variable is chi square test. The results of this study prove that there were significant differences in work fatigue based on workload, lighting and psychosocial. Some suggestions for hospitals include adjusting the number of nurses in accordance with calculation methods such as the Gillies Method, providing benefits or incentives to nurses according to hospital policies, giving rewards to exemplary nurses and replacing and maintaining lights.Keywords: Work Fatigue, Energy Intake, Physical Workload

Early menstruation in adolescents can be influenced by nutritional status and nutrients consumed by teenagers. This studyaims to determine the relationship of nutrient intake and nutritional status on the incidence of early menstruation at SMPN 1East Kabaena. This research is descriptive analytic with Cross Sectional Study. The population in this study were allstudents of SMPN 1 East Kabaena as many as 94 people. Sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data were obtainedusing a questionnaire and anthropometric measurements. Data were analyzed by using Chi-square test. Results show thatfrom 42 adolescents who consumed enough energy, there were 25 people (59.5%) experienced early menstruation, andfrom 38 adolescents who consumed less protein, there were 29 people (76.3%) experienced early menstruation. While the33 adolescents who consumed less fat, there were 25 people (75.8%) experienced early menstruation, and of 37 teenagerswho consumed more carbohydrates, there were 24 people (64.9%) had normal menstruation, while from 37 teenagers whohad over-nutrition status, there were 24 people (60.0%) had normal menstruation. The results show that there is arelationship between nutritional intake and nutritional status with the incidence of early menstruation in female students atSMPN 1 East Kabaena.
