The problem in this study is that volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City still have jumps and punches in the weak category, this is due to the weak power of the students' leg muscles which causes the smash to be performed less than optimal. The research objective was to determine whether there was a relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the smash ability of volleyball players at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The variables of this study were the leg muscle explosive power as the independent variable, and the smash ability was the dependent variable. This type of research is correlational research. This research was conducted on 14 male volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City. The instrument for collecting the explosive power of the leg muscles used the vertical jump test and the smash used the smash ability test. The data analysis technique used the product moment correlation formula. The results of the study showed that there was a relationship between the leg muscle explosive power (x) and the volleyball smash ability (y), the calculation result was rxy = 0.55 from this value can be categorized as moderate. The results stated that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of leg muscles on the smash ability of volleyball extracurricular students at SMP Negeri 6 Lubuklinggau City, this was stated based on hypothesis testing where t hit = 2.280 > t tab = 2.178.

The problem in this research is that there is still a lack of smash accuracy on male volleyball players at SMA N 8 Padang. This study aims to determine the contribution between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the flexibility of the waist muscles on the smash accuracy of male volleyball players at SMA N 8 Padang. This research is a correlational type, with a population of this study as many as 20 male players. Sampling was done by saturated sampling, so the sample in this study were 20 male volleyball players at SMA N 8 Padang. The explosive power of the leg muscles was measured by the vertical jump test and the flexibility of the waist muscles by the bridge test, then the accuracy of the volleyball smash was measured by a normal smash. The data analysis technique used was simple correlation analysis and multiple correlation. Results: There was a contribution of the leg muscle explosive power to the accuracy of the volleyball smash of 50.27%. There is a contribution of waist muscle flexibility to the accuracy of the volleyball smash of 43.43%. Then, the leg muscle explosive power and the flexibility of the waist muscles simultaneously contributed to the accuracy of the volleyball smash by 72.93%. Thus, it can be concluded that the leg muscle explosive power and flexibility of the waist contribute to the accuracy of the volleyball smash.

Based on the observations on the implementation of activities at the Academy of Dehasen club, the dribbling skills of the athletes were not good enough to cause the ball to go out of control. This problem is allegedly due to several factors, including the low levels of leg muscle explosive power of the athletes. This study aims to determine the correlation between leg muscle explosion power on dribbling skills. This research method is a correlational method. The population of this study were 25 Dehasen Futsal Club players, while the samples were taken in total sampling. This research was conducted at Unived futsal field in April 2019. Explosive power of leg muscles data were taken by vertical jump test, and the data of dribbling were taken through dribbling test. The data analysis technique used was a technique of correlation analysis. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant correlation between leg muscle explosive power (X) on dribbling skills in futsal athletes in the Academy of Dehasen University of Bengkulu, with rxy = 0.93 r (0.05) (19) = 0.396.

The purpose of this study is to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and leg length to the results of straddle-style high jumping at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru students. This type of research is correlation. Population and sample in this study were all students of class X IPS 2, 25 people and the sample of 15 students. The instruments of this study include the leg muscle explosive test that is vertical jump, leg length test using a meter and straddle style high jump test. The data analysis technique is the correlation value test. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and high jumping straddle force results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School (Y) students, where rcount = 0.53 At significant level 5% is found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount> rtable or 0.53> 0.514. There is a contribution of leg length (X2) and straddle force high jump results in 6 Pekanbaru (Y) High School students, which is found to be r = 0.53 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount> rtable or 0, 53>0.514. There is a contribution of leg muscle explosive power (X1) and leg length (X2) with the high jumping result of straddle force in high school 6 Pekanbaru (Y) high school students, which is found to be counted = 0.699 At a significant level of 5% found rtable = 0.514, thus rcount > r table or 0.699> 0.514 in the strong category. Kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddel pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru   AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai dan panjang tungkai dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini ialah korelasi. Populasi serta sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS 2 yaitu 25 orang serta sampelnya siswa putra yang berjumlah 15 orang. Instrument penelitian ini antara lain tes daya ledak otot tungkai yaitu vertical jump, tes panjang tungkai menggunakan meteran dan tes lompat tinggi gaya straddle. Teknik analisis datanya yaitu uji nilai korelasi. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah di lakukan maka dapat di simpulkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru (Y), di mana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 Pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung > rtabel atau 0,53 > 0,514. Terdapat kontribusi panjang tungkai (X2) dan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 pekanbaru (Y), dimana di dapati rhitung = 0,53 pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung > rtabel atau 0,53 > 0,514. Terdapat kontribusi daya ledak otot tungkai (X1) dan panjang tungkai (X2) dengan hasil lompat tinggi gaya straddle pada siswa SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru (Y), dimana di dapati rhitung = 0,699 pada taraf signifikan 5% didapati rtabel = 0,514, dengan demikian rhitung > rtabel atau 0,699 > 0,514 dalam kategori kuat.

The problem in this study is the ability to smash the volleyball athletes of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti not so well. This study aims to determine the contribution of leg muscle explosive power and eye-hand coordination to the volleyball smash ability at SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The type of this research is correlational. The population in this research is all male students of class 1 and 2 of SMA Negeri 1 Linggo Sari Baganti. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Thus the number of samples in this study was 30 people. Data were collected using measurements of all three variables. Leg muscle explosive power variables used a vertical jump test and eye-hand coordination using ball werfen unchanged, while the smash ability used the smash ability test. Data were analyzed with product correlation and followed by multiple correlation. The results showed that the explosive power of the limbs had a significant relationship with the ability to smash because it was found to count 0.576> r table 0.361. Hand-eye coordination has a significant relationship with the ability to smash because it was found to be 0.466 table 0.361. Furthermore, the explosive power of the limbs and eye-hand coordination together have a significant relationship with the ability to smash and are empirically accepted, because it is found that r count = 0.677> r table = 0.361.

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles on the accuracy of shooting in soccer games in Sukasari Village club. The method used in this research is correlational quantitative method. The population in this study were 20 athletes in Sukasari Village, while the sample in this study were 20 athletes (all). The instruments in this study were the Standing Long Jump test, the Mitcel Soccer test, and the At The Ball shooting test. The data analysis requirements used were the Lillifors normality test and the homogeneity test. The data analysis used was the product moment correlation analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant relationship between the explosive power of the leg muscles and the coordination of the ankles (X) on the shooting accuracy as indicated by rx1x2y = 0.920 r (0.5) (20) = 0.444.

Based on the observations of researchers on the implementation of Activities in SMK Negeri 03 Kaur, that the dribbling skills of athletes are not good so that it often causes the ball to get out of control. This problem is thought to be caused by several factors, including the low level of leg muscle strength of students. This study aims to determine the relationship between leg muscle strength and dribbling skills. This research method is a correlational method. The population of this research is all 22 SMK Negeri 03 Kaur players as samples taken in total sampling, the place of research in the field of SMK Negeri 03 Kaur, while the research time is April 2019. Leg muscle strength data is taken by vertical jump test, and Dribbling Ability data taken with the Dribbling test. The data analysis technique of this research uses correlation analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that: There is a significant relationship between leg muscle strength (X) and dribbling skills in students of State Vocational School 03 Kaur, with a value of rxy = 0.96 r (0.05) (22) = 0.423.

This study is correlational research that aims to find the contribution of leg muscleexplosive power to yield long jump squat style. The student sample was the son of varsity sportscoaching education Riau semester totaling 42 people. As the independent variable is theexplosive power leg muscle while dependent variable is the result of the long jump jongok style.Data (x) obtained from the test results without the leading long jump (standing board jump) toassess leg muscle explosive power while data (y) obtained from testing the long jump squat styleusing the prefix. Data were analyzed with statistical normality test is a test last lilifors alsoanalyzed the data to look for the correlation coefficient, and then proceed to test "t" after itsought the contribution. From the results of data processing for the normal distribution of dataobtained for the provision of data (x) and abnormally distributed in terms of data (y). r = 0.32,then through the test "t", t_ (count>) ttabel then there is a significant relationship between theexplosive muscle power with the outcome long jump squat style, via analysis of leg muscleexplosive power of determination have contributed 10.24% and 89 , 76% was contributed byother factors.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 60 second box drill terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi) dengan rancangan the non-randomized pretest posttest control groups design. Subjek penelitian sebanyak 30 orang. Daya ledak otot tungkai diukur dengan vertical jump test dan data dianalisis dengan uji-t independent, uji anava satu jalur dan uji least significant difference (LSD) pada taraf signifikansi (α) 0,05 dengan bantuan SPSS 16,0. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis antara gaint-score kelompok pelatihan 30 second box drill, 60 second box drill dan kelompok kontrol pada variable daya ledak otot tungkai, hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t independent menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan 30 second box drill dan 30 second box drill berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan daya ledak otot tungkai dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dan 0,000 (SigKata Kunci : pelatihan 30 second box drill, pelatihan 60 seond box drill, daya ledak otot tungkai This study aimed to know the effect of 30 second box drill training and 60 second box drill training toward the increase of explosive power of leg muscle. Muscle power was defined as the combination between speed and strenght of muscle contraction and enters in the fitness components. Plyometrics exercises can be used to improve the skills of volleyball players. This study was an experimental study using research designs pre test and post test control group design. The sampling technique inthis study with a simple random sampling. The total sample of 20 person so in one group consisted of 10 person. The first group was given additional ballistic stretching on knee tuck jump exercise. The second group was given knee tuck jump exercise. Measurements of leg muscle power using vertical jump test. Normality test p > 0.05 and homogeneitytest p > 0.05. The results showed an increase in leg muscle power in first group amounted to 14.30 cm and in second group an increase of 7.70 cm. Paired samples t-test p value = 0.000 (p <0.05) in first group and p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) in second group. Test increase explosive power leg muscle after exercise in both groups using independent sample t-test obtained first group and second group where p = 0.000 (p <0.05) with an increase in the percentage of 30.95% in the first group and 16.73% in the second group. From the research done can be concluded that the addition of ballisticstretching on knee tuck jump exercise is more effective than knee tuck jump exercise in increasing explosive power leg muscle in male volleyball players Medical Faculty Of Udayana University. This study aims to find out how well the physical conditions possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung that are related to endurance, strength, speed, agility and explosive strength of limb muscles. This type of research is a descriptive study. The population in this study were 37 basketball athletes from SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island. Sampling was done by Purposive Sampling, then the sample amounted to 25 people. After the data is obtained, the data analysis technique in this study uses frequency tabulation. The results of this study indicate: 1) a dominant review of durability possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 10.59 - 13.25 classified as good category (60%), 2) review of the dominant strength possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Punjung Island is 57.50 - 78.00 classified as medium category (64%), 3) review of the dominant speed possessed by basketball athletes at SMK Negeri 1 Pulau Punjung is 4.97 - 5.40 classified as medium category (32%), 4) agility review the dominant possession of basketball athletes at Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School 1 was 14.10-15.74 classified as medium category (14%), 5) review of leg muscles explosive power dominantly owned by basketball athletes in Pulau Punjung State Vocational High School was 31-38 classified as medium (72%).
