The article describes the laboratory model of the tower crane boom system, measuring and recording equipment (sensors, data collection system, power supply, etc.), power control equipment (frequency inverter), and software for data collection and for the frequency inverter control. Planning of experiments for investigation of optimal control of lab model movement was carried out. All experiments are divided into two series: for time optimal control and for control optimal by the integral criterion. For the first series of experiments, the weight of the load (has been varied at three levels) and the length of the flexible suspension (has been varied at two levels) acted as independent factors. For the second series of experiments, one more independent factor was taken into account ‒ the duration of the trolley acceleration (deceleration). This factor has been varied at three levels. The analysis of experimental studies was carried out in terms of variation indicators (deviation of theoretical and experimental data) and graphical dependencies. The results of the analysis showed a sufficiently high convergence of the data obtained during the experiments with those that were obtained by calculation. The existing deviations are caused by the inaccuracy of setting the parameters of the system, the failure to take into account all the significant factors affecting the movement of the system, as well as poor-quality implementation of control with rapid changes in the speed of the trolley movement. Recommendations are given that will eliminate the described factors and ensure further improvement of the technique for implementing optimal control in practice

The article analyzes the quality of the implementation of the optimal laws of simultaneous motion of the tower crane slewing and the trolley movement mechanisms. The estimation was carried out according to the maximum and root-mean-square values of the deviations of the theoretical and experimental characteristics. In addition, the graphical dependencies have been built. The data were estimated according to the characteristics of the speed of movement of the trolley and the rotation of the crane, as well as the angles of deflection of the load in the normal and tangential directions in the modes of acceleration and deceleration of the mechanisms. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the main reasons for the deviation of theoretical and experimental data on the characteristics under study are that the stiffness characteristics of the crane metal structure have not been taken into account, the parameters of the mechanisms are not accurately determined, and there are no feedbacks on the control characteristics (the speed of rotation of the crane and the speed of trolley movement). However, when implementing optimal control by means of a frequencycontrolled drive, pendulum oscillations of the load in the normal and tangential planes are eliminated. In addition, the analysis of the current loads of the drives of mechanisms and the acceleration of the crane boom was carried out. It was found that with optimal control, there is a significant decrease in the maximum values of acceleration, which means a decrease in dynamic loads on the crane metal structure. Also, the maximum currents in the motor windings of the crane mechanisms have been reduced, which, of course, will have a positive effect on the energy efficiency of the crane mechanisms.

Over the decades, more attention has been paid to emissions from the means of transport and the use of different fuels and combustion fuels for the operation of internal combustion engines than on fuel consumption. This, in turn, enables research into products that are said to reduce fuel consumption. The report summarizes four studies of fuel-related innovation products. The studies covered by this report are conducted with diesel fuel and usually contain diesel fuel and three additives for it. Manufacturers of additives are based on already existing studies showing a 10-30% reduction in fuel consumption. Comparative experimental studies related to the use of commercially available diesel fuel with and without the use of additives have been performed in laboratory conditions. The studies were carried out on a stationary diesel engine СМД-17КН equipped with brake КИ1368В. Repeated results were recorded, but they did not confirm the significant positive effect of additives on specific fuel consumption. In some cases, the factors affecting errors in this type of research on the effectiveness of fuel additives for commercial purposes are considered. The reasons for the positive effects of such use of additives in certain engine operating modes are also clarified.

The article gives an analysis of the results of authorial experimental studies. Motivational factors affecting adolescents' participation in criminal groups are considered, they are: dominant groups of motives, the predominance of aspiration to success or avoidance of failures. Thus, the author explores the subjective potential of the personality of adolescent groupers. According to the results of the research, the author concludes that the specificity of the motivation of such adolescents consists in the predominance of material motives, social motives (involvement in social communities, groupings) and motives of recognition and respect. The author notes that the motivation for avoiding failures is more characteristic of such adolescents than the motivation for the pursuit of success. It is concluded that the data obtained can serve as a basis for developing preventive measures when working with adolescents at risk.

Annotation Purpose. Development of a program and methods for conducting experimental studies of the extrusion process with the definition of parameters and modes of operation of the extruder to improve its energy performance. Methods. Methods of mathematical statistics, synthesis, analysis, description and modeling were used. Results. The application of mathematical methods, in particular mathematical planning, reduces the number of experiments several times, and allows to evaluate the role of influencing factors, obtain a mathematical model of the process and determine the optimal conditions for its parameters and modes, etc. Conclusions. The methodology for experimental studies of a screw extruder is presented with the necessary equipment and methodology for processing the obtained experimental data. A mathematical method of planning, which reduces the number of experiments several times, allows us to evaluate the role of factors affecting productivity and energy intensity is presented. This article proposes a methodology to measure the productivity of a construction site through the analysis of tower crane data. These data were obtained from a data logger that records a time series of spatial and load data from the lifting machine during the structural phase of a construction project. The first step was data collection, followed by preparation, which consisted of formatting and cleaning the dataset. Then, a visualization step identified which data was the most meaningful for the practitioners. From that, the activity of the tower crane was measured by extracting effective lifting operations using the load signal essentially. Having used such a sampling technique allows statistical analysis on the duration, load, and curvilinear distance of every extracted lifting operation. The build statistical distribution and indicators were finally used to compare construction site productivity.

Pelayanan publik menjadi suatu tolok ukur kinerja pemerintah yang paling kasat mata. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi dan banyaknya tantangan yang harus dihadapi maka pelayanan publik harus diselaraskan dengan terobosan atau inovasi. Salah satu pelayanan publik yang perlu dioptimalkan adalah Sistem Administrasi Manunggal Satu Atap (SAMSAT). Oleh karena itu, Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik membuat aplikasi yang diresmikan pada tanggal 14 Juli 2020 adalah SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) yaitu sebuah aplikasi pelayanan pajak serta informasi terkait pengurusan perpanjangan masa berlaku surat tanda nomor kendaraan (STNK) bermotor. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana optimalisasi pelayanan Kantor Bersama Samsat Gresik melalui Inovasi Aplikasi Samsat Rame (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) sehingga mampu menjawab beberapa permasalahan pelayanan publik Teknik analisis data dengan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan studi literatur.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Samsat Ramah Merakyat (Samsat Rame) belum efisien karena input pelayanan masih memberatkan para pengguna jasa. Belum efektif karena tidak berhasil mencapai tujuan yang dikehendaki oleh penyelenggara. Serta kualitas hasil yang buruk dikarenakan faktor pendukung terkesan membuat aplikasi Samsat Rame di lakukan karena mendesak tanpa memikirkan jangka panjang. Sedangkan faktor penghambat lebih berpengaruh pada keberhentian inovasi Samsat Rame. Salah satu saran yang dapat diajukan yaitu meningkatkan sosialisasi dan promosi kepada masyarakat Kabupaten Gresik. Along with technological developments and the many challenges that must be faced, public services must be aligned with breakthroughs or innovations. One of the public services that need to be optimized is the One-Stop One-Stop Administration System (SAMSAT). Therefore, the Samsat Gresik Joint Office made an application that was inaugurated on July 14, 2020, namely SAMSAT RAME (Samsat Ramah Merakyat), which is a tax service application as well as information related to the extension of the validity period for motorized vehicle registration certificates (STNK). The purpose of this study is to find out how to optimize the services of the Samsat Gresik Joint Office through the Samsat Rame Application Innovation (Samsat Ramah Merakyat) so that it is able to answer several public service problems. Data analysis techniques are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that the Peoples Friendly Samsat application (Samsat Rame) is not efficient because service inputs are still burdensome for service users. Not yet effective because it failed to achieve the goals desired by the organizers. As well as the poor quality of results due to supporting factors that seem to make the Samsat Rame application done because it is urgent without thinking about the long term. While the inhibiting factor has more influence on the discontinuation of the Samsat Rame innovation. One of the suggestions that can be put forward is to increase socialization and promotion to the people of Gresik Regency. This study examines factors affecting the interest of state civil servants to undertake whistle-blowing action on local governments of Papua Province. The population in this study is the State Civil Servants (ASN) on local governments of Papua Province, with 120 number of people as sample in this research. Multiple regression analysis techniques is used to analysis, discuss and testing the hypothesis from the data collection. This research find that variabel of organization commitment has a significant and negative effect on the interest of state civil servants to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Thus it can be explained that, in high and low commitment of organzation environment which dominated by employees at SKPDs in government of Jayapura city that have lowered interest to undertake Whistle Blowing action. Then, varibale of Attitude has a significant effect on the Interest of Whistle Blowing action, which the attitude of the existing employees will increase the interest to Blow the Whistle at the SKPDs’ employees in the government of Jayapura city. Similarly, Personal Cost variabel has a significant affect on the interest of state civil servants to attempt a Whistle Blowing action, it can be seen that when there is a sufficient personal cost in the employees of SKPD in the government of Jayapura city, it will increase the interest in Blowing the Whistle. While, the degree of seriousness also has a significant influence on the employees to attempt a Whistle Blowing interest. This means that the increasing interest in Blowing Whistle among employees are required to enhance the degree of seriousness in conducting Interest of Blowing a Whistle at SKPD in the government of Jayapura city.

Abstract: Pangandaran is a district with a coastline of 91 Km, so this district has the potential for coastal tourism that needs to be developed. As a new regency of regional autonomy, demands to carry out construction of facilities and infrastructure to support tourism need to be increased. This study aims to determine the distribution of facilities and infrastructure that need to be developed and to know the factors that influence the determination of the construction of facilities and infrastructure. This research uses qualitative method, data collection is done through literature review and interviews. The results of the study indicate that the factors affecting the distribution of infrastructure include land use, population density, tourism objects, land slope and disaster vulnerability. The analysis shows that the distribution of villages suitable for the development of infrastructure includes the villages of Wonoharjo, Babadan, Pananjang and Pangandaran Village.Keyword: tourism, facilities and infrastructure, thematic maps. Intisari: Pangandaran merupakan kabupaten dengan garis pantai sepanjang 91 Km, sehingga kabupaten ini memiliki potensi pariwisata pantai yang perlu dikembangkan. Sebagai Kabupaten yang baru melakukan otonomi daerah, tuntutan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana guna mendukung pariwisata perlu ditingkatkan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui sebaran sarana dan prasarana yang perlu dikembangkan serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penentuan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kajian pustaka dan wawancara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sebaran sarana prasarana meliputi penggunaan lahan, kepadatan penduduk, obyek wisata, kemiringan lahan dan kerawanan bencana. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sebaran desa yang sesuai untuk pengembangan sarana prasarana meliputi Desa Wonoharjo, Babadan, Pananjang dan Desa Pangandaran.Kata kunci: pariwisata, sarana dan prasarana, peta tematik.

The problem of leakage production strings in production and injection wells is becoming more and more urgent every year in Russia’s fields. As a result, the water encroachment of produced products increases, and as a result, the operation of wells becomes unprofitable. The main reasons for the leakage of wells are aging of well stock, poor quality cementation during final works during drilling, corrosion processes in places where aquifers come into contact with the string, killing of wells at pressures higher than the pressure of pressing, depressurization in coupling joints, metal corrosion and other technological reasons. Identification of factors affecting the deformation of production strings in the process of well corrosion is necessary and important, as it is taken into account in the development of measures to increase the accident-free operation of wells. 725 wells of PJSC TATNEFT were analyzed in this work. The analysis revealed that one of the reasons for the corrosion of production strings is the presence of lost circulation horizons, which confirms the analysis.

Methods of data collection was done by a list of questions (questionnaire), interviews, observation, documentation. And using a sampling technique that uses accidental sampling technique for sampling in 40 respondence. the results showed factors affecting sales are price factor, product quality, competition.
