The purpose of this research was to determine the factors that influence the level of sales “toko kelontong” on Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Methods of data collection was done by a list of questions (questionnaire), interviews, observation, documentation. And using a sampling technique that uses accidental sampling technique for sampling in 40 respondence. the results showed factors affecting sales are price factor, product quality, competition.

The study entitled “The Effect of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency” aims to determine the significant effect of service and product quality on customer satisfaction at Indomaret Celuk Sukawati Branch, Gianyar, both on a persial and simultaneous basis. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as well as methods of observation, literature study and interviews. Analysis technique with multiple linear regression test, F-test, t-test, and determination test. In determining the sample the researcher uses purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 70 respondents.The results of the Influence of Product Quality and Service on Indomaret Sukawati’s Customer Satisfaction in Gianyar Regency are Services that have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, so it can be concluded that Service and Product Quality variables have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction Indomaret minimarket, Jalan Raya Celuk Sukawati, Gianyar Regency.

This research aims to know and analyze: (1) the influence of product quality and brand image to consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water at Faculty of Economics in Tadulako This research aims to: 1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of product quality and brand image on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) determine and analyze the influence of product quality on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (3)determine and analyze the influence of brand image on consumers’ decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University. The type of research is quantitative. The Population consists of students in The Faculty of Economics who bought AQUA brand mineral water. Sampling technique is purposive to select 100 respondents. Data collection is questionnaires. Method of analysis is multiple linear regressions. The result indicates that: (1) product quality and brand image simultaneously influence consumer's decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (2) product quality has partial influence on consumer decision to buy AQUA brand mineral water in The Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University; (3) brand image has partial influence on consumer decision to buy mineral water of AQUA brand in Faculty of Economics of Tadulako University.    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa: (1) pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (2) pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (3) pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif (menunjukkan hubungan antar variabel). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi yang membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (2) Terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako, (3) Terdapat pengaruh citra merek terhadap keputusan konsumen membeli air mineral merek AQUA di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Tadulako.

This research was conducted with the aim to know how the influence of price andproduct quality on the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplang UKM in Palembang city.The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research with data collection throughthe distribution of questionnaires distributed to 150 respondents who have intention toconsume kerupuk kemplang in Palembang city by purposive sampling technique and dataanalysis using multiple regression. The results of this study with simultaneous, the priceand product quality positively influence the purchasing intention kerupuk kemplangPalembang amounted to 4.092 with a significant level of 0.019. Partially, the price doesnot affect the purchasing intention where the variable probability is 0,521>0,05 whilethe product quality can influence the purchasing intention of kerupuk kemplang inPalembang where the variable probability is 0,01 <0,05.

The internet has undoubtedly become crucial to global growth as it vectors lots of opportunities. This study was motivated by the perception that Nigerian consumers prefer traditional over virtual shopping despite having internet access. This study sought to investigate the factors affecting the online buying behaviour of consumers in Abuja Metropolis. The study used purposive and convenience sampling technique to select 352 respondents. Primary data was collected with the aid of structured questionnaires. The data collected was analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the aid of the SPSS statistical tool. The study found that while on-time delivery has a positive and significant effect on the online buying behaviour of consumers in Abuja Metropolis, product quality was found to have a positive and insignificant effect on the online buying behaviour of consumers in Abuja Metropolis while the perceived risk was found to have a negative and significant effect on the online buying behaviour of consumers in Abuja Metropolis. The study concludes that on-time delivery, product quality, and perceived risk are the major factors affecting the online buying behaviour of consumers in Abuja Metropolis. The study, therefore, recommends that there is a need for companies utilizing online platforms for business operations to align the advantages of online shopping with traditional means of purchase, speed up the delivery processes, and as much as maintaining a high degree of confidentiality regarding their customer’s information during the process of online payment. This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of product quality on purchase decision of silver jewelry in Sunaka Jewelry, (2) the effect of brand image on purchase decision of silver jewelry in Sunaka Jewelry, (3) the effect of endorsement usage on purchase decision of silver jewelry in Sunaka Jewelry, and (4) the effect of product quality, brand image, and endorsement usage on purchase decision of silver jewelry in Sunaka Jewelry. This research is a survey research. Population in this research is all customer of Sunaka Jewelry Celuk, Sukawati, Gianyar which purchased silver jewelry from Sunaka Jewelry. The sampling technique used accidental sampling with the number of samples counted 75 peoples. Data collection technique using questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. Data nalysis technique used is multiple regression.The results of the research shows that: (1) product quality had positive effect on purchase decision on Sunaka Jewelry (showed by the significance value of 0,006 < 0,050 and regression coefficient = 0,206), (2) brand image had positive effect on purchase decision on Sunaka Jewelry (showed by the significance value of 0,028 < 0,050 and regression coefficient = 0,250), (3) endorsement usage had positive effect on purchase decision on Sunaka Jewelry (showed by the significance value of 0,015 < 0,050 and regression coefficient = 0,231), and (4) the product quality, brand image, and endorsement usage influence simultaneaously to purchase decision on Sunaka Jewelry (showed by F count = 23,753 and significance value of 0,000 < 0,050).Keywords: product quality, brand image, endorsement usage, purchase decision

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality and store atmosphere on customer satisfaction on Geprek Champion Chicken in Makmur Medan Branch. The sample used in this study were 96 respondents who were consumers of the Geprek Champion Chicken Restaurant in Medan, using the sampling technique, namely icidental sampling using the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. The results of research partially t test results indicate that product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, the variable product quality, service quality and store atmosphere have an effect on customer satisfaction.

This study aims to know and analyze the influences of product quality, promotion and location on the customer loyalty either directly or through the customer satisfaction as the mediator variable and also to know and analyze the influence of customer satisfaction on the customer loyalty at hypermarket Lottemart of Taman Surya. Data collection is conducted through questionnaire. Sample used in this study consists of 400 respondents of customers of hypermarket Lottemart of Taman Surya Jakarta. The sampling technique in this research uses non probability sampling technique. The method of analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS) assisted with SmartPLS application. The results of the research reveal that quality product, promotion and location have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality, promotion and customer satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty but location has no significant effect on customer loyalty.

This  research  iams  to  know  the  effect  of  Product  Quality  to  interest  of  repurchasing  wardah lipstick  of  economics  faculty  students  of tadulako  university. The  research  method  used  in  this research is descriptive causal.. The population in this research is student female use Brand Wardah Lipstick at Tadulako University of Palu. Sampling technique using Snowball, with the samples of 60 respondents.  Data  collection  using questionnaires.  The  method  of  analysis  using multiple  linear regression. The   results  indicate  that  product  quality  variables  significantly  influence the  interest in buying back Lipstick Wardah brand on student Tadulako University Palu. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh  Kualitas  Produk  Terhadap  Minat  Beli  Ulang Lipstik  Merek  Wardah  pada  Mahasiswi Universitas  Tadulako  Palu.  Jenis  penelitian  yang  digunakan adalah Deskriptif Kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikhususkan pada mahasiswi pengguna Lipstik Merek  Wardah  di  Universitas  Tadulako Palu.  Teknik  penarikan  sampel  dalam  penelitian  ini menggunakan Snowball,  dengan  jumlah  sampel  sebanyak  60  responden. Pengambilan  data menggunakan  kuesioner.  Metode  analisis menggunakan  analisis  regresi  linear  berganda.  Hasil pengujian menunjukkan  bahwa  variabel  kualitas  produk  berpengaruh  secara  signifikansi  terhadap minat beli ulang Lipstik merek Wardah pada mahasiswi Universitas Tadulako Palu.

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing stimulus factors (price factors, product factors, promotion factors and brand factors) to influence customer loyalty at PT. Semen Tonasa, Tbk in Palopo City. The population in this study The population in this study were all customers of PT. Semen Tonasa Tbk in the last 5 years until this research was conducted. Meanwhile, in this study, the samples taken by the researchers were the retailers of PT Semen Tonasa Tbk in Palopo City. The sampling technique uses incidental techniques with due regard to the sample criteria. While the method of data collection is through observation, interviews, commissioning. The data analysis method used is multiple regression with five variables. The results showed that Fhit> Ftab (6,041> 3.06). This means that simultaneously the marketing stimulus factors (price, product, promotion and brand) have a significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, only partially product factor which is a marketing stimulus has a significant positive effect. This can be seen in the t test, namely the calculated value of X2 exceeds the table value (4.172> 2.131).

The purpose of this study was to analyze whether the repurchase decision by product quality and service quality in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The population in this study is all consumers in Surakarta Triwindu Market. The sampling technique was accidental sampling, with 100 respondents. Data collection using a Likert scale questionnaire to measure respondent's answers. Path analysis to identify the relationship between product quality and service quality on repurchase decision s through customer satisfaction. The results showed that repurchase decision thought customer satisfaction were not significantly affected by product quality, while service quality on repurchase decisions through customer satisfaction significantly affected the Surakarta Triwindu Market Kerboard : Product quality, Service quality, Customer satisfaction, Repurchase decisions
