Tahura Lati Petangis has officially become a forest area through the Decree of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number SK.4335/MenLHK-PKTL/KUH/2015. In accordance with the Lati Petangis Tahura Management Plan Document 2019-2028, the Utilization Block will be designated for the development of ecotourism, educational tourism, environmental services and appropriate plant development. The development of ecotourism in the Tahura area is the cultivation of pollinating insects, namely honey bees with Trigona sp. which produces kelulut honey products. Kelulut honey products will be more valuable in the market if their quality and safety are guaranteed in accordance with the quality requirements listed in SNI. This community service aims to assist community groups in the Tahura area by testing the resulting kelulut honey products, so as to increase market value. The test results show that in general, all the honey tested has met the standard honey parameters which guarantee the purity of the honey produced in the Tahura Lati Petangis area where kelulut honey has a sourer taste than forest honey. The typical honey produced in the Tahura Lati Petangis area has a sweet-sour taste that is very good for consumption to maintain and increase body stamina.

Lecturers are professionals as well as scientists who are obliged to carry out the Tri Dharma of the college (Teaching, Research and Community Service). The performance of lecturers in the three dharma has an impact on the quality of higher education and also the development of the academic career of lecturers. However, the fact that was observed in FE UST, some lecturers spent more of their service in the teaching field only, while the implementation of research (especially the published ones) was minimal and only to meet the minimum standards of its obligations. Based on the literature review the factors that influence the performance of lecturers include Motivation, Competence and Commitment. The test results concluded that only the lecturers' motivation was influential, while competence and commitment had no effect.

Today, the range of fur products on the market is formed mainly due to the products of foreign manufacturers. Every year it is more and more difficult for a consumer to find a product of appropriate quality, since retail chains include in their assortment low-quality goods, the manufacturers of which do not fulfill the quality and safety requirements according to domestic regulatory documents. The purpose of this article is to study features that affect the quality and grade of fur and finished fur products, study defects and its impact on products, draw up a consistent scheme for researching fur products, analyze consumer properties and evaluate the quality of fur products using mink coats as an example. A merchandising expert examination of fur goods when determining its market value consists in classifying the goods as one of the classification categories, determining the characteristics of the goods and changing its quality indicators, and establishing the production method. The variety of semi-finished fur products is determined in accordance with the quality of the fur, depending on the maturity of the hairline, the presence of defects, the definition of ridge, size and other characteristics that significantly affect the quality and price of fur raw materials. The use of the proposed scheme for the study of fur products will allow determining quickly the type, quality and grade of fur and finished fur products, to prevent errors in determining the market value of fake, artificial, dyed and low-quality fur.

Tahura Lati Petangis is a forest park located in Paser Regency, East Kalimantan Province, with the management area in Batu Engau District. Tahura Lati Petangis area has a water source in the form of a lake that can be used to fulfill water resources for the surrounding area. In addition, there are also types of toman fish that have a large enough potential to be exploited. Toman fish is processed into one type of food in the form of shredded. Shredded products will be more valuable in the market if their quality and safety are guaranteed in accordance with SNI quality requirements. This service activity aims to assist community groups around the Tahura area by testing the shredded products. Through this service activity, the quality and safety of shredded toman fish products is maintained for the market, so as to increase the market value of the product. The test results showed that the shredded toman fish had met SNI standards and were free from microbial and metal contamination.

Elderly residents need to be given attention because usually, at old age, there will be many complaints/health problems due to decreased organ function. Therefore it needs various supports from various parties, especially families, in increasing the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities so that the elderly can maintain their health as optimal as possible. The results showed that increased knowledge about good family support and awareness of the elderly in doing their own independent activities would improve the quality of life of the elderly in their old age. There are two evaluations carried out in this community service: pre-test and post-test evaluation. For the pre-test results of 30 participants, 45% are good, and 55% are not good after the activity process is carried out; the post-test gets 90% good and 10% less good. The conclusion from the implementation of community service participants in community service activities can understand and understand the role of the family regarding the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities

Background: This community service is a follow up of community service in Kecamatan Sumberrejo in 2017 and is expected to be the first step to preparing the launching of the bamboo tourism village in Kecamatan Sumberrejo. Purpose: This community service aims to provide solutions for problems faced by partners, preparation for launching and planning the right promotional mix to attract consumers’ interest in the newly formed educational tourism in Kecamatan Sumberrejo. Method: Assistance by the team to partners through counseling, training, and practical assistance. In addition, worksheets have been provided to monitor partner activities and measure the effectiveness of the training. Result: The pre-test and post-test results illustrate an increase in partner knowledge regarding the promotion mix. Conclusion: The material delivered by the team was able to be well understood by partners and partners’ knowledge and interest in marketing through the promotion mix increased.

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a telecommunications technology that is able to pass the communication service in Internet Protocol networks so as to allow communicating between users in an IP network. However VoIP technology still has weakness in the Quality of Service (QoS). VOPI weaknesses is affected by the selection of the physical servers used. In this research, VoIP is configured on Linux operating system with Asterisk as VoIP application server and integrated on a Raspberry Pi by using wired and wireless network as the transmission medium. Because of depletion of IPv4 capacity that can be used on the network, it needs to be applied to VoIP system using the IPv6 network protocol with supports devices. The test results by using a wired transmission medium that has obtained are the average delay is 117.851 ms, jitter is 5.796 ms, packet loss is 0.38%, throughput is 962.861 kbps, 8.33% of CPU usage and 59.33% of memory usage. The analysis shows that the wired transmission media is better than the wireless transmission media and wireless-wired.

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants’ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

Honey is one of the oldest sweetening foods and has economic importance, making this product attractive to adulteration with cheap sugars. This can cause a critical problem in the honey industry and a possible health risk. The present work has the aim of evaluating the authenticity of honey commercialized in two different provinces of Ecuador (Pichincha and Loja) by performing physicochemical and spectroscopic analyses. For this study 25 samples were collected from different places and markets and characterized by water, sucrose, reducing sugars and electric conductivity measurement. Also, their Raman and Infrared (IR) spectra were recorded and analysed using a Principal Component Analysis (PCA) in order to verify the quality of the honeys. In addition, a screening of several pesticides was performed in order to verify possible chemical threats to human health and honey bees. It was found that 8 samples have a deviation from the Standard established parameters. Two of them have a high difference in the content of sucrose and reducing sugars, which are located deviated from all the other samples in the PCA of the applied vibrational spectroscopy (IR/Raman), shaping two clear clusters. The results show that Raman and IR spectroscopy is appropriate techniques for the quality control of honey and correlates well with the physicochemical analyses.
