Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah.  Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru di SMA negeri 4 Polewali yang belum menerapkan pembelajaran kooperaif dalam pembelajaran di kelas.  Subyek dalam penelitian adalah guru-guru di SMA Negeri 4 Polewali sebanyak 15 orang. Penelitian dilakukan dalam  dua siklus yang terdiri dari Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengamatan, Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Supervisi klinis dapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru   menerapkan  model pembelajaran kooperatif di SMA negeri 4 Polewali Kabupaten   Polewali Mandar semester II tahun pelajaran 2019/2020.

This research was motivated by the weakness of teachers in carrying out the learning process in Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. The purpose of this study is to improve the skills of teachers teaching in the classroom with the help of supervision. This research was conducted at Bandar Laksamana 1 Public Middle School. This research is a classroom action research consisting of two cycles with. Each cycle consists of four stages such as planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study show that on the basic score, teacher teaching skills are included in the sufficient category with an average score of 60.21. After improvements were made in the first cycle, the results of the teacher's skills assessment increased to a good category with the teacher's average score of 75.54. For the implementation of the teacher's skills assessment in teaching in the second cycle again increased with a very good category with an average value of 85.75. Based on the results of the above research, researchers can conclude that with the implementation of supervision in Bandar Laksamana 1 Junior High School can improve teacher skills in teaching.

Nur Aida, 2021. Implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City. Supervised by Nursalam and Rosleny Babo. This research includes qualitative descriptive research. This study aims to determine the skills of teachers in varying IPS through online learning. The results of the study showed that the implementation of teacher skills in varying social studies learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School Makassar, namely a) Variation skills in teaching styles, b) Skills to open and close lessons, c) Skills to explain, d) Skills to ask, e) Skills to provide reinforcement, and f) Class management skills. 2. The results of the interview on the implementation of Teacher Skills in Social Studies Learning through online learning at Inpres Layang Elementary School, Makassar City a) The reaction of students who do not understand online learning, students are very bored because sometimes they do not listen b) Students do not like social studies in online learning by reason of the network less clear and intermittent voice, c) The method used is the lecture method, and the assignment method, and uses the powerpoint media. d) Students like the lecture and assignment method. e) The efforts taken by the teacher in overcoming the difficulties of learning social studies in online learning by reading a lot, students must be trained to be able to listen to learning and arrange the best possible schedule. f) Factors that cause difficulties in online learning, namely students' internal factors, and technical and external factors. g) make use of technology in learning using more via zoom. 3. This study aims to examine the use of multimedia in teaching and learning (PdP) Sulalatus Salatin in form six. The objective of this study is to identify the use of multimedia in PdP Sulalatus Salatin in terms of types, tools used, teacher skills, and curriculum needs. The second objective is to study students 'attitudes towards the use of multimedia in Sulalatus Salatin learning and the third to analyze the relationship between multimedia use in PdPc with students' understanding of Sulalatus Salatin text using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The researcher distributed a set of questionnaire questions containing 36 questions that were closed to 30 forms six students at a school in the district of Kuala Kangsar, Perak. The findings show that the main reason for the use of multimedia in PdP Sulalatus Salatin in terms of multimedia type, tools used, teacher skills, and curriculum needs is because the use of LCD screen causes the text to appear larger and clearer with a mean score of 4.433 (sd = 0.8976). For the second objective, the two most dominant student attitudes with a mean score of 4,400 that is with the use of multimedia, writing in the text of Sulalatus Salatin is clearer and easier to read (sd = 0.7701), while students are actively involved during the teaching of Sulalatus Salatin text (sd = 0.8944). Next, for the third objective, the relationship between the use of multimedia with the highest level of students' understanding of Sulalatus Salatin text is that students are easier to read and understand the synopsis on Sulalatus Salatin text with a mean score of 4,600 (sd = 0.6215). In conclusion, this study was implemented to provide exposure to the advantages of multimedia used by teachers while teaching Sulalatus Salatin text in form six.

The article clarifies theoretical, methodological, organizational and methodical, practical, diagnostic-corrective aspects of studying the issue of students mastering their basic pedagogical skills. It is viewed as a pedagogical condition for forming the culture of the prospective teachers’ professional thinking. The author substantiates methodological approaches (systemic, synergetic, activity-based, personal, culturological, competence-based) in the basis of the research tasks and analyses scientific literary sources to identify the essence of pedagogical skills. In the study, pedagogical skills are considered as an integrated set, the triad of the terms “teacher-pedagogical skills-skillsˮ. By pedagogical skills, the author means a dynamic unity of personal qualities, values, professional competence, developed pedagogical abilities and experience, which contribute to the creative activity, successful professional growth and self-realization of a teacher. The integrative model described in the article, represents the structure of pedagogical skills. It is determined that the structural components of pedagogical skills are humanistic orientation, professional competence, pedagogical technique, pedagogical abilities and pedagogical experience. On the example of professional and pedagogical training of the students in the Faculty of Chemistry, the author presents the content, methods, and organizing forms of educational process, which ensure students’ mastery of basic pedagogical skills. They are mainly developed at various pedagogical courses, methodology of teaching or teaching practice in higher education institutions. Certain criteria and indicators determine the levels of studentsʼ acquisition of pedagogical skills. They were defined during the pedagogical experiment conducted at the Faculty of Chemistry. Quantitative non-experimental research studies of basic teachers training and its pedagogical relevance to develop or limit the updating of learning towards the professionalization of postgraduate teachers. The academic sufficiency of students of basic teachers to access higher studies has been discussed. The research proposes of these students teaching practice as learning to continue higher professional development. The research has vertical transactional data collection applied to the random sample of 47 students of basic teachers from a population of 224 master's students. The descriptive analysis is carried out in six signal variables, three axes: systems of teacher training discipline, school achievement in normal school and efficiency in master's studies, inserted are five complex variables. The analysis is descriptive correlational (Pearson) and multivariate factorial. The results show the achievement of the objectives of teaching experiences in professional practice and the relationship with productive learning. Attributes of basic teachers’ students support learning based on teaching experience are being fair, consistent, and productive, with a positive attitude, respectful, goal-oriented, proposing alternative solutions to real problems in teaching. The research provides information for the integration of public educational policies that impacts the training and updating of the impacts the training and updating of the teaching profession, attending to educational problems for the teaching development towards postgraduate degrees. The assertive students of basic teachers training with practices and professional teaching is constituted in formative learning for development in higher education The intentional educational training and teaching develop in students of basic teacher skills such as: self-awareness, self-esteem, conscience, moral judgment, empathy, social perspective, self-regulation and formation of values.

Hand gesture method including requires high memorization ability, some students are not active and focus in synchronizing the pronunciation of lafadz verses and doing hand gestures in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the method of hand gesture in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an of students inX garade in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Prabumulih. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis that discusses the application of the method of hand gesture in learning to memorize and interpret the Qur'an of students inX grade in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Prabumulih. The type of approach used descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. Analysis of data qualitatively through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion stages. The results of research conducted by researchers are, first, the steps in the application of hand sign method by the teacher of Al-Qur'an Hadith in X.IPA3 includes teacher activities, namely the teacher explains the material and gives examples of verses to be memorized and interpreted using method of hand gestures on learning video shows on the projector. Student activities, namely students apply the method of hand gesture to the verse that has been taught. Second, supporting factors in the application of hand gesture methods in the form of internal factors, namely from the level of willingness and ability to memorize, external namely in terms of the use of media, teacher skills and a pleasant learning atmosphere. Third, the inhibiting factor in the application of the hand gesture method is the time required by each student, the level of student willingness, skills in making hand gestures and synchronization between the pronunciation of lafadz with hand movements.

Abstrak Keterampilan membaca permulaan siswa masih rendah dikarenakan kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam mengolah pembelajaran menjadi menarik, hal ini menyebabkan siswa kurang antusias dalam membaca sehingga siswa lebih asyik bicara sendiri dengan teman sebangkunya. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada: apakah ada peningkatan dalam membaca setelah menggunakan metode suku kata berbasis media kartugambar dan Apakahfaktor yang mempengaruhi dalam keterampilan membaca permulaan. Jenispenelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas sedangkan sabjeknya ialah seluruh siswa kelas 1 MI Nurus Shibyan Ambat dengan jumlah 18 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Dalam membaca permulaan peneliti penggunaan metode suku kata berbasis media kartu gambar dari hasil tersebut terlihat adanya peningkatan keterampilan membaca permulaan pada siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan pada saat sebelum diberi tindakan nilai rata-rata dari seluruh siswa masih rendah yaitu 45,27, dan presentase ketuntasan klasikalsiswa 16,67%. Pada siklus I setelah diberi tidakanya itu dengan menggunakan metode suku kata berbasis media kartu gambar nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 57,5 dan presentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 27,78%. pada siklus II nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 67,5 sedangkan presentase ketuntasan siswa menjadi 55,56%. Dan pada pelaksanaan siklus III nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat menjadi 78,88 dan peningkatan presentase ketuntasan siswa mencapai 83,33%.  Kata Kunci: Membaca Permulaan, Suku Kata Berbasis Kartu Gambar Abstract Reading skills at the beginning of students are still low due to the lack of teacher skills in processing learning to be interesting, this causes students to be less enthusiastic in reading so that students are more engrossed in talking to themselves with their peers. This study focuses on: is there an increase in reading after using the syllabic media-based syllable method and what are the influencing factors in early reading skills. This type of research is classroom action research while the subject is all grade 1 students of MI NurusShibyanAmbat with a total of 18 students. The methods used in data collection are interviews, observation, tests and documentation. In reading the beginning of the researcher the use of the syllabus-based media method of the image card shows that there is an increase in students' beginning reading skills. This was evidenced at the time before being given an action the average value of all students was still low at 45.27, and the percentage of classical completeness of students was 16.67%. In the first cycle after being given the act of using syllables based on the media card the average value of students increased to 57.5 and the percentage of classical completeness was 27.78%. in cycle II the average value of students increased to 67.5 while the percentage of student completeness to 55.56%. And in the implementation of the third cycle the average value of students increased to 78.88 and the percentage ofstudentscompleteness reached 83.3%. Keywords: Reading Beginning, Syllables Based On Picture Cards
