  Abstract: Personal hygiene is an action to maintain the cleanliness and health of a person for his welfare, both physical and psychological. If someone is sick, usually the health problem is less attention. This happens because it considers the problem of cleanliness is a trivial problem, even though if it is not paid attention to can affect general health. This study aims to determine the factors associated with personal hygiene in young women at SMP Negeri 4 Majene. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Majene, Majene Regency with a total sample of 47 young women. Sampling is done by total sampling method. The results showed sufficient personal hygiene behavior of 31 people (65.1%) and less by 16 people (34.9%). Chi-Square test results showed no relationship between the level of knowledge of young women with personal hygiene with Fisher Exact values ​​obtained p = 1.00 and there was no relationship between the level of confidence of young women with personal hygiene with continuity correction values ​​obtained p = 0.533. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between the factors of knowledge and belief in personal hygiene of teenage girls at Majene Neg 4 Middle School.

Introduction: The coverage of the use of long term contraceptive method (MKJP) in West Bajeng District is still very low. In 2020, MKJP participants are only about 23.8% with the percentage of participants in KB implants 19.6%, IUD 1.8%, MOW 2.3% and MOP 0.03%. This study aims to determine whether the factors of age, knowledge, education, sources of information, husband's support, and Communication, Information and Education (KIE) affect the low interest in EFA towards the use of MKJP in Bajeng Barat sub-district, Gowa Regency. Methods: The research method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The population is all active family planning acceptors. The sample is PUS who are active family planning acceptors for MKJP or non-MKJP with a total sample of 96 people. Data analysis using chi square test. Results: Only 35.4% of respondents used MKJP 35.4%. There is a significant relationship between education (p=0.013), knowledge (p<0.001), husband's support (0.003), sources of information (p=0.030), and KIE (p=0.008) with low EFA interest in using MKJP. Conclusion: Low education, lack of knowledge, no husband's support, sources of information and lack of KIE cause low interest in PUS using MKJP.

<p>Anemia in adolescent girls is a common problem especially in<br />developing countries. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the<br />relationship between factors of nutritional status, knowledge and patterns of<br />drinking tea with the incidence of anemia in young women. Methods: The study<br />design using a cross sectional study was carried out in November 2016. The<br />study population was young women in Tuma'ninah Yasin Islamic Boarding<br />School in Metro City with a total sample of 69 taken with total population<br />techniques. Data collection was done by examining peripheral blood, height,<br />weight and distributing questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out in stages,<br />namely univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the chi square test.<br />Results: The results of the analysis showed the incidence of anemia in<br />adolescents amounted to 68.1%. Risk factors that increased the incidence of<br />anemia in adolescent boys, namely nutritional status or BMI (p = 0.32; POR =<br />3.096) and knowledge (p = 0.050; POR = 3.083). Conclusions: Factors of poor<br />or excessive nutritional status and lack of knowledge increase the incidence of<br />anemia in adolescent girls. The importance of health education efforts about<br />anemia to young women to increase knowledge and consume Fe tablets,<br />especially young women with good and poor nutritional status.</p>

The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an integral part of health care. The factors that affect the performance of nurses also play a role in the effectiveness of the application of patient safety in nursing care, including the motivation factors of nurses and the workload of nurses. Nurses work motivation will be able to influence the implementation of patient safety. The workload of nurses can also have an impact on the optimization of the provision of service care. The general objective in this study was to determine the determinants of nurse performance in the application of patient safety at the Imelda Worker Hospital of Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Imelda Hospital Medan, totaling 217 people, with a total sample of 140 people according to the specified incusion criteria. Data analysis using frequency distribution and chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence on the work motivation of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 and there was also an influence on the workload of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000. <0.05. In connection with efforts to improve the performance of nurses in the application of patient safety at the Indonesian Worker Imelda Hospital, it is necessary for the head of care to pay more attention to matters relating to providing motivation and rules regarding the workload of nurses so that nurses can maximize their performance.

Introduction: Coronavirus is a virus that can cause illness or health problems with either mild symptoms or severe symptoms even to death, this virus can pass from one person to another through small droplets or splashes. when someone coughs or sneezes, these droplets can be directly exposed to people around or through objects touched by others which then touch the nose, eyes, mouth and finally until the person is infected with the virus. This study aims to determine the relationship between a balanced nutritional lifestyle in the prevention of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Watotika Ile Village, Demon Pagong District, East Flores Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Province. Methods: This research was conducted using analytic survey, quantitative method with cross sectional study approach. The sample of this study was taken by purposive sampling with a total sample of 107 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire, the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) guide. Analysis of quantitative data using the chi-square test. Result: The results of the study from 107 respondents based on the chi-square test of significance, there was a relationship between the habit of consuming various foods with the prevention of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with a Value of 0.008 (ρ<0.05), there was a relationship between a clean lifestyle and prevention efforts. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with value 0.030 (ρ<0.05), there is a relationship between physical activity and efforts to prevent Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with value 0.020 (ρ<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the habit of consuming a variety of foods, a clean lifestyle and physical activity with efforts to prevent COVID-19. There is a relationship between a clean lifestyle and efforts to prevent COVID-19. Keywords: Habits of eating diverse foods, clean lifestyle, physical activity, Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19).

Diare adalah pengeluaran kotoran (tinja) dengan frekuensi yang meningkat (tiga kali dalam 24 jam) disertai dengan perubahan konsistensi tinja menjadi lembek atau cair, dengan atau tanpa darah/lendir dalam tinja.(Wijoyo, yosef 2013). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kebiasaan jajan dengan terjadinya penyakit diare pada anak di SD Inpres Amaro Kabupaten barru. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Analitik Correlative dengan desain Cross Sectional Study, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa yang ada di SD Inpres Amaro Kabupaten Barru sebanyak 109 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, didapatkan 51 responden sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. analisa data mencakup analisis univariat dengan mencari distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi- Square Test dengan interval kemaknaan α 0,05. Dari hasil analisis bivariat pada kebiasaan jajan didapat nilai ρ = 0,004 dan personal hygiene didapat nilai ρ = 0,008. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara kebiasaan jajan dengan terjadinya penyakit diare pada anak di SD Inpres Amaro Kabupaten Barru

Stroke is a condition where a part of the brain is suddenly disturbed which is caused by a lack of blood supply, which causes an inhibition of metabolic processes. As a result of a stroke affects the psychological function of the patient, so the patient feels his level of self-esteem decreases or is low. The role and support of families play an important role in the rehabilitation process to provide health services for stroke patients. The aim is to find out the relationship of family support with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. The design used a "cross sectional study" approach with a population of 2,690 people. Samples were stroke patients at RSU Royal Prima medan, as many as 25 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires as research instruments. The test used is the chi-square test. The results of the study Based on the chi-square test found p value (<0.05) statistically shows that there is a relationship between family support and the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients specifically there is a relationship between informational support (p-value = 0.009), assessment support (p-value = 0.003), Instrumental support is obtained (p-value = 0.009), Emotional support (p-value = 0.004) with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients. This research shows that good family support will positively impact the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients.

<p>Ascariasis incidence in children under five in the region work of Puskesmas Olak Kemang still a health problem that needs to be addressed, with a percentage of 51.0% is higher than in other wilayh. The disease is not lethal but can undermine the health of the human body so that the resulting decline in nutritional status, decreased intelligence and brain power or immune health in children.</p><p>               This research is a quantitative study using descriptive analytic method with cross sectional study design that aims to determine the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this research that all children under five in the area of Puskesmas Olak Kemang, samples in this study were 75 children under five. Data were analyzed using analysis Univariate and Bivariate analysis with Chi-Square Test.</p><p>               The results showed that 78.0% of mothers of children under five who are not air personal hygiene, 60.4% of mothers of children under five unusual CTPS, 82.1% of respondents who did not state house meliliki latrine / WC. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a significant relationship between personal hygiene (p-value = 0.000), customs CTPS (p-value = 0.001), latrine ownership (p-value = 0.000) with the incidence of intestinal worms in Puskesmas Olak Kemang Jambi.</p><p>               In connection with the results obtained, that the danger of de- worming is dependent on the cleanliness of his mother in serving as personal hygiene, CTPS and Owners toilets in every home. Background : One of the problems that must be considered by young women is their reproductive health. It is very important to inform young women about the menstrual process knowledge so that they will be able to maintain personal hygiene. Lack of knowledge about personal hygiene can increase the risk of infection. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge of young girls and personal hygiene behavior. Method : The research method used was an analytic survey with a cross sectional approach. Conducted at SMPN 036 Batam City, the study was conducted for 6 months, the population in this study were all 270 students of SMPN 036 class VIII, with a total sample of 162, the sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling technique with research instruments using a questionnaire. Data analysis using Chi square. Result :The results of the study were obtained from 162 respondents, the majority of respondents had good knowledge of 110 people (68%), and good personal hygiene behavior as many as 152 people (94%). Chi-square statistical test obtained p-value = 0.008 <0.05, conclusion : that there is a significant relationship between the knowledge of uterine adolescents with personal hygiene behavior at SMPN 036 Batam City. Advice for teenagers to maintain personal hygiene behavior.

Anemia is a condition when the levels of hemoglobin and erythrocytes are lower than normal. The normal value of hemoglobin in women is 12 -16 g / dl with erythrocytes from 3.5 to 4.5 jt / mm3. This study aimed to determine the relationship between nutritional status and Anemia of teenage girl. This research is analytic with cross sectional study design. The samples taken are 66 teenage girls, chosen by quote sampling. The data of this research used primary data obtained through checking up of body mass index and hemoglobin level. The data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis used Chi-square test. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between nutritional status and Anemia (p value 0.001).

Smoking is a serious health problem among teenagers, marked by the increasing number of teen smokers every year. This study aimed to determine factors associating with smoking behavior in class XI students at SMAN 4 Kupang. This type of research was quantitative, with a cross-sectional study approach. The total sample was 71 people selected by a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that three variables, namely: knowledge, peer smoking habits, and self-image, associated with smoking behavior (p-value = 0.056; 0.051; 0.056; and 0.075, respectively). Therefore, the school should increase awareness and restrict the smoking behavior of students by enforcing rules and sanctions for students who smoke in the school environment.
