Introduction: The coverage of the use of long term contraceptive method (MKJP) in West Bajeng District is still very low. In 2020, MKJP participants are only about 23.8% with the percentage of participants in KB implants 19.6%, IUD 1.8%, MOW 2.3% and MOP 0.03%. This study aims to determine whether the factors of age, knowledge, education, sources of information, husband's support, and Communication, Information and Education (KIE) affect the low interest in EFA towards the use of MKJP in Bajeng Barat sub-district, Gowa Regency. Methods: The research method used is quantitative research with a cross sectional study approach. The population is all active family planning acceptors. The sample is PUS who are active family planning acceptors for MKJP or non-MKJP with a total sample of 96 people. Data analysis using chi square test. Results: Only 35.4% of respondents used MKJP 35.4%. There is a significant relationship between education (p=0.013), knowledge (p<0.001), husband's support (0.003), sources of information (p=0.030), and KIE (p=0.008) with low EFA interest in using MKJP. Conclusion: Low education, lack of knowledge, no husband's support, sources of information and lack of KIE cause low interest in PUS using MKJP.

BACKGROUND: Starting from 2017 until 2019, the number of patient visiting public health centers Lampa is always more than the number of patient visits BPJS, it indicates that the public interest in District Duampanua, Pinrang Regency on BPJS Health membership is still lacking. AIM: This study aimed to determine the effect of economic status on community interest in BPJS health membership. METOHDS: This study used a quantitative research with cross-sectional study approach. The location of this research was in the District Duampanua, Pinrang Regency. The population in this study is the community in Duampanua District Pinrang Regency with 51.593 people. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 100 sample size. Data analysis performed was univariate and bivariate with Chi-square test. RESULTS: The results showed that there are influence of economic status variables (p = 0.016) to community interest in BPJS Health membership in Duampanua District, Pinrang Regency. The conclusion of this study is that there is an influence of economic status on community interest in BPJS Health membership because the higher the economic status of the community, the higher their interest in BPJS Health membership. CONCLUSION: It is expected that stakeholders in each village in the Duampanua District can find out the income of the community by conducting data collection evenly as proof of their worthiness of being members of JKN-KIS participants.

  Abstract: Personal hygiene is an action to maintain the cleanliness and health of a person for his welfare, both physical and psychological. If someone is sick, usually the health problem is less attention. This happens because it considers the problem of cleanliness is a trivial problem, even though if it is not paid attention to can affect general health. This study aims to determine the factors associated with personal hygiene in young women at SMP Negeri 4 Majene. This study used an analytic survey design with a cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Majene, Majene Regency with a total sample of 47 young women. Sampling is done by total sampling method. The results showed sufficient personal hygiene behavior of 31 people (65.1%) and less by 16 people (34.9%). Chi-Square test results showed no relationship between the level of knowledge of young women with personal hygiene with Fisher Exact values ​​obtained p = 1.00 and there was no relationship between the level of confidence of young women with personal hygiene with continuity correction values ​​obtained p = 0.533. The conclusion of this study is that there is no relationship between the factors of knowledge and belief in personal hygiene of teenage girls at Majene Neg 4 Middle School.

The performance of nurses in providing nursing services is an integral part of health care. The factors that affect the performance of nurses also play a role in the effectiveness of the application of patient safety in nursing care, including the motivation factors of nurses and the workload of nurses. Nurses work motivation will be able to influence the implementation of patient safety. The workload of nurses can also have an impact on the optimization of the provision of service care. The general objective in this study was to determine the determinants of nurse performance in the application of patient safety at the Imelda Worker Hospital of Indonesia. The research method used was a quantitative study with a cross sectional study approach. The population in this study were all inpatient nurses at Imelda Hospital Medan, totaling 217 people, with a total sample of 140 people according to the specified incusion criteria. Data analysis using frequency distribution and chi square test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an influence on the work motivation of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000 <0.05 and there was also an influence on the workload of nurses in the application of patient safety at Imelda Hospital, Indonesian Workers with p-value = 0.000. <0.05. In connection with efforts to improve the performance of nurses in the application of patient safety at the Indonesian Worker Imelda Hospital, it is necessary for the head of care to pay more attention to matters relating to providing motivation and rules regarding the workload of nurses so that nurses can maximize their performance.

Introduction: Coronavirus is a virus that can cause illness or health problems with either mild symptoms or severe symptoms even to death, this virus can pass from one person to another through small droplets or splashes. when someone coughs or sneezes, these droplets can be directly exposed to people around or through objects touched by others which then touch the nose, eyes, mouth and finally until the person is infected with the virus. This study aims to determine the relationship between a balanced nutritional lifestyle in the prevention of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in Watotika Ile Village, Demon Pagong District, East Flores Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) Province. Methods: This research was conducted using analytic survey, quantitative method with cross sectional study approach. The sample of this study was taken by purposive sampling with a total sample of 107 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire, the Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ) form and the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) guide. Analysis of quantitative data using the chi-square test. Result: The results of the study from 107 respondents based on the chi-square test of significance, there was a relationship between the habit of consuming various foods with the prevention of Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with a Value of 0.008 (ρ<0.05), there was a relationship between a clean lifestyle and prevention efforts. Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with value 0.030 (ρ<0.05), there is a relationship between physical activity and efforts to prevent Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) with value 0.020 (ρ<0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between the habit of consuming a variety of foods, a clean lifestyle and physical activity with efforts to prevent COVID-19. There is a relationship between a clean lifestyle and efforts to prevent COVID-19. Keywords: Habits of eating diverse foods, clean lifestyle, physical activity, Corona Virus Disease (COVID 19).

Stroke is a condition where a part of the brain is suddenly disturbed which is caused by a lack of blood supply, which causes an inhibition of metabolic processes. As a result of a stroke affects the psychological function of the patient, so the patient feels his level of self-esteem decreases or is low. The role and support of families play an important role in the rehabilitation process to provide health services for stroke patients. The aim is to find out the relationship of family support with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital in 2019. The design used a "cross sectional study" approach with a population of 2,690 people. Samples were stroke patients at RSU Royal Prima medan, as many as 25 respondents using accidental sampling techniques and questionnaires as research instruments. The test used is the chi-square test. The results of the study Based on the chi-square test found p value (<0.05) statistically shows that there is a relationship between family support and the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients specifically there is a relationship between informational support (p-value = 0.009), assessment support (p-value = 0.003), Instrumental support is obtained (p-value = 0.009), Emotional support (p-value = 0.004) with the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients. This research shows that good family support will positively impact the level of self esteem (self-esteem) in stroke patients.

The causes of drug abuse are complex due to the interaction of various factors, including individual factors such great curiosity to try and unknowingly or think long about the consequences later in life, environmental factors such as family problems or a broken home or social environment / community one even all members become abusers drug. This research is a quantitative research using Cross sectional design. The population in this study is the victim of drug abuse which amounted to 545 people and a total sample of 40 respondents using simple random sampling technique and the data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate by using the chi-square test. There is The relationship of knowledge and family support to the behavior of drug abuse in class IIA prison  Jambi. Expected to be used as inputs in the preparation of the program increased knowledge about the dangers of drugs.

Smoking is a serious health problem among teenagers, marked by the increasing number of teen smokers every year. This study aimed to determine factors associating with smoking behavior in class XI students at SMAN 4 Kupang. This type of research was quantitative, with a cross-sectional study approach. The total sample was 71 people selected by a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis used the chi-square statistical test. The results showed that three variables, namely: knowledge, peer smoking habits, and self-image, associated with smoking behavior (p-value = 0.056; 0.051; 0.056; and 0.075, respectively). Therefore, the school should increase awareness and restrict the smoking behavior of students by enforcing rules and sanctions for students who smoke in the school environment.

Background: COVID-19 is a serious pandemic. However, no studies worldwide have assessed the knowledge of any healthcare workers, including dentists, towards COVID-19. Objectives: Given the importance of Iran as an epicenter of this disease, this preliminary study assessed the knowledge of dentists, dental students, and dental specialists towards COVID-19. Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a questionnaire with 23 questions (three regarding sources of information and 20 regarding knowledge) was developed through a pilot study. It was distributed electronically to dental professions/students, 778 of whom completed it. Factors associated with knowledge were assessed using the chi-square test in SPSS (α = 0.05). Results: Above 70% of the responders answered correctly to all questions, except for six more technical questions, including handwashing-related questions. Age, specialization, and attendance at lectures and meetings did not play a role in grasping accurate information (all P values > 0.1). Men had poorer information (P = 0.014), and the sources of information were mostly official websites and social networks (P = 0.000). Conclusions: Knowledge of dentists, dental students, and specialists towards SARS-CoV-2 is generally good, except in the case of more technical questions that need more education (especially regarding handwashing).

Cancer is an abnormality in the body organs, for instance the abnormal cells grow very quickly, and consequentlydisrupt the performance of normal cells. An unhealthy meal pattern can cause cancer and stress and in long term it can cause thedecrease of immunity, as the result someone with low immunity is at risk to get sick easily.The purpose of the research was toidentify the correlation between diet  and the type of cancer at the chemotherapy rooms in General Hospital Abdul Wahab Sjahranie.This study employed quantitative research design with cross sectional approach. The number of the population in this research was 183 respondents and 125 samples were selected to participate with purposive random sampling technique. The instruments of meal pattern questionnaire  is used to collect the data and Chi-Square test was utilized to analyse the statistics test.The finding from the correlation between the variable of meal pattern and the type of cancer showed significant result pvalue = 0.003 a<0.05. This means that there was significant correlation between diet and the type of cancer. This result indicate that  is significant influence  between meal pattern with the type of cancer

AbstrakPemberian pelayanan  alat  kontrasepsi adalah  upaya  yang dilakukan  untuk meningkatkan kualitas keluarga. Selama kurun waktu dua dasawarsa, pelayanan kontrasepsi dalam pembangunan KB di Indonesia telah memperoleh hasil yang cukup menggembirakan. Pada SDKI tahun 2003 ada sebesar 57,4% wanita menikah yang memakai alat kontrasepsi. SDKI 2007 didapatkan data sebesar 61,4% wanita menikah yang memakai alat kontrasepsi SDKI 2008. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendidikan dan pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kontrasepsi pada pasangan usia subur di Puskesmas Karang Intan 2 Kabupaten Banjar. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study yang dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui dinamika hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen. Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini tidak ada hubungan antara pendidikan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan alat kontrasepsi KB (p= 0,209) dan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan alat kontrasepsi KB pada PUS  (p= 0,016). Disarankan bagi petugas kesehatan memberikan informasi tentang pemanfaatan pelayanan alat kontrasepsi KB pada pasangan usia subur untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan alat kontrasepsi. AbstractThe provision of contraceptive services is an effort made to improve the quality of the family. The 2007 IDHS data showed 61.4% of married women who used the 2008 IDHS contraception The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with the use of contraceptive services in infertile couples in Karang Intan 2 Health Center, Banjar District. Quantitative research methods with a cross sectional study approach that is intended to education and knowledge the dynamics of the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable. There was no relationship between education and the use of family planning contraception services at PUS 2019 (p = 0.209) and there is a relationship between knowledge and the use of family planning contraception services at PUS (p = 0.016). It is recommended for health workers to provide information about the use of contraceptive services in fertile age couples to increase knowledge about the use of contraceptives.
