This study aimed to investigate the consequences of the (in)existence of emergency reserve for small non-essential service business in the city of Paranaguá, PR./Brazil. The survey was submitted to the managers of companies with more than 03 (three) years in the market, taking into account 02 (two) categories of analysis: emergency financial reserve and impacts of the Covid 19 pandemic. For data analysis, Bardin content analysis technique was used. The study revealed that during the pandemic period, companies had to adapt their way of working because of the crisis. In addition, the importance of using controls and financial indicators to better manage the business and the use of the emergency financial reserve as a survival strategy was highlighted.

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the role of the Chairperson and Cooperative Manager in the preparation and application of Financial Statements based on SAK ETAP in cooperatives in the city of Palembang. This research is a quantitative study using data obtained from questionnaires and measured using a Likert scale. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample used in this study was the Chairperson of the cooperative and the manager of the cooperative in the city of Palembang. The cooperatives studied were 203 cooperatives. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the role of cooperative leaders and managers had a significant positive effect on the preparation and application of SAK ETAP-based financial statements.Keywords : chairman, manager, SAK ETAP, cooperative

The research aims to describe the puzzling media as a solution to increase the learning motivation of elementary /MI student. This research is library research. It is a method that the data which is needed in completing research comes from library sources i.e. include books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, etc as well as various sources on the internet. The data collection technique used in this research is documentation. Documentation means looking for data about things in the form of notes, books, papers, articles, journal, and so on. Then, the data analysis technique used in this study is content analysis. In this analysis, the process of selecting, comparing, and combining various meanings will be found to be relevant. The media is an intermediary or introduction. Puzzle media can improve the students’ motivation to keep trying to solve problems. It is fun for students because it can be repeated. The challenges in the puzzle game will give you an addictive effect to always try and try until they are successful.

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. This research aims to investigate the implementation of politeness in the language of lecturers and students as well as students and students through online lectures at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Sembilanbelas November Kolaka on the WhatsApp application. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on research, namely the fulfillment and violations of the principles of politeness in the language contained in online lecture conversations on WhatsApp. The data collection technique uses documentation or screenshots, and the data analysis technique uses content analysis methods with inductive procedures. The results indicate that the communication of lecturers to students and students to students based on the WhatsApp social network still pays attention to the principles of linguistic politeness in communication discourse. Based on the WhatsApp social network, students and lecturers can meet the principles of linguistic politeness, including maxim of wisdom, generosity, appreciation, simplicity, compatibility, and sympathy. However, there were also still some violations of the principle of politeness.

The purpose of this research is to find out how the contribution of Hotel Taxes in increasing the Regional Original Income of Medan City and what are the efforts in increasing the hotel tax. Sources of data used in this research are secondary data, namely in the form of targets and realization of hotel tax revenue and realization of local revenue Medan City from 2016 to 2018. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use descriptive analysis. Hotel Tax to Local Own Revenue is to compare the actual value of Hotel Tax with the realization of Local Own Revenue in Medan City. The results show that in 2016-2018, the contribution of Hotel Tax in the city of Medan increased every year. In contrast to the contribution, the value of the realization of Regional Original Income tends to fluctuate because, in 2016-2017, it increased, while in 2018, the realization value decreased.

This research aims to describe the paradigm of humanistic learning theory in implementing innovative learning in elementary school. The method used in this research is library research which data comes from various sources, both from libraries and various websites that exist on the internet. The source are books, encyclopedias, dictionaries, journals, documents, magazines, and others. Techniques in collecting data that used in this study is documentation. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used in this research is content analysis. The results of this study attempt to illustrate that innovative learning is a learning designed by teachers in new way. The new design made to facilitate learners in building knowledge in the process of behavior change. In addition, the theory of humanistic learning is a theory that helps learners to enjoy learning on subject matter in developing the potential of students themselves to a better direction. Thus, humanistic learning theory can be used to implement innovative learning in primary schools. Humanistic learning theory emphasizes guidance education, develops and directs students basic potential in terms of cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. Keywords: learning theory, humanistic, innovative learning ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan paradigma teori belajar humanistik dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode library research yang data-datanya berasal dari berbagai sumber, baik dari perpustakaan maupun berbagai website yang ada di internet meliputi buku, ensiklopedi, kamus, jurnal, dokumen, majalah, dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Selanjutnya, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan bahwa pembelajaran inovatif merupakan pembelajaran yang dirancang oleh guru yang sifatnya baru, untuk menfasilitasi peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya pada proses perubahan perilaku. Di samping itu, teori belajar humanistik merupakan sebuah teori yang membantu peserta didik untuk senang belajar pada suatu objek atau materi pelajaran dalam mengembangkan potensi diri peserta didik ke arah yang lebih baik. Dengan demikian teori belajar humanistik dapat digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan pembelajaran inovatif di sekolah dasar. Teori belajar humanistik menekankan pada pendidikan membimbing, mengembangkan dan mengarahkan potensi dasar peserta didik baik dari segi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. The formulation of the problem in this study is how financial performance of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The purpose of this study is to determine financial performance of  simpan pinjam cooperative  in the city of manna in 2015-2017 seen from ratio liquidity, solvency and provability.The object of this researchis the Financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative in the city of manna in 2015-2017.  Data analysis technique used in this reseach  are quantitative  descriptive and interpretating of the data so that it can give Clear description under study Using financial formulation. The result of analysis trough financial report of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative using financial are report good enough. So it can be conclude that financial performance of of Dua Muara of saving loan cooperative are good enough  but it is necessary to improve the calculation of the financial statement

The aim of this study is to carry out a socio-linguistic analysis of the dissemination of the Charter of Citizens' Rights and Obligations in Public Health Services. We designed a qualitative investigation using observation and content analysis. A deductive analysis technique was followed, based on the "SPEAKING" model categories. The data analysis suggests a clear framework of rights and obligations has been established, but is not very familiar to patients and relatives. We can conclude that despite the widespread dissemination and publicity of the Citizens' Charter of Rights and Obligations, we still need the involvement of professionals. Nurses can develop a fundamental role in this process.

This study aimed to identify difficulties diabetic patients face during treatment in controlling the disease. A total of 24 diabetic patients, attended in the Nurse Educational Center for Adults and Elders in 2003, participated in the study. The data was collected individually, through a written report guided by a question previously elaborated, on a pre-scheduled date. The Content Analysis technique was used in the data analysis. The results showed several difficulties related to the treatment follow up: rejection and denial of the patient's condition, suffering and revolt due to restrictions imposed by the diet, physical activity and medication. It is possible to infer that the focus of the education approach should not be restricted to the transmission of knowledge; it should also include emotional, social and cultural aspects that also influence in the treatment follow up.

This research aims to describe the history of Indonesian reform in the collection of Telepon Genggam poems by Joko Pinurbo. The dark history of reform needs to be reminded to everyone, to remind that Indonesia has a dark history of humanity, the Trisakti Tragedy. The May 1998 Trisakti Tragedy is a dark history that cannot be forgotten by Indonesian people. This research is included in a qualitative descriptive study. Data and data sources of this research are a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo entitled Telepon Genggam. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis technique. Listen note is a technique used for data collection techniques. The results of research on the history of Indonesian reform, namely Tragedi Trisakti, in a collection of poems by Joko Pinurbo's Mobile Phone, found that there was a monetary crisis that made people uneasy because of the soaring prices of basic necessities. In addition, there were demonstrations by students and activists which resulted in many casualties, looting and rape of ethnic Chinese, and the kidnapping and disappearance of activists and students.Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sejarah kelam reformasi Indonesia dalam kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo. Sejarah kelam reformasi sangat perlu diingatkan untuk semua orang, untuk mengingatkan bahwa Indonesia mempunyai sejarah kemanusiaan yang kelam, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti. Tragedi Trisakti Mei 1998 merupakan sejarah kelam yang tidak bisa dilupakan oleh bangsa Indonesia. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dan sumber data penelitian ini adalah kumpulan puisi karya Joko Pinurbo yang berjudul Telepon Genggam. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis isi. Simak catat adalah teknik yang digunakan untuk teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian mengenai sejarah reformasi Indonesia, yaitu Tragedi Trisakti, pada kumpulan puisi Telepon Genggam karya Joko Pinurbo ditemukan bahwa adanya krisis moneter yang membuat rakyat menjadi resah karena harga kebutuhan pokok yang melambung tinggi. Selain itu, ada juga demonstrasi para mahasiswa dan aktivis yang menyebabkan banyak korban berjatuhan, penjarahan dan perkosaan terhadap etnis Tionghoa, dan penculikan dan penghilangan aktivis dan mahasiswa.
