ABSTRAKPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para perempuan yang berusia produktif mengenai kewirausahaan serta memanfaatkan peluang bisnis di era digital dan di masa pandemi, sehingga para perempuan dapat berdaya secara ekonomi. Program pengabdian masyarakat melibatkan 132 perempuan berusia produktif dari seluruh Indonesia. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap. Tahap pertama adalah memetakan usaha yang akan membantu perekonomian para perempuan. Tahap kedua adalah tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap ketiga adalah tahap evaluasi untuk memastikan para peserta dapat memiliki panduan dalam memulai atau mengembangkan usahanya. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan sebagian besar peserta (75%) memiliki motivasi yang tinggi untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha yang diukur dengan skala motivasi berwirausaha. Selain itu, semua peserta memandang bahwa kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat karena menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam berwirausaha. Dengan demikian, diharapkan para perempuan mampu berdaya secara ekonomi baik di masa pandemi maupun pasca pandemi. Kata kunci: era digital; kewirausahaan; pandemi; perempuan; pemberdayaan ABSTRACTThis community service aims to provide productive women with skills and knowledge regarding entrepreneurship and take advantage of business opportunities in the digital era and during the pandemic so that women can be economically empowered. This community service program involved 132 participants from all over Indonesia. The implementation of this community service program is carried out virtually or through webinars. The results of this activity indicate that after gaining knowledge and skills most of the participants have high motivation to start and develop businesses. In addition, all participants saw that this activity was very useful because it added knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship. The problems faced by the children of Banjarmasin Al-Ashr Orphanage are almost the same as those faced by other orphanages in the city of Banjarmasin, namely, lack funds and personnel or volunteers who help and guide orphanage children to develop their skills and creativity as a provision in carrying out life after the completion of the orphanage. The purpose of this community service program is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have a strong and more independent motivation by providing them with the knowledge and skills they will use to prepare themselves for the future. While the target of this activity is to make the children of the Al-Ashr Orphanage have design skills in making invitations, brochures, and banners as well as online businesses. The method used is training and guidance, where training is carried out with presentations and practices.

Abstrak. Motif batik malangan mempunyai makna luhur bagi penggunanya sehingga banyak dimininati oleh masyarakat luas sehingga membuka potensi peluang usaha bagi warga Malang. Potensi dan peluang bisnis pengrajin batik Malangan ini sangat prospektif, namun proses pembuatan dan pemasarannya belum optimal. Pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini berfokus pada kelompok Pengrajin Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) “Batik Asli Malangan” dan Pengrajin IRT “Batik Tradisional Sido Mukti”. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan jumlah produksi secara efisien dengan mentransformasi teknologi. Penambahan canting dan kompor elektrik dari pelaksanaan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM)  ini menjadi salah satu upaya untuk menambah jumlah produksi secara efisien dengan mentransformasi teknologi tersebut. Dalam rangka peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pengusaha Batik Malangan Konvensional di Kelurahan Merjosari Malang dalam hal pembukuan, pemasaran hasil usaha dan pewarnaan batik diadakan pula pelatihan pembukuan, pemasaran hasil usaha dan pewarnaan batik. Pelatihan dilaksanakan disalah satu rumah warga Kelompok Batik Malangan Konvensional di Kelurahan Merjosari Malang dengan jumlah peserta 30 orang pelaku usaha.Kata Kunci: Program Kemitraan Masyarakat, Industri Rumah Tangga, Batik MalangAbstract. Malangan batik motif has a significant meaning for its users so much in demand by the broader community that it opens up potential business opportunities for the citizens of Malang. The potential and business opportunities of Malangan batik artisans are very prospective, but the manufacturing and marketing processes are not optimal. The implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) focuses on the group of Home Industry Craftsmen (IRT) "Original Malangan Batik" and IRT Craftsmen "Sido Mukti Traditional Batik." This community service program is carried out to increase the amount of production efficiently by transforming technology. The addition of canting and electric stoves from the implementation of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) is one of the efforts to increase the amount of production efficiently by transforming technology. This community services aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of Conventional Malangan Batik entrepreneurs in Merjosari Kelurahan Malang in terms of bookkeeping, marketing of business results, and batik coloring, there is also bookkeeping training, marketing of business results and batik coloring. The training was held in one of the houses of residents of the Conventional Malangan Batik Group in Merjosari Village Malang, with a total of 30 participants.Abstrack: Community Partnership Program, Home Industry, Batik Malang

Formalin and borax are dangerous chemicals that are often misused as food preservatives. Various inspections have been carried out to minimize the use of formalin and borax in food, but there are still many formalin and borax in foods. The community, especially housewives, should have the ability to identify the presence of formalin and borax in food in order to protect family members from the exposure of those chemicals. Housewives in Pamijen Sub-District do not have knowledge and skills to identify formalin and borax content in food yet. Through this community service program, housewives in Pamijen Sub-District are expected to be able to test formalin and borax content in food independently. The program began with counseling about the food characteristics that contains formalin and borax; and the impact on health. This program continued with training on how to identify and practicing on how to detect formalin and borax in some food samples with a simple and an easy method. The results indicate that this program can increase patricipants’ knowledge about formalin and borax; and skills to identify them. Keywords: preservatives, formalin, borax, food

Abstrak Sebagai agent of change mahasiswa dituntut tidak hanya memiliki ilmu dan keahlian sesuai dengan bidangnya, tetapi juga siap untuk terjun ke dalam masyarakat mengimplementasikan ilmu dan keterampilan yang mereka milliki, membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan riil yang sedang dihadapi masyarakat atau memberi pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat supaya mereka bisa hidup lebih baik. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut institut teknologi sepuluh nopember (ITS) menyelenggarakan program kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) kepada mahasiswa. Sesuai dengan wilayah keilmuan mahasiswa yang berbasis pada teknologi dan aplikasinya, maka kegiatan KKN juga bertema teknologi serta aplikasinya sehingga kegiatan-kegiatan KKN di dalam masyarakat juga tidak lepas dari tema teknologi dan aplikasinya. Dengan demikian, KKN ITS menjadi sarana yang tepat untuk membantu masyarakat menghadapi era revolusi industri sekarang ini di mana teknologi dan aplikasinya menjadi inti keberlangsungannya. Kata Kunci: pemberdayaan masyarakat, KKN tematik, penerapan teknologi, revolusi industri Abstract As agents of change, students are required not only to have knowledge and expertise in their fields, but they must also be ready to be in the community to implement the knowledge and skills they have, help solve real problems faced by the community or provide knowledge and skills to the community so they can lead better life. To meet these goals, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh November (ITS) conducted community service program (KKN) for students to communities. In line with ITS students’ background, the themes of KKN were related with technology and its applications, so that the KKN activities in the community were also inseparable from the theme of technology and its application. Thus, KKN ITS is the right medium to help the community in facing the current era of the industrial revolution in which technology and its application serve as its core. The aim of the Community Service Program, Kuliah Kerja Nyata- Pembelajaran dan Pemberdayaan Kepada Masyarakat (KKN-PPM) is to improve the skills of society in Sindanglaya village, Cinangka. The problem faced does not know the use the waste of plastic to produce the useful and selling value products. The method of implementing this service is through (1) Survey through observation, interviews, and analysis of problems and potential of the village, (2) Training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. The results of this program are increasing knowledge and skills of the community regarding training on making paving block from the waste of plastic. This program is expected to facilitate the community in increasing their knowledge and skills in processing the waste materials into products that are useful and have selling value, therefore that the societies in Sindanglaya become productive communities.

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk  meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan abon ikan lele dan menciptakan peluang usaha secara nyata di masa mendatang. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dimulai dengan pengadaan alat. Metode yang digunakan adalah training of trainer (TOT), yaitu pemberian materi melalui ceramah, praktek langsung, dan pendampingan. Pemberdayaan ini telah mampu menghasilkan 3 varian rasa abon ikan lele (manis, asin dan pedas). Hasil organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa abon lele dengan rasa manis adalah yang terbaik. Abon lele terpilih memiliki kadar air 7,71%, abu 4,59%, protein 26,50%, lemak 24,12%, dan negatif dari mikroba Salmonella. Produk abon lele telah memperoleh lisensi P-IRT, berlabel dan berstandar halal. Kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan ibu-ibu, sehingga perlu dilakukan inovasi lebih lanjut dalam pengolahan abon lele agar produk yang dihasilkan dapat memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik. Empowerment of farmers through the production of shredded catfish AbstractThis activity aimed to improve the knowledge and skills of mothers through training and mentoring in the management of shredded catfish and create real business opportunities in the future. The activity starts with the procurement of tools. The method used was trained of trainers (TOT), namely the provision of materials through discourse, direct practice, and mentoring. This empowerment had to produce 3 flavors of shredded catfish (sweet, salty and spicy). The organoleptic results showed  that shredded catfish with sweet flavors was best. The shredded catfish selected had 7.71% moisture content, 4.59% ash, 26.50% protein, 24.12% fat, and negative from Salmonella microbes. The shredded catfish products have obtained P-IRT license, has labeled and halal standards. This activity is very useful in increasing the knowledge and skills of mothers, so that further innovation needs to be carried out in the processing of shredded catfish so that the products produced can be of better quality.

The goal to be achieved in this service program is to help compile and make financial statements CV. Kasih dan Sayang. Specific targets to be completed are knowledge and skills in preparing and formatting financial statements. The problem in preparing financial statements is knowledge and skills in the recording of business finances. Therefore, the challenges in this target group need to be overcome by increasing knowledge and training in making financial statements that are easy and helping financial records for partners. The method that will be used in this service program is participation method. CV. Kasih dan Sayang were given financial statement training. The results of this community service activity are trainees who are able to provide training materials that are supported by using financial statements formats in the form of MS. Excel is in accordance with the case of business transactions. In addition, the financial statement format is in the form of an MS. Excel will tidy up and make it easier to make business financial statements.

villages in Surabaya that has a very dense population. In this digital era, children and young people are less aware of the need to read. In the tongue, teenagers are not so concerned with learning. Bhayangkara University in Surabaya held a Community Service program which took place in the Lidah Wetan Hamlet, Lakarsantri District, Surabaya City. With the theme "Preserving Literacy Culture". The program is inseparable from the vision and mission of local village officials. With the mini library created by Community Service Team, Bhayangkara University is expected to increase the enthusiasm and interest in reading in the surrounding community. This mini library provides a variety of books ranging from children's story books, learning books to read, learning books to write, learning books to draw, school materials, to religious nuances books and other books (food recipes, fiction stories, etc.). Some programs are directed at encouraging children's potential in reading culture and fostering youthful enthusiasm in organizing. Nowadays many young people are trying to challenge Karangtaruna. Several agendas are designed to solve these problems.

Di samping dana desa yang sudah diberlakukan pada 2015, pada tahun ini 2019 marak dana kelurahan. Permasalahannya adalah belum semua kelurahan mengadministrasikan pengelolaan dana kelurahan secara penuh dan mandiri. Kelurahan Rempoa Tangerang Selatan yang menjadi objek pengabdian masyarakat belum memiliki bendahara atau Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK), sehingga berpotensi mengalami kendala pengelolaan dana kelurahan di masa mendatang. Studi dalam program pengabdian masyarakat ini merupakan upaya untuk membantu Kelurahan Rempoa dalam pengelolaan dana kelurahan, proses penyusunan laporan keuangan, serta pemungutan, pemotongan dan pelaporan pajak oleh bendahara pemerintah. Studi dalam program ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan diskusi, asistensi, dan/atau pendampingan kepada objek terkait tiga proses tersebut. Hasil studi dalam program ini adalah terbekalinya Kelurahan Rempoa akan pengelolaan dana kelurahan, sehingga kelurahan siap mengelola dana tersebut pada saat penyerahan pengelolaan dana kelurahan dari kecamatan tahun depan (2020).    In addition to village funds that were already in implementation in 2015, this year 2019 will be full of urban-village funds. The problem is that not all urban-villages have fully and independently administered the management of urban-village funds. Rempoa Urban-Village, South Tangerang, which is the object of community service, does not yet have a Treasurer or Financial Administration Officer (PPK), so that it potentially experiences obstacles in managing the urban-village fund in the future. This study in the community service program is an effort to assist Rempoa Urban-Village in the process of, managing urban-village funds, preparing financial reports, and collecting, deducting and reporting taxes by the government treasurer. The study in this program is a qualitative method with the approach of discussion, assistance, and/or assistance to objects related to that three processes. The results of the study in this program are the completion of Rempoa Urban-Village in the management of urbanvillage funds, so that the urban-village are ready to manage these funds at the time of handing over the management of urban-village funds from the subdistrict next year (2020).

Abstract Purpose: The Community Service Program (PKM) is located in Kerinjing Village, Tanjung Raja District, Ogan Ilir Regency. The targeted target audiences are housewives in the village. This activity aims to: (1) socialize the potential benefits of family medicinal plants (TOGA) as healthy drinks that can increase income, (2) socialize the correct way of planting family medicinal plants so that the quality is better, arousing the motivation of the target community to develop family medicinal plat processing. Method: The methods applied in this training include counseling on several theories that support the potential and composition of family medicinal plants, how to plant and process medicinal plants into various beverage processed products, suitable packaging methods, practice, and assistance. Community service activities are carried out through lectures and demonstrations. Results: The output produced from this activity include: (1) increased knowledge and skills of housewives regarding the use and processing of family medicinal plants, (2) increased knowledge of how to plant and pack good products, and (3) increased motivation for developing a business to use family medicinal plants. Conclusions: After the activity, there is an increase in knowledge and skills to develop a business to use family medicinal plants, their potential, and how to process them into healthy drink products, as well as proper packaging methods. In addition, this activity also increases the motivation of housewives who are participants to develop businesses in the field of beverage products based on family medicinal plants.
