The performance was the result that was the goal in every organization to achieve its goals. Human resources have a vital position, considering its human resources' quality strongly influences the organization's performance. Besides, high-quality natural resources were useful in adjusting the movement of business climate change so quickly. Work discipline, leadership, and motivation were essential for a company to increase staff performance. This study aims to determine work discipline, leadership, and motivation on staff performance—associative research method with multiple linear analysis techniques. The study population amounted to 150 respondents; the sampling technique used purposive sampling, where the number of samples of 60 respondents was calculated using the Slovin formula. The study results show that simultaneously work discipline, leadership, and motivation significantly influence staff performance. Partially only work discipline and leadership have a significant effect, while a lack of motivation was significant for staff performance. As one of the determinants of direction and organizational goals, leaders should control work behaviors and direct them to staff job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to determine employee performance through the concept of work management and digitalization as the main keys to improving the performance of BUMDES employees in Buleleng Regency. The concept of performance management is the employee’s activities and work results in line with organizational goals. So that it contributes to improving the performance of BumDes employees. The study population was all active BumDes in Buleleng Regency. Sampling in this study using random sampling technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Component based SEM, Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method. The results showed that the concept of work management has an effect on digitization and employee performance.

PT Bandar Abadi Shipyard is a company engaged in manufacturing and the company is working to improve the quality and quantity of production in the ship building and ship repair. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture variables and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bandar Abadi Shipyard. The study population was 50 people and the samples used are saturated sampling technique. This study using multiple linear regression data analysis with the help of computer software SPSS version 20.00. Analysis of the data used to test the validity and reliability levels, classical assumptions and hypothesis testing. Results from this study indicate that the organizational culture (X1), and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y) and simultaneously the organizational culture (X1) and work motivation (X2) positive and significant impact on employee performance (Y)

Organizational cynicism has been a topic of discussion and debate among employees and top management. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between organizational cynicism and organizational pride. Precisely, the objectives are to identify and measure organizational cynicism among employees in industrial organizations; to determine and measure the degree of organizational pride among employees in industrial organizations and to study the effect of organizational cynicism on the organizational pride of employees in industrial organizations. In this empirical research, the study population was employees of industrial organizations of Oman. Using a purposive sampling technique, nine industrial organizations from Oman were picked. With the help of structured questionnaire, data from 350 respondents was obtained. Structural equation modeling was used through Amos version 25.0 for data analysis. The results reveal that the two dimensions of organizational cynicism (affective cynicism and behavioral cynicism) have a significant and negative impact on emotional pride, while cognitive cynicism does not significantly effect emotional pride. The study results indicate that the one dimension of organizational cynicism (affective cynicism) has a significant impact on attitudinal pride, while the rest of the other dimensions (cognitive cynicism, behavioral cynicism) do not have a significant effect on attitudinal pride. The limitations and implications of the research are also discussed.

The purpose of the present study was to analyze the relationship between spirituality and perceived performance in team sports players. A standard spirituality questionnaire was used to assess the exogenous variable. The endogenous variable of the study was perceived performance and was measured through a questionnaire of a likert scale which was adopted from literature. Subjective performances of the players were derived opposed to objective performance. Data had been collected from Sri Lankan national team players who are engaged in team sports of football, basketball, Elle, volleyball, Hockey, Kabaddi, Netball, Rugby and Throw ball. The study population was 308 national team players and the universal sampling technique was used. The study results reveal that there is a positive relationship between spirituality and performance of the players.

<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. The multiple linear test results from the results obtained from the training variable (X1) value is (0.922%), while the results obtained from the floating variable (X2) value are (0.224%).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> Training, Development, Performance.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil variabel pelatihan independen (X1) diperoleh thitung&gt; Ttabel (7,800&gt; 2,004), variabel pengembangan (X2) diperoleh thitung &lt;Ttabel (1,474 &lt;2,004) dan kemudian variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh parsial terhadap karyawan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan (X2) tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung&gt; Ftabel (33.185&gt; 3,17), sedangkan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 &lt;alpha pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Kemudian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. The West Nusa Tenggara Department of Manpower and Transmigration (DISNAKERTRANS NTB) is one of the government organizations that assists the Governor of West Nusa Tenggara on labor and transmigration issues. IT governance in a company or organization is very necessary to harmonize organizational goals and strategies. With the problems found regarding to the resources both human resources and IT resources at DISNAKERTRANS NTB. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the capability level of IT governance at DISNAKERTRANS NTB using the COBIT 5 framework by focusing on APO01 subdomains: Manage IT management frameworks, and APO07: Manage human resources. From the research results, the average capability level for the current conditions shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 2. While the average capability level of the expected condition, shows that APO01 and APO07 are at level 4.to increase the current level, some recommendations are given to be considered by DISNAKERTRANS NTB in drafting the  policies relating to the APO01 and APO07 processes. Abstract Human resources are a significant enough part of achieving organizational goals, both large and small companies; a company has modern equipment with high technology. The purpose of understanding and studying human resource management is the knowledge needed to have analytic skills in dealing with management problems, especially in the organization's field. The role of human resources in the company is significant because as the primary driver of all activities or activities of the company in achieving its objectives, both to obtain profits and to maintain the survival of the company. The success or failure of a company in maintaining its existence starts from the human being itself in maintaining the company in maximizing its effectiveness and efficiency. Wages and work environment are factors that significantly affect employee performance. An employee who has high wages or as expected and a pleasant work environment will achieve the company's goals and objectives.

In an organization, one of the most critical assets is human resources. Human resources are one of the main factors that play a role in determining the success of an organization to achieve predetermined goals. The employees very much learn the achievement of organizational goals. Many factors can influence the achievement of organizational goals. One of them is emotional intelligence. This research aimed to determine how much influence emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT WKR. The method used is quantitative by using an explanative approach, which has a population of 138 people. In comparison, the sample is 42 people because the samples taken vary in position, the researcher used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient analysis in this research are r = 0.424, which means a moderate relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance at PT WKR. The result of the coefficient of determination calculation is 18%, meaning that emotional intelligence has an influence of 18% on the performance of employees at PT WKR. The remaining 82% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher. The results of the calculation of the correlation significance test in this research obtained the t-test results of 3.269; therefore, t count is greater than t table, emotional intelligence has a significant impact on employee performance at PT WKR.

ABSTRACT In this era of increasingly fierce business competition, the success of every company is inseparable from the human resource factor. Human resources are important for the company, without people who may be companies that can help, so that they get profit. Human resources are assets that must be maintained by the company because human resources in a company can be a determinant of a company's survival. This study discusses work stress and job satisfaction on employee turnover intention at PT Cahaya Indo Mandiri. The sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling, using a questionnaire distribution method with a total of 104 respondents who used all of PT Cahaya Indo Mandiri's employees as respondents. The data collected in this research uses descriptive method, data quality test, classic assumption test, influence test and hypothesis test with the help of SPSS (Product Statistics and Solution Services) version 25. Because the independent variable namely work stress has a significant and positive influence on turnover intention and job satisfaction have a significant partial positive towards turnover intention. The results of the F test show the variables of work stress and job satisfaction are positive and significant to the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Indo Mandiri, with the value of the test results f arithmetic 358,821 3.0864 f table values and with a significance value of 0,000 0.05.
