The method used is quantitative by using an explanative approach, which has a population of 138 people. In comparison, the sample is 42 people because the samples taken vary in position, the researcher used the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The results of the calculation of the correlation coefficient analysis in this research are r = 0.424, which means a moderate relationship between emotional intelligence and employee performance at PT WKR. The result of the coefficient of determination calculation is 18%, meaning that emotional intelligence has an influence of 18% on the performance of employees at PT WKR. The remaining 82% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researcher. The results of the calculation of the correlation significance test in this research obtained the t-test results of 3.269; therefore, t count is greater than t table, emotional intelligence has a significant impact on employee performance at PT WKR.

The object of this research is the employees of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. The sample used in this study amounted to 45 people. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling technique. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance (Y), the independent variable is compensation (X), and the interverning variable used is work discipline (Z). The data analysis test tool in this study uses Path Analysis. The results showed that direct compensation had a significant effect on employee performance at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk Witel Kediri. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.013 <0.05. The results of the study also showed that compensation indirectly had a significant effect on employee performance through work discipline. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.001 <0.05

This research was conducted because the performance of employees at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia is not optimal so it is suspected that there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT Mora Telematics Indonesia Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research. The study population was 150 employees with a sample of 60 respondents who were taken using simple random sampling technique and data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Simple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing were used in this study. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that there is a positive and significant influence between compensation and performance. Thus H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The effect of compensation on performance is indicated by the regression equation Y =. The results also show a correlation coefficient or r of 0.452, which means that there is a moderate relationship between the independent variable, namely compensation to the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination or r-square of 0.204 shows that compensation for performance has an effect of 20.4% and the remaining 79.6% is influenced by other variables not observed in this study

Competence is the basis for employees in carrying out work demands that are their responsibility. Employees must continue to improve their competencies so that they can adapt to changes related to their field of work. In this case, the organization must play a role in the development of its human resources, especially related to competencies so that future employee performance will be better. This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of human resource competencies on employee performance at the Department of Industry and Trade Cooperatives (KOPERINDAG) of Bima City. This type of research is associative. Poulasi in this study were 50 employees with a sample of 30 employees who included ASN. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling (taking samples based on certain considerations). Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires using a Likert scale, the type of data used is quantitative data from primary data sources. Data analysis techniques used are validity, reliability, simple linear regression, simple linear correlation and partial tests (T test). Based on the results of this study concludes that human resource competence does not have a significant effect on employee performance, this is evidenced by the t test value of 0.323 and sig of 0.749.Keywords: Human resource competence, employee performance
