<p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong><strong></strong></p><p><em>This study aims to look at the effect of training and development on PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Training programs and employee development in a company can improve the skills, knowledge, and experience of employees, on their work. </em><em>The main purpose of this training and development is to overcome the shortcomings of human resources at work due to possible inability to carry out work, and at the same time strive to foster human resources to become more productive. </em><em>This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 57 respondents, while the sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling. In this study the independent variables consist of Training and Development, while the dependent variable is employee performance. The results of the independent training variable (X1) were obtained tcount&gt; Ttable (7,800&gt; 2,004), the development variable (X2) obtained tcount &lt;Ttable (1,474 &lt;2,004) and then the training variable (X1) had a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y). While the development variable (X2) does not partially affect the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the F test show that F count&gt; Ftable (33,185&gt; 3.17), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05. Then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which means that the independent variables (training and development) jointly or simultaneously affect the dependent variable (employee performance) positively and significantly. The multiple linear test results from the results obtained from the training variable (X1) value is (0.922%), while the results obtained from the floating variable (X2) value are (0.224%).</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><em> Training, Development, Performance.</em></p><p align="center"><strong>ABSTRAK</strong></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan dan pengembangan pada PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Palembang. Program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan pada suatu perusahaan  dapat meningkatkan ketrampilan, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman karyawan, terhadap pekerjaanya</em><em>. </em><em>Tujuan utama dari pelatihan dan pengembangan ini adalah untuk mengatasi kekurangan-kekurangan para sumber daya manusia dalam bekerja yang disebabkan oleh kemungkinan ketidakmampuan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, dan sekaligus berupaya membina sumber daya manusia agar menjadi lebih produktif</em><em>. </em><em>Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen terdiri dari Pelatihan dan Pengembangan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah kinerja karyawan. Hasil variabel pelatihan independen (X1) diperoleh thitung&gt; Ttabel (7,800&gt; 2,004), variabel pengembangan (X2) diperoleh thitung &lt;Ttabel (1,474 &lt;2,004) dan kemudian variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh parsial terhadap karyawan variabel kinerja (Y). Sedangkan variabel pengembangan (X2) tidak secara parsial mempengaruhi variabel kinerja karyawan (Y). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa F hitung&gt; Ftabel (33.185&gt; 3,17), sedangkan signifikansinya adalah 0,000 &lt;alpha pada tingkat signifikan 0,05. Kemudian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji linier berganda dari hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel pelatihan (X1) nilainya (0,922%), sedangkan hasil yang diperoleh dari variabel mengambang (X2) nilainya (0,224%).</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Pelatihan, Pengembangan, dan Kinerja</em>

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze studies on the effect of teamwork on employee performance. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 51 respondents, while the sampling technique uses probability sampling method using simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the teamwork variable was obtained by t count (13,170)> t table (2,011). Then the teamwork variable partially influences the employee performance variable, with a sig value of 0,000 <from the value of 0.05. With the value of R Square obtained results of 0.783, this means that teamwork variables influence the change in Y of 0.783 or in other words the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 78.3% while the remaining 21.7% is caused by other variables not included researched within a research framework. Conclusion, the value of the Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) obtained a value of 0.885 shows that there is a very strong joint relationship between the independent variables of Team Cooperation to the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance. <p align="center"><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p><p><em>This study aims to see the influence of human resource training and development in the PPPA district of Musu Banyuasin district, South Sumatra. Employees in the PPPA service or called ASN are important factors in improving the effectiveness of government agencies. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a total sample of 30 respondents, while the sampling technique used in the study is saturated sampling. in this study independent variables consist of Training and HR Development, while the dependent variable is the performance of employees. instrument testing using validity and reliability tests. while the method of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test and r ². The results of the training independent variables (X1) obtained tcount (8,324)&gt; Ttable (1,699), development variable (X2) thitung (6,355)&gt; Ttable (1,699) and Then the training variable (X1) has a partial effect on employee performance variables (Y) , development variable (X2) partially influence to employee performance variable. The F test results show that Fcount (42.414)&gt; Ftable (3.35), while the significance is 0,000 &lt;alpha at a significant level of 0.05 then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted which means independent variables (training and development) simultaneously or simultaneously affect variable dependent (employee performance) positively and significantly. The result of determination coefficient test (R²) shows Adjusted R Square 0,759 or 75.9% that mean variation of employee performance variable can be explained by training and development variable, the rest 24,1% can be explained by other variable outside of research. Pegawai yang ada di dinas PPPA atau disebut ASN merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektifitas kinerja instansi pemerintahan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden, sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sampling jenuh. pada penelitian ini variabel bebasnya terdiri dari Pelatihan Dan Pengembangan SDM , sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah kinerja pegawai. pengujian instrumen menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. sedangkan metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan uji t, uji f dan r². Hasil penelitian variabel independen pelatihan (X1) diperoleh thitung (8,324) &gt; Ttabel (1,699), variabel pengembangan  (X2) thitung (6.355) &gt; Ttabel (1,699) dan Maka variabel pelatihan (X1) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pgawai (Y), variabel pengembangan (X2) berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap variabel kinerja pegawai . Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa Fhitung (42.414) &gt; Ftabel (3.35), sedangkan signifikansi adalah 0,000 &lt; alpha pada taraf signifikan 0,05 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti variabel independen (pelatihan dan pengembangan) secara bersama-sama atau simultan mempengaruhi variabel dependen (kinerja pegawai) secara positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukan Adjusted R Square 0,759 atau 75.9% yakni berarti variasi variabel kinerja pegawai dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel pelatihan dan pengembangan, sisanya 24,1 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian. Pelatihan dan pengembangan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di dinas PPPA kabupaten musi banyuasin sumatera selatan.</em></p><strong><em>Kata kunci :</em></strong><em> Pelatihan,Pengembangan SDM, Kinerja</em>

The Effect of Training and Human Resources Development Programs on the Improvement of theCapability and Performance of the Employees of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The purpose of this studywas to analyze how much influence the variables of the training and development program on thevariable of employee capacity improvement partially or individually and which variable had the mostinfluence on PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, to analyze how much influence the training and developmentprogram variables have on the combined ability of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, to analyzehow much influence the training, development and capacity improvement variables have on employeeperformance variables at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri, to analyze how much influence the trainingand development variables have on employee performance variables through capacity building atPT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a two-pathequation approach. The object of research chosen in this study is PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri. The typeof data used is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are done by questionnaire andobservation. The instrument used in this study was the Likert scale. The research variables use theconcept of independent variables namely training and development and the concept of the dependentvariable is the increase in employee ability and performance. The results of this study indicate thatthe training and development variables partially or individually to increase ability have a significanteffect. Of the two variables, the biggest influence is the development variable. The training anddevelopment variables combined to increase ability have a significant effect. And the influence of othervariables outside the model is 0.561. On the training variable, development, combined capabilityimprovement on employee performance has a significant effect. And the influence of other variablesoutside the model is 0.258.

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of personality on employee performance. The type of research used is quantitative descriptive research. Sampling technique using non probability sampling method with saturated sampling technique that is taking the entire amount of the population to be sampled that is a number of 30 respondents. Methods of data collection by interview, questionnaire and observation. For data analysis used simple linear regression. Based on the analysis of data processing that has been tested in this study stated valid and reliable. The result of simple linear regression equation is Y = 26,309 + 2,061X. Results of the hypothesis test are known to be> ttable> 5,025> 2.048. Coefficient of determination of 0.474. While the percentage of the magnitude of the influence between the variable personality and employee performance variables of 49.2% and the rest of 50.8% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

This study intends to analyze the impact of work culture and job satisfaction on employee performance at BPSDM Southeast Sulawesi Province. This type of research is explanatory research, with a total sample of 47 respondents. The sample size was determined based on the slovin method, the sampling technique was carried out directly. Data was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Analysis of the data by descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results of the research prove that work culture has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 43, 757 with a coefficient of 0, 74. Job satisfaction has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance number of 0, 000 and t is 82, 629 and a coefficient of 0, 93. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that work culture and job satisfaction greatly affect employee performance. This shows that the two variables, both work culture and job satisfaction, have been tested to significantly affect employee performance.AbstrakPenelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa akibat aspek budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di BPSDM Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara.  Tipe penelitian merupakan eksplanatory research, dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 responden.  Besar sampel didetetapkan berdasarkan pada metode slovin, teknik penarikan  sampel dilakukan secara langsung. Data diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert.  Analisa data dengan cara deskriptif serta regresi linier berganda.  Hasil  riset membuktikan kalau budaya kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kemampuan pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 43, 757 dengan angka koefisien 0, 74.  Kepuasan kerja mempengaruhi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan angka signifikansi 0, 000 serta t jumlah sebesar 82, 629 serta angka koefisien 0, 93. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisa data, disimpulkan kalau budaya kerja serta kepuasan kerja sangat  mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua variable tersebut, baik budaya kerja maupun kepuasan kerja teruji secara sognifikan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

The purpose of this research: (1) To know the description of job rotation, job satisfaction and employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (2) To know the effect of job rotation on employee performance at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. (3) To know the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province. (4) To know the influence between job rotation and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Department of Transportation of Jambi Province.The method of this research is descriptive and quantitative and using regresion method. The population in the study were the employees of the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department. Technique of sampling research using of stratified sampling. The total sample in this study was 123 respondents.The result of the research shows that the average level of the respondent's answer for job rotation (X1) is 74.46% and the average level of the respondent answer for job satisfaction variable (X2) is 68.52, it shows highest average respondent There is in position variable rotation (X1). The magnitude of the effect of rotation variables on the performance of employees at the Department of Transportation Jambi Province is amounted to 2,427. The amount of influence of job satisfaction on employee performance variables at the Jambi Provincial Transportation Department is 4.452. Based on the analysis that together into two independent variables of job rotation and job satisfaction have a significant effect amounted to 2.201 (X1) dan 3.308(X2) on the performance of employees at the Transportation Agency of Jambi Province. The MNC (Multinational) company based in California is a computer storage and data management (storage) company. PT. NetApp is very concerned about the welfare of its employees. All NetApp achievements are inseparable from good management of its human resources, in this context the performance of its employees. Although NetApp is one of the best companies at work, the percentage of employee turnover has increased from year to year. This type of research is quantitative research. Sugiyono (2007) Quantitative data is data in the form of numbers, or qualitative data that is called up (scoring). This study is intended to determine the relationship between the seven variables, namely Recruitment of Independent Variables (X1) and Career Path (X2), namely Corporate Performance Dependent variable (Y) and Employee Performance (Z) as a variable intervening. After a statistical test, the results are obtained: first the recruitment variable has a significant effect on corporate performance variables. This means that recruitment is the initial stage of the employee to enter into a company. not significant to corporate performance variables

This study was conducted to identify the effect of training and development on Employee Performance in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority. Random sampling technique was used to collect data for this research study. A developed questionnaire was distributed among 112 employees in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority for data collection. To check the effect of training and development on employee’s performance, descriptive statistical technique and t-testwas applied on the data. The results indicate that there was a significant difference in scores for trained employees and untrained employees with large effect, (30%) of the employees performance isexplained by training and development programs. It is proved that independent variables contribute positively towards change in the dependent variable.

One way is to conduct training and development programs for employees. The achievement of an organization's goals depends on the performance of its employees. If a company wants the advantage of competing through human resources (HR), then it must contain the concept of training and development of human resources on an ongoing basis. Human resources are one of the factors directly involved in carrying out company activities. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri Ciledug Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive method with an associative approach with proportional random sampling technique. Methods of data analysis using descriptive and verification with regression analysis, determination, and hypothesis testing partially or simultaneously. The results showed that partially the independent variables affect the dependent variable. Simultaneously testing the influence also concluded work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an influence contribution of 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained a probability statistic value <0.05 thus H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
