This research produced an Palembang Exlore application which is an application for tourism promotion in Palembang City. Tourism here is not only historical sites, but also can be other tours, including historical or famous places / buildings in a city, where you can buy souvenirs or souvenirs, where to buy special foods from a region or culinary, and so on. This application is useful for tourists, both domestic and foreign who will visit the city of Palembang. So that tourists are expected to know all the tourist attractions that can be visited, ranging from tourist places or historic buildings to culinary tours of the city of Palembang. The method used in making this application or software uses the Extreme Programming method which consists of several stages, namely planning, design, coding and testing. With the ease of the application it will facilitate travelers to select tourist attractions, hotels and culinary in Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the factors that cause a decrease in tourist visits and efforts made by the Ternate City Tourism Office in overcoming the decreasing intensity of tourist visits in Sulamadaha Beach Tourism Attractions. Ternate located in North Maluku Province. Ternate is one of 10 districts in North Maluku Province that have many tourist attractions, for example Sulamadaha Beach. Sulamadaha Beach is an attraction that is managed directly by the Ternate City Tourism Office and the local community, Sulamadaha Beach has beautiful underwater  natural beauty, according to data from the Ternate City Tourism Office Sulamadaha Beach is the most popular destination for tourists, but this does not last long as it is known from the data of tourist visits that Sulamadaha Beach every year has decreased, related to this, it will be research about  "The efforts of the City of Ternate Tourism Office in Overcoming the Decreasing Intensity of Tourist Visits in Sulamadaha Beach Attractions" The research method used in this study is the type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that cause a decrease in the intensity of tourist visits in Sulamadaha Beach Tourism by using the concept of Sapta Charms, namely safe factors, orderly factors, and friendly factors, Ternate City Tourism Office has also designed several programs to stabilize the problem.          Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dan efektifitas kinerja di kantor SAMSAT Kota Padang dengan cara memberikan informasi biaya BBNKB kepada masyarakat yang akan melakukan transaksi balik nama. Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) termasuk salah satu transaksi yang paling banyak dilakukan pada kantor SAMSAT Padang. Saat ini media pendukung untuk biaya balik nama kendaraan belum ada, sehingga orang wajib pajak tidak mengetahui berapa biaya yang harus mereka bayar. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut perlu dikembangkan sebuah Sistem Informasi Biaya Balik Nama Kendaraan Bermotor (BBNKB) berbasis SMS Gateway. Pengembangan software berbasis SDLC dengan metode XP (Extreme Programming). Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman VB.Net, dan database MySQL sebagai menyimpan data serta Gammu sebagai konfigurasi SMS Gateway. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi yang dapat digunakan bagi  wajib pajak agar mengetahui jumlah biaya balik nama kendaraan bermotor, yang dapat meningkatkan efesiensi kerja pada kantor SAMSAT kota Padang.   Kata kunci: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming   Abstract The purpose of this research is to improve public services and effectiveness of performance at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang by providing information on BBNKB costs to people who will conduct transactions behind the name. The cost of transferring motor vehicle names (BBNKB) is one of the most widely carried out transactions at the SAMSAT Padang office. At present there are no supporting media for the return of vehicle names, so that taxpayers do not know how much they must pay. To solve this problem, it is necessary to develop an Motorbike Name Return Fee Information System (BBNKB) based on SMS Gateway. SDLC based software development with XP (Extreme Programming) method. This system was developed with the VB.Net programming language, and the MySQL database as a data store and Gammu as an SMS Gateway configuration. The results of this study are an application that can be used for taxpayers to find out the amount of return costs for motorized vehicles, which can improve work efficiency at the SAMSAT office in the city of Padang.   Keywords: SMS Gateway, SAMSAT, Extreme Programming

Abstract The diversity of tourism objects owned by the city of Surabaya makes the city of Surabaya as one of the cities in Indonesia that is worthy to be visited with tourist destinations of various ages ranging from children to adult visitors. The diversity of tourism objects owned include Nature Tourism, Educational Tourism, Religious Tourism, and City Tourism. The existence of tourist attractions in the city of Surabaya must be published to the public with the main goal of attracting visitors to come for tours. To be able to publish it, media facilities are needed to support the marketing communication process. This study focuses on the strategy of selecting media as a marketing communication to introduce Surabaya City tourism objects. This research is qualitative with descriptive design. This study aims that the selection of communication media is carried out in appropriate stages so that the aim is to introduce the tourism object of Suarabaya City to the whole community and be able to attract visitors to travel.

The purpose of this study is to examine the tourism sector that is continuously being developed by the government as a pillar of national development because it is able to sustain the national economy when the world is experiencing a crisis. In Law Number 10 Year 2009 it is stated that tourism development is needed to encourage equal opportunity to try and benefit and be able to face the challenges of changing local, national and global life. Medan City as one of the autonomous regions in Indonesia which when viewed in terms of spatial planning, then almost 70% is a densely populated residential area. The growth of the tourism sector in the city of Medan, does not originate from natural tourist attractions like other areas in general, but rather to city tourism, such as nightclubs, hotels, hangout places, cafes, restaurants and salon and spa places. The industry has become one of the reliable projects of the City of Medan to increase regional revenues of the City of Medan. The tourism license of the City of Medan has been regulated in law No. 19 of 2009 concerning Tourism, Law No. 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government. And Regional Regulation of Medan City No. 4 of 2014 concerning Tourism. The City

Industrial revolution 4.0 in the development of instructional media for Japanese  language learning is one of the demands of the era that cannot be avoided anymore. Devices that cannot be released from the students' hands make it seems like it's the only source to search for information or answer in the learning process. Learning Japanese is not only through textbooks, but students are able to develop the teaching materials in the form of narratives of tourism and cultural destinations in the city of Bandung using Japanese. Those narratives about the information of destinations are packaged into a website that can be accessed anytime and anywhere, as an interactive instructional media that can increase motivation and interest about the city of Bandung in Japanese. The development of this website is not only for Japanese learners, but also useful as a source of information for Japanese people who will visit the city of Bandung. The latest information about the city of Bandung using Japanese consists of historical sites, tourist attractions, museums, and culinary. Japanese learners can access them at any time and can be used as a medium for discussion, and learners can explain it again about the city of Bandung to their friends. This innovation of learning media is a solution in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 to improve Japanese language skills both orally and in writing.
