This study aims to examine how the application of discipline to improve students’ motivation and learning interest at SMP Negeri 1 Barru. The sample in this quantitative study was taken through proportional random sampling. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of the application of discipline to the increase of students’ motivation and learning interest at SMP Negeri 1 Barru. This can be seen in the significance value of the value of tcount and ttable namely tcount (3.5) is higher than ttable (1.99). The strength of the influence of the application of discipline to students' motivation and interest in learning at SMP Negeri 1 Barru reached 0.4 level, which means it is in a good category

This research was motivated by the low level of learning interest of inmates in participating in skill activities at the Andam Dewi Solok Women's Social Workers' Organization (PSKW). This study aims to: 1) to describe learning motivation in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 2) to describe the learning interest in sewing skills for inmates in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok, 3) to see the relationship between learning motivation and interest in learning inmates following sewing skills in PSKW Andam Dewi Solok. This research includes correlational quantitative research. The population in this study were 40 people. The stratified random sampling technique was taken as many as 75% of the inmates. The number of samples in this study were 30 inmates. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires, while data collection tools use questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use percentages and product moments. From the results of the study, it can be seen that (1) the learning motivation of inmates in sewing skills activities is categorized as low, (2) learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills is categorized as low, and (3) there significant relationship between learning motivation and learning interest of inmates in participating in sewing skills activities. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui besarnya pengaruh pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasional yang menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang beragama Kristen Protestan Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebanyak 216 orang Pengambilan sampel secara acak (random sampling) yaitu 20%yaitu42orang. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah berupa angket tertutup.Hasil analisis nilai rhitung=0,639rtabel=0,304 dan thitung=5,254ttabel=2,021 menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan antara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solvingdengan minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 dan memperoleh keberartian persamaan regresi sederhana yaitu . Uji hipotesis diperoleh Fhitung=27,598Ftabel=1,51makaH0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikanantara pembelajaran daring dengan metode problem solving terhadap minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen  siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021 sebesar 40,83%. Sehubungan dengan hasil penelitian ini, penulis memberi bahan masukan bagi guru PAK untuk meningkatkan penerapan metode problem solvingdalam pembelajaran daring supaya minat belajar Pendidikan Agama Kristen siswa meningkat. Kata Kunci:   Metode Problem Solving, Minat Belajar. Abstract. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year.This research is a correlational study using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The population was all 216 students of class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaranyang who are Protestant Christians in the 2020/2021 academic year. Random sampling was 20%, namely 42 people. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire.The results of the analysis of the value of rhitung = 0.639 rtabel = 0.304 and tcount = 5.254 t table = 2.021 showed that there was a relationship between online learning and problem solving methods with the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran in the 2020/2021 learning year and the meaning of the equation simple regression ie. Hypothesis testing obtained Fcount = 27.598 Ftable = 1.51, then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This study concludes that there is a positive and significant influence between online learning with problem solving methods on the interest in learning Christian Religious Education in class X SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran for the 2020/2021 academic year of 40.83%. In connection with the results of this study, the authors provide input for PAK teachers to improve the application of problem solving methods in online learning so that students' interest in learning Christian Religious Education increases.Keywords: Problem Solving Method, Learning Interest.

The use of media in learning activity can be a solution for teachers to overcome the problems that arise in learning. One of the problem is learning interest. It is important for teachers to cultivate students' learning interests. One of the media that can be used in learning is learning media with Prezi software. Learning media with Prezi software can be inserted with images, videos, music that can stimulate students' interest in learning. Population in this research is all class VIII SMP Negeri 4 Palimanan Kabupaten Cirebon while sampling using cluster random sampling technique and elected class VIII E as experiment class. Based on the results of the data obtained; the results of questionnaire analysis of students' responses to learning mathematics using Prezi software showed strong criteria with an average of 71% and the results of student interest in mathematics questionnaire analysis also showed strong criteria with an average of 80%. Based on the results of the hypothesis, it can be seen that the value of  thitung > t_tabel, that is 4.546> 1.7011. Because t_hitung> t_tabel, then the decision to be taken is to reject H0 and accept Ha, it means that the hypothesis is accepted. The writer takes the conclusion that there is significant influence between learning media with Prezi software to the students' learning interest in mathematics.

The research aims to discover the influence of teachers’ competence and performance of physical, sport, and health education on students’ learning interest in volleyball at SMPN (Public Junior High Schools) in Makassar City. The research is descriptive by using correctional research design. The populations of the research were all teachers of physical, sport and health education and the students of SMPN in Makassar City. The samples were 31 teachers of physical, sport and health education in Makassar City with and 100 students chosen by using random sampling technique, involving teachers’ competence and performance variables as independent variables and volleyball learning interest as dependent variable. Data correlation technique employed SPSS Version 23.00 system at the significant level 95% or α 0.05. The results of data analysis indicate that: (1) there is significant influence of teachers’ competence on students’ learning interest in volleyball at SMPN in Makassar City by 69.0%, (2) there is significant influence of teachers’ performance on students’ learning interest in volleyball at SMPN in Makassar City by 55.0%, and (3) there is significant influence of teachers’ competence and performance simultaneously on students’ learning interest in volleyball at SMPN in Makassar City by 75%.

<em><span lang="EN-US">This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.</span></em>

Abstrak: Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar fisika peserta didik dan mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif fisika peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan desain eksperimen one group pretest posttest. Sampel penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X MIPA 1 yang berjumlah 33 orang yang ditentukan dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar kognitif dan angket minat belajar peserta didik. Hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap minat belajar peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,0063 < 0,05) dan ada pengaruh pembelajaran daring berbantuan laboratorium virtual terhadap hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik dengan nilai sig (2-tailed)  lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) Abstract: This article aims to determine the influence of online learning with virtual labs on the learning interest of students ' physics and to know the influence of online learning with virtual labs on cognitive learning outcomes of student physics. This type of research is a quasi experiment with the experimental design of one group Pretests posttest. This research sample is a student of class X MIPA 1 which amounted 33 people determined with simple random sampling technique. The instruments used in this study are cognitive learning results test and Angket learning interest learners. Data analysis results can be concluded that there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the learning interest of learners with a value of sig (2-tailed) smaller than 0.05 (0.0063 < 0.05) and there is a virtual lab-assisted online learning influence to the outcome of the students ' cognitive learning with a sig (2-tailed) value smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05).

This study aims to determine whether there are: 1) the influence of learning styles on physics learning outcomes, 2) the influence of interest in learning on physics learning outcomes, 3) the influence of learning styles and interest in learning together on physics learning outcomes in class X SMA Negeri 1 Nimboran . This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Nimboran in April - May 2021. The subjects in this study were all 52 students of class X majoring in science and the objects of research were learning styles, interest in learning and physics learning outcomes. The instruments used are questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Pearson correlation test with a significance level of 0.05 and a regression test which resulted in conclusions as a result of the study. The results showed that, 1) there was a significant influence of learning style on physics learning outcomes with a contribution of 50.8%, 2) there was a significant influence of interest in learning on physics learning outcomes with a contribution of 60.9%, 3) there were significant influence of learning style and interest in learning, together on the learning outcomes of physics with a contribution of 64.3% influence

Background: Everyone would want to enjoy their old age in a healthy condition both physically and spiritually, but the fact is that old age is more synonymous with periods of decline in physical, mental, and human interest. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to Identify the description of understanding the meaning of life from a health perspective for the elderly at the Panti Griya Werdha Jambangan in Surabaya. Methods: This study is a quantitative study with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all the elderly who live in the home for the werdha Jambangan with a total of 60 elderly and the sample used was 56 respondents using simple random sampling. The variable in this study is the understanding of the meaning of life from a health perspective in the elderly. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and presented in a frequency distribution table. Results: The results showed that out of 56 elderly people at the Werdha Jambangan Nursing Home in Surabaya, 73.2% of the respondents were 60-74 years old, 73.2% were female, and most of them 55.4% had an understanding of the meaning of a moderate life. Conclusion: Getting an understanding of the meaning of life requires a long and continuous process. A person who already has an understanding of the meaning of his life will be more prosperous and happier in life.Key words: Understanding the meaning of life, health perspective, elderly

In this paper, we study the interleaving – or pure merge – operator that most often characterizes parallelism in concurrency theory. This operator is a principal cause of the so-called combinatorial explosion that makes the analysis of process behaviours e.g. by model-checking, very hard – at least from the point of view of computational complexity. The originality of our approach is to study this combinatorial explosion phenomenon on average, relying on advanced analytic combinatorics techniques. We study various measures that contribute to a better understanding of the process behaviours represented as plane rooted trees: the number of runs (corresponding to the width of the trees), the expected total size of the trees as well as their overall shape. Two practical outcomes of our quantitative study are also presented: (1) a linear-time algorithm to compute the probability of a concurrent run prefix, and (2) an efficient algorithm for uniform random sampling of concurrent runs. These provide interesting responses to the combinatorial explosion problem.

This study examines the influence of political marketing and political will on public leadership and individual performance. The sample used is the people in Surabaya as many as 265 with a random sampling method. Amos 21 is used to test the indirect effect by using bootstrap test. The result of the research shows that political marketing and political will have a significant influence to the success of gaining public leadership, political marketing and marketing will have no significant effect on performance, and public le­a­dership has a significant effect on performance. For the indirect influence, political marketing and political will on individual performance are mediated by public leadership.
