Employees are an important factor in the progress of a company. Employees with good performance will certainly provide positive results for the company. One that can determine employee performance is the right placement in the job. To find out the right placement in a job, one way can be done psychologically. Psikotes can help to know the nature of an employee and suitable work based on their nature. The construction of a job recommendation application system was created to help prospective employees know their true identity and suitable work so that they can apply according to their expertise. This system is built with the programming language PHP, Javascript, HTML for web-based platforms and the KNN algorithm as the method. The KNN algorithm is used to measure the closest distance between training data and test data to produce job recommendations. Training data is taken from expert, and book references. System trials are given to users by filling in psychological tests and questionnaires regarding the satisfaction of system use. After getting feedback from users, the value of system satisfaction reached 85%. This states that the system can provide job recommendations that are in accordance with the psychological test results of the user.

Inventory is a very important aspect for the development of a company. Inventory management is needed to determine the inventory of goods needed within a certain period so that market demand can be fulfilled. The data used in this study are inventory data from 2016 to 2018. Data processing in this study uses the Monte Carlo algorithm to predict procurement data. In accelerating data processing, this research applies a Web-based program with the PHP (Hypertext Processor) programming language. The results of testing this method are to obtain predictions of the supply of goods in a certain period of time with the right level of accuracy. From the test results obtained the level of accuracy in predicting inventory stock by 93% so that it can help companies in making decisions in the future.

PT Manggala Usaha Manunggal is a company engaged in mining and focusing on coal minerals, which is supported by many employees who work professionally in their respective fields. In a company, an employee performance appraisal process is usually carried out to determine the best employees. In the current performance appraisal process, the company still uses a manual system, so it is still less effective and efficient in managing data. The problem faced is how to calculate the best employee performance appraisal, with a decision support system in calculating employee performance appraisal, one of which is by applying the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Porcess) method which is expected to produce the best employee rankings. The system that will be created will be web-based using MYSQL.

Tourism is one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia that needs to be developed. This is based on data of the number of tourist visits from “Kementrian Pariwisata Republik Indonesia” website that the number of tourists in Indonesia is very much and continues to increase over time. Due to the increasing number of tourist visits from various places, makes many entrepreneurs are competing to establish a hotel as a place of business with variety of  price, class, facility and service. Then, the growth of the hotels became very rapid. With so many choices of the hotels, of course it will cause a problems for tourists to decide which hotel is suitable with the desired criteria. With the development of information technology in this era of globalization, technology should be utilized to solve this problem as a decision support system that can recommend which hotel is the most suitable from the tourist desires. The hotel data to be used in this research comes from hotel search site. The methods used for this decision support system are SAW and TOPSIS methods. The reason for using this methods is because SAW has the ability to assess more accurately because it is based on criteria and the computation of TOPSIS method is efficient and fast. The criteria used on choosing the hotel are price, facilities and class. The results of this research has been generated as a web-based application for hotel recommendation. Based on the test results of this hotel recommendation system application, this application works as expected.

Information technology becomes one of the important elements for an organization or company in realizing the effectiveness and efficiency of performance.  To create a company that has a good performance, it requiring the existence of an information system to assisting the management in taking a decision. In its implementation, the use of existing information system still encounter some obstacles during the operation. In this study, the authors used application belongs to Mail and Logistic (MLO) agenpos application. Therefore, SWOT analysis is needed to know the strengths and weakness in internal factors and to know the opportunities and threats in external factors. Choosing the right strategy can maximize the strengths and opportunities, on the other side can minimize the weaknesses and threats.

Instagram (IG) is a web-based and mobile social media application where users can share photos or videos with available features. Upload photos or videos with captions that contain an explanation of the photo or video that can reap spam comments. Comments on spam containing comments that are not relevant to the caption and photos. The problem that arises when identifying spam is non-spam comments are more dominant than spam comments so that it leads to the problem of the imbalanced dataset. A balanced dataset can influence the performance of a classification method. This is the focus of research related to the implementation of the CNB method in dealing with imbalance datasets for the detection of Instagram spam comments. The study used TF-IDF weighting with Support Vector Machine (SVM) as a comparison classification. Based on the test results with 2500 training data and 100 test data on the imbalanced dataset (25% spam and 75% non-spam), the CNB accuracy was 92%, precision 86% and f-measure 93%. Whereas SVM produces 87% accuracy, 79% precision, 88% f-measure. In conclusion, the CNB method is more suitable for detecting spam comments in cases of imbalanced datasets.

The method used in the manufacture of a web-based application taskboard this form of collecting data through observation and questionnaires were distributed in the scope of the company. The test results of these applications concluded that with the application taskboard-based website is an account executive can find out information about the details of the status and the status of the project in a short time, because the data processing has been made into a computerized provided through the application, both an account executive and members are also more easy in knowing the task that must be done even though it is outside the company. With this application is expected to help the performance of employees in a company to be more productive

Based on the Effect of Recruitment and Job Promotion on Employee Performance at PT Jambi Wood Industri, Rantau Puri Village. Where Recruitment with t count of 2.632> t table 1.678. and. Job Promotion with t count 9.096> t table 1.678. Job Promotion Optimizes Employee Performance at PT Jambi Wood Industri Desa Rantau Puri. At the level of confidence (α = 0.05) and df 2: 47 obtained f table value of 3.20 through the calculated f value of 51.341. Daily Activity is an application developed by BPS-Statistics of Sulawesi Tenggara Province. The application is then also applied in BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Utara Province. In Daily Activity, employees report their daily activities, including the outputs. The list of activities is then manually summarized every month to form an Employee Performance Achievement Report (CKP). Because the process is still manual, the preparation of CKP reports has become less effective and efficient. Thus, the author tries to develop Daily Activity by adding the Employee Performance Achievement menu. The development uses the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall approach. With this menu, now the list of activities can be summarized automatically by activity categories. The application has been tested with black-box testing to determine its functionality. The test results show that the application meets user needs in forming CKP reports.
