ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is (1) To know the public relations strategy of MYKO Hotel & Convention Center Makassar in solving public crisis; (2) To know what factors support the Public Relations of MYKO Hotel & Convention Center Makassar in solving the public crisis. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research method by presenting data in the form of narrative descriptions, words, phrases, opinions and ideas collected by researchers from various sources. Researchers obtained data based on in-depth interviews with competent sources to answer the problem formulation, where the informants were selected by using purposive determination technique and through literature study based on the data received from the staff. The result of the research shows that the strategy used by PR in solving the public crisis include: conducting research on case and news, completing the licensing documents in accordance with the procedures of Makassar city government, press conference, providing services to the media, invite Makassar city government to come and see the situation of the company, set up crisis center. The supporting factors in solving the public crisis are human resources (HR), cooperation with stakeholders, infrastructure, budget, link building, development of information and communication technology, non-writing activities.

<span lang="IN">Social media is one type of new media that facilitates the process of communication among human. Social media makes it easy for users to communicate and share information in a wider range. At present, not only people use Instagram, but the government also needs to keep up with the time to participate in using Instagram as an online information media. Public Relations of the Salatiga Government is one of the public relations departments that uses Instagram as an online information media to provide information needed by the community.<br /> This research aimed to find out how the content of the information was<span>  </span>and how the role of instagram was as an information deliverance to the citizen by the public relations of Salatiga. Through qualitative methods research, data is collected by means of interviews and observations. The results showed that the Salatiga <span> </span>Government Public Relations Instagram account had a role to increase brand awareness, connect many people and as a source of information/ business promotion.Public Relations of the Salatiga Government considers that Instagram plays an active role in conveying information to the public. This is seen from the many positive responses received by the Salatiga City Government Public Relations during managing Instagram as a modern information deliverance.<span>     </span></span>

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

ABSTRAK Perkembangan strategi brand suatu produk sekarang ini semakin kreatif dengan menggunakan berbagai media komunikasi untuk dapat mempersuasi publik. Keberadaan suatu brand dapat dikomunikasikan melalui pendekatan emotional feel, attitude change, dan behaviour yang dilakukan terhadap target sasarannya. Youtube sebagai provider yang memiliki peran yang kuat dalam menyimpan data informasi yang paling besar berupa tayangan film dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk membangun dan meningkatkan brand experience produk tertentu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses kampanye yang dilakukan oleh Youtube Broadcast Box dalam upaya meningkatkan brand experience terhadap Youtubers Indonesia. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terstruktur, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Dalam teknik penentuan key informan, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses kampanye public relations yang dilakukan oleh Youtube Broadcast Box telah dapat meningkatkan brand experience para Youtubers Indonesia yang dibuktikan dengan banyaknya kunjungan dari audience yang ingin menonton tayangan di Youtube secara berkelanjutan untuk berbagai kegiatan yang dianggap memiliki nilai informasi bagi publik. Kata Kunci : Kampanye Public Relations, Brand Experience, dan Youtube Broadcast Box ABSTRACT The development of the brand strategy a product now this is getting creative by the use of various media of public communication persuasive. The existence of a brand can be communicated with the emotional feel , attitude change , and behaviour was done with their targets. Youtube as providers having role strong in store data information the greatest of impressions film to give contribution to build and improve brand experience certain products. The purpose of this research is to aware of the campaign done by youtube broadcast box in order to increase brand experience of youtubers Indonesia. As for research methodology used is descriptive to technique data collection through interviews structured, observation, and the literature study. The technique of the determination of key informants, this research using a technique purposive sampling. The research results show that the process of public relations campaign conducted by broadcast box of youtube has been able to increase brand experience the youtubers indonesia which is evidenced by the number of visits from audience who want to watch impressions on youtube in a sustainable way for various activities being regarded as having the value of information to the public. The commitment to reinstatement of the sharī‘a, or traditional law of Islam, has been a striking feature of the programme of Libya's revolutionary government. Before 1969, legal development in Libya had conformed to the universally observable trend in Islamic societies of introducing secular laws on Western lines at the expense of the sharī‘a. True, the sharī‘a had not been superseded in Libya to as great an extent as in some countries, but its influence was largely restricted to matters of personal status and the regulation of certain traditional Islamic institutions. Civil and commercial codes on the French model had been introduced, and the Libyan Penal Code was inspired by the French and Italian versions. In 1971 the Revolutionary Command Council set up a commission to revise Libyan law in accordance with the sharī‘a, a task given renewed emphasis in 1975, when a law was passed reorganizing the commission. Since 1971 a number of laws modelled on the sharī‘a have been promulgated and, presumably, more are yet to come.An understanding of this remarkable development has been slow in coming. Information on Libyan law is regrettably difficult to obtain outside Libya, and many potentially illuminating sources remain unavailable to Western students. The impression one gleans from the incomplete materials presently available is that broad guidelines for the work of the commission revising the laws have been set. On a given legal issue the most lenient solution is to be selected from among the doctrines of the schools of Islamic jurisprudence, with consideration being given to the public welfare (maṣlaḥa) and Libya's traditional adherence to the Mālikī doctrine. However, one would like to know much more about the rationale underlying the specific enactments. Nonetheless, since this important trend has now been under way for several years, a tentative assessment, even if based on an inadequate range of sources, is long overdue.

<br /><table class="data" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="value"><p>Bojongkoneng village in Bogor Regency is an area that is vulnerable to landslide disaster. Previous research has shown that Bojongkoneng village has local wisdom that can be used to reduce damage risk from landslide disaster. This article discusses about the form of local wisdom in disaster mitigation by analyzing from the public relations in Bojongkoneng village with environment. This research was conducted with qualitative descriptive approach, using primary data technique through observation, interview, and documentation, and secondary data through literature study. The results reveal that Bojongkoneng people has some form of local wisdom that has been used as an effort to mitigate landslide disaster that can be described through the identity of Bojongkoneng people related to relation of theyself with environment, relation of the people with environment on affection aspect, and relation of the people with its environment in fulfilling their life necessities.</p></td></tr></tbody></table>

Bali Hai Cruise is one of the companies engaged in marine tourism at Lembongan village, Klungkung regency. The cruise has been established for 28 years and until now still maintained its existence as one providers of the marine tourism providers in Bali. They offer exclusive day trips at Lembongan just in one day. This research aims to provide an overview of the marine tourism attractions and find out public relations strategy of Bali Hai Cruise. This research uses qualitative data. Data is collected by observation, interview and literature study. There are several key concepst of this research, such as: strategy, public relations, public relations strategy, and marine tourism. The result of the research shows that Bali Hai Cruise have a public relations strategy based on internal company relationship by maintaining the quality of human resources and still give attention on the right employee, although the company has not been consistent in financial management. While on external company relations, Bali Hai Cruise is focusing on maintaining the image and brand of the company, even though the company still gets protests from the public because of coastal private beach. ArgumentAs the deficit model's failure leaves scientists searching for more effective communicative approaches, science communication scholars have begun promoting narrative as a potent persuasive tool. Narratives can help the public make choices by setting out a scientific issue's contexts, establishing the stakes involved, and offering potential solutions. However, employing narrative for persuasion risks embracing the same top-down communication approach underlying deficit model thinking. This essay explores the parallels between movie censorship and the current use of narrative to influence public opinion by examining how the Hays Office and the Catholic Legion of Decency responded to science in movies. I argue that deploying narratives solely as public relations exercises demonstrates the same mistrust of audiences that provided the foundation of movie censorship. But the history of movie censorship reveals the dangers of using narrative to remove the public's agency and to coerce them towards a preferred position rather than fostering their ability to come to their own conclusions.

Every company must have change the obstacle into an opportunity by applying marketing communication in all situations. Good Marketing Communications be measured from how a company delivers its message to the user. So, the user can well understand and drive the user’s behavior according to the company’s goals. Situations today are a new normal era which an opportunity for restructuration the company by arranging the marketing communications to increase back the traffic of the user after the company has decreased earlier. Other than that, travel trends now is a staycation. This research focuses on Traveloka’s marketing communications when it runs their program “Traveloka Livestyle Hotel Flash Sale” for engage the user to staycation in a new normal era. The theory used is the model and marketing communications mix from the public relations aspect. The research approach used in this research is a  qualitative approach with case study methods. The researcher collects the data techniques by interviews, observation, and literature study. The result of this study indicates that Traveloka’s Engagement by many marketing communication’s ways goes well. So, this program generates enthusiasm and positive feedback from the user shown from their decision making for a staycation in the new normal era.Setiap perusahaan harus dapat mengubah obstacle menjadi sebuah peluang dengan mengaplikasikan komunikasi pemasaran yang tepat sasaran di segala situasinya. Komunikasi pemasaran yang baik dinilai dari bagaimana sebuah perusahaan mengkomunikasikan pesan kepada konsumennya sehingga dapat dipahami dan mengubah perilakunya konsumennya sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Situasi yang dihadapi saat ini ialah era new normal yang merupakan peluang untuk merestrukturisasi perusahaan dengan merancang komunikasi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan kembali traffic konsumen .Selain itu, Tren berwisata era new normal telah mengalami perubahan salah satunya adalah staycation . Penelitian ini berfokus pada komunikasi pemasaran Traveloka sebagai perusahaan yang melayani konsumen di bidang pariwisata dalam menjalankan program Livestyle Hotel Flash Sale untuk menarik konsumen melakukan staycation di era new normal .Teori yang digunakan adalah model dan bauran komunikasi pemasaran dari segi kehumasan. Pendekatan penelitiannya adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Peneliti mengumpulkan data secara observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dan studi pustaka. Hasil analisisnya menunjukkan Engagement yang dilakukan Traveloka berbagai taktik komunikasi pemasaran yang dimilikinya berjalan dengan baik sehingga Program ini menghasilkan antusiasme dan feedback positif dari konsumen yaitu dengan pengambilan keputusan konsumen untuk melakukan staycation di era new normal.

Researchresults find communication activity conducted in Surabaya city government public relation Activitiesthe management of Media Relations as a means of communication to the public using a one-waycommunication, where is Surabaya city government public relations role as journalists indisseminating information to the public, and controls the news or information to mass media.In application of Surabaya City Government Public Relations are already maximizing the duties andfunctions of Public Relations Surabaya City Government in achieving and maintaining excellentservice and quality information, and to improve information channels and public aspirations, andmaintain harmonious relations with the media and the public.

This study focuses on the communications that was built by the Public Relations (PR) in East Jakarta Administration City Government with the Press community through their roles in the administrative activities of government. The purpose of this study was to determine the PR activities of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the Press as the government's partner in promoting the various activities that are beneficial to society. The research method used in this study is a case study (case study). The results showed that the role of Public Relations of East Jakarta Administration City Government in establishing good communication with the press, is done through activities, such as press conferences, press releases, and press gathering. All activities are done well, so as to create a communication and a good relationship, in any cooperation between the Press and the Government of East Jakarta, making it easier for local governments in disseminating various work programs.
