This article wants to answer about how the amount and nominal budget of elected DPD candidates can be utilized for the effort to win seats for each elected candidate. This study takes a sample of all members of the DPD elected from the existing participation of 34 provinces in Indonesia. The type of data taken in the form of secondary data downloaded from the official KPU website consists of a Report on the Revenue and Expenditure of Campaign Funds. Based on the results of this study, there are two interesting things related to the funding of the DPD in the 2019 Concurrent Elections ago. First, there is no strong relationship when the campaign budget is large. The pair of elected DPD candidates can win seats at a relatively small campaign cost. Second, the amount and amount of campaign costs incurred by prospective DPD members varies. The campaign expenses spent by Adilla Azis from East Java amounted to IDR 75,000. Meanwhile, Jimly As-Shiddiqie from DKI Jakarta spent the largest cost of IDR 1,908,605,402. The average selected candidate issues an average price range of IDR 400 million with an average cost/vote of IDR 3,500.

Abstract Background Two major definitions exist for presenteeism: sickness presenteeism and impaired work function. The evidence for comparing previous studies on presenteeism is insufficient because of the different definitions of presenteeism used. Aims To assess the relationship between the two major definitions of presenteeism. Methods This cross-sectional study analysed secondary data on 5334 respondents to an employee survey administered in a construction company in Japan. Impaired work function was measured using the Work Functioning Impairment Scale (WFun). Multiple logistic regression was performed. Results A strong linear association was observed between the number of days of sickness presenteeism and impaired work function (all P < 0.001). In contrast, the number of days of sickness absence was only partially positively associated with impaired work function. All choices for most frequent health problem were positively associated with impaired work function, beginning with mental problems (adjusted odds ratio [OR] = 20.45, 95% confidence interval [CI]: 14.94–28.01), followed by malaise (adjusted OR = 11.91, 95% CI: 9.08–15.62) and sleeping problems (adjusted OR = 8.62, 95% CI: 6.57–11.33). Conclusions A strong relationship was observed between the two major definitions of presenteeism, even after adjusting for a variety of chronic health conditions. Although a consensus on the definition of presenteeism is yet to be reached, this study provides insight on comparing existing studies on presenteeism.

Cattle prices in Nusa Tenggara Barat tend to change in short time. It is difficult for farmers to predict price in the future. Price changes could affect farmers income. Therefore we need a method by which farmers could predict the price in order to make production decision. The purpose of this study was to predict of price based on the average price level for one year. This study used secondary data of cattle prices monthly, patterns of changes measured by index, then performed statistical analysis. The results of this study shows that the forecasting method used is only relevant to the pattern of price changes with a relatively similar pattern in a specified period. Price changes caused by external factors will have different pattern and causes greater deviation, so it can not be used to predict the price of cattles in NTB.

Insurance is a fund raising agency sourced from the receipt of insurance premiums from the public and distributed by claims. In addition to premium receipts, the company also puts its funds in the form of investments. This aims of this paper is to analyze the investment returns, premium income, and claims expense to profit using partial correlation, determination and multiple linear regression. The methods that use to collects the data for this final task are using observation and study documentation using quantitative analysis. Analytical technique is multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS 21 software. The used data in this paper is secondary data that obtained from the website of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan. From the results of the correlation coefficient test partially obtained investment returns and premium income has a significant relationship to profit, a positive value of 0.657 and 0.737 means the relationship is strong and unidirectional whereas, claims load has a significant relationship to profit, negative value of -0.786 means strong relationship And counterclockwise, simultaneously (together) shows that investment returns, premium income, claims expenses have significant relationship to profit, and a positive value of 0.881. The result of determination coefficient test shows that there is a significant influence of 77.6% and the remaining 22.4% influenced by other factors. The regression equation formed is Y = -2,682 +  +  – 2,369 + e.

Agriculture has an important role in food security in Indonesia from micro to macro level. One of the agricultural subsectors is horticulture particularly in potato that can support food diversification programs in Indonesia. The problem that occurs in horticultural commodities is the fluctuating selling prices that affect the economic benefits received by business actors. This study aims to analyze the revenue of potato farmers from 2016 to 2018. The research was conducted in Pangalengan Sub District by including 52 potato farmers. The data in this study used both primary and secondary data, which were then analyzed quantitatively. The results of the study showed that the average amount of potato production in 2016 to 2018 in Pangalengan Sub District was 17.27 tons per hectare, while the average price of potatos in the last three years was Rp. 7,640 per kg. Based on the results of the study, the average of potato revenues in 2016 - 2018 is Rp. 131.946.193 per hectare. This study aims to determine the Regency / City Classification in Bali Province based on the Klassen Typology, the condition of income distribution inequality between districts / cities, the relationship between income distribution inequality with per capita income, and whether the relationship forms the U-Reverse Kuznets Curve. This research is an analysis of secondary data obtained from BPS Bali Province. The analytical model used is Klassen Typology analysis, Williamson Index, Product Moment Correlation (Pearson). Klassen's Typology Results, Badung Regency and Denpasar City are included in Quadrant I area, Gianyar Regency is included in Quadrant III area, and the remaining 6 Regencies are included in Quadrant IV area. Furthermore, the Williamson Index Calculation in the Year of Observation shows that there is an imbalance in the Province of Bali which shows a downward trend. While the calculation result of Product Moment Correlation (Pearson) shows a very strong relationship between the Williamson Index and the Per capita GRDP and is negative, but the relationship does not form the Kuznets Curve to be a U-Reverse letter.
