The effect of work motivation, environment work and principal leadership to the teacher performance in SMAN Ambulu. There are three problems in this research. They are 1) The work motivation effect partially to the teacher performance; 2) The work environment effect partially to the teacher performance; 3) The principal leadership affect partially to the teacher performance. The population used in this research were all of the teachers of SMAN Ambulu that consist of 56 teachers. The sum of sample needed in this research were 40 teachers. The data analysis method used experiment of doubled linier regression by using Microsoft Excel and SPSS program. The result of the research and data analysis shows that 1) the work motivation affect partially to the teacher’s performance significantly. The significant value of statistical variable work motivation is 0,02. So, its significant value is smaller than 0,05 or 0,002 < 0,05. 2) work environment affect partially to the teacher performance significant. The significant value of statistical variable work environment 0,000. So, its significant value is smaller than 0,05 or 0,000< 0,05. 3) The significant value of statistical variable of the principal leadership is 0,000. So, its significant value is smaller than 0,05 or 0,000< 0,05. The conclusion is that work motivation, work environment and the principal’s leadership can increase their performance significantly. This study aims to examine the effect of principal leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation on teacher performance. The method used is a survey method with a quantitative correlational approach. The research sample consisted of 136 teachers (86 male teachers and 50 female teachers) from 4 State Senior High Schools in East Lombok Regency, namely SMA Negeri 1 Aikmel, SMA Negeri 1 Wanasaba, SMA Negeri 1 Pringgabaya, and SMA Negeri 1 Suela. The research instrument in the form of a questionnaire was given to respondents directly after testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used a simple regression test and multiple regression tests followed by a correlation test. Data analysis results based on the coefficient of determination for each research variable on teacher performance obtained the coefficient of determination of work motivation of 47.8%, academic supervision of 45.5%, and the variable of principal leadership of 44.4%. While the results of the coefficient of determination collectively were 53.8%. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and collectively, the principal's leadership, academic supervision, and work motivation affect teacher performance.

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of competence and work motivation through organizational commitment and its impact on teacher performance to the vocational high school North Aceh. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires to 74 teacher of the vocational high school North Aceh. Data analysis method used is path analysis and processed with the help of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) application program. The result of the research shows that there is influence of competence and work motivation to organization commitment, and there is also influence of competence, work motivatin and organizational commitment toward teacher performance of the vocational high school North Aceh. Furthermore, the results of the study found that organization commitment variables mediate the absolute (full mediation) relationship of competence and work motivation to the teacher performance to the vocational high school North Aceh. Keywords : Competence, Work Motivation, Organizational Commitment, and  Teacher Performance.

Basically, companies need not only qualified, capable and skilled employees, but most importantly they are willing to work hard and are eager to achieve optimal work. One of the things that can optimize employees in work is with business progress, because with the business progress of employees can perform their duties to the maximum in accordance with the set targets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of supervisory leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction that contribute simultaneously and significantly to work business progress PDAM Malang Velage employees. In accordance with the principal problems and research objectives that have been formulated, then this type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research is 157 employee PDAM Malang Velage. Data analysis method used is path analysis. Based on the data analysis found that : (1) the supervision of leadership and work motivation influence simultaneously and significantly to job satisfaction, (2) the supervision of leadership, work motivation, and job satisfaction simultaneously and significantly affect the business progress , and (3) the supervision of leadership and motivation of work simultaneously and significantly affect business progress through job satisfaction. ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT BCA Life Insurance (BCA Life) Mangga Besar, Central Jakarta with a population of 300 people and a sample of 100 people.This research method uses quantitative research. Data collection techniques are carried out by making observations with questionnaire media. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The data is processed by SPSS software. Results of the study showed that all hypothesis can be accepted, in which all variables all influence positively. From the results it can be concluded all the variables have implications for  the effect of the positive to support the performance of employees at PT BCA Life Insurance (BCA Life) which meansthat the companyis getting better at motivating employees and The support to theenvironmental work that is conducive in the direct performance of employees will increase.Keyword : Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performance

<em>To determine the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran. This research is included in the category of causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bank BCA KCP Citra Towers Kemayoran, amounting to 30 people. The sample uses a saturated sampling technique, all members of the population are sampled, because the relative number is small, while the data analysis method uses partially and simultaneous linear regression. The results showed that partially or simultaneous work discipline and work environment had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.
