In the southern zone of Kazakhstan, agricultural crops are cultivated, both on irrigated and rain-fed lands. The main technology used for tillage is traditional, which accounts for 90% of all cultivated crops. This technology provides for multiple passes of machine-tractor units (MTU) across the field, which causes a large load on the soil, leading to the destruction of its structure. In the South of the Republic, combined tools supplied from neighboring countries (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine) are mainly used for pre-sowing tillage. They do not correspond to the soil and climate conditions and technologies used. To ensure the required quality of soil preparation, it is necessary to use machines adapted to zonal conditions. To develop a combined tool for pre-sowing and basic tillage, the parameters of its working bodies were justified. Based on the conducted research, a prototype of the combined OKP-4,0 machine was manufactured at the experimental plant of "SPC of agricultural engineering " LLP, and its acceptance tests were carried out during the operation of pre-sowing soil preparation for corn sowing, according to which the quality of soil treatment corresponded to agricultural requirements. There were no breakdowns or failures in operation.

Current geopolitical and economic conditions for the functioning of railway transport in most post-Soviet states are such that it is extremely difficult to provide required quality of transport services and break-even operations at high expenses for maintaining the railway infrastructure and rolling stock. Dynamics of transportation of the Tajik Railway (TSR) is shown, which displays that most of its sections are classified as low-intensity ones. The paper proposes methodical principles, setting and qualitative analysis of the task of rationalization of operational work and organization of car flows for international transportation, taking into account the specifics of the Tajik Railway. There is a problem of complex maintenance of the efficiency of operational work in modern conditions based on the synthesis of the tasks of self-management (rational internal operational technology of the Tajik Railway) and coordination tasks (technological interaction with railway administrations of other states). Author substantiated the necessity of solving this problem. Proposed classification of technological restrictions and controlled variables in the performance of transport takes into account methods for changing external conditions for the functioning of the railway landfill and methods for increasing internal efficiency of its operation. The search for the solution of the problem involves direct search of variants along its ordered set with clipping of groups of variants that do not correspond to constraints, with the subsequent finding of compromise control over a set of effective alternatives.

In many parts of the world, row crops are treated with herbicides. Because of environmental concerns, crop cultivation is suggested as an excellent method of weed control. The object of this study was to design and construct a high speed inter-row cultivator. The speed of plowing has a significant effect not only on the depth of plowing but on factors which affect the quality of soil preparation such as loosening of the upper soil layer, cutting roots of the previous crops, covering and plowing in of weeds, leveling the finished surface of the field, displacement of the son layer and so on. In this study, the designed and constructed cultivator has a toolbar, unit frame, disk coulter and a flat sweep. The unit frame is attached to a tractor mounted tool bar by a suspension linkage. The suspension linkage allows the unit frame to move up and down relative to a tool bar that the cultivator unit is attached to. The numerical analysis was performed with COSMOS/M 1.71 FEM software (Structural Research and Analysis Corporation, CA).

Abstract Cimahi City is currently experiencing a clean water crisis, the cause of which is increasing population growth, so that water needs increase and land conversion, which results in reduced groundwater infiltration. The primary source of clean water in this city is groundwater. Population growth and residential development have an impact on pollution originating from domestic waste. These two things cause the quality and quantity of groundwater in Cimahi City to be increasingly critical. This study aims to analyze the quality of groundwater used by residents of Cimahi City. The data used is secondary data from the Environmental Service in 2019. Sampling was carried out at thirty points in Cimahi City spread over 14 urban villages, namely Citereup, Pasir Kaliki, Cibereum, Cibabat, Cipageran, Cimahi, Leuwigajah, Setiamanah, Karang Mekar, Cibeber, Melong, Cigugur, Padasuka, and Utama. The number of sampling is 1-2 samples/urban village. Based on the results of the analysis of parameters that do not exceed the required quality standards based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 32 of 2017 concerning the requirements and supervision of pristine water quality, namely: turbidity, Manganese, nitrate, detergent as MBAS, and total coliform. Based on the results of calculations with the water quality index, it is stated that the quality of groundwater in Cimahi City is in the normal-poor category.

The new Law on Inspection Supervision (Official Gazette 50/2010, implementation as of 1.04.2011) was passed in April 2010 with the aim of improving the quality of inspection in the pharmaceutical sector, as well. The new Law covers the spectrum of weaknesses recognized over time. The system of quality inspection encompasses a set of commonly required quality management process, objectives, conditions, policies, formal rules and procedures. The organizational scheme addresses all aspects of inspection activity. The inspection service has to assure that its personnel are not under any undue internal or external commercial, financial or other kind of pressure and influence that may adversely affect the quality of their work. Moreover, the inspection service needs a sufficient number of employees with the necessary education, training, technical knowledge and experience to perform inspection activities according to specified requirements and standards. An inspector’s engagements have to be within the scope of the responsibilities arising from his/her activities. Continued training in inspection activities should be established, including advanced training programs that offer various levels of inspectors’ qualification. In regard to their specific activity, new rule books governing inspection supervision in the pharmaceutical sector should be developed and adopted in the near future. This permanent upgrading process of the existing national policies in compliance with the EU legal policy has also become characteristic of the Macedonian pharmaceutical sector.

The influence of abiotic factors and genotype on the quality of barley yield was studied. The research was conducted in various agroclimatic conditions at two state variety-testing sites in 2019. The first is located in the steppe zone of foothills on the ordinary and southern chernozems of the Republic of Khakassia, the second – in the forest-steppe soilclimate zone of the Republic of Tuva. During the experiment, a more contrasting difference in the daily temperature range in the conditions of Tuva was noted. The following varieties of spring chaffy barley of Siberian breeding were used as an object of the study: Uvatsky, Krasnoyarsky 91, Emelya (multi-rowed), Acha, Biom, Tanay, Buyan, Takmak, Abalak, Olenek (two-rowed). Production characteristics of the varieties (weight of 1000 grains, yield), the content of protein, sugars, fat and fiber in grain were determined by using standard methods. More stringent conditions for growing plants in the Republic of Tuva, compared to the Republic of Khakassia, caused a 20% decrease in the weight of 1000 grains and yield, a 47% decrease in protein content in grain, and an increase in the accumulation of fat and fiber in it (by 24 and 48%, respectively). When growing barley in Tuva, less significant intervarietal differences were noted in the production characteristics of the crop and in the content of valuable substances in the grain (except for protein). Varieties of barley with a high content of valuable substances in grain for cultivation in the Republic of Tuva in contrasting climatic conditions were determined. Variety Krasnoyarsky 91 was recommended (there was no decrease in the mass of 1000 grains and the level of productivity) and Biome (the smallest decrease in protein content, the largest increase in the content of fat and sugars in grain).
