Education influences a changes in knowledge, attitudes, and lifestyle patterns in the selection of the type and amount of food consumed. The health of a pregnant women affects the fetus in her womb. Nutrient content consumed by the mother will be absorbed by the fetus which is important for the growth of the fetus itself. This study aims to determine the relationship of education level, energy intake and protein nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area of Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. This research is an analytical study with cross-sectional design. Samples were pregnant women, amount to 40 people. The level of education is obtained through a questionnaire. Energy and protein intake was obtained through 2x24 hours recall and then processed using menu A software. To find out the relationship between variables of education level, energy and protein intake with nutritional status, Chi-Square was tested using the SPSS program. Data is presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results showed that 77.5% of the sample education level was high. Sample energy intake was classified as less than 82.5% and 17.5% classified as good. Sample protein intake of 95% classified as poor and 5% classified as good. Nutritional status of pregnant women is 70% experiencing KEK and 30% normal. Statistical test results show that there is no relationship between education level, energy and protein intake and nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency.

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Energy and protein intake decreased menurun (<1600 kkal and  <40 gr)  in patients with CKD RSUD M.Yunus Bengkulu, which can affect the nutritional status of the state can be seen from the LLA.The purpose of this study to examine the relationship of energy intake, protein and nutritional status based on LLA with urea levels in patients with CKD undergoing hemodialysis in hemodialysis installation RSUD dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2013. Type a descriptive analytic study using cross-sectional research design with the independent variables (intake of energy, protein, nutritional status) and the dependent variable (urea levels). Total population of 140 people with 58 sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The results of this study found that there was no significant correlation between energy intake with urea levels, there was a significant association between the intake of protein with urea levels and no significant correlation between the levels of nutritional status on penderta urem CKD undergoing hemodialysis in hemodialysis Installation RSUD  dr . M. Yunus Bengkulu in 2013.

This study aims to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in Puskesmas Jalan Gedang Kota Bengkulu. Based on the preliminary study conducted on 10 people pregnant women in the work area of ​​gedang puskesmas got 5 mother mother had pregnancy anemia in trimester 1 and 2I, when asked this matter because of the food menu that potluck.The study method used was a descriptive analytic cross sectional design. This studywas conducted in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City from March 1 until May 1, 2017, with the samples of 30 respondents. Retrieving data was done using a questionnaire sheet and documentation of patient status and then analyzed by univariate and bivariate using Chi Square test. Results of the 30 respondents were half of the respondents 50.0% had unhealthy eating patterns, almost half of respondents 26.7% had anemia. Based on Chi-Square test pvalue 0.035, which shows there was a correlation between the diet and the incidence of anemia among pregnant women in Jalan Gedang health center Bengkulu City. <p><strong><em>One of the highest causes of maternal death in Bukittinggi City is anemia. Mandiangin Health Center is the second highest Public Health Center with anemia, from 56 pregnant women as many as 29 pregnant women have anemia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of economic status, education, employment, age, parity, and nutritional status with anemia of pregnant women in the working area of the Mandiangin Community Health Center in Bukittinggi City. </em></strong><strong><em>This type of research is analytic descriptive with cross sectional approach. Samples amounted to 29 pregnant women, with sampling techniques with purposive sampling </em></strong><strong><em>The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of anemia with economic status (p = 0.03), education (p = 0.02), employment (p = 0.04), age (p = 0.00), parity (p = 0.00) and nutritional status (p = 0.001). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between economic status, education, employment, age, parity and nutritional status with anemia in pregnant women. It is recommended for pregnant women to be active in prenatal care so that anemia in pregnant women can be detected early</em></strong></p>

Anemia in pregnant women is a condition of mothers with hemoglobin (Hb) levels less than 11gr / dl which can cause the risk of bleeding, stunted fetal growth (CHD), prematurity, low birth weight (LBW), and stunting and even death in pregnant women. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Sidomulyo Health Center Outpatient Pekanbaru City. The research method used quantitative type with cross sectional design. The population of pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters based on secondary data from medical records for January 2019 - March 2020 was 2036 people with a sample size of 325 people. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling using secondary data taken from medical records. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate and multivariate with multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 192 pregnant women with anemia (59.1%) were significantly associated with anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City nutritional status (POR = 40.647, parity (POR = 3.473), Maternal age (POR = 1,993). It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Sidomulyo Puskesmas Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40,647). It is recommended to UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient to increase the coverage of program implementation. ANC 10 T service standards, when the Covid epidemic is currently increasing online promotion and prevention by utilizing available technology. It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40.647). Penyebab timbulnya masalah gizi multifaktor. Oleh karena itu pendekatan pendekatan penanggulangannya harus melibatkan berbagai sektor yang terkait. Status gizi ibu hamil sangat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan janin dalam kandungan. Apabila status gizi ibu buruk, baik sebelum kehamilan dan selama kehamilan akan menyebabkan berat badan lahir rendah (BBLR). Disamping itu akan mengakibatkan terhambatnya pertumbuhan otak janin, anemia pada bayi baru lahir ,bayi baru lahir mudah terinfeksi, abortus dan sebagainya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang pengukurannya atau pengamatannya dilakukan secara simultan /sekali waktu, Lokasi Penelitian di Puskesmas Mangasa Kota Makassar yang akan dilakukan pada bulan Juli s/d Nopember 2018, Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal care (ANC) di Puskesmas Mangasa Kota Makassar. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa lembar kuisioner yang merupakan suatu daftar yang mengandung hubungan yang akan di teliti, mencakup pengetahuan ibu dan status gizi yang dipakai dengan menggunakan alat berupa pengukur tinggi badan, timbangan berat badan, dan pita LILA. Data diolah dan disajikan dalam bentuk table frekuensi dan narasi dan Analisis data yang akan digunakan untuk mencari hubungan antara variable independen dengan variable dependen, dengan menggunakan uji chi-Square dengan CI 95%.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ha diterima dimana nilai p-value (0,00)<α-value (0,05) dengan nilai phi (µ) =0,658 (66%) sehingga dapat diasumsikan bahwa terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan status gizi ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Mangasa Kota Makassar Kata Kunci :Ibu hamil Trimester III, Status Gizi Ibu hamil ABSTRACT Nutritional problems ae essentially a public health problem, but the response cannot be done with a medical approach and health service alone. Research sites at the Mangasa Health Center in Makassar City which will be conducted from July to November 2018. The research population is trimester III pregnant women do antenatal care (ANC) at Mangasa Health Center, Makassar City. The data collection tool used in the form of a questionnaire sheet which is a list containing the relationship that will be examined, including maternal knowledge and nutritional status used by using a tool in the form of height, weight scales, and LILA tape. Data is processed and presented in the form of frequency tables and narratives and data analysis will be used to find the relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable, using the chi-square test with 95% CI. The results showed that Ha was accepted where the p-value (0,00) < α-value (0,05) with the value of phi (µ) =0,658 (66%) so that it can be assumed that there is a relationship between knowledge with nutritional status of pregnant women at the Mangasa Health Center of Makassar City.  Keywords : Pregnant Women Trimester III, Nutritional Status Pregnant Women

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PREGNANT WOMEN WEIGHT GETTING AND PREEKLAMSIA  Background: High gestational weight at 16-19 weeks is associated with a significant increase in the risk of preeclampsia. Maternal Mortality Rate in Lampung Province occurred 179 cases, in Bandar Lampung City, by comparing 3 Puskesmas with the highest incidence of preeclampsia, namely Korpri Health Center with 9 (11.39%) incidence of 79 pregnant women, Sukaraja Community Health Center 7 (10.60 %) incidence of 66 pregnant women, and Pasar Simpur 7 Health Center (11.11%) incidence of 63 pregnant women.Purpose: To determine the relationship between the weight of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia in the work area of the Korpri Health Center in Bandar Lampung City in 2019.Methods: This type of research uses quantitative, with anresearch design analytic survey, and aapproach cross sectional, the population and sample are pregnant women at the Korpri Health Center in 2019, simple random sampling technique. Univariate and bivariate data analysis used the Chi- square testResults: The weight gain of 88 pregnant women, with the normal weight category of 61 respondents (45.8%). The incidence of preeclampsia from 88 pregnant women, with the category of not experiencing preeclampsia, was 60 respondents (68.2%). The results of statistical tests using thetest chi square obtained p-value = 0.000 (<0.05).Conclusion: There is a relationship between the weight gain of pregnant women and the incidence of preeclampsia in the Work Area of the Bandar Lampung City Korpri Health Center in 2019. All prospective mothers are advised to plan to get pregnant at a productive age, because in that age range the work of the reproductive organs has been maximized and if the mother plans Subsequent pregnancies, then to pay attention to body weight during pregnancy with a normal increase range of 11.35-15.89 Kg.Suggestion Health workers can provide education to pregnant women to detect preeclampsia early and provide maximum service to preeclampsia sufferers to prevent complications. Keywords : Weight Gain, Preeclampsia, Pregnant Women. ABSTRAK Pendahuluan: Berat badan kehamilan tinggi pada 16-19 minggu dikaitkan dengan peningkatan yang berarti dalam  risiko preeklamsia. Angka Kematian Ibu di Provinsi Lampung terjadi 179 kasus, Di Kota Bandar Lampung, dengan membandingkan 3 Puskesmas yang memiliki angka kejadian preeklamsia tertinggi, yaitu Puskesmas Korpri sebanyak 9 (11,39%) kejadian dari 79 ibu hamil, Puskesmas Sukaraja 7 (10,60%) kejadian dari 66 ibu hamil, dan Puskesmas Pasar Simpur 7 (11,11%) kejadian dari 63  ibu hamil.Tujuan: Diketahui hubungan pertamahan berat badan ibu hamil dengan angka kejadian preeklamsia di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Korpri Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019.Metode: Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, dengan rancangan penelitian survey analitik, dan pendekatan cross sectional, populasi dan sampel adalah ibu hamil di Puskesmas Korpri tahun 2019, teknik sampling simpel random sampling. Analisis data univariat dan bivariat mengguankan uji uji chisquareHasil : Pertambahan berat badan dari 88 ibu hamil, dengan kategori berat badan normal 61 responden (45,8%). Kejadian preeklamsia dari 88 ibu hamil, dengan kategori tidak mengalami preeklamsia 60 responden (68,2%). Hasil uji statistik menggunakan uji chi square didapat nilai p-value = 0.000 (< 0.05).Simpulan : Ada hubungan pertambahan berat badan ibu hamil dengan angka kejadian preeklamsia di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Korpri Kota Bandar Lampung Tahun 2019. Kepada seluruh calon ibu disarankan untuk merencanakan hamil di usia produktif, karena dalam rentang usia tersebut kerja organ reproduksi telah maksimal dan bila ibu merencanakan kehamilan berikutnya, selanjutnya untk memperhatikan berat badan selama kehamilan dengan batasan kenaikan normal 11,35-15,89 Kg.Saran: Kepada tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan memberikan edukasi kepada ibu hamil guna mendeteksi dini adanya preeklampsia dan memberikan pelayanan maksimal kepada penderita preeklampsia guna mencegah terjadinya komplikasi Kata Kunci : Pertambahan Berat Badan, Preeklamsia, Ibu Hamil.

ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), maternal nutritional status at the time of growth and during pregnancy can affect fetal growth and development. Based on (IDHS) survey of 2007 AKI Indonesia at 228 per 100,000 live births, although this figure is still the highest in Asia. Social health center in Palembang in 2011 the number of pregnant women with good nutritional status of 67 men (97.1%). factors that influence the nutritional status of pregnant women is the temperature of the environment, economic status, habits and views of women to food, age, education, and health status. The purpose of this study is a known relationship education and economic status with nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester of Social Health Center Palembang in 2012. This study uses analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who visit the health center Social Palembang in May 2012, with a sample of 30 respondents. Sampling in this study with non-random methods with techniques Accidental Sampling. Data analysis carried out univariate and bivariate statistics with Chi-Square test with significance level α = 0.05. The results showed than 30 respondents there (73.3%) of respondents that good nutritional status, higher education (76.7%), and high economic status (70.0%). The results of this study showed no significant association education and economic status with nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester of Social Health Center Palembang in 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang pada bulan Mei tahun 2012, dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan metode non random dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 30 responden terdapat (73,3%) responden yang berstatus gizi baik, pendidikan tinggi (76,7%), dan status ekonomi tinggi (70,0%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna pendidikan dan status ekonomi dengan status gizi ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang tahun 2012. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti berharap petugas pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam pelayanan Antenatal Care lebih memperhatikan kehamilan ibu yang berisiko status gizi buruk.

Indonesia is a developing country that has many nutritional problems, one of which is chronic nutritional problems in children under five in Indonesia who experience chronic nutritional problems, namely stunting. Stunting is a chronic condition of a child's poor linear growth, as seen from (TB / U <-2 SD). This study aims to determine the history of diarrheal disease and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-3 years in the Work Area of ​​the Bilalang Health Center, Kotamobagu Utara District, Kotamobagu City. This type of observational research with cross sectional approach. The study aims to determine the relationship between the history of diarrheal disease and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting. The sampling technique is the Probability Sampling technique. The results of this study showed no significant relationship between the history of diarrheal disease and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-3 years in the Bilalang Health Center Work Area, Kotamobagu Utara District, Kotamobagu City. Conclusion there is no relationship between the history of diarrheal disease and exclusive breastfeeding with the incidence of stunting in children aged 2-3 years in the Work Area of ​​the Bilalang Health Center, Kotamobagu Utara District, Kotamobagu City.

The toddler period is a period that must be observed property, at this time the direction of child development will be determined for the next period. The purpose of this study was to study the immunization status of nutritional status in infants. The research design used was cross-sectional in the work area of Johar Baru Health Center, Jakarta Pusat, which was conducted from April–June 2019. The population of all children aged 6-59 months, while the study sample was infants with stunting of 105 respondents, which is data child nutrition in Health Center. Data processing and analysis using SPSS with Chi-Square statistical test, the confidence level of 95%. The results of variables related to the nutritional status of children under five are the relationship of immunization P value (0.004 OR and CI (0.173 (0.051-0.59). The conclusion of the variable related to the nutritional status of under-five children is immunization.
