Anemia in pregnant women is a condition of mothers with hemoglobin (Hb) levels less than 11gr / dl which can cause the risk of bleeding, stunted fetal growth (CHD), prematurity, low birth weight (LBW), and stunting and even death in pregnant women. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in pregnant women in the working area of the Sidomulyo Health Center Outpatient Pekanbaru City. The research method used quantitative type with cross sectional design. The population of pregnant women in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters based on secondary data from medical records for January 2019 - March 2020 was 2036 people with a sample size of 325 people. The sampling technique used systematic random sampling using secondary data taken from medical records. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate and multivariate with multiple logistic regression. The results showed that 192 pregnant women with anemia (59.1%) were significantly associated with anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City nutritional status (POR = 40.647, parity (POR = 3.473), Maternal age (POR = 1,993). It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Sidomulyo Puskesmas Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40,647). It is recommended to UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient to increase the coverage of program implementation. ANC 10 T service standards, when the Covid epidemic is currently increasing online promotion and prevention by utilizing available technology. It was concluded that the dominant variable related to anemia in pregnant women in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient Pekanbaru City was nutritional status (POR = 40.647). It is recommended that the UPTD Puskesmas Sidomulyo Outpatient to increase the scope of the implementation of the 10 T ANC service standard program. When the Covid epidemic is currently increasing promotion and prevention online by utilizing available technology. Education influences a changes in knowledge, attitudes, and lifestyle patterns in the selection of the type and amount of food consumed. The health of a pregnant women affects the fetus in her womb. Nutrient content consumed by the mother will be absorbed by the fetus which is important for the growth of the fetus itself. This study aims to determine the relationship of education level, energy intake and protein nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area of Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency. This research is an analytical study with cross-sectional design. Samples were pregnant women, amount to 40 people. The level of education is obtained through a questionnaire. Energy and protein intake was obtained through 2x24 hours recall and then processed using menu A software. To find out the relationship between variables of education level, energy and protein intake with nutritional status, Chi-Square was tested using the SPSS program. Data is presented in the form of tables and narratives. The results showed that 77.5% of the sample education level was high. Sample energy intake was classified as less than 82.5% and 17.5% classified as good. Sample protein intake of 95% classified as poor and 5% classified as good. Nutritional status of pregnant women is 70% experiencing KEK and 30% normal. Statistical test results show that there is no relationship between education level, energy and protein intake and nutritional status of pregnant women in the Bungoro Health Center Work Area, Bungoro District, Pangkep Regency.

Anemia is still a problem in the world, especially in developing countries. This condition can have a detrimental impact on every age group including pregnant women. In pregnant women, anemia can cause complications for the mother and the baby she is carrying, such as life-threatening bleeding, miscarriage, low birth weight and premature birth. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between parity, anemia, ANC visits, nutritional status and the role of health workers with the consumption of blood-added tablets in post-partum mothers in the work area of the Mutiara Barat Health Center in 2019. This type of research is a correlation analytic study with cross-sectional method. The population in this study were all pregnant women in the third trimester who were recorded at the Mutiara Barat Health Center in January 2019 as many as 139 people and the sample was the total population of 139 respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi square statistical test which includes univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The results obtained: there is a relationship between parity (p = 0.000), anemia (p = 0.016), ANC visits (p = 0.015), nutritional status (p = 0.021) and the role of officers (p = 0.000) with the consumption of tablets with blood added at postpartum mother. The dominant factor related to the consumption of blood-added tablets is the role of the officer. From the research results obtained, it is hoped that the Puskesmas can increase the knowledge of mothers about blood supplemented tablets through counseling so that it can influence the attitude of pregnant women to consume blood supplemented tablets. Keywords: ANC visit; anemia; consumption of blood added tablets; nutritional status; parity; role of officers ABSTRAKAnemia masih menjadi permasalahan di dunia terutama di negara-negara berkembang. Kondisi ini dapat memberikan dampak merugikan di setiap kelompok umur termasuk ibu hamil. Pada ibu hamil, kejadian anemia dapat menyebabkan penyulit pada ibu maupun bayi yang dikandungnya seperti perdarahan yang mengancam jiwa, keguguran, berat badan bayi lahir rendah dan kelahiran prematur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor paritas, anemia, kunjugan ANC, status gizi dan peran petugas kesehatan dengankonsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Mutiara Barat tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasi dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu hamil trimester III yang terdata di Puskesmas Mutiara Barat pada bulan Januari 2019 sebanyak 139 orang dan sampel merupakan total populasi yaitu 139 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik chi square yang meliputi analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: ada hubungan antara paritas (p=0,000), anemia (p=0,016), kunjungan ANC (p=0,015), status gizi (p=0,021) dan peran petugas(p=0,000) dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah pada ibu nifas. Faktor yang dominan berhubungan dengan konsumsi tablet tambah darah adalah peran petugas. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang tablet tambah darah melalui penyuluhan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi sikap para ibu hamil untuk berperilaku mengkonsumsi tablet tambah darah.

Maternal deaths in Yogyakarta Special Region are caused by heart disease, bleeding, eclampsia, sepsis/infection. Bleeding is still the number one causes of maternal death. Pregnancy with anaemia is 5 times more at risk of bleeding than who are not. The aims of the research are to determine the relationship of nutritional status with anaemia in pregnant women in Kotagede II Yogyakarta Public Health Center.  This was an observational analytic design and a cross-sectional approach. The sampling method uses accidental sampling technique. The number of respondents was 77 pregnant women in the second and third trimester. The research instrument used questionnaire sheets and medical records. Data were processed by Chi-Square statistical tests. Study found   (p-value) of nutritional status = 0.001.  The conclusion of this study is that there was a significant relationship between nutritional status with the incidence of anaemia at Kotagede II Yogyakarta Health Center

Medical record data at the Sepatan Health Center in 2019 showed that the incidence of preeclampsia from 735 deliveries was obtained as many as 93 people (12.65%) pregnant women who underwent examinations in the January-December 2020 period, and increased to 116 people (13.25%) from 875. childbirth, and in January 2021 there were 35 preeclampsia of pregnant women and 81 preeclampsia of pregnant women, out of 875 deliveries. Analyzing factors associated with preeclampsia of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Sepatan Public Health Center, Tangerang Regency in 2021. Methods This type of research is an analytical survey research, with a cross sectional approach. This population is all pregnant women who experience preeclampsia in January 2021 as many as 35 respondents, using a total sampling technique of 35 respondent’s pregnant women with preeclampsia. The results showed that five variables were statistically proven to have a significant relationship with the incidence of preeclampsia, namely age (p = 0.010 <0.05), parity (p = 0.021 <0.05), history of disease (p = 0.004 <0, 05) multiple pregnancy (p = 0.026 <0.05) and nutritional status (p = 0.007 <0.05). There is a significant relationship between age, parity, history of disease, multiple pregnancies and nutritional status on the incidence of preeclampsia of pregnant women at the Puskesmas Sepatan, Tangerang District in 2021.  For midwives to be more observant in examining preeclampsia, especially age (<20 years or> 35 years), mothers who are pregnant for the first time, have a history of disease, pregnancy with multiple fetuses and nutritional status who are overweight in pregnant women

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the use of injectable contraceptives and menstrual disorders in family planning acceptors in the Basuki Rahmat Health Center Work Area in Bengkulu City. The design used in observational analytic research with Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study were 1-month active injection contraceptive participants and 3-month injection contraception in the 2018 Basuki Rahmat Health Center Work Area, totaling 1334 people. The sample in this study amounted to 93 respondents taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done using primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study used a questionnaire consisting of respondent's identity, contraceptive use and menstrual disorders. Secondary data in this study came from the KB register in the Puskesmas Basuki Rahmat. The results showed that those using 3-month injection contraception were 55 respondents (59.1%) and 1-month injection contraception were 38 respondents (40.9%). Respondents who experienced menstrual disorders were 53 respondents (57%) and those who did not experience menstrual disorders were 40 respondents (43%). There is a significant relationship between the use of injectable contraceptives and menstrual disorders in family planning acceptors in the Basuki Rahmat Health Center Work Area of Bengkulu City

During pregnancy routine monitoring can be done using K1 and K4 coverage. In 2017 K4 coverage was 96.7%. Whereas in 2018, K4 coverage for pregnant women amounted to 356 (68.5%) of the target pregnant women amounted to 519 (100%). From these data it can be seen that in 2018 the coverage of K4 in pregnant women decreased compared to the K4 coverage in 2017. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of knowledge, parity, family support, availability of pregnancy check-ups, coverage of health services, support of health workers and other factors. most dominant on K4 visits for pregnant women in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This type of research is analytic with cross-sectional design methods. The population of this study was the third trimester pregnant women who examined their pregnancies in the Work Area of Kualasimpang City Health Center in Aceh Tamiang Regency with a total of 356 samples using a Slovin formula of 78 people. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling technique. From the results of multiple logistic regression tests with a value of value = 0.25, it was found that there was a significant relationship of knowledge (p = 0.000, PR = 0.075), parity (p = 0.001, PR = 15,863), the availability of a pregnancy checkup (p = 0.011, PR = 0.132), range of health services (p = 0.006, PR = 0.112), support (p = 0.007, PR = 0.084), the most dominant variable is parity (p = 0.001; PR = 15,863; 95% CI: 3,221- 78,114) which means that respondents with multigravida parity have a risk of not doing K4 visits 15,863 times greater than primigravida parity. It is expected that pregnant women will be more active and active in conducting K4 visits in order to detect all possibilities that can occur so as to avoid danger during pregnancy or before delivery.ABSTRAKSelama kehamilan dapat dilakukan pemantauan rutin dengan menggunakan cakupan K1 dan K4. Tahun 2017 cakupan K4 berjumlah 96,7%. Sedangkan pada tahun 2018, cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil berjumlah 356 (68,5%) dari sasaran ibu hamil berjumlah 519 (100%). Dari data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa pada Tahun 2018 cakupan K4 pada ibu hamil menurun dibandingkan dengan cakupan K4 di Tahun 2017.Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, paritas, dukungan keluarga, ketersediaan alatpemeriksaan kehamilan, jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan, dukungan petugas kesehatan serta faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kunjungan K4 pada ibu hamil di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian adalah analitik dengan metode rancangan crossectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu hamil trimester III yang memeriksakan kehamilannya di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kota Kualasimpang Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang berjumlah 356 dengan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 78 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Dari hasil uj iregresi logistic berganda dengan nilaip value = 0.25, diperoleh bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan pengetahuan (p=0.000, PR=0.075), paritas (p=0.001, PR=15.863), ketersediaan alat pemeriksaan kehamilan (p=0.011, PR=0.132), jangkauan ketempat pelayanan kesehatan (p=0.006, PR=0.112), dukungan (p=0.007, PR=0.084), variabel yang paling dominan adalah paritas (p=0.001; PR=15.863; 95%CI:3.221-78.114)yang berarti bahwa responden dengan Paritas multigravida mempunyai risiko tidak melakukan kunjungan K4 15.863 kali lebih besar dibandingkan paritas primigravida. Diharapkan kepada ibu hamil agar lebih aktif dan giat dalam melakukan kunjungan K4 agar terdeksi segala kemungkinan yang dapat terjadi sehingga terhindar dari bahaya selama kehamilan maupun menjelang persalinan.

Background: In Indonesia, there are 107,000 pregnant women who experience anxiety in facing labor. Based on a preliminary study conducted on 10 respondents, 7 of them said they felt anxious about getting pregnant during the Covid-19 pandemic because they were afraid of being exposed to the Covid-19 virus and it could endanger pregnant women. Objective: To determine the factors related to anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area in 2021 Methodology: The study used cross sectional design. The population in this study was 112 pregnant women in January in the Banjar Health Center working area. The sample used in this study was a total population with an accidental sampling technique, 112 pregnant women in January at the working area of ​​the Banjar Health Center with the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Results: There was a significant relationship between knowledge p-value ( .004), family support ( .000) and health facilities ( .003) with the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic in the Banjar Pandeglang Health Center work area. Conclusions and Recommendations: There was no relationship between health information and the level of anxiety of pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic. It is hoped that pregnant women can pay more attention to their condition both physically and psychologically and ask their husbands or families to always provide support, participate in maintaining pregnancy and in preparing for childbirth and still comply with health protocols to avoid the Covid-19 virus. ABSTRACT According to the World Health Organization (WHO), maternal nutritional status at the time of growth and during pregnancy can affect fetal growth and development. Based on (IDHS) survey of 2007 AKI Indonesia at 228 per 100,000 live births, although this figure is still the highest in Asia. Social health center in Palembang in 2011 the number of pregnant women with good nutritional status of 67 men (97.1%). factors that influence the nutritional status of pregnant women is the temperature of the environment, economic status, habits and views of women to food, age, education, and health status. The purpose of this study is a known relationship education and economic status with nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester of Social Health Center Palembang in 2012. This study uses analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all third trimester pregnant women who visit the health center Social Palembang in May 2012, with a sample of 30 respondents. Sampling in this study with non-random methods with techniques Accidental Sampling. Data analysis carried out univariate and bivariate statistics with Chi-Square test with significance level α = 0.05. The results showed than 30 respondents there (73.3%) of respondents that good nutritional status, higher education (76.7%), and high economic status (70.0%). The results of this study showed no significant association education and economic status with nutritional status of pregnant women in the third trimester of Social Health Center Palembang in 2012. From the results of this study, researchers hope to improve the health care workers, especially health services in Antenatal Care services pay more attention to maternal risk of poor nutritional status.   ABSTRAK Menurut World Health Organization (WHO), status gizi ibu hamil pada waktu pertumbuhan dan selama hamil dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan janin. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya hubungan pendidikan dan status ekonomi dengan status gizi ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang tahun 2012. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua ibu hamil trimester III yang berkunjung di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang pada bulan Mei tahun 2012, dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan metode non random dengan teknik Accidental Sampling. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-Square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 30 responden terdapat (73,3%) responden yang berstatus gizi baik, pendidikan tinggi (76,7%), dan status ekonomi tinggi (70,0%). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan yang bermakna pendidikan dan status ekonomi dengan status gizi ibu hamil trimester III di Puskesmas Sosial Palembang tahun 2012. Dari hasil penelitian ini, peneliti berharap petugas pelayanan kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama dalam pelayanan Antenatal Care lebih memperhatikan kehamilan ibu yang berisiko status gizi buruk.

ABSTRAKPerdarahan merupakan prosentase tertinggi penyebab terjadinya kematian ibu. Dan anemia zat besi merupakan penyebab utama terjadinya perdarahan. Pencegahan anemia gizi besi dilakukan melalui pemberian tablet besi dengan dosis pemberian sebanyak 1 tablet berturut-turut minimal selama 90 hari selama kehamilan. Pada kecamatan dan Puskesmas Kota Kediri 2014, cakupan Fe1 dan Fe3 yang terendah adalah pada Kecamatan Kota, yaitu Puskesmas Kota Wilayah Selatan, dengan Fe1 sebesar 69,81% dan Fe3 sebesar 66,29%. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur ibu hamil dan dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet besi dan anemia pada ibu hamil di Puskesmas Kota Wilayah Selatan Kota Kediri 2016. Metode pada penelitian ini dengan observasi analitik dan rancang bangun cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini 63 orang ibu hamil trimester III dan sampelnya 34 orang ibu hamil trimester III yang telah mendapatkan 90 tablet besi (Fe), dengan teknik simpel random sampling. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner, buku Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, dan wawancara yang mendalam. Analisis data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi ordinal dan regresi logistik. Hasil uji didapatkan nilai p = 0,000 0,05 untuk variabel umur ibu hamil 20 tahun terhadap kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet besi (Fe), nilai p = 0,238 0,05 untuk variabel dukungan keluarga terhadap kepatuhan mengkonsumsi tablet besi (Fe), dan nilai p = 0,012 0,05 untuk variabel kepatuhan yang cukup dalam mengkonsumsi tablet besi (Fe) terhadap anemia pada ibu hamil. Semakin tinggi faktor risiko umur pada ibu hamil, maka semakin cenderung ibu hamil untuk patuh mengkonsumsi tablet besi (Fe) pada masa kehamilan. Semakin tinggi tingkat kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam mengkonsumsi tablet besi (Fe), maka semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan ibu hamil untuk tidak terkena anemia pada masa kehamilan. Kata kunci: Umur, Dukungan Keluarga, Kepatuhan, Anemia.   ABSTRACTBleeding is the highest percentage of the causes of maternal mortality. Introduction: CAD occurs indirectly, usually a person will experience a process of narrowing of the coronary arteries in quite a long period of time. Primary survey results that researchers have done at Siti Rahmah Padang Hospital, recorded from 2017-2018 the number of CAD events as many as 115 cases. Aims : To obtain information about an overview of risk factors for the occurrence of coronary artery disease in the heart policlinic of Siti Rahmah Hospital Padang in 2017-2018. Method: This research covers the field of internal medicine and cardiology, this study was conducted at the Islamic hospital Siti Rahmah Padang in May to November 2019. This research used a descriptive method with a cross sectional approach using secondary data from medical records. The affordable population of this study is CAD patients who seek treatment at Siti Rahmah Hospital in Padang in 2017-2018 with 51 samples using Total Sampling technique. Univariate analysis is presented in the form of a frequency distribution table. Results: Based on the results of the study the most age was at the age of 50-59 years, 21 people (41.2%), the most sex was female, 26 people (51%), hypertension, 27 people (52,9%), experienced DM 26 people (51%) were obese, 16 people (31,4%) and hyperlipidemia, 13 people (25,5%). Conclusion : Most age 50-59 years, most sexes of women, most have hypertension, less than half are obese, most have DM and less than half have hyperlipidemia.
