Computer Applications SIMDA program is an application program that is intended to assist local governments in the area of financial management. As for the above purpose of the research is to evaluate the application of SIMDA at the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Regional Kotamobagu. Research methods using qualitative data, that is data obtained from the object of research in the form of sentences or descriptions, sketches and drawings and quantitative data, ie data obtained from the object of research in the form of numbers or numbers that have been processed further. From this study, the researchers concluded that SIMDA Application Evaluation in the Department of Revenue, Finance and Asset Management Regional Kotamobagu not fully in accordance with the Legislation in force, because the procedure is not in accordance with the cash outlay Minister Regulation No. 13 Year 2006 on Guidelines for Financial Management area.

The management of local asset is part of the regional financial management. Since the enactment of regulation of asset management area is expected to be a reference and strength of local government in managing its regional asset. To apply the system in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016 supervision and coorperation required to carry out the process of recording asset at SKPD level as well as management of regional assets including BPK BMD Minahasa district. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application on the system of coaching, administration, and supervision of goods in the management of local assets in BPK BMD Minahasa whether in accordance with Permendagri No.19 year 2016. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the implementation management of local asset, especially the coaching, administration, and supervision of assets in BPK BMD Minahasa accordance with Permendagri No.19 yaers 2016. Not yet supported IT equipment that has not been compatible with that asset user and the lack of human resources becomes an obstacle asset management in BPK BMD Minahasa.Keywords: asset, coaching, administration, supervision

 ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di Indonesia membuat pemerintah membuat kebijakan-kebijakan sebagai stimulus untuk menjaga kestabilan masyarakat dan perekonomian. Pemerintah pusat memberikan kewenangan kepada pemerintah daerah untuk mengelola keuangan daerah untuk menangani covid-19 di daerah masing-masing. Hal ini disebabkan karena pemerintah daerah lebih memahami kebutuhan daerahnya. Permasalahan yang diangkat Pertama, bagaimana hubungan Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengelolaan keuangan untuk penanganan pandemi Covid-19? Kedua, Apa peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengelolaan keuangan daerah untuk penanganan pandemi Covid-19? Menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan konsep. Hubungan Pemerintah Pusat dan Pemerintah Daerah dalam Pengelolaan Keuangan untuk Penanganan Pandemi Covid-19 yaitu desentralisasi fiskal yang mana. Abstrak Berdasarkan UU No. 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan, Pariwisata adalah macam-macam kegiatan wisata dan didukung berbagai fasilitas serta layanan yang disediakan oleh masyarakat, pengusaha, pemerintah, dan pemerintah daerah. Salah satu kawasan pariwisata yang dimiliki Indonesia adalah wilayah pesisir. Pengembangan kawasan wisata dapat dilakukan melalui partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam rangka menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan baru dan menyejahterakan masyarakat.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat kesejahteraan anggota Pokdarwis Baron Indah dalam pengembangan kawasan wisata Pantai Baron. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif yang didukung oleh data kualitatif. Data kuantitatif diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan data kualitatif diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan panduan wawancara serta observasi lapang. Teknik dalam penentuan responden penelitian menggunakan cluster accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anggota Pokdarwis Baron Indah berada pada tingkat partisipasi sedang. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara tingkat partisipasi dengan tingkat kesejahteraan. AbstractBased on Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning tourism, tourism is defined as a variety of tourism activities and supported by various facilities and services provided by the community, entrepreneurs, government, and local governments. One of the tourism areas that Indonesia has is a coastal region. The development of tourism areas can be done through active community participation in order to create new jobs and improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to investigate the relationship between the level of participation with the level of welfare of members of Pokdarwis Baron Indah in the development of the Baron Beach tourism area. The method used is a quantitative approach and supported by qualitative data. Quantitative data obtained through questionnaires and qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews using interview guides and field observations. Respondents were selected by “accidental sampling cluster” method. The results showed that the level of participation of most of the Pokdarwis Baron Indah members fall within the medium category. This study also shows that the level of participation and the level of welfare of Pokdarwis members are positively and significantly correlated.

Research  methods  that  use  in  this  thesis  research  is  Mixed  Methods  with  approaching of Sequential Transformative Strategy. There is difference in the stage of data collecting that qualitative data and quantitative data was collect together  in  the  same  time.  Qualitative  data  are  the  documents  relate  to  the regulation of information technology in Dinas Komunikasi Infomatika Kabupaten Madiun. This study aimed to evaluate the administration of property in the area of Financial Management Agency of Aceh Singkil Regency which has the function of asset management area. This study used qualitative research methods. Observation is the participation of the data collection methods used to collect research data. The survey results revealed that the evaluation of the procedure of administration of fixed assets, including: accounting, inventory and reporting as well as the completeness of the card inventory of goods, gained an average level of suitability administration of fixed assets for the Government of Aceh Singkil Regency is 57%, which means the administration of fixed assets for the Government Aceh Singkil meet enough criteria in accordance with Regulation No. 19 Year 2016. The obstacles faced in the administration of fixed assets are (1) The lack of work ethic and discipline of user goods (2) The limited data of supporting fixed assets, (3) Lack of education and training related to the management of local goods, (4) The low coordination and commitment of the parties involved in the administration of the fixed assets, and (5) No use of applications in the recording of local goods.

Corruption is the main problem faced by countries in the world. Corruption is considered an extraordinary crime; therefore, eradicating it also requires extraordinary action. Education is one way to reduce the potential for Corruption. This paper will discuss implementing anti-corruption education courses at the Universitas Negeri Semarang and the benefits of the Anti-Corruption Education (PAK) course for students. To achieve it, the research methods applied are quantitative and qualitative. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. While qualitative data were analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results showed that implementing anti-corruption education courses, starting from lesson planning, implementation to learning evaluation, had gone well. Students taking part in the lectures feel that there are benefits, including increased knowledge of anti-corruption and a commitment not to corrupt in either life inside the campus or outside the campus.

Abstrak Pengelolaan keuangan Daerah yang maksimal guna meningkatkan perekonomian dengan menggenjot sector-sektor potensial yang dimiliki serta membuat kebijakan yang benar-benar mengena kepada msyarakat merupakan semangat utama dalam otonomi daerah, yang mendesentralisasikan kewenangan dan keuangan dari pusat ke daerah. Selain itu pemerintah daerah juga dituntut untuk bisa meningkatkan sumber pendapatannya dan perlahan-lahan bisa berada di tahap kemandirian dan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap dana alokasi dari pemerintah pusat. Asset recording area is a common problem in the examination of financial statements Audit Agency ( BPK ) . The resulting lack of information and errors in the presentation of accountability lead to transparency and accountability is not in accordance with the expectations of the public and other stockholders. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the suitability of the property asset recording between the management board of finance and goods belonging to the northern Sulawesi province and Permendagri No. 17 of 2007 . Evaluation is done by collecting descriptions obtained from the research through interviews and or references that relate to the problems faced. recording assets carried on the Financial Management Board and District Property North Sulawesi has followed and guided the Permendagri No. 17 Of 2007 on Guidelines for District Property Management in terms of sectoral asset management is the planning, administration, and elimination has been on the run well. Especially in terms of asset recording, beginning administration of accounting, inventory, and reporting have used SIMDA of BPKP which makes the chances of a small error in the reconciliation to achieve transparency and accountability so as to give satisfaction to the stakeholders in informed asset management area.

Tenganan village of Karangasem regency is one of the ancient Balinese village. Tenganan village has the potential to be used as a variety of attractions both natural and cultural potential. One is the tourist tracking. Given that there are many potential Tenganan village that can be used as a tracking tour, but have not got a touch of communities and local governments. Lack of promotion and accessibility is one obstacle why several other attractions have not been able to flourish. In this regard, the issues raised are (1) what potential there is in Karangasem regency which is used as a tracking tour? (2) How to plan a tour package tracking can be developed to support the potential in Tenganan village? As for who becomes goals of this research was to determine the potential for tracking in the Tenganan Village, and how to plan a tour package tracking to support the potential of Tenganan village. Data collection in this research was done by observation, interviews, documentation and library research. Type of data used is the qualitative data supported by quantitative data, while the data source is the primary data and secondary data. Results of the research showed that of the observations conducted of the potential tracking in Tenganan village is still a lot of potential that has not been developed and the maximum attention, especially from the local government. Development of tourism in the village of Tenganan just focus on gringsing fabric crafts and architecture of ancient houses, so that promotion to tourists to attractions alternative needs to be improved.
