ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out the marketing channel of tiger shrimp from the farmers to the final consumer and efficient marketing of tiger shrimp in Sungai Lumpur village Regency Cengal District Ogan Komering Ilir. This research was conducted in Sungai Lumpur village Regency cengal District Ogan Komering Ilir from May-Juli 2017. The method used in this research is survey method, for sampling method used simple random sampling method. To collect the data in this research used observation and interview methods by using a quisionary aids that have been prepared previously. Data processing is done using kualitatif and kuantitatif analysis. The result of this research indicates there are three marketing channels of tiger shrimp in Sungai Lumpur village Regency Cengal District Ogan Komering Ilir and the three marketing channels are efficient.

This research aims to analyze the efficiency of marketing channels and margins of melinjo chips in Sukamaju village, Teluk Betung Timur Subdistrict, Bandar Lampung City. The research is conducted by survey method, in which location is determined purposively.  Respondents of this research, producers of melinjo chips in Sukamaju village of Teluk Betung Timur, Bandar Lampung, are drawn by simple random sampling method.  This research uses analysis method of marketing channel, margin producer's share analysis, and price transmission elasticity. The results of this study indicated that there were two types of marketing channels in Sukamaju village.  The first channel was producer to consumer, and secondly was producer to retailer then consumer.  The marketing of melinjo chips in Sukamaju village had a margin percentage and a market share of 42.00% and 58.00% on channel I; of 33.33% and 66.67% on channel II respectively. Marketing of melinjo chips had been economically efficient with competing margin percentage, but based on Price Transmission Elasticity (Et) marketing system was not efficient with Et by 1,13 (Et >1).Key words: efficiency, margin, marketing channels,  melinjo chips

This study aims at determining the channels, functions and institutions of the Arabica coffee trading system in the research area, the margin of the trading system produced by the Arabica coffee (coffeaarabica L) in the study area,  the efficiency level of the Arabica coffee trading system (Coffeaarabika. in the research area. The research area was determined by purposive sampling in Brand Village, Merek District, Karo Regency which was held in May 2019 - August 2019. The sampling method was carried out by simple random sampling (simple random). The samples in this study are farmers who cultivated Arabica coffee throughout the year. The number of samples in this study was 30 samples and the sample of traders was determined by the tracing method, namely tracing all traders involved in the Arabica coffee trading process. There are two marketing channels for Arabica coffee in the research area, namely farmers - collecting traders - subdistrict traders and subdistrict farmers - traders. The marketing margin for Arabica coffee from farmers to consumers on channel I is Rp. 14,500, on channel II is Rp. 14,300. The coffee marketing channels in Brand Village, Brand District, Karo Regency are efficient. Of the two marketing channels, the most efficient marketing channel compared to other marketing channels is the second marketing channel, namely sub-district farmers - traders.

<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p><pre>ABSTRACT</pre><pre>               Considering the importance of arabica coffee commodity for farmers, a clear picture of arabica coffee marketing channel from producer farmer to final consumer (Merchant) is needed so that the profit can be equally distributed. This study aims to determine the marketing channel, margin, marketing efficiency of arabica coffee in the village of Sitinjo II, Sitinjo Subdistrict, Dairi Regency. The method used is proportionate stratified random sampling as much as 50 farmers while collecting merchant samples taken by census method that is as much as 5 traders and for the factory is taken as many as 2 factories with Purposive sampling method. The results showed that there are two channels of arabica coffee marketing at the location of research that is, the first channel starts from the farmer to the factory in the village Sitinjo II Sitinjo District. The second channel starts from the farmers, the collecting merchant proceeds to the factory in the village of Sitinjo II, Sitinjo Subdistrict. The biggest marketing margin is RP.4.000 found on channel II and the more efficient channel is on channel I with an efficiency value of 7.51%.</pre><p> </p>

ANALYSIS OF FARMERS' PERCEPTIONS TOWARD THE ROLE OF COUNSELING IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PIG FARMING ON AGRIBUSINESS IN GIWAN VILLAGE, TIOM DISTRICT, LANNY JAYA REGENCY. The objective of this study was to determine farmer’s perceptons toward the role of agricultural extension agents in the development of pig livestock agribusiness for breeder’s in Giwan Village, Tiom District, Lanny Jaya Regency. This study used a survey method. Sample of group breeder wasdetermined by purposive sampling and sample of breeders was selected by simple random sampling method. The results of the study showed that: (1) Most pig farmers in Giwan village had good or high perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators (80%), still have moderate as consultants (75%), as motivators (75%), and as organizers (80%) of farmers in providing counseling in Giwan village. The conclusion of this research was farmers in Giwan village have good perceptions of extension workers in their roles as educators, motivators, and as organizers of farmers in managing pigs' business.Keywords:  Agribusiness, Pig Farm, Extension, Giwan.

The Role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. This study aims to find out how the role of Agricultural Extension Workers In Assisting Farmers Rice at Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency. Research has been conducted in the of BP3K Karang Agung Tengah Lalan Distric Musi Banyuasin Regency June-August, 2016. The method used in this study is a survey method, sampling method used in this study is simple random sampling, data collection methods used in this research were interviews and observations of agricultural extension field and farmers instance guided by questions (quisoner ) which has been prepared. The results showed that the role of Agricultural Extension Workers in the BP3K Karang Agung Tengah is a consultant, facilitator, and educator resources to assist rice farmers groups in the of Lalan District Musi Banyuasin Regency.

This research aims to determine the number of costs, Revenue, and Income of their Cayenne pepper farming in Belangian village Aranio sub-district. The method used is the survey method and observation techniques. The number of farmers using Purposive Sampling Method as many as 98 people, with Simple Random Sampling technique, so that 30 respondent farmers. The results of this study obtained a Production of 6955 kg/farmers. The average revenue obtained Rp.5.795,833/ farmers or Rp 5.738,44/ hectare. At the same time, the average income of farmers is Rp.3.033,991 or Rp.2.997,028/ hectare.

This study aims to determine whether Islamic Banking in its financing provision decisions based on financial statements as a source of accounting information, or not. To find out whether banks also base their financing decisions on non-accounting details or not. The target population in this study are all funding requests received by Islamic banking in Jambi City during 2018. The sample in this study amounted to 56 files, taken using the "simple random sampling" method. This research conducted using a survey method, namely, by using structured questions. The analysis carried out using multiple linear regression. The results showed that: accounting information variables that significantly influence financing decisions are activity variables. For the analysis of non-accounting information, the significant effect is the level of collateral, the reputation of the customer, and the economic sector to be financed. Together with the accounting information and non-accounting information, variables significantly influence the level of financial decisions.

This study aims to analyze the flow of tilapia trade in Harau Regency and the function of the trading system carried out in marketing tilapia in Harau Regency. The research was conducted in Solok Bio-Bio Village, Harau Sub District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The research sample was tilapia cultivation farmers selected by random sampling and tilapia marketing channels in Solok Bio Bio Village, Harau Sub District, namely traders and retailers using the snowball sampling method. The results showed that there were three patterns of tilapia marketing channels in Harau Sub District, namely Channel 0: Farmers → Final consumers; Channel II: Farmers → Retailers → Final consumers; Channel III : Farmers → wholesalers → Retailer → Final Consumers. The trading functions carried out include the functions of selling, buying, grading, transporting, storing and facilitating.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence productivity and the profitability of large red chili farming in Way Sulan District. This research used a survey method and was carried out in Way Sulan Subdistrict, South Lampung Regency in March - April 2019. The 56 respondents were selected using a simple random sampling method. The first objective was analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas production function with variables namely NPK fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, insecticide, fungicide, herbicide, labor, and seed on the productivity of large red chilli farming. The second objective was analyzed by the analysis using the UOP or Cobb-Douglas profit function, which is a derivative of the production function but normalized by the output price. The study suggests that the productivity of large red chili farming was determined by NPK fertilizer, SP36 fertilizer, fungicide, labor which can increase the productivity. The second result suggests that the profit function of large red chili farming is influenced by land size, NPK fertilizer price, and labor wages that are normalized with output prices significantly and can increase the profit of large red chili production.Key words: production, profit, red chili

ABSTRACTThe coconut plant is one of the plantations that have the ability to adapt to the environment, therefore the coconut plant is highly developed in varying land and climatic conditions. However, there are certain conditions where coconut plants can not grow and develop well to achieve high production. This study aims to determine the Revenue earned by Coconut Farmers in Teluk Payo Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in Teluk Payo Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency. In July to August 2017. The research method used is Survey method, for sampling method used in this research is Simple Random Sampling method, where in this research there are 20 samples of coconut farmers. Data collection method used in this research is direct observation method and interview. The method of data processing is done by tabulation and then analyzed descriptively with qualitative approach to answer how big contribution of coconut farmer to family income. The results can be concluded that the amount of income obtained by coconut farmers in Teluk Payo Village Banyuasin II District Banyuasin is Rp. 65,217,450.15 / ha / yr or with a percentage of 75.09%. The income is derived from the basic agricultural income of coconut.ABSTRAKTanaman kelapa merupakan salah satu tanaman perkebunan yang memiliki kemampuan untuk beradaptasi dengan lingkungan, oleh karena itu tanaman kelapa sangat dikembangkan pada kondisi lahan dan iklim yang bervariasi. Akan tetapi ada kondisi tertentu dimana tanaman kelapa tidak dapat tumbuh dan berkembang dengan baik untuk mencapai produksi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Besarnya Pendapatan yang diperoleh Petani Kelapa di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin. Penelitian ini dilaksakan di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin. Pada bulan Juli sampai Agustus 2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Survei, untuk metode penarikan contoh yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Simple Random Sampling, dimana dalam penelitian ini terdapat 20 sampel petani kelapa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi langsung dan wawancara. Metode pengolahan data yang dilakukan secara tabulasi lalu dianalisa secara deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menjawab berapa besar kontribusi petani kelapa terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh petani kelapa di Desa Teluk Payo Kecamatan Banyuasin II Kabupaten Banyuasin yaitu sebesar Rp. 65.217.450,15/ha/th atau dengan persentase sebesar 75,09%. Pendapatan tersebut diperoleh dari pendapatan usahatani pokok yaitu kelapa.
