The school is analogous to the environment in such a way that its citizens can obtain education and learning services that are worthy of expectations. School culture is a characteristic, character, and image owned by the school in the wider community. The proper and precise application of school culture will have a significant influence on student learning activities, it can also affect teachers to do more efficient and effective work to achieve good teacher performance. Quality school culture will appear if there are a concern and active participation of all the school citizens. The research uses a library research method in which the source is used in the form of books, articles, and other sources related to the research title. The purpose of this research is to describe and know how to implement school culture development. This research discusses the understanding of culture, the role of school culture, and the development of school culture. Developing school culture certainly needs a sense of togetherness and responsibility to the school of all the school citizens under the command of the principal and coaching from the supervisor. Development of quality school culture is determined by the quality of education. Good and quality education is the basis for the development and progress of the school to move towards higher and quality levels

Abstract  In the discourse of performing art creations, there is an assumption that creating art works is not categorized as a scientific, based on a personal taste and instinctive. This article uses a qualitative research with the performing arts approach. By using ethnographic methods, this article focuses on the role of performers in the process of creating the performing arts. Data are collected through interviews, library research, and document studies. As an object of study, 5 (five) outstanding works will be discussed, namely: Terompong Beruk (1982), Bali Agung (2010), Ratricetana (2011), Terompong Beruk Bangkok (2015), and Stri Wiroda (2015). The results of this study indicate that the models of creative as parts of important processes in creating performances are diverse. Through researching creative processes of the works, performers can create new type of works that are different from others, and distinctive from previous works. The novelty of the creative processes contains the quality of aestethic in forms and contents, as well as their values and functions. Keywords: research, creative processes, new creations, performing arts. Abstrak Dalam pewacanaan hasil penciptaan seni pertunjukan, masih ada anggapan bahwa menciptakan karya seni itu sesuatu yang tidak ilmiah dan hanya berdasarkan selera dan insting belaka. Artikel ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan seni pertunjukan, dengan menggunakan metode etnografi, dengan fokus pada pencipta/seniman seni pertunjukan. Data-data yang dikumpulkan didapat melalui observasi, wawancara, riset kepustakaan, dan studi dokumen. Sebagai objek kajian, akan dibahas 5 (lima) buah karya cipta  seni pertunjukan yang berbasis penelitian, yaitu: Terompong Beruk (1982), Bali Agung (2010), Ratricetana (2011), Terompong Beruk Bangkok (2015), dan Stri Wiroda (2015).  Adapun hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa model proses kreatif yang sangat penting dalam penciptaan seni pertunjukan itu sangat beragam. Melalui penelitian mengenai kajian proses kreatif tersebut dapat dihasilkan karya seni pertunjukan kreasi baru yang berbeda satu sama lain, dan berbeda dari proses kreatif karya sebelumnya. Nilai kebaruan proses kreatif itu mengandung keindahan bentuk dan isi, serta nilai dan fungsinya.   Kata-kata kunci: penelitian, proses kreatif, penciptaan, seni pertunjukan

Abstract The schoolbook in general is important in the educational process and their own importance; given the role of the Arabic language in preserving the identity and culture of society, it is therefore necessary to pay attention to its design and preparation, so that it achieves the desired goals. It meets the standards and performance of the quality of the book and addresses the gap between the elements of the language and its skills. Teaching books include an important component in learning, therefore must meet the criteria of teaching books that are worth using in accordance with applicable provisions. And the teaching material in it is also good quality material. The purpose of this research is to find out the quality of the Arabic teaching book grade IV issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs in 2021. The methods used are library research and content analysis. Based on the results of the analysis can be known if there are still some errors in terms of content, presentation, language, and radiography. ABSTRAK Tindak pidana korupsi di Indonesia sudah sangat meluas dan telah masuk sampai keseluruh lapisan masyarakat. Perkembangannya terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun, dalam jumlah kasus yang terjadi dan jumlah kerugian keuangan negara serta dari segi kualitas tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan semakin sistematis yang telah memasuki seluruh aspek kehidupan masyarakat. Dalam upaya pemberantasannya tidak lagi dapat dilakukan secara biasa, tetapi dituntut cara-cara yang luar biasa pula. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi yaitu dengan peran justice collaborator. Peran Justice Collaborator yaitu seseorang sebagai tersangka namun bukan pelaku utama dan dapat membongkar orang yang terlibat diatasnya sekalipun ia telah korupsi namun ia juga mendapat keringanan karena telah membantu dalam suatu proses pembongkaran fakta dan keadilan.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian observational research dengan cara Normatif yaitu metode penelitian kepustakaan yakni penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji dan meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka berupa bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Sedangkan sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriftif, karena penulis bermaksud memberikan gambaran tentang permasalahan yang menjadi pokok penelitian. Analisis data disajikan secara deskriftif. Kemudian penulis menarik kesimpulan penelitian ini secara deduktif.Dari hasil penelitian Dapat disimpulkan Kedudukan Justice Collaborator Dalam Tindak Pidana Korupsi Dalam Sistem Peradilan Pidana Di Indonesia. Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Acara Pidana yang masih berlaku saat ini pada kenyataannya sama sekali belum memberikan ruang bagi seorang pelaku tindak pidana yang kemudian dijadikan sebagai seorang saksi, karena tidak adanya pengaturan mengenai mekanisme maupun bentuk-bentuk perlindungan serta pemberian reward kepada seorang saksi pelaku yang bekerjasama (Justice Collaborator). Perlindungan hukum terhadap Justice Collaborator dalam Undang-Undang Tindak Pidana Korupsi Indonesia diatur dalam ketentuan Pasal 31 ayat (1) Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001.Kata kunci: korupsi; perkara pidana; perlindungan saksiABSTRACTCorruption in Indonesia has been very widespread and has entered into all levels of society. Its development continues to increase from year to year, in the number of cases that occur and the number of losses of state finances and in terms of the quality of criminal acts of corruption committed more systematically that has entered all aspects of people's lives. In an effort to eradicate it can no longer be done as usual, but demands extraordinary ways as well. One of the government's efforts in the prevention and eradication of corruption is the role of justice collaborator. The role of the Justice Collaborator is that a person is a suspect but is not the main actor and can dismantle the people involved above him even though he has been corrupt but he also gets relief because it has helped in a process of dismantling facts and justice.The type of research used is observationaresearch by Normative method, namely library research method, namely legal research conducted by studying and examining library materials in the form of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. While the nature of this study is descriptive, because the authors intend to provide an overview of the problems that are the subject of research. Data analysis is presented descriptive. Then the authors draw the conclusions of this study deductively.From the research results it can be concluded that the position of Justice Collaborator in Corruption in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia. The Criminal Procedure Code that is still in effect today in fact does not provide space for a criminal offender who is then used as a witness, because there are no regulations regarding the mechanism or forms of protection and the provision of rewards to a witnesses whose perpetrators in collaboration (Justice Collaborator). The legal protection of Justice Collaborators in the Indonesian Corruption Act is regulated in the provisions of Article 31 paragraph (1) of Law Number 31 of 1999 in conjunction with Law Number 20 of 2001.

This article discusses about role of leadership and motivation of school headmaster in improving teacher performance. By using literature review in education, this article found that teacher is a professional profession where he is required to make every effort to carry out his activities as best he can. The task of the teacher as an educator, teacher and trainer should be able to impact the students. The teacher as one component in teaching and learning activities, has a position that greatly determines the success of learning. The role of the school headmaster is very important and dominant in improving teacher performance, both in increasing competence and work motivation and in building effective work systems and creating a harmonious, safe and pleasant working atmosphere. The efforts of improving the quality of teachers must be continuously carried out by school headmaster in order to improve the performance of teachers into reliable individuals who will advance the school organization. Therefore, we need the ability of the leadership role and motivation of the principal to explore, disseminate, foster and develop the potential of the teacher in order to improve teacher performance in order to achieve educational goals

This study aims at investigating the effect of transformational leadership and shared leadership on dimensions of team effectiveness and the mediating role of teamwork orientation. The data were collected from members of working teams in companies of different fields in Vietnam. The results show that both transformational leadership and shared leadership are significantly associated to team effectiveness including team performance, quality of team experience, and team viability. The effects of transformational leadership are more robust compared to those of shared leadership while both leadership styles are dramatically relevant to team viability. In addition, teamwork orientation serves as a significant partial mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership, shared leadership, and dimensions of team effectiveness. The study is an early research in evaluating the effect of transformational leadership and shared leadership on three dimensions of team effectiveness, namely team performance, quality of team experience, and team viability. It is also the very first to explore the mediating role of teamwork orientation in the effect of leadership approaches on components of team effectiveness. The study offers interesting empirical evidence of an under-researched Asian emerging economy – Vietnam – so providing practical implications for companies in Vietnamese context in particular and similar Asian economies.

This study aims to explore the pivotal role of the school principal in escalating his/her capacity as a supervisor. Supervision constitutes one of the principal’s duties that needs to be carried out for the purpose of supervising, evaluating performance, guiding, and motivating teachers to be able to make improvements, maintain teaching quality, and organize a better learning process. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed in this library research. The findings demonstrate the roles that principals take to maximize their role as a supervisor. Firstly, the principals should be able to understand the nature of supervision. This indicates that this re-understanding aims to enhance the process of supervision and guidance to teachers so as to improve the quality of their performance and teaching processes. Secondly, principals should be able to adapt and adopt various approaches to the implementation of supervision. The application in the supervision approach can be noticed in the exchange of information between principals and teachers, including the quality of learning. Thirdly, school principals should be able to increase human resources. The improvement should be carried out systematically and continuously through professional development. This illustrates that the principals’ role as a supervisor is very essential to promote the professionalism of teachers and educational staff.

<p>Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran peran pendidikan Islam terhadap perubahan social yang terjadi dalam struktur dan fungsi masyarakat. Pendekatan dalam peneltian ini adalah penelitian  kepustakaan.   Pendidikan merupakan sistem  dan cara meningkatkan  kualitas hidup manusia dalam segala aspek kehidupan manusia. Bagaimana agar pendidikan itu tidak hanya hanyut oleh dinamika perubahan, tetapi ia mampu memerankan dirinya sebagai agen perubahan itu sendiri. Islam sebagai agama rahmat bagi seluruh alam, tentu sangat memperhatikan keadaan masyarakat. Hal ini terlihat dari bukti sejarah, bagaimana Nabi Muhammad SAW membangun  masyarakat Arab. Kemudian terus berkembang hingga Islam tersebar ke seluruh penjuru dunia. Hasil dari kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa Islam membangun masyarakat melalui pendidikan, karena proses pendidikan merupakan salah satu cara yang efektif dalam membangun umat. Dalam pendidikan Islam selalu memperhatikan dua sudut pandang dalam segala aspek, seperti aspek lahiriyah dan bathiniyah, aspek individual dan sosial, duniawi dan ukhrowi, yaitu terbentuknya  insan kamil.</p><p>Kata kunci: peran, pendidikan Islam, perubahan sosial.</p><p><em>THE ROLE OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION TOWARDS SOCIAL CHANGE. This study aims to find out the role of Islamic education towards social change that occurred in the structure and function of the community. This study uses library research. Education  is a system and way to improve the quality of human life in all aspects of human life. Education  as an aspect of life that cannot be separated from the community. How to make the education that not only strewn by the dynamics  change, but it was able to portray as an agent of change itself. Islam as a religion of mercy for all of nature certainly pays more attention to the circumstances of the community. This  is apparent from the evidence of history, how the Prophet Muhammad  built the Arabic community. Then continue to evolve until Islam spreads into all over the world. The result oh this articel show that Islam built the community  through education, because the process of education is one of the effective ways in building people. In Islamic education always pays attention to two viewpoints in all aspects, such as lahiriyah and bathiniyah aspects, individual  and social aspects, worldly and hereafter, i.e. the formation of ‘insan kamil’ or perfect human.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: role, Islamic education, social change.</em></p>

<p>This paper examines the role of the tarekat as a spiritual means of getting closer to Allah SWT, and how to significantly influence the work ethic of entrepreneurs, based on Sufism values. The method used in this study is library research. It aims to constructively analyze the contributions and role of the teachings of the tarekat towards the work ethic of the business entrepreneurial behaviour of its followers. This result showed that the tarekat, as a remembrance or recollection of God, purifies the soul from despicable acts. It birthed the characteristics of work ethic in accordance with Islamic teachings, such include optimism, Istiqamah, Wara’, Ikhlas, Rida and Qana'ah. In addition, Ihsan attitude as a tarekat source has an impact on the behaviour of entrepreneurs to always be honest and trustworthy in improving the quality of their economy.</p>

Conflicts, disputes, and acts of terrorism have become a daily scene, both in the nature of individuals, communities, tribes, religions, and even between nations. Al-Quran as a way of live always leads Muslims to live safely and peace away from the conflict. Thus, the main problem arising from this research is how the concept of peace in the Qur'an. This discussion aims to know how the nature of peace, how the form of peace, and how the goals and benefits of peace according to the Qur'an. It is intended to provide a comprehensive understanding of the concept of peace that exists in the Quran. The research is a library research which is qualitative. Data and information obtained through several literatures were analyzed using content analysis. The approach used was the "science of interpretation" with the method maud} u> i> / thematic. In interpreting the data, some interpretation techniques were used: textual interpretation, linguistic, socio-historical, systemic, and logical interpretation, The results show that there were verses in the Qur'an that explains about peace meaning human being free from conflict and war, free from civil instability and free from disturbance of riot, violence and so on. The concept of the Quran on peace is the order of peace (is} la> h}), and the command to reconcile conflicting people or groups. The object of peace is humanity as a whole. Peace aims to stop conflict between human beings. Both reconcile directly between the conflict, as well as peace through the mediator. The benefits of peace are; ensuring the stability of security and economy, the creation of a sense of peace of mind in marriage, community and nation, The implications of the study emphasize that the study of verses on the concept of peace in the Qur'an includes the needs of human life in national and state society, so it needs to be developed primarily in the current era of globalization, because the analysis of the verses of peace can provide motivation, inspiration and innovative spirit to elaborate the values of togetherness in living life in various aspects which in turn mankind can improve the quality of life in qur'ani. This study is not only limited to knowing and understanding but by applying it in everyday life by minimizing the occurrence of conflict, violence, discrimination, injustice so as to realize safe and peaceful people who love togetherness in knitting life in this world that is safe, happy and prosperous .

Abstract Developing the character of students will love the homeland, uphold peace, and be able to work productively, respect differences (pluralism), maintain unity and unity as a very important basic framework which is the role of Islamic education, so that it must always be nurtured and sown on each individual learner through education and teaching with nationalism insight. In accordance with its basic role which is always oriented to the future and the benefit of the people, the writer seeks to discuss the development of a national-minded Islamic education curriculum which is currently very much needed in the framework of giving birth to the next generation with a better quality of understanding, service and nationalism than current generation.The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with the type of research that is library research. The results of data analysis that the development of nationally-minded Islamic education has quantitative meanings and qualitative meanings. Quantitatively the development of Islamic-minded Islamic education can be done by increasing the reading references, expanding socialization, making forums, and developing a culture that accommodates national values in Islamic education, quantitatively developing components that need to be developed is strengthening the theoretical foundation and the translation, developing the curriculum, improving the quality of teaching staff, and education, financing and reviving local traditions / culture that do not conflict with the spirit and values of existing Islam.      Keywords: Urgency, Islamic Education Curriculum, and Nationality Insight.   Abstrak Menumbuh kembangkan karakter peserta didik akan cinta tanah air, menjunjung perdamaian, dan dapat bekerja sama secara produktif, menghargai perbedaan (pluralisme), menjaga persatuan dan kesatuan sebagai kerangka dasar yang sangat penting yang merupakan peran dari pendidikan Islam, sehingga harus selalu dipupuk dan disemai pada setiap pribadi peserta didik melalui pendidikan dan pengajaran yang berwawasan kebangsaan. Sesuai dengan peran dasarnya yang selalu berorentasi ke masa depan dan kemaslahatan umat, maka penulis berupaya membahas tentang pengembangan kurikulum pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangsaan yang saat ini  sangat diperlukan dalam kerangka untuk melahirkan generasi penerus bangsa dengan kualitas pemahaman, jasa dan semangat kebangsaan yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan generasi sekarang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Adapun Hasil analisis data bahwa Pengembangan pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangsaan memiliki makna kuantitatif dan makna kualitatif. Secara kuantitafif pengembangan pendidikan Islam berwawasan kebangasaan dapat dilakukan dengan memperbanyak referensi bacaan, memperluas sosialisasi, membuat forum-forum, serta membangan kultur yang mengakomodasi nilai-nilai kebangsaan dalam pendidikan Islam, pengembangan secara kuantitatif yaitu komponen-komponen yang perlu dikembangknan adalah penguatan landasan teori dan penjabarannya, mengembangkan kurikulum, meningkatkan kualitas SDMtenaga pendidik, dan kependidikan, pembiayaan serta menghidupkan tradisi/budaya lokal yang tidak bertentangan spirit dan nilai-nilai islam yang ada.   Kata Kunci: Urgensi, Kurikulum Pendidikan Islam,  dan Wawasan Kebangsaan.
