Agritourism is a popular type of tourism in countries that have an advantage in agriculture. The development of agricultural tourism brings many opportunities for economic development and contributes to improving the social life of residents. The Mekong Delta is located in the lowland with thousands of densely crick-crossing canals formed by alluvium of the Mekong River. Its fertile soil is very favourable to aquatic rice and fruit-tree planting. The delta is the richest granary of Viet Nam. The Mekong Delta is also imbued with cultural identities. In this article, we will focus on analyzing cultural values of river in the Mekong Delta including cuisine, river landscape, agricultural production culture, craft village culture, floating market, festivals, traditional arts, folk games, etc. The research uses data collection, aggregating, analysis, and information evaluation. Data sources are collected from books, research papers in journals and combined with field surveys. The results show that the Mekong Delta, with its own unique and unique strengths, is one of the ideal locations for agricultural tourism development in the country. Preserving and developing the cultural values of water play a special role in the trend of tourism integration and development nowadays.

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the social interaction among the religious elites in Palangka Raya. The focus of this writing was the patterns of interaction among the religious elites, the encouraging factors of interaction, and the implications of interaction among the religious communities towards the social life among the religious communities in Palangka Raya. This research is a field research using a qualitative method. The data was collected through observation and interview. It was concluded that the interaction among the religious elites in Palangka Raya was supported by the integrative strengths which enable the harmonious relationship among the religious elites. These integrative strengths were the cultural values which have rooted and have been inherited to the next generations, especially to Dayak society. The religious difference in Dayak culture is not seen as the opposing form, but as a human right and a personal choice of each person. On this level the patterns of interaction which will be formed is integrative solidarity. The harmonious relationship among the religious elites then has implications towards the social life among the religious communities. These implicationswere the realization of the harmonious and collaborative relationships among the religious communities in Palangka Raya.  Paper ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis interaksi sosial antara elit agama di Palangka Raya. Fokus kajian dalam tulisan ini terkait dengan pola interaksi elit agama, faktor pendorong interaksi, dan implikasi interaksi antara elit agama terhadap kehidupan sosial antar umat beragama di Kota Palangka Raya.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif.Untuk memperoleh data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara.Hasil temuan dapat disimpulkan bahwa interaksi antarelit agama di Kota Palangka Raya ditopang oleh kekuatan integratif yang memungkinkan terjadinya hubungan harmonis antara elit agama.Kekuatan integratif tersebut adalah nilai-nilai budaya yang telah mengakar dan diwariskan secara turun-temurun khususnya pada masyarakat Dayak. Perbedaan agama dalam budaya Dayak tidak dipandang sebagai bentuk pertentangan, tetapi sebagai hak asasi dan pilihan pribadi setiap orang. Pada tataran ini pola interaksi yang akan terbentuk adalah bersifat solidaritas integratif. Hubungan yang harmonis antara elit agama kemudian berimplikasi pada kehidupan sosial antarumat beragama di Palangka Raya. Implikasi tersebut terutawa terwujudnya hubungan yang harmonis dan kolaboratif antarumat beragama di Palangka Raya.

Tarek Pukat merupakan salah satu dari bentuk kesenian yang merupakan wujud kebudayaan hasil olah pikir, gagasan masyarakat pesisir Aceh. Tarek Pukat adalah gambaran aktivitas masyarakat pesisir yang memiliki rasa keindahan (estetika) yang ditimbulkan dari gerak, syair, dan musik. Setiap komponen terdapat kearifan lokal yang memiliki makna, isi pesan tentang norma-norma sosial, nilai-nilai budaya, dan sebagai wujud kebudayaan yang mengatur sistem sosial dalam menata aktivitas kehidupan sosial masyarakatnya. Interaksi simbolik lebih menekankan studinya tentang perilaku manusia pada hubungan interpersonal, bukan pada keseluruhan kelompok atau masyarakat. Proporsi paling mendasar dari interaksi simbolik adalah perilaku dan interaksi manusia itu dapat dibedakan, karena ditampilkan lewat simbol dan maknanya. Mencari makna dibalik yang sensual menjadi penting didalam interaksi simbolis. Tari Tarek Pukat ini difungsikan sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap budaya dan tradisi masyarakat Aceh pesisir, khususnya saat menangkap ikan di laut. Tarian ini dimaknai sebagai gambaran sikap gotong royong. Kata Kunci: Tarek Pukat, Interaksi Simbolik FISHERMAN AS THE IDEA OF CREATION OF TAREK PUKAT DANCE IN SYMBOLIC INTERACTION STUDYAbstractTarek Pukat is one of arts which is formed of cultural thoughts, or ideas of coastal communities of Aceh. Tarek Pukat describes coastal community activities that have a sense of beauty (aesthetics) arising from motion, poetry, and music. Each component has a local wisdom that has a meaning, a message content about social norms, cultural values, and cultural forms that regulate the social life of the community. Symbolic interaction focuses more on the study of human behavior on interpersonal relationships, not on the whole group or society. The most fundamental proportion of symbolic interaction is that human behavior and interaction can be distinguished, because of events through symbols and their meaning. Seeking the meaning behind the sensuality becomes important in symbolic interaction. Tarek Pukat dance is functioned as a form of appreciation of the culture and traditions of coastal communities, especially when fishing in the sea. В статье рассматривается вопрос формирования soft-компетенций детей младшего школьного возраста. Актуальность данной проблемы вызвана высокой динамичностью современной жизни, требующей от человека особых личностных качеств для достижения успешности в личной и профессиональной сферах. Каждый вид активной деятельности ребенка оказывает свое влияние на его становление как личности, определяя его включение в общественную жизнь. Особая роль в этом контексте принадлежит спорту. Спортивные школы, секции, участие детей в соревнованиях порождают активность личности, создают благоприятный эмоциональный настрой, формируют характер человека и готовность к преодолению препятствий. Авторами рассматривается потенциал и особенности спортивного воспитания в современных условиях. В ходе исследования обобщены виды и сущность soft-компетенций младших школьников, показаны возможности спортивного воспитания как образовательного пространства детства. The article treats the problem of soft-competences formation at the children of primary school age. The relevance of the problem is caused due to high dynamism and intensity of the modern life implying the presence of special personal qualities for achievement of success in the personal and professional spheres. Each type of child’s activity has an impact on his (her) establishment as a personality, defining his (her) involvement into the social life. The special role in this context belongs to sport. Sport schools, sections, participation of children in competitions shape the activity of the personality, create a favorable emotional spirit, form the character of the person and readiness for overcoming obstacles. Potential and features of sport education in modern conditions are considered by the authors. In the process of the research, the types and the essence of soft-competences at the primary school students are generalized, possibilities of sport education as an educational space for children are shown.

Social Life Cycle Assessment (S-LCA) is a rapidly evolving social impact assessment tool that allows users to identify the social impacts of products along with their life cycles. In recent years, S-LCA methodologies have been increasingly applied to energy systems and resources with notable success yet with limited reliability and even less flexibility or geographic specificity. In response, this study develops a novel assessment tool, named the GreenZee model, to reflect the social impacts of products and their sustainability using local currency units. The model is developed through evaluating both qualitative and quantitative inputs that capture the perceived monetary value of social impacts. To demonstrate the operationalization of the model, we explore a hypothetical case study of the biodiesel industry in Newfoundland and Labrador (NL), Canada. Results indicate that biodiesel production in NL would have positive socio-cultural impacts, high cultural values, and would create employment opportunities for locals. Overall, the GreenZee model provides users with a relatively simple approach to translate a variety of qualitative and quantitative social impact inputs (as importance levels) into meaningful and understandable financial outputs (as strength levels). We argue that building and testing models such as the GreenZee are crucial to supporting more flexible approaches to life cycle assessments that need to address increasingly complex social categories, cultural values, and geographic specificity.

The article focuses on analyzing the changes that have occurred in the procedures for assessing scientific knowledge during the period of their massive introduction into the economy, politics and everyday life, as well as the formation of a new social position of the expert. Up to this point, the assessment of scientific knowledge often took place within the scientific community. In that case, a special role was played by “authority” able to evaluate projects basing on criteria intrinsic to the scientific ethos. The active introduction of scientific knowledge into the social life encouraged the emergence of a new expert’s social position differing from an intrascientific “authority”. In their work, they have to evaluate projects that involve large financial resources and contribute to changes in social and economic life, and therefore, in addition to scientific criteria, such experts consider any possible economic, political and social consequences of the project implementation. Along with it, the formation of the new expert’s social position and its active use by scientists leads to several problems. First, the expertise and expert practices are beginning to be used by scientists to legitimize their own position in science and fight rival groups. Second, these processes can provoke a decrease in diversity both within science itself and in the number of cognitive practices; also they can limit the emergence of new approaches to the analysis of technological, economic, political and social innovations.

This paper discusses a unique side of the Bugis that has not received attention in several literatures about the Bugis. The Buginese tends to express himself excessively and aggressively. Local people label such self-expression as pojiale, instead of using siri na pesse (one of the Bugis ethics and cultural values) as the primary reference to describe the character and behavior of the Bugis people, but rather based on the experience and reflection of the author as a Bugis person who was born and grew up in the life of the Buginese. From this experience and reflection, the author finds the pojiale as the unique character possessed by the Bugis. The gap between the ideal values of Bugis culture (Bugis ethics and siri na pesse culture) are factually practiced in the social life of the Bugis.

The research activity regarding infectious diseases has been increased significantly in the past few years in India. The main cause of infectious disease is pathogenic microorganisms and the infection can spread from direct or indirect contact between individuals. Once the infection spread throughout the country or world, is classified as an epidemic or pandemic. India is not unfamiliar with pandemic and epidemics, as they occur throughout history. This review paper highlights the major epidemics and pandemic occur in India. More than 90 national and global papers were reviewed. The research papers were chosen from PubMed, Google scholar, science direct, research gate, and organization like WHO. This paper dealt with the impact of pandemic and epidemic on India’s economy, health sector and social power. The study concluded that there were around 10 epidemics and pandemics occur in India from the 18th century to the 21st century. The major impact on the social life and health sector has mainly affected in COVID-19, chikungunya, Plague in India.Meningococcal disease and dengue had a negative impact on health sector.Nipah Virus, plague, and COVID-19 had more impact on tourism. Whereas, economy was majorly affected in Plague, and COVID-19.

abstrakImplementasi Hasil Penentuan Pendapat Rakyat (PEPERA) berdasarkan New York Agreement 1962 dalam kaitannya dengan Penegakan Hak Asasi Manusia di Tanah Papua menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Indonesia pada tahun 1969 berusaha menggerakkan pembangunan dengan meminggirkan pengalaman dan nilai-nilai social budaya rakyat Papua. Ketidakseimbangan kehidupan sosial masyarakat yang diperkuat dengan adanya beberapa kelompok masyarakat yang tidak mendukung hasil Pepera menyebabkan muncullah kelompok-kelompok masyarakat Papua yang pro dan kontra terhadap pembangunan. Apabila menginginkan Papua ini menjadi wilayah yang aman pemerintah harus memikirkan bagaimana seluruh masyarakat Papua bisa hidup sejahtera, memiliki rasa aman dan meminimalisir kesenjangan antar daerah/wilayah di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Kesejahteraan hidup didambakan oleh semua pihak. Bila hidup sejahtera dan aman maka pergolakan akan berkurang. Kata kunci: New York Agreement 1962, Pepera 1969, HAM di Tanah Papua abstractThe results of this study indicate that the Implementation of the Results of the Decision of the People's Opinion (PEPERA) based on the 1962 New York Agreement in relation to the Enforcement of Human Rights in Papua shows that the Indonesian Government in 1969 sought to mobilize development by marginalizing the experiences and social cultural values of the Papuan people. The imbalance of the social life of the community which is reinforced by the existence of several community groups that do not support the results of the Act of Free Choice has led to the emergence of Papuan groups that are pro and contra to development. If you want Papua to be a safe area the government must think about how all Papuans can live in prosperity, have a sense of security and minimize gaps between regions / regions in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Humanism rooted and growing in every human life is a conceptual mission humanity in space and time. Humanism always brings the concept of alignment, honor, and dignity of human beings in various dimensions to understand his position and implemented in the social life. Spirituality is an urge from within human sourced from a deep spiritual side. He is abstract and made life path combined with elements of religious and socio-cultural values rooted stronger. Spiritual humanism is a humanitarian concept which represents a side of distinctiveness, uniqueness, advantages and disadvantages that exist in human beings by referencing only at teoantropocentric which makes aspects divinity of Allah SWT with all its affordability and man with the potential to make it more meaningful and meaningless in the course of an increasingly complex life obstacles. Islamic education became an important locomotive in the embodiment of spiritual humanism within the framework of theoretical or scientific knowledge of Islam and is pragmatic in the vertical and horizontal form of worship.

ABSTRACT Ketuk tilu is one of traditional arts which lives and thrives in Priangan community. At the beginning of its creation, Ketuk tilu was allegedly an art having ritual functions to express gratitude as well as to beg for safety and prosperity of mankind. The history methode used to explain that matter. This research describes changes in the social life of Priangan society, especially after the entry of Islamic influence that was then followed with the influence of the West, the function of Ketuk tilu has changed from ritual into entertainment. After the independence of Indonesia, the creativity of community and the needs of aesthetic values began to grow and thrive in Priangan society, thus the function of Ketuk tilu has also changed into performing arts. Keywords: changes, function, Ketuk tilu, priangan    ABSTRAK Ketuk tilu merupakan salah satu  kesenian tradisional  yang hidup dan berkembang pada masyarakat Priangan.
