The vision of social transformations, which is a component of the stage of modernization of society, is presented. It is proposed to consider the influence of archetypes on social transformations through the formation of an archetypical and institutional mechanism for regulating socio-economic relations, which is proposed to be considered as an ordered set of institutional levers, incentives and measures aimed at ensuring the effective use of archetypes on the basis of a combination of factors of the micro- and macroeconomic environment by means of public administration. The emphasis is placed on the strengthening of the role of state and supra-national regulatory archetypical-institutional entities in the design of social transformations. Based on the existing theoretical and conceptual provisions for determining the content of the process of institutionalization of archetypes, it has been determined that the mechanism of regulation of institutional transformations of the national market should be considered in three main aspects, corresponding to the economic and social nature of the inter-subjective interaction of market participants. It is noted that the system-reflexive paradigm of regulation of the development and management of transformational changes of complex open socio-economic systems is based on the definition of the active nature of the influence of archetypes, subjects, as well as the reflexive procedures of their interaction, both on the choice of directions and ways of implementation, and on the dynamics of the flow of these processes. The composition of the main provisions that determine the feasibility of using a system of reflexive paradigm in the field of regulation of socio-economic relations, includes a set of assumptions. The main provisions defining the expediency of using the system-reflexive paradigm in the sphere of regulation of socio-economic relations are determined. It is established that the main institutional conflicts are manifestations of inconsistency between archetypes and elements of institutional environment.

The article considers the current state of use of labor resources at enterprises engaged in aircraft construction and emphasizes the importance of personnel policy management. The article describes the method of assessing the use of labor potential for machine-building enterprises and analyzes the state of effective use of labor potential. The implementation of the analysis at the enterprises of the aircraft industry should begin with an assessment of the company's availability of the required number of staff, the adequacy of qualified personnel and staff turnover. The task of this assessment is to identify reserves for saving labor resources for their rational and optimal placement, loading and use. Bio-based and biodegradable materials have the potential to replace traditional petroleum-based plastics across a range of products and contribute to a more circular economy. However, the uptake of these materials will not succeed unless consumers, manufacturers, and regulators are convinced of their efficacy. Investigating performance and safety concerns put forward by academic and non-academic communities, this paper assesses whether these concerns are being adequately addressed by current policy and regulation. In addition, measures to overcome significant concerns are developed through a series of stakeholder engagement events, informed by the Prospex-CQI-and STIR methodology. Discussions across the stakeholder engagement events have highlighted several concerns that create barriers to market up-take of bio-based and biodegradable plastic products, including the continued confusion regarding terminology and resultant communication, difficulties in navigating the plethora of documents related to safety, the appropriateness of safety documents when applied to new products, and the overall suitability and sustainability of such materials as an alternative to traditional plastics. To overcome these concerns, a series of recommendations for research, policy, and practice are made with respect to the following key areas of concern: regulation and legislative instruments, material quality and performance, market penetration and availability, waste management infrastructure, sourcing and supply chain, communication and information provision, and material health and safety.

The most important characteristic of the economic activity of an industrial enterprise is the level of its financial standing. The higher this level, the more attractive is the company for shareholders, banks, service, raw materials and components buyers and suppliers, the more competitive its products are. In recent years, we have seen an unfavorable business climate both in Russia and around the world, which, on the one hand, forces some companies to cut costs or completely withdraw from the market, and on the other, it fosters companies’ attention to creative function, and not only in relation to the products being created, but also to the enterprise management model, the distribution and use of resources. In this connection, the possibility of using sourcing’s technologies in the issue of improving the financial stability of an industrial enterprise through the restructuring of its distribution model and the use of resources is of interest. To achieve this goal, we have used the sourcing’s maneuver model "higher utilization of production areas by providing outsourcing services". The development of proposals for improving the financial standing of the enterprise was carried out through the application of the "direct-hosting" system. In the present work, the authors developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through the application of the sourcing’s maneuver model. The results of this work can be useful for further scientific research in the field of economy of sourcing and development of the "direct-hosting" system. They can also be useful for managers of financial and economic units of large industrial enterprises. The developed proposals for improving the financial standing of an industrial enterprise through sorsing maneuver suggest the prospect of further scientific work in the field of forming methodological approaches for making managerial decisions.

In the transformation of the low-level, ambiguous retinal signal into a vivid and meaningful phenomenological experience, certain aspects are as essential as the input coming from the external environment. The semantic knowledge stored in memory, figure-background segmentation, grouping principles, and current mood and expectations of the person are equally important. Visual illusions, which might be described as the discrepancy between the objective properties of the external world and their subjective representations, is a common feature of the visual perception that provides meaningful insights with regards to the structure and function of the complex information processor in the brain. In this context, visual illusions are the end results of the optimization strategies that allow the effective use of limited neuronal and metabolic resources, and thus reflect the natural working principles while coping with these limitations, rather than restrictions inflicted upon the system. In this review, we present a compilation of illusions and summarize the key principles of visual perception on the basis of these visual phenomena. In the final section, we also discuss a number of recent topics within the context of Bayesian inference and psychopathology, illusions and alpha brain oscillations and time perception to describe the current directions in the field. Keywords Visual perception, visual illusions, visual system
