The Purpose of this research are to find out, to apply and to build the work system of planning information system of social grants in KORPRI Secretariat Indragiri Hilir regency, Which will give the accurate and efficient information. This research is using Qualitative Descriptive method which describes the research result and analysis in order to dermine the conclusion. In this research, the method used by researcher are through the observation, interview, and documentations to see the clear result and discussion.

PT Krisna Makmur Abadi  has yet to have a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), especially in the process of incoming and outgoing goods, is expected to guide, assist companies in carrying out operational activities, and improve the effectiveness of employees, especially the warehouse. Source of the data obtained in the form of a document the company's history, systems and procedures for entry and exit of goods and documents related to Inventory. The method used to collect data that is used this research is to conduct interviews, observation and documentation. The method used in the data analysis is qualitative descriptive method. This research resulted in the design of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) as a reference standards in order to increase the effectiveness of employees of companies and applications  Inventory Information System to facilitate the employees to manage Inventory in the warehouse.

Regional management information system application is a computer application program that is integrated and can help the process of the administration of the local government from the provincial level, city level until the sub-district level. SIMDA consists of 26 separate application that can be distributed to construct the SKPD with  ntegrated database system so that the output can be used by the regional government to help the decision making process. The purpose of this research is to know the Applying of Regional Management Information System Regional Assets on Financial and Asset Management Agency of the city of Manado. The analysis method used is qualitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the applying of the SIMDA-BMD on BPKAD had run well, starting from planning, procurement, use, administration, utilization, maintanence and deletion are well under way, but there is a weakness in this application which cannot be used on windows 10.Keywords: Regional Management Information System, Regional Assets.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemaruknya anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyar Daerah (DPRD) Riau dalam kumpulan cerita kelakar emDewan Kemaruk:Telatah Wak Atan/em dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini diambil dari kumpulan cerita kelakar Dewan Kemaruk yang ditulis oleh Mosthamir Thalib. Setelah dikumpulkan, data diklasifikasikan menurut isi cerita yang sesuai dan yang tidak sesuai dengan tema. Pisau bedah untuk menganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan adalah menggunakan analisis isi sehingga maksud yang terkandung dalam setiap cerita kelakar emDewan Kemaruk/em akan dibahas secara mendalam dan diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan cerita Dewan Kemaruk berisi sindiran atau sentilan terhadap anggota legislatif, pejabat, dan pengusaha. Sindiran ditujukan kepada perilaku mereka yang dinilai kemaruk atau hanya ingin mencari keuntungan untuk diri dan kelompoknya. Kemaruk anggota dewan yang terungkap dalam cerita ini adalah a) menerima sogokan dari para pengusaha, b) “mempermainkan” tender proyek, c) mencari keuntungan ketika suksesi pemilihan kepala daerah, dan d) pembiaran terhadap perusahaanperusahaan, baik oleh anggota dewan maupun oleh pejabat dalam hal perusakan lingkungan, seperti pencemaran sungai dan penebangan hutan secara liar.  The research is aimed at describing the legislators greediness of Local House of Representative of Riau in ‘Dewan Kemaruk-Telatah Wak Atan (Greedy House-Wak Atan’s Behaviour)’ humorous story collection by using qualitative descriptive method. The data was collected from the humorous story collection of Dewan Kemaruk written by Mosthamir Thalib. After collecting the data, they were classifi ed based on the story contents conformity with the theme whether they are matched or not. For accurate analysis of collected data, content analysis is used. Thus, the intention implied in any humorous story of Dewan Kemaruk could be discussed and interpreted comprehensively. The research result shows that the stories of Dewan Kemaruk contain satire of legislators, high offi cials, and businessmen. The satires deal with their greedy behaviours seeking for their own or group profi t. The legislator revealed greediness in the story are a) receiving bribe from businessmen, b) rigging project tender, c) profi t orientation during succession of regional head through local election, d) the ignorance of legislators and high offi cials toward the destructions of environment e.g. river pollution and illegal logging caused by companies.

The object of this research is a Graphic Novel entitled “Superman: Red Son” by Mark Millar. The novel is a story about a Superman in a different universe who lived amongst the society of communist and was raised by communist Ideology, involving issues of social nomenclature. The basis of this research resides in Marxism Theory and Graphic Novel. This research aims to determine the message conveyed behind the book as either critique or support towards the ideas of Communism. This research applied qualitative descriptive method and Marxist Literary Criticism as its Literary Approach. The Research Result pointed out that the book significantly showcased how far the success of Communism could go, especially with a Superhuman leader by their side. Simultaneously, the results also indicated that this work also represents critique upon Communism failures, specifically over the downfall of a utopian state the Super-powered leader had worked so hard for. This research revealed how Marxism could ideologically endure and survive, despite being overpowered by relentless Americans. It also shows that despite having a Superhuman leader, several problems became the factor of Communism failure in both the book and in reality remains unaverted.

This research is aimed at knowing morphology characteristics and factors which influence landform that is located at Rewata’a Coastal. Geomorphology is a study stressed on landform characteristics with all processes and material at the world surface. The landform is seen as the appearance of landform as the main aspect of the landscape. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method by collecting primary data, such as images or photos of land from that is directly taken from the research location. The phenomenological approach used to explain what, where, how, and why related to landform which based on available theory and prior research. The research result concludes that the Rewata’a Village morphology is cliffed coast, namely the coastal with the vertical cliff. Composed by host rock or hard sediment. Although we can find sand land at bay and north area. The landform found are delta, sea cave, beach, spit, notch, cliff, wave-cut platform, and stack.

Article present the importance of industrial design on handphone product that today it becomes one of most popular communication tools. The research used qualitative descriptive method on handphone product that most likely used by Faculty of Economics students of Bina Nusantara University. The research result shows that the role of industrial design in handphone product development has higher interest in fulfilling theergonomic needs compare to the role in fulfilling the aesthetic needs.

This research analyze the practice of irrigation, education, and free trade governance linked with functional decentralization concept in Indonesia’s decentralization policy frame. This research use constructivist approach and qualitative-descriptive method. Research result find several factors that cause functional decentralization in Indonesia’s decentralization policy for irrigation, education, and free trade is not adopted. Political institution is not adopted, independence of the farmers, integration of river and irrigation web, and state constitution, are the factors from irrigation side. Several factors in education are the existence of educational boards, the independence of school, devolution in education governance, and state constitution. For free trade, the institution of Batam governance, members structure in Batam’s boards, the uncertainty of BP. Batam in Indonesia’s administration structure, and state constitution, which make functional decentralization is not adopted. Generally, state constitution is major factor of functional decentralization is not adopted. The Construction of Decentralization in the Future of Indonesia’s Decentralization Policy especially in irrigation, education, and free trade can be done gradually begin from inter-local government cooperation, state-local collaboration in boards until establishing the functional decentralization’s organization.

This study aims to design and build an Information System Web-based Inventory of Goods at Buer 1 Junior High School in order to help part of the inventory of goods in borrowing goods, information on the condition of the goods, numbering of goods and data collection of transactions from the purchase of goods. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method and data collection methods used in this study, namely the method of observation and interviews and using the Waterfall method as a method of software development. Information Based Inventory Information System Web at 1 Buer Public Middle School was built using Sublime Text language PHP programming and MySql database. Imbauan di ruang publik merupakan suatu ajakan, imbauan, dan peringatan pada ma-syarakat untuk melaksanakan apa yang dikehendaki oleh pembuat imbauan (pengua-sa). Dengan demikian, bahasa merupakan unsur penting dalam penerapan kekuasaan. Penelitian ini mengkaji representasi kekuasaan pada imbauan di ruang publik dengan berdasarkan empat aspek kekuasaan, yaitu pandangan dominatif individu atau ke-lompok terhadap individu atau kelompok yang lain, jarak sosial, praktik dominasi, dan praktik membangun kekuasaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya representasi kekuasaan pada imbauan di ruang publik.Appeal in public space is a request, direction, and warning to public to carry out what is required by the makers of the appeal (the ruling). Thus, language is an important element in the exercise of power. This study examines the power representation on the public space appeal based on four of power aspects, namely individual or group dominative perspective to other individual or group, social distance, the practice of domination, and the practice of building power. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method. The research result showed that there was a tendency of power representation.

This study aims to describe the meaning and symbol of the Cawir metua ritual ceremony, namely the death ceremony for the Karo community in Seberaya village, Karo district, North Sumatra Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method which is done by collecting data by observation and interviews; descriptions that are bold and deep in nature, working with key informants. The theoretical framework used is the Social Semiotics approach, which is to interpret language in the sociocultural context in which culture is interpreted in semiotic terms as an information system. Based on the research that has been done, the authors obtained the results of the research, namely the symbolic meaning of the Cawir metua ceremony is the existence of symbols that have philosophical meanings in the Cawir metua ceremony.are still poor and need to be improved.
