The state of the visual system is part of the health of an individual. One of the most important aspects of the educational process at the university, along with obtaining a quality education, is the preservation of the health of students. Indicators of the effectiveness of the state of the visual system of students characterize the degree of adaptability of the system to the performance of the assigned tasks and are generalizing indicators of the optimal functioning of the visual system. In general, scientific studies of the visual system as a resource for information processing are developing similarly to studies of the visual analyzer. “Student health” refers to objective indicators and a subjective feeling of a complex state and harmony, characterized by good health, social well-being, and high working capacity. A survey was conducted to assess the awareness of the prevalence and knowledge of common eye diseases among the student population in the city of Kyzylorda. The results of a questionnaire survey on eye hygiene and major eye diseases are presented. Revealed the percentage of students' awareness and the state of eye health. Conclusions and recommendations are provided for solving awareness problems among students in terms of visual indicators. Today, one of the ways to increase the level of knowledge about the functioning of the visual analyzer, eye diseases and preventive measures is to promote health information programs, develop an elective course in the physiology of human sensory systems in the subject of Human Physiology.

The interest reflected on the progress, such as Germany, which was interested in it became one of the main reasons that led to the rise of Germany from the ruins of the Second World War as well as the State of Malaysia, which moved from developing countries to the second world countries by changing the plan Colleges and institutes of universities. In 2020, Malaysia will be among the developed countries. In these countries, higher education, vocational training and training are viewed as a basis for life supplementation and are seen as a major means of improving and upgrading society. If we are to explore the dimensions of education in the 21st century, one of the pillars of education is learning for action, Usually involves the acquisition of skills and the linking of knowledge to practice as an essential part of the training and rehabilitation of the individual for practical life. Hence, such new trends in linking educational preparation to work have been imposed by the labor market and the working life in its new forms. Production and service facilities, The advanced, assumed graduates who can be employed and absorbed can contribute to the development of competitiveness, to provide innovations and creations to achieve the competitive advantage of the enterprise, and to improve production and productivity based primarily on the acquisition and application of knowledge. Gamerdinger reveals that the new technology does not accelerate the possibilities for sound economic policies and increasing global trade, and this requires strategies to develop work related to the development of human performance, and in order to face the state of chronic unemployment globally, education policies are headed towards the so-called reverse conversion as many graduates of specializations Literaries choose vocational and technical education in technical and community colleges. Unemployment in the Arab world carries certain characteristics that must be taken into account when developing the solutions available to them. The most important of these characteristics are: Unemployment is a youth phenomenon. Weak professional experience available to the unemployed. Lack of targeted planning for the labor market. The large gap between the outputs of higher education for youth and the requirements of the labor market. The most important recommendations aimed at enhancing the role of universities in Iraq are: 1 - the operation of labor graduates of technical and technical institutes in the industrial field in order to promote them and eliminate unemployment and increase the hard currency as an important category of Iraqi society, which contributes actively to the renaissance of the country. Linking the Ministry of Industry and Commerce with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to be managed by the Minister of Education alone. The Ministry is keen on the funds of the Iraqi people and contributes to the development of the industrial and commercial sectors with the help of professors and university students. 3 - the need to match the needs of the market and education outputs to reduce unemployment, in addition to the vocational education has become an urgent need at this stage to keep pace with the needs of life in society away from the negative view of this education. 4 - Increasing the number of technical workshops and providing them with the means of material in order to provide the university student maximum desired learning. Enhancing the role of higher education in building a broader partnership and cooperation with various other community institutions (public, private and private sector). 6 - Re-admission plan in universities by making the number of admissions in scientific colleges more than the number of admissions in the humanitarian colleges. 7 - Attracting foreign investment companies to invest natural resources in Iraq such as phosphate, natural gas, oil, oil shale, uranium, silica and geothermal energy for the recovery of the economy and the trend towards domestic consumption.

Under the current conditions, the urgency of the problem of health is conditioned by the realities of life, because in recent times there have been rapid changes in the economic, political and socio-cultural life of the individual and society as a whole. In order for young people to be able to easily adapt to higher education institutions and realize themselves after their graduation, they must be healthy not only physically but also spiritually. That is why the basis of full-fledged personality development is psychological health. It is the psychological health of the individual - the optimal functioning of all mental structures necessary for the current life. It describes the person as a whole, has a relation to the motivational, cognitive and emotional-volitional spheres. The main criteria for psychological health are: adequate perception of the environment, conscious perpetration of deeds, activity, ability to work, purposefulness, ability to establish close contacts, full family life, feelings of affection and responsibility towards relatives, ability to compile and implement their life plan, orientation to self-development, integrity of the individual. In the development of the problem of psychological health should pay attention not only to the mental processes and properties of the psyche (they are more or less studied in psychology), but also on the mental states of a person experienced them in the process of life, taking into account their strength, frequency of repetitions, etc. p. In the context of the study, psychological health is seen as an element of a full-fledged human functioning, based on two levels: structural, content and functional.Structural-content analysis of psychological health reflects the vision of domestic psychologists about the structure of the human psyche, which is considered as an individual-personality, subject-person, individual-subject-personality, individual-personality-individuality, organism-individual-personality. The functional level studied by us in the psychological health of man is an integrative characteristic of human states in terms of efficiency, the activity carried out by him and involved in its implementation of the system according to the criteria of reliability and the internal price of activities. In studying the state of psychological health of modern students and their dynamics in the process of their study, it is necessary to consider the influence of a number of factors, which includes the complex as subjective (depending mainly on the students themselves) and objective (dependent on external circumstances) factors. Therefore, in order to determine the state of psychological health, we proposed the following factors of influence, namely: organization of the educational process, ability to study, social and living conditions, a new group of comrades, material well-being of students, support of the curator of the group.

Sustainability is a pressing topic in all universities. Institutions are determining what the implications of such a development are, e.g., on how courses that students are provided with should develop, what to change, what to add, and how these changes could be brought about. The purpose of this research was to provide an overview of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in the curriculum of five schools at the University of Iceland and an overview of individual SDGs for the university, to identify the main challenges and opportunities for improvement. Data collection included analysis of every single university’s course description and learning outcomes using a curriculum analysis key designed for the SDGs. Results indicated strong signs of SDG 4 (quality education) at the School of Education and the School of Social Sciences and SDG 3 (good health and well-being) at the School of Health Sciences. For the university, the results revealed a very limited emphasis on four SDGs, i.e., SDG 1 (no poverty), SDG 2 (zero hunger), SDG 6 (clean water and sanitation), and SDG 13 (climate actions). The results can serve as a benchmark for other universities, e.g., for comparison of results and their situation when creating policy and practices that include implementing the SDGs. Additionally, they can be used for comparison within the University of Iceland as a whole or within each school to monitor change.

According to the Federal State Educational Standard 3++, the state has defined the main goal of education, including higher education. This goal is to identify and comprehensively develop each student, to achieve high personal and meta-subject results. This standard requires teachers to develop key competencies in students that provide them with elasticity and tolerance in relation to a rapidly changing world. The learning process is faced with a number of conditions and tasks that determine the didactic principles. The university teacher, at the same time, becomes the organizer of the educational process, an assistant and adviser to the students.
