The aim of the study was to find an objective and effective description of the relationship of the Headmasters Exemplary and Giving Reward toward work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers of Bunta District. This study was conducted in Bunta District with the beggining process was the implementation of testing instrument. The approach of this study was quantitative, and the types of this descriptive correlational, and it used statistical processing data. This study used simple correlation with one independent variable X and one dependent variabel Y. Then, it used moment product to search the correlation for X and Y. The sample measurement taken using probability sampling teachnique is simple random sampling. It expected that all population have opportunity to show the Headmaster exemplary had significant positive relationship or in the amount of 50,8% toward work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers in Bunta District. In other words, the better exemplary of headmaster, the better influence the exemplary relationship of headmaster, and the better work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers in Bunta District is giving reward or appreciation to the teachers or  headmaster achievement.Suggestion: to obtain educational success, work discipline teachers should be improved through the exempalry of headmaster.

Introduction: There are so many issues that affect information about the Covid-19 vaccine, such as safety and vaccines that have not been proven to be effective in preventing someone from being infected with Covid-19 again. Knowledge will also affect the public's perception of the Covid-19 vaccination program. Methods: The design of this study was a cross-sectional approach. with a population of 127 respondents and a sample of 96 people. The sampling method uses simple random sampling, data collection uses a questionnaire. The variables in this study are the dependent variable on perceptions of the Covid-19 vaccination program in the community and the independent variable on knowledge about Covid-19. Spearman Rho test with < 0.05. Result: respondents' knowledge (88.5%) is good. Respondents' perception of the COVID-19 vaccination program (90.6%) was positive. The results of the Spearman rho test showed = 0.018 < = 0.05. Conclusion: there is a relationship between knowledge about Covid-19 and the perception of the Covid-19 vaccination program in the community in Sumari Hamlet, Sumari Village, Sitsampeyan District, Gresik

Though a lot of studies have been done to conclude customer loyalty as dependent variable but still there is a vast margin of researches to be conducted in future in different spheres of this construct. On the other hand the truth of the importance of customer loyalty as an enduring asset cannot be falsified. It is fundamental for organizations to build up long term and mutual beneficial associations with the customers. The purpose of this research paper is to show the inter relationship of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust on customer loyalty. According to the observations reputation is the major independent variable that has significant relationship with customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and trust. Data for this research study was taken from the Islamia University, Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, and different banks located at various geographic locations of Bahawalpur region of Pakistan. Data was collected through self administered questionnaire and analyzed by using regression through SPSS. The results have been drawn from 150 users of NISHAT LINEN and it was found that there is positive and significant relationship among reputation, customer satisfaction, trust and customer loyalty. Hence the studies give the positive sign that with the increment of reputation, customer satisfaction and trust the customer loyalty enhances.

Many of Bunda's Tourism Diploma graduates are still unemployed because some are less interested in becoming self-employed. It because students are not motivated to become entrepreneurs, and the family environment is not yet supported. This study aimed to measure: the relationship between entrepreneurial learning outcomes, entrepreneurial motivation, and family environment with interest in entrepreneurship. This type of research is descriptive correlational. This research population is all students of the Hospitality study program of the Bunda Padang Tourism Academy, batch 2017 and 2018, totaling 61 students. The sample in this study were 61 students using the total sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire using a Likert scale and data analysis methods, including simple correlation and multiple correlations. Research is expected to increase students' entrepreneurial knowledge through attitudes, knowledge, and skills to overcome entrepreneurial tasks' complexity, providing real experiences for students to carry out entrepreneurial practices.

Postpartum hemorrhage is bleeding that occurs after the birth of the baby, placenta, and 2 hours after the placenta is born. One of the causes is anemia. Research in 2015, 60% of 100 mothers giving birth at RSIA Kirana Taman Sidoarjo experienced postpartum hemorrhage. The aim of the study was to determine the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. The study design used an analytical survey with a retrospective method. The population of 206 maternity mothers was taken with simple random sampling technique as many as 136 samples in August 2017. Data were analyzed by Chi Square statistical test with 0.05. The results showed that postpartum hemorrhage was more experienced by mothers with anemia (66.7%) than  those without anemia (26.2%). While those who did not experience postpartum hemorrhage were more experienced by mothers who were not anemic (73.8%) than those who were anemic (33.3%). Chi square test results  (p=0.000  <0.05),  which means there is a relationship  of anemia in pregnancy with the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. Conclusions of the study were the relationship of anemia in pregnancy with the  incidence  of postpartum hemorrhage in labor mothers. It is expected that midwives and doctors conduct early detection of anemia so that appropriate care can be carried out.

Background and Aim: Present research intends to investigate relationship of psychological hardiness with work holism among high school teachers. Methods: The under study society includes all male and female high school teacher in Ghorveh city in the academic year 2012-2013. Using simple random sampling method, a sample size of 100 male and female teachers was selected. To collect data, Kobassa Psychological Hardiness Questionnaire and Aghabeigi Workaholics Questionnaire were employed. To analyze the data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (t-test and regression analysis) were used. Results: The findings indicated that there is negative and significant relationship between the variables psychological hardiness and work holism. In addition, there is association between gender and psychological hardiness and between gender and work holism, also the constituents of psychological hardiness (commitment, control and challenge) are able to predict work holism.

Cataract is the leading cause of 51% blindness case in the world. Cataract can only be cured trough surgery, but most people with cataract in Indonesia is not in undergoing surgery due to several factors. The increasing number of cataract victim whose not undergoing any treatment to cure them will resulting in increasing number of blindness case, so blindness cause by cataracts can be a public health problem. This research was conducted to determine the relationship of age, attitudes, knowledge and the cost of the action to perform cataract surgery. This research was an observational analytic study with cross sectional design. The samples were cataract patients in Undaan Eye Hospital Surabaya who were randomly selected using a simple random sampling based on medical records of 60 people. Data collection was done by taking secondary data and interviews to patients. Those variables was analyzed with chi square or Fisher’s exact with significancy level at 95%. The result showed that there were correlation between knowledge (p = 0.017), operating costs (p = 0.001) and attitude (0.000) while age was not related (p = 1.000), the actions to perform cataract surgery. The conclusion from this research was the attitude, knowledge and operating costs related to the actions to perform cataract surgery, while age was not related to the actions to perform cataract surgery. It is recommended to give through leaflets or other media in the lobby for improving patient education, counseling to the patient family, the doctor’s advice to convince patient for surgery.Keywords: practice, surgery, cataract, attitudes, costs

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. In general, the process of each child's developmental stages is the same, that is the result of the maturation process. But in accomplishment, every child has a different speed.  Based on the initial survey 5 (50%) children doubt in the development. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. This research design using correlation analytical method with Cross Sectional approach. The number of 45 samples of children under five with simple random sampling technique with the independent variable of nutritional status and the dependent variable of development, analysis using Spearmen test with ρ <0.05. The test results obtained significant 0.002 (ρ <0.05).  Shows there is a relationship of nutritional status with the development of children age toddler. Mother's efforts to improve the development of toddler age children by improving nutritional status that includes 4 healthy 5 perfect in accordance with the needs of children aged toddler and provides stimulation of development through the provision of educational games and immediately bring the child to health personnel if there is suspected deviation of development

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship among passive leadership, organizational justice and affect-based trust. In addition, the meditating role of affect-based trust between these relationships is also investigated. Design/methodology/approach The data have been collected using anonymously completed questionnaire that has questions regarding passive leadership as independent variable, affect-based trust as mediator and organizational justice as dependent variable. Findings It is noted that the passive leadership is negatively associated with the affect-based trust and perceptions of organizational justice and the mediating role of affect-based trust is also confirmed between these relationships. Originality/value This study provides a new insight for social science knowledge base by explaining the direct relationship of passive leadership with organizational justice and through affect-based trust.

Organizational citizenship behaviour has been defined as the individual’s behaviour that is discretionary and not directly recognized by the formal reward system, but it promotes the effective functioning of the organization. Because the importance of organizational citizenship behaviour in organization especially in service sector, this study focused more details on how workplace spirituality enhance the performance of organizational citizenship behaviour among nurses. This relationship grounded by Social Exchange Theory. There were three dimension of workplace spirituality, which meaningfulness, sense of community, and organizational values alignment. While, organizational citizenship behaviour has been measured using five dimensions, which altruism, courtesy, civic virtue, conscientiousness, and sportsmanship. An 800 sets of questionnaire have been distributed in four selected public hospital in Malaysia. Cluster and simple random sampling were used in this study. SPSS 23 and Amos 23 have been used in order analyses the data. Overall, the result revealed workplace spirituality has significant relationship towards organizational citizenship behaviour.
