Introduction. The article examines the phenomenon of fake, the factors of its occurrence, development and destruction. Despite the fact that the concept of fake has become popular and has acquired a large number of definitions, the discussion around the definition of this concept continues to the present. Fake and hype, each separately, becomes the subject of research and there is already a detailed classification of them. Fake, like hype, is usually understood as negative, misleading and distracting phenomena. Meanwhile, they represent a phenomenon of stable interaction. A fake can trigger a hype wave and a subsequent series of events. At the same time, the tangible discomfort of this phenomenon is especially emphasized. The relevance of the study is due to the need to consider these phenomena as positive processes, to show their role and functions from a new, positive point of view. The purpose of the article is to describe the hidden social functions of the phenomenon of fake and hype, their mutual inclusion, their positive role in the processes of the formation of social reality.Methodology and sources. The source of the research was the discussion on fakes and presented in the collective monograph “Fakes: Communication, Meanings, Responsibility” edited by G.L. Tulchinsky. In the article, to create dynamic models of events, the theory of latent oscillations and stability of control systems were used, N.V. Kuznetsova and the classical theory of oscillatory and wave processes in the interpretation of N.V. Karlov, N.A. Kirichenko. Results and discussion. As a result of the study, an important connection between fake and hype was traced. A fake triggers a reaction in the form of a hype, which in turn gives competitive advantages to all participants in the process: persons, social and subcultural groups, institutions, states and their unions. In addition to the negative impact of a fake on a person and social reality, there are many cases when a fake is a necessary phenomenon in social and cultural processes. In the conditions of traditionally high competition in the processes of achieving each subsequent step of the social and career ladder, fake is one of the necessary elements for achieving competitive superiority. Hype, like fake, can act not only as an annoying and negative factor, but also as a necessary element in the balanced development of society and public communication space. Using a fake as a triggering event to generate a hype wave can be used to construct social reality. Modeling the dynamics of event processes allows you to create a communication environment with pre-built properties, use special events as an effective tool for managing socio-cultural processes.Conclusion. Fake and the hype generated by it are a necessary element of the evolutionary development of social reality and culture, therefore, consideration of the positive consequences of these phenomena is so necessary for a full description of the socio-cultural processes generated by them, a balanced study of the processes of the formation of social reality.

The questions of how serious the extra traffic impact induced by project construction is on urban road networks and whether the construction should continue during planned special events represent a critical problem. In this paper, a framework of methodologies and workflow is presented in analyzing the project construction induced traffic impact during special events. We first analyze the characteristics of the traffic flow attracted by special events and project construction induced traffic flow. We then show how to evaluate the project construction induced traffic impact during special events and propose some quantitative analysis methods, which are different in nature from the traditional approach of traffic impact analysis. Some management and improvement strategies are subsequently proposed to mitigate the negative impact of project construction. A case study of a vertical construction during Expo 2010 in Shanghai is discussed as an application of the proposed framework. The results show that the traffic impact of this vertical construction during Expo is moderate. Through our subsequent monitoring of this vertical construction practice during Expo 2010, it can be concluded that the analysis method is reliable, the negative traffic impact of vertical construction to Expo is insignificant, and the suggested operation and management strategies are effective.

Generalized trust, the faith we place in strangers, is a fundamental attribute of democratic societies. We investigate the development of generalized trust using survey data collected from Romanian high school students within a multi-level, panel research design. We find that diversity in the classroom, defined through ethnic and socio-economic differences, has negative effects on generalized trust. Associational membership interacts indirectly with diversity, counteracting the negative impact of ethnic diversity but reinforcing socio-economic distinctions. The findings support cultural theories of generalized trust and point to the potentially positive role educational policy might play in encouraging trust among youths.

The article is based on the materials of foreign sources and discusses the current trends in the relationship of adolescents and their parents. The following problems are discussed: influence of upbringing styles and parental attitudes on various aspects of psychological development of adolescents; contribution of relationships with parents and peers into social and personality development in adolescence; peculiarities of teenagers’ attachments to parents; child-parent conflicts. The recent studies of family education and its influence on psychological development confirm the positive role of authoritative parenting style, the negative impact of rigid parenting style on adolescent aggression and so on. It is shown that excessive parental control does not contribute to the development of self-esteem and increases self-criticism in adolescent girls. In relatively new researches devoted to "technoference" the negative impact of technical means (phone, gadgets) on interaction between parents and children is shown. The article stresses the importance of attachment to parents in adolescence; the role of the quality of attachment in formation of autonomy; capacity to solve problems and cope with difficulties associated with Internet addiction; aggression and school performance. The article also presents studies of positive and negative aspects of the impact of conflict with parents on the personality development of adolescents, gender differences in behavior during the conflict between mother and father, the contribution of marital conflicts to psychological development in adolescence.

Since the presence of the Internet, it has been immensely used globally and has become an essential tool for learning, therefore creating a positive and negative impact on students as avid users. The positive aspect of the Internet is that it assists in teaching and learning by making instantaneous access for information to be available at their fingertips. Despite its benefits, internet addiction may negatively impact students' life, causing them to be emotionally unstable, depressive, exhibiting poor time management, and poor academic performance. Students who do not have self-discipline and proper guidelines may be exposed to internet addiction. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of internet addiction to students' and the correlation to their emotional stability. This study was conducted among 236-degree students in UniKL RCMP. A survey form has been distributed using the Internet Addiction Test (IAT) and Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scales (DASS21). A Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The results showed that all hypotheses formulated were considerably related. There are 37 percent of students facing problems with internet addiction, creating a significant impact to their life. The remaining 63 percent describes the average online user who are able to have self-control for internet usage. Using the Pearson Correlation, the relationship between internet addiction and anxiety were compared and correlated. A significant level of 0.05 was used to test the significance of the results. This study also found that internet addiction will lead students to develop anxiety problems, but not towards depression and stress. Anxiety appears to be a persistent predictor with internet addiction in both genders. The results indicated that internet addiction has a significant association to anxiety problems. In the future, the university must focus more on developing a holistic student intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. This holistic and balanced development is crucial for the computer-savvy generation due to the challenging era that lies ahead. Proper knowledge should be imparted for them to choose the right tools and control their resources on the Internet. With the right awareness, students will know how to fully utilize the Internet without being dominated by it.

The article investigates the impact of the 2020 pandemic on tax revenues of Russian regions at the stages of their collection and allocation to regional budgets. To exclude the influence of the seasonal component and uneven receipts of various taxes to the budget, the moving annual tax revenues were calculated with a shift of one month. Based on these data for 2013-March 2020, linear time regressions were built and decomposed into 8 taxes and tax groups. These regressions were used to predict non-pandemic tax revenues for different regions in April-December 2020. The impact of the pandemic on the regional tax losses (gains) and their decomposition by sources was calculated through the deviation of the actual revenues from their predicted non-pandemic values on an accrual basis until the end of 2020. We found that the pandemic had led to losses of 13.9 % of total tax revenues in the country and 6.2 % of regional budgets’ own tax revenues. The mining regions are the most affected by the pandemic. On the contrary, in some Far Eastern regions, there is an abnormal increase in tax collections. The largest contribution to the decrease in tax revenues at the consolidated and federal levels was made by the MET receipts; they fell sharply due to lower prices and volumes of oil and gas. However, the negative effect of this decrease at the federal level was dampened by stabilizing VAT receipts. Excise taxes played a positive role in mitigating pandemic risks. The tax distribution system has shown its equalizing function when allocating tax revenues to sub-federal budgets. The largest negative contribution to the change in regional tax revenues during the 2020 pandemic was made by the corporate income tax, while the negative impact of property taxes and special tax regimes turned out to be less significant. Personal income tax has proven to be the main damper of tax revenues at the regional level. The results obtained are applicable to the management of the state fiscal revenues during pandemic crises

This article discusses the efforts to revitalize social values on the basis of faith in monotheism that is alienated from social reality. So far, Islamic movement is too normative and tends to neglect differentiation, segmentation and social stratification in society. Consequently, the normative sentiments regarding the unity of the people became much more prominent than the actual commitment to defend the weak, displaced and oppressed groups in society. To understand Islam needs to look at the historical determinism, in order to avoid a partial understanding. Pure and social ritual can be performed equally an ideal personification of a true Muslim. The egalitarian character of Islam as a religion of liberation manifestation should be used to understand human conception and reality. Thus, someone will not be separated from his nature as human being who must worship the Lord and carry out social functions, as well as to avoid the trap of ritual extremism or social extremism. The revitalization of social values of monotheism by integrating relational networks of Islam in social change gave birth to anti ethnocentrism, universalism and liberation.

The shadow economy phenomenon is widespread and has detrimental effects on the business sector and the national economy. The philosophy of shadow economy involves complex and overlapping perceptions related to conducting legal as well as illegal businesses. The shadow economy is not a new concept but one that has existed since the first known system of tax levies, and that has spread throughout the developed and developing countries of the world in equal measure. Shadow economy is often associated with illegally-gained proceeds (dirty money) originating from unethical and unlawful small businesses such as sexual slavery/exploitation and the drug trade. It is considered as detrimental to national economies and is rapidly spreading globally in the modern era. Weak, poorly designed or implemented controls by some countries, in addition to administrative corruption, have significantly contributed to the emergence and spread of shadow economies. The expanding scale and growth of shadow economies comes in spite of international efforts to enforce laws and regulations on this issue. The phenomenon has continued to spread despite global efforts to create and increase public awareness on the issue and notwithstanding dissemination of information to increase knowledge of the risks arising from this phenomenon and its economic impacts. Based on the severe threats shadow economies constitute and their effects on economic and social order, the subject has been recently included in the syllabus and course design of international as well as Arab universities. Legitimate and illegitimate business owners and individuals engage in shadow economies, whereby they attempt to evade payment of state taxes by benefiting from widely pervasive administrative corruption.
