The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the influence of the number of tourist objects, the number of tourists and the level of hotel occupancy on local revenue with tourism sector acceptance as a Moderating variable which aims to determine the effect of the number of tourist objects, the number of tourists and hotel occupancy rates on revenue tourism sector as a moderating variable. The type of research used is associative. The independent variables used in this study are the number of attractions, number of tourists and hotel occupancy rates. The dependent variable in this study is regional original income with tourism sector revenue as a moderating variable. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with Pure regression model. The results of this study indicate that the number of tourist objects, number of tourists, and occupancy rates have a significant simultaneous influence on PAD, number of tourist objects, number of tourists, and hotel occupancy rates have a significant influence on PAD with the acceptance of the tourism sector as a variable Moderating; The number of attractions has a simultaneous influence on PAD with the acceptance of the tourism sector as a moderating variable; Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a Moderating Variable cannot moderate the Number of Tourists towards PAD and Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a Moderating Variable weakening the influence of Hotel Occupancy Rate on PAD. The number of tourist objects has a significant partial effect on PAD; The number of tourists does not have a significant partial effect on PAD; Hotel Occupancy Rate has a significant influence partially on PAD. It can be concluded that the Acceptance of the Tourism Sector as a moderating variable used in this study actually weakens the relationship between the Number of Attractions, Number of Tourists and Hotel Occupancy Rate as for Regional Original Revenue (PAD)

The purpose of this study was to analyze the simultaneous, partial and dominant influence of Trust and Satisfaction on the Loyalty of the santri guardian. This type of research is explanatory research, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between the two variables Trust and Satisfaction with the Loyalty of the guardian of the santri. The research population is the guardian of the students of the Riyadlul Jannah Islamic Boarding School Formal Education Unit Pacet Mojokerto. The number of samples was 95 people, while the data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results showed that: 1) There was a simultaneous influence of trust and satisfaction on the loyalty of the guardians of students. 2) There is no partial effect of trust on the loyalty of santri guardians and there is a partial effect of satisfaction on the loyalty of santri guardians. 3) satisfaction has a more dominant effect on the loyalty of santri guardians than trust.

The purpose of this study was to find out the desire to save the textile industry workers in Semarang Regency and the factors that influence it. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study was Labor at 10 TPT Industries totaling 17,757. The sample was determined by 100 respondents using the Slovin formula, and was considered representative. The sampling technique used is simple random. Methods of collecting data used questionnaires, interviews and observations. Data analysis method used multiple linear regression. The variables used in this study are age, income, consumption and education level as independent variables. While the desire to save as a dependent variable. The results showed that the income variable and education level had a positive and not significant effect, the consumption variable had a negative and significant influence, the age variable had a negative and not significant effect on saving desires. Suggestions for optimizing the increase in savings, employees should be able to increase the desire to save by consuming as needed and reduce unnecessary expenses so that the amount of savings can be increased and the benefits of saving can be felt. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keinginan untuk menyelamatkan pekerja industri tekstil di Kabupaten Semarang dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tenaga Kerja di 10 Industri TPT dengan total 17.757. Sampel ditentukan oleh 100 responden menggunakan rumus Slovin, dan dianggap representatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah acak sederhana. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah usia, pendapatan, konsumsi dan tingkat pendidikan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan keinginan untuk menabung sebagai variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel pendapatan dan tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, variabel konsumsi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan, variabel umur berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keinginan menabung. Saran untuk mengoptimalkan peningkatan tabungan, karyawan harus dapat meningkatkan keinginan untuk menabung dengan mengkonsumsi sesuai kebutuhan dan mengurangi biaya yang tidak perlu sehingga jumlah tabungan dapat ditingkatkan dan manfaat dari tabungan dapat dirasakan.

  The presence of Law No. 6 of 2014 on Villages, has brought new hope for the birth of efforts to increase the capacity of the community of BuluhDuri Village, including for. Efforts to increase the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village are carried out by the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Buluh Duri Mandiri (BUDUMA) through the development of Rafting TourismUnit. This research was conducted to find out the influence of empowerment consisting of enabling, empowering, andprotecting the capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village in the development of BUMDes BUDUMA Rafting Tourism Unit. This research was conducted with quantitative approach through a survey on a sample of 38 respondents. Data analysis is performed using multiple linear regression tests. The results of the partial analysis using the T test showed that the three independent variables tested, namely enabling, empowering, and protecting had a positive and significant influence on the variable capacity of the youth of Buluh Duri Village. The results of the analysis conducted simultaneously using the F test showed independent variables consisting of enabling, empowering, and protecting simultaneously significantly affect dependent variables, namely capacity in the youth of Buluh Duri Village.

This study examines the effect of inventory levels on economic rentability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. Referring to two variables, namely economic rentability as the dependent variable / dependent variable (x) and inventory level as independent variables / independent variables (y). The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not there is a positive and significant influence between inventory level rotation, economic profitability at PT Sepatu Bata Tbk, and to find out how much influence the inventory level has on economic rentability. The research method used in carrying out this research is an associative research method which aims to determine the influence of the two variables studied. This study uses simple linear regression data analysis techniques, while for the hypothesis test statistical tests are carried out with the T test. For the regression equation obtained is Y = 18.72 - 0.23X. This study concludes that the inventory does not significantly influence the economic rentability of PT Sepatu Bata Tbk. These results can be seen from tcount of -1.585 and ttable of 2.015, which means that tcount is smaller than ttable. While the influence of inventory variables on economic rentability is 33.4% while the remaining 66.6% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. Keywords: Inventory, economic rentability, profitability.

The study aims to: (1) determine and analyze simultaneous influence of work motivation and compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (2) determine and analyze partial influence of work motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Manunggal Bersama of Palu City; (3) determine and analyze partial influence of compensation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama of Palu City. This research uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 42 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regressions. The results show that (1) the sig. F value of 0.002 < 0.05 means that work motivation and compensation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; (2) the sig. t value of 0.013<α 0.05 means that work motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance. (3) the sig. t value of 0.821>α 0.05 means that compensation has non-significant influence on employee performance.  Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 42 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda, disimpulkan: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,002 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel motivasi kerja memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,013 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel kompensasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,821 > α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to determine how the influence of religious knowledge and religiosity on pluralism of students Kajen. This research is quantitative with three variables, they are religious knowledge and religiosity as independent variables, and pluralism as dependent variable. Data analyzing of this research used the correlation of product moment for the partial test, and linear regression test for the simultaneous test. The results of data analysis to the 136 samples showed that there is a positive and significant correlation between religious knowledge and pluralism, it shown by the value of sig is smaller than the value of alpha. Furthermore, the second hypothesis test showed the same results that there is a positive and significant relationship between religiosity and pluralism, the value of sig 0,000<α (0,05). Simultaneous test of the relationship between religious knowledge and religiosity on pluralism indicated the value of Fcalculate 13,474 >3,00, it means that religious knowledge and religiosity influence together on pluralism. Equation of regression’s line Y=0,511X_1+0,274X_2+44,728, showed that the value of coefficient X1 and X2 is positive, means both of them influence on pluralism positively (Y).

This study aims to determine and analyze simultaneous influence of individual capability and motivation on the performance of employees at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; to analyze partial influence of individual capability and motivation on employees’ performance at PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama. This study uses quantitative approach to explain the relationship between two or more variables studied with a sample of 32 employees. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regressions. The results of hypothesis testing show that: sig. F value of 0.000 <0.05 means that individual capability and motivation simultaneously have significant influence on employee performance; the value of significance level t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05 shows that individual capability partially has significant influence on employee performance; also, motivation partially has significant influence on employee performance with the significance level of t sig. 0,000 <α 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability dan Motivasi berpengaruh secara serempak terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Balindo Manunggal Bersama; (2) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah Individual Capability berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara dua variabel atau lebih dengan sampel 32 karyawan dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis dan pengujian hipotesis dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh sig. F sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability dan Motivasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan; (2) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Individual Capability memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Individual Capability secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan; (3) berdasarkan hasil uji regresi diperoleh variabel Motivasi memiliki tingkat signifikasi t sig. 0,000 < α 0,05, yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

XYZ is a company that produces apparel accessories that has been established for more than 30 years. However, there is a problem in decreasing of employee performance that can be seen on the attendance data of the employees. So, it is necessary to conduct a research to see what factors cause a decrease in employee performance. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship and influence between Competence and Work Environment on the Employee Performance. The method in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of data analysis in this study show that Competence has a significant influence on Employee Performance. The Work Environment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Competence and Work Environment simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. In the determinant coefficient test (R²), the influence of Competence and Work Environment on Employee Performance is quite high as many as 0.555 or 55.5%. This means that Competence and Work Environment have a contribution of 55.5% to explain the Employee Performance, while 44.5% of other variables are not discussed in this study. Based on the regression test, the variable that most affected Employee Performance was the Competency variable (X1) with a value of 0.486 (positive value). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of sharia factors, promotion and product quality on member decisions in choosing savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. This type of research based on its approach is quantitative research. This study uses a correlational design that is the relationship between the independent variables X1, X2 and X3 to the dependent variable Y. The population of this study is all members of the BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch. The sampling technique in this research is accidental sampling. The number of samples taken in this study were 100 respondents. This study uses a multiple linear regression data analysis approach. Based on the research results it is known that sharia factors, promotion and product quality partially and simultaneously significantly influence the decision of members in choosing savings services, this is because BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch sees a factor that can increase members' decision in choosing savings services, including due to sharia factors , promotion and product quality, so that many members choose savings services at BMT Tumang Cepogo Branch due to sharia factors, promotion intensity and product quality. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga dan Brand Trust Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada Sinergy Celular Medan.Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Sinergy Celular Medan sebanyak 77 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui kuesioner (angket) yaitu dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel (responden) dan mengumpulkannya kembali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linear Berganda.Sebelum data diregresikan maka terlebih dahulu di uji keterkaitannya antara variabel, datanya diuji menggunakan uji normalitas data, multikolinearitas, dan heterokedastisitas.Serta untuk mengetahui kontribusi faktor Harga dan Brand TrustTerhadap Keputusan Pembelian digunakan rumus Koefisien Determinasi (R2). Hipotesis penelitian diterima apabila t hitung >  t tabel dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,1. Nilai t tabel dalam penelitian ini 1,993. Nilai t hitung variabel X1 sebesar 2,107 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima, nilai t hitung variabel X2   sebesar 3,405 t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel maka hipotesis di terima. Kata kunci: Harga, Brand Trust, Keputusan Pembelian AbstractThis study aims to determine the Influence of Price and Brand Trust on Purchasing Decision at Sinergy Celular Medan. The sample in this study is all visitors Sinergy Celular Medan as many as 77 people.Data collection technique used is through questionnaire (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to the sample (respondent) and collect it back. Data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data is diregresikan then first in the test the relationship between variables, the data tested using the test of data normality, multicollinearity, and heterokedastisitas. And to know the contribution of price factors and Brand Trust Against Purchase Decision is used the formula Coefficient of Determination (R2). Research hypothesis accepted if t arithmetic> t table with significance level 0,1. The value of t table in this study is 1,993.
