Peserta didik pada tingkatan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) umumnya berada pada masa remaja dan tahap eksplorasi yaitu mulai melakukan penelaahan diri, mencoba untuk berbagi peran, serta melakukan penjelajahan untuk suatu pekerjaan atau atau jabatan. Akan tetapi, sebagai lulusan SMK menimbulkan persaingan yang semakin ketat di dunia kerja. Karenanya, banyak peserta didik yang terlihat memiliki keraguan dan merasa salah dalam memilih jurusan sehingga berdampak pada perkembangan karirnya di masa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi experimental design dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII di SMK “X” Ciwidey, Kabupaten Bandung. Populasinya sebanyak 96 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji t-paired dan didapatkan hasil 0,000 <0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan dan dapat diartikan juga bahwa pendampingan perencanaan karir memiliki kontribusi yang sangat signifikan dalam meningkatkan self-efficacy yaitu sebesar 83,8% sedangkan sisanya 16,2% berkorelasi dengan variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Pendampingan Perencanaan Karir, Self Efficacy, SMK. Students at the vocational high school (SMK) are generally in teenage and exploratory stages that begin to learn independently, try to share roles, and explore jobs or positions. However, as vocational graduates grow increasing competition in the workplace. Therefore, many learners who seem to have doubts and feel wrong in choosing a department so that the impact on the development of his career in the future. This research uses quasi experimental design method with Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study is the students of class XII in SMK "X" Ciwidey, Bandung District. Population as many as 96 students. This study used t-paired test and got result 0.000 < 0,05. This indicates that there is a difference between before and after treatment and it can be interpreted also that career planning assistance has a significant contribution in improving self-efficacy is 83.8% while the remaining 16.2% correlates with other variables. Textbook is important for student as main media in learning Arabic and significant to teacher for teaching besides suitable method in order to achieve necessary result, is the textbooks, however, must be fit students’ level of capability and nahwu al-wadhih is one of effective textbooks for any students’ level since it offers practical study which goes along with istinbathiyah method. Thus the writer is interested in conduct research that concerns on application of nahwu al-wadhihin Darul Hikmah boarding school, and decided to entitle this research as “effectiveness in using nahwu al-wadhih and istinbathiyah method to improve students’ understanding in Arabic grammar”. The aim of this study is to reveal the effectiveness of using nahwu al-wadhih and istinbathiyah method in Darul Hikmah boarding school and to disclose students’ responses toward Arabic grammar using nahwu al-wadhih and istinbathiyah method in DarulHikmah boarding school. This research uses a quasi-experimental design method. Research instruments for this research are interview along with pre-test and post-test. Result of study indicates that using nahwu al-wadhih and istinbathiyah method is effective to improve students’ understanding in learning Arabic grammar in DarulHikmah and students’ responses in learning Arabic grammar using nahwu al-wadhih and istinbathiyah method in Darul Hikmah are enthusiastic and excited.

This study aimed to determine the ability and influence of student multiple representation module before and after using the module about solubility and solubility results in class XI IPA Adisucipto Sungai Raya High School. The research method used in this study was the Pre-experimental design method and the research design used was one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was the students of class XI IPA of Adisucipto Sungai Raya High School. Data collection techniques used in this research were measurement, observation and interview techniques. Meanwhile, data collection tools used multiple choice test questions, observation sheets and interview guidelines. Based on the results of data analysis, differences in the ability of student multiple representation were obtained the results of calculations with an average value of the representation aspect of macroscopic 75.00, microscopic 73.33, and symbolic 74.44. The effect of learning with multiple representation module was analyzed using the N-Gain formula. The results in the macroscopic aspect of 0.54, microscopic aspect of 0.68 and the symbolic aspect of 0.38 belong to the medium category.

Objective: Obsessive compulsive disorder is one of the most common disorders affectig the individuals’ performance. Promotion of self-efficacy is important in these patients. This study determined the impact of family-centered empowerment model on self-efficacy in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. Material and Methods: This was a quasi-experimental single group before-after intervention study, which conducted on 36 patients with Obsessive compulsive disorder. The samples were selected with purposive sampling method using inclusion criteria. The family-centered empowerment model was implemented in 5 sessions for 3 months focusing on four categories (perceived threat, self-efficacy, educational contribution, and assessment). The instrument used consisted of two parts including demographic information questionnaire and Self-efficacy Questionnaire which was completed before, immediately after, and 1.5 month after intervention by the study units. The data were analyzed with SPSS21 using descriptive Statistics, repeated measure ANOVA and paired t-test. Results: The mean selfefficacy scores were 47.78±8.71 and 51.44±10.83 before and after intervention, respectively (P=0.04). Also, a comparison of self-efficacy scores with t-test before and after intervention and follow-up indicated a significant correlation (P<0.05). Conclusion: Our findings showed the implementation of family-centered empowerment model could be recommended to increase the rate of self-efficacy in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder. Objective: The aim of this study is to test the effects of a customized intervention on distress among caregivers of persons with dementia (PWD) using a quasi-experimental design. Method: Fifty-one spouse caregivers in the experimental group and 51 in the control group participated in the study. The effects of the intervention were examined by comparing caregivers’ responses with questionnaires at pre-intervention baseline (T0) and immediately after intervention (T1). Differences were quantified using repeated-measures ANOVA. Results: The analyses indicated a stabilizing effect of the intervention on caregivers’ perceptions of PWD’s daily functioning, self-esteem related to caregiving, quality of family support, and feeling of distress. Linear increases were observed regarding sense of preparedness and impact on daily routine, while no differences (interaction and linear effects) were observed for degree of self-efficacy, depression, impact on finances, or self-rated health. Conclusion: These findings show a preliminary efficacy of the intervention proposed in this study to prevent the exacerbation of caregivers’ distress.

Objective: to evaluate the impact of the “Strengthening Self-Esteem” intervention proposed by the Nursing Interventions Classification, conducted through the use of Facebook, on the self-esteem and self-efficacy levels of nursing undergraduates. Method: quasi-experimental study carried out in two Higher Education Institutions. The sample consisted of 74 students. Two data collection tools were applied before and after the intervention: Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale and General and Perceived Self-Efficacy Scale. The students were submitted to the intervention for ten sessions. Posts were made in private profile created on Facebook and consisted of positive messages, reflective texts and pictures, all supported by the persuasive resources of Bandura’s theoretical framework. Results: of the 264 students who answered the pretest, 74 (28.03%) participated in the interventions and the post-test. Rosenberg self-esteem (p=0.026) and self-efficacy (p=0.001) scores after the intervention were significantly higher than those obtained before, confirming the effectiveness of the intervention. Conclusion: the “Strengthening Self-Esteem” intervention was effective for improving students’ self-esteem and self-efficacy levels. Such interventions help spread knowledge and build mentally healthier individuals.

This research is motivated by a factual basis about Improving Student Skills in Basketball Chest Pass Materials Through WA-G and Zoom Video. To find out whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through (WA-G), whether there is an increase in basketball chest pass skills through video zoom, and which is more effective between using (WA-G) and using video zoom to improve chest pass skills. basketball The researcher used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design method. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung with a total of 90 students. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique with 30 class VIII students at SMP Negeri 5 Tanjung. To find out whether the test results are valid or not, it must be done through Pre-test and Post-test tests and data analysis techniques in this study using normality, homogeneity, and hypothesis testing techniques. The results showed that there was an increase between before and after being given treatment through WA-G towards an increase in the level of basic chest pass technique skills of class VIII students of SMP N 5 Tanjung with a mean value or average pretest of 78.58 to posttest of 82.48 and a score of 82.48. sum or the number of pretest is 2436 to posttest is 2557, there is an increase between before and after being given treatment via zoom video to increase the level of basic chest pass technique skills of students of class VIII SMP N 5 Tanjung with a mean or average value, pretest of 78.23 to posttest of 81.35 and the sum value or the number of pretests of 2425 to posttest of 2522, and the increase in the WA-G group was greater than the video zoom group.

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the effect of the vocabulary trees technique on students' vocabulary achievement at SMAN 1 Wongeduku, SMAN 1 Wawotobi, and SMKN 1 Unaaha. This research is a qualitative research with a quasi-experimental design. Pre-test and post-test are used in order to determine the use of vocabulary trees in senior and vocational high school. The researcher found that the vocabulary trees technique improved students’ vocabulary achievement and made students active and creative in learning. It was proved when they were playing vocabulary trees most of them were active, thus because during playing vocabulary trees technique activities, they can know new vocabularies, and recognize most vocabularies correctly by using vocabulary trees technique in each school. It can be seen in real dates are; 1) , 2) , 3)  the students’ achievement that students who are treated by vocabulary trees improved.

This research can be concluded that animated film media influence to children speaking skill of group A TK Nurul Huda Demak Lesson Year 2016/2017. Suggestions that researchers should convey this research can be applied in schools as a proof of Hasil observasi di TK Nurul Huda Demak, banyak dijumpai pada anak usia 4-5 tahun menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berbicara anak masih kurang, terlihat dari cara anak dalam menyampaikan apa yang diinginkannya masih malu-malu, anak menjadi pasif, kurang keberanian anak dalam berbicara. Peneliti memilih film animasi Adit Sopo Jarwo sebagai media yang digunakan dalam penelitian karena film ini mengandung nilai edukatif yang tinggi, kesederhanaan perkampungan, gotong royong, kebersamaan dan kegiatan bermain keseharian anak-anak.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media film animasi terhadap keterampilan berbicara kelompok A TK Nurul Huda Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi experimental design. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan the non ekuivalen, pretest-posttes design. Dalam penelitian ini sebagai populasi adalah anak-siswi Kelompok A TK Nurul Huda Demak tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah anak-siswi kelompok A yaitu kelompok A 1 dan kelompok A 2 TK Nurul Huda Demak yang terdiri dari 15 anak Kelompok A 1 dan 15 anak Kelompok A 2. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi.Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan uji-t diperoleh sebesar 37,0667 sementara ttabel dengan db= n-1 = 15 – 1 =14 dengan taraf signifikan 5% sebesar 1,76. Karena thitung> ttabel yakni 37,0667 > 1,76 maka dapat disimpulkan adanya treatment terhadap keterampilan berbicara. Jadi hipotesis (Ha) yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh media film animasi terhadap keterampilan berbicara pada kelompok A TK Nurul Huda Demak diterima dengan taraf signifikan 5%.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa media film animasi berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan berbicara anak kelompok A TK Nurul Huda Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Saran yang peneliti sampaikan hendaknya penelitian ini dapat diterapkan di sekolah sebagai bukti inovasi guru professional. Observation in Nurul Huda Demak kindergarten, many found in children aged 4-5 years shows that children's speaking skills are still lacking, seen from the way the child in conveying what he wants is still shy, the child becomes passive, lack of courage in talking children. Researchers chose the animated film Adit Sopo Jarwo as a medium used in research because this film contains high educational value, the simplicity of the village, gotong royong, togetherness and daily play activities of children.The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of animation film usage on the speaking skills of group A TK Nurul Huda Demak Lesson Year 2016/2017.The method used in this research is quasi experimental design method. The design of this study used the non-equivalent, pretest-posttes design. In this study as a population is a student of Group A TK Nurul Huda Demak academic year 2016/2017. The samples in this study were A group A children and group A 2 TK Nurul Huda Demak consisting of 15 children of Group A 1 and 15 children of Group A 2. The data in this research was obtained through observation, interview, documentation.The result shows that t-test is obtained at 37,0667 while t table with db = n-1 = 15 - 1 = 14 with 5% significant level equal to 1,76. Because thitung> ttabel ie 37.0667> 1.76 then it can be concluded the existence of treatment of speech skills. So the hypothesis (Ha) which reads there is the influence of animated film media on the skills of speaking in group A TK Nurul Huda Demak accepted with a significant level of 5%.innovation of professional teachers

This study aimed at investigating the roles of debate technique with rebuttal type in a speaking class setting. It was motivated by the fact that EFL students tend to be passive in speaking activities in the classrooms. This present study applied quasi-experimental design by involving two groups of students: the experimental group and control group in which each group consisted of 35 students of a vocational high school in Malang, Indonesia.  The findings suggest that the use of debate technique with rebuttal type empowers the learning activities to be more effective and interesting. It provides the issues in the pubic area and increases the critical thinking of the students. The implications and suggestions were also discussed.
