This study aims to determine the role of school residents in the formation of the religious character of students in Al Husna Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of field research (field research). The research was conducted in two places, namely (1) Al Husna Rangkasbitung Islamic Elementary School and Al Qudwah Integrated Elementary School Kalanganyar. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are; (1) religious character is needed and must be possessed by students to face changing times and moral degradation. The formation of religious character can be assessed from the aspect of the spiritual attitude of students. (2) the role of school residents such as principals, teachers and parents is very important in shaping the character of students, educators as second parents in schools are the main motor in shaping the religious character of students. (3) the role of parents cannot be underestimated in an education, students who spend more time at home ideally parents should be able to synergize in the formation of the religious character of students when at home. (4) inhibiting factors for the formation of religious character in Islamic schools, one of which is educational policies that are not in line with the school program. (5) efforts are being made to optimize the formation of religious characters by providing education and training for teachers around character building, appreciation of students and parental liaison books.

Memorizing the Qur'an is not an easy job. Parents need to be involved in guiding and motivating children to memorize the Qur'an at home, so that children's memorization be increases and strong. Sometimes, parents do not guide children back at home, only leave it to the teacher at school. So that children are less enthusiastic in memorizing the Qur'an. Thus the target of memorization that has been set has not been achieved. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of parents in children's memorization Qur'an education, the motivation of parents to send their children to memorization Qur'an education, and how parents motivate their children to take part in memorization Qur'an education at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Cendekia Darussalam. This type of research is qualitative research using field research methods. The research data were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation analysis techniques, then the data were analyzed using descriptive methods. The results obtained indicate that in the process of memorization Qur'an education for children, parents can act as mentors, managers, motivators and facilitators for children. The motivation of parents to send their children to memorization Qur'an education is so that children become memorizers of the Qur'an, parents get a crown in the hereafter, children who memorize Qur'an can be intermediary for parents to get a crown in Heaven, and add religious knowledge for children and parents. The way parents motivate their children to take part in memorization Qur'an education at Integrated Islamic Elementary School Cendekia Darussalam is to give praise, give gifts, give punishments, and tell stories, and call on children to love Allah and the Prophet. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that if parents do their roles well, children will be encourage, move and direct to memorize the Qur'an, so that learning destination are achieved.

<p class="abstrak">Technology helps people. It makes it easier for them to find and use information. It also helps schools in educating children and this study focuses on the Anak Bangsa elementary school in Manado. Technology, and audio-visual media, help students learn, and it is the role of teachers to guide students in understanding technology and provide direction to them in using it well. It is also the role of parents to guide and direct their children in using technology and to help them avoid abusing technology. Addiction is one of the things that adversely affects the development of a child, therefore good cooperation between parents and teachers is needed to help develop children, both in school and at home, to be wise users of technology and audio-visual media. </p><p class="abstrak"><strong>ABSTRAK </strong>Teknologi membantu masyarakat sebagai kebutuhan kehidupan mereka, dimana kecanggihan teknologi memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk memperoleh informasi serta mengembangkan diri mereka, begitupun dalam pendidikan, dalam penelitian ini ialah sekolah dasar karya anak bangsa di Manado. Adapun audio-visual dalam dunia pendidikan untuk membantu para murid dalam pembelajaran, karena itu peran guru sangat diperlukan dalam membimbing para siswa untuk mengenal teknologi dengan baik, serta memberikan arahan kepada mereka untuk bisa memanfaatkan teknologi dengan baik, begitupun peran orang tua dalam perkembangan anak sangat diperlukan untuk memberikan mereka arahan serta perhatian yang baik, karena peran orang tua memberikan nilai yang baik untuk mengindari anak dengan penyalahgunaaan teknologi. Kecanduan ialah salah satu hal yang berdampak buruk untuk perkembangan seorang anak, oleh karena itu diperlukan kerja sama antara orang tua dan guru yang baik untuk mambantu perkembangan seorang anak baik dalam dunia pendidikannya, serta kesharian nya. Karena itu akan sangat mempengaruhi masa depan mereka.</p>

Abstract The Covid-19 pandemic requires children to study at home. All student learning activities are carried out at home with guidance from parents. So that the role of parents in educating children is in the first place. Parents are the main responsibility for the education of their children. The purpose of writing this article is to see how the efforts made by parents in accompanying their children during the pandemic. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The method is, the method used is based on data obtained from the research field. In this study, besides wanting to see the child's learning process, the role and parenting pattern or mentoring of parents to their children during online learning that you want to observe carefully. Parents can apply teaching methods that involve daily activities such as making food, cleaning the house, or other things that can be created with the material being studied by the child. From the results of research on the role of parents in accompanying children during online learning, they still find various obstacles ranging from a lack of understanding of the condition of each child.   Abstrak Adanya pandemi Covid-19 mengharuskan anak untuk belajar di rumah. Seluruh kegiatan belajar siswa dilaksanakan di rumah dengan bimbingan dari orang orang tua. Sehingga peranan orang tua dalam mendidik anak berada pada urutan pertama. Orang tua merupakan penanggung jawab utama dalam pendidikan anak-anaknya. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah melihat bagaimana upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam mendampingi anak selama pandemi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode tersebut merupakan, metode yang digunakan berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari lapangan penelitian. dalam penelitian ini selain ingin melihat proses pembelajaran anak peran dan pola asuh atau pendampingan orang tua kepada anak anaknya selama pembelajaran daring yang ingin diamati secara seksama. Orang tua bisa menerapkan metode pengajaran yang melibatkan kegiatan sehari-hari seperti membuat makanan, membersihkan rumah, atau lainnya yang bisa dikreasikan dengan materi yang sedang dipelajari oleh anak. Dari hasil penelitian peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak selama pembelajaran daring masih menemukan berbagai kendala mulai dari kurangnya pemahaman akan kondisi anak masing-masing.

ABSTRAKPada proses belajar di sekolah khususnya Sekolah Dasar (SD), guru mempunyai tugas yang berat karena di SD siswa mengalami banyak perkembangan selain perkembangan fisik. Oleh karena itu guru harus menjadi fasilitator yang baik bagi siswa dalam belajarnya. Banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan belajar di sekolah khususnya siswa jenjang SD. Tentunya peran orang tua sangat penting untuk membimbing dan mengajari anaknya dengan baik di rumah. Banyak kendala yang dihadapi oleh para orang tua dalam membimbing, mengarahkan terutama mengajari anaknya jika ada kesulitan dalam belajar di rumah. Banyak orang tua yang mengeluh karena belum optimal dalam membimbing dan mengarahkan apalagi mengajari anak-anaknya dalam belajar di rumah. Hal tersebut dikarenakan sebagian besar orang tuanya bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan mereka harus bekerja ke sawah. Meraka sadar bahwa kurang optimal mengajari anak-anaknya jika mengalami kesulitan dalam belajarnya di rumah. Apa daya mereka juga mengalami keterbatasan biaya untuk mengikutkan anaknya dalam lembaga bimbingan belajar di luar jam sekolah untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Hal tersebut akan mengakibatkan motivasi belajar anak menurun karena anak tidak bisa mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan dalam belajarnya. Anak-anak akan malas belajar, mereka menganggap pelajaran tersebut sulit dan tidak perlu dipelajari. Motivasi belajar anak dapat menurun karena kurang bimbingan dan arahan orang tua saat proses belajar di rumah. Perlu adanya bantuan pendampingan bimbingan belajar di rumah bagi anak-anak SD untuk menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Hal itu dilaksanakan sebagai upaya membantu orang tua dalam membimbing dan mengajar anaknya jika ada yang mengalami kesulitan belajar di rumah. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Dusun Buruan Tampaksiring. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan ini adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat dilihat dari antausias dan semangat siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan pendampingan bimbingan belajar. Selain itu siswa juga aktif menjawab soal –soal terkait materi yang diberikan serta mereka juga semangat belajar dan berdiskusi. Mereka tidak segan bertanya jika mereka kurang mengerti terkait materi pelajaran. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar tanpa hambatan yang cukup berarti. Kata kunci: pendampingan bimbingan belajar; motivasi belajar. ABSTRACTIn the process of learning in schools, especially elementary schools (SD), teachers have a difficult task because in elementary school students experience many developments besides physical development. Therefore the teacher must be a good facilitator for students in their learning. Many students have difficulty learning at school, especially elementary school students. Of course the role of parents is very important to guide and teach their children well at home. Many obstacles faced by parents in guiding, directing especially teaching their children if there are difficulties in learning at home. Many parents who complain because it is not optimal in guiding and directing especially teaching their children in learning at home. That is because most of his parents earn a living as farmers and they have to work in the fields. They realize that it is not optimal to teach their children if they have difficulty learning at home. What power do they also experience limited costs to include their children in tutoring institutions outside school hours to overcome learning difficulties. This will result in a child's learning motivation decreases because the child can not overcome the difficulties in learning. Children will be lazy to learn, they think the lesson is difficult and does not need to be learned. Children's learning motivation can decrease due to lack of guidance and direction from parents when learning at home. There needs to be assistance in assisting tutoring at home for elementary school children to foster student motivation. This was carried out as an effort to help parents in guiding and teaching their children if anyone had difficulty learning at home. This activity was carried out in Dusun Buruan Tampaksiring. The method used in this activity is the lecture and discussion method. The success of this activity can be seen from the enthusiasm and enthusiasm of students in participating in tutoring activities. In addition, students are also active in answering questions related to the material provided and they are also passionate about learning and discussing. They did not hesitate to ask if they did not understand the subject matter. The implementation of these community service activities went smoothly without significant obstacles. Keywords: tutoring assistance; motivation to learn.

The factors that cause the students have deviating behaviour in school. The research uses qualitative approach because it is in line with the statement of problem, the objective of study, and significances of the study. Therefore, the technique of data collection is based on interview, observation, and documentation. Finally, the research result in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 Batola says that any kinds of students’ deviating behavior illustrate the lowness of morality. It needs the serious attention from the stakeholder of school, parents, and society in order to form the personality in line with goals of national education. In a word, the research result ends that there have been students’ deviating behavior (1) because the role of parents are minus in guiding and controlling their children, (2) because the situation of home does not support the implimentation of education, (3) because the environment does not support the implimentation of education, (4) because of effect of media, such as TV, internet, and entertainment, and (5) because of no figure from the teachers. Because of such previous findings, it is important to make suggestions whether for the parents or the teachers. It means that program for making students get accustomed to the values of togetherness and nationalism in SDN Semangat Dalam 3 is very necessary. Abstract — The role of parents is very important in the education of their children, even though parents have entrusted their children to school. Parents also have responsibility for continuing children's learning at home. Parents of course need information about their child's learning at school, so that they guide learning at home in accordance with the lessons learned at school. In order for the information to be conveyed properly, SDN 04 Bengkalis uses a Buku Penghubung. Buku penghubung is used as a medium for communication between teachers and parents. However, the problem that arises from using it is the lack of interest of parents in using buku penghubung. Buku penghubung, also often left behind, easy to lose, and prone to damage because made of paper. This research aims to build an android-based buku penghubung application. The application features announcements, daily grades, list of lessons, and attendance. The method in this research is the prototyping. The result of this research is an android-based buku penghubung application that can be used by teachers and parents. This study aims to know in-depth the effectiveness of children's learning through the direct upbringing of parents in lieu of teachers in schools during the covid-19 pandemic era. Seeing the phenomenon that occurred when the covid-19 outbreak arrived in Indonesia where the pattern of people's lives has changed. It is characterized by the number of people who are lost to their jobs, shrinking the value of labor income, weakening the State economy, and face-to-face lessons that are matched by the pandemic so as to impose the active role of parents in lieu of teacher duties. This means that in addition to being a livelihood seeker for the sustainability of family life, a parent also acts as a teacher. This is the background of this research. This study took place in kelebuh village, Praya Tengah sub-district, Central Lombok regency. Next, this research type of field research (field research) with the method of analysis is inductive. While the approach used is an empirical approach based on the theory of effectiveness. The findings showed the success and effectiveness of parental function in the actualization of work from home. The success of the three parents in Kelebuh village gives an indication that efforts to maintain the existence of the family in the covid-19 period are realized and categorized as successful.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran apa saja yang orang tua berikan selama mendampingi anak dalam kegiatan belajar di rumah pada anak usia Sekolah Dasar di masa pandemi Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pegabdian kepada masyarakat ini melalui kegiatan yang dikemas secara workshop tentang peran orang tua di masa pandemic Covid-19 dalam pembelajaran daring bagi anak usia sekolah dasar, sedangakan yang menjadi khalayak sasarannya adalah para orang tua di Desa Cikalongsari Kecamatan Jatisari Kabupaten Karawang. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman bagi orang tua dalam membantu, membimbing anak belajar secara daring di rumah dan memahami bagaimana pentingnya pengawasan bagi anak dalam proses pendidikan, sekaligus dapat merasakan bagitu berat tugas seorang guru dalam mendidik anak di sekolah. Kata Kunci: peran orang tua, masa pandemi covid-19   This community service activity aims to find out what roles parents give while accompanying children in learning activities at home for elementary school aged children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in community service activities is through activities that are packaged in workshops on the role of parents during the Covid-19 pandemic in online learning for elementary school aged children, while the target audience is parents in Cikalongsari Village, Jatisari District, Karawang Regency. The results of this community service activity provide knowledge and understanding for parents in helping, guiding children to learn online at home and understanding how important supervision is for children in the educational process, as well as being able to feel how heavy a teacher's task is in educating children at school. The title mentioned above is discussed to overcome the difficulties of learning when facing Covid-19 for PAUD (Early Childhood Education Students) in Indonesia because they are the basic and the main level for success in Education. In fact, with the change from studying at school to learning at home, many parents face problems and difficulties, not just the teacher as a delivery of material to students and as teachers. The changes that occur are very sudden without proper preparation, because the arrival of the covid-19 pandemic is also very sudden. However, teachers and parents are required to be able to overcome the problem of learning and education for students as the successor to the nation in order to be able to successfully achieve future achievements for their future. The learning model is created immediately and by adjusting the situation, reality and situation. The model used is the Online and Environmental models. Over time learning in the face of a covid-19 pandemic, is faced with a focus that needs to be overcome and must be completed simultaneously. How learning can take place well, success according to objectives, and measuring learning success are also special things that need attention. How to measure the success of online learning at home is needed, because by measuring what has been done so far through direct teacher observation it is not possible to do, because students learn at home, so the role of parents is crucial. Therefore, in this paper, it is necessary to find out how to measure the success of PAUD students in their studies at home under the supervision of parents and deal directly with the main school with the teacher.

Dayah teachers are a major role in instilling the character values ​​of their students. The teacher is the main actor, so the attitudes and behavior of the teacher are very imprinted on the souls of the students. The character, speech and personality of the teacher become a reflection for the students. Teachers have a big responsibility in creating a generation of character and morals. However, there are still many students who have not been able to apply good character values ​​in dayah environment and outside the dayah. Therefore, the authors are interested in studying the role of the dayah teacher in instilling character values ​​for students, especially in class I Dayah Nurul Huda Paya Bakong. This study aims to determine the tips of dayah teachers in shaping the character of students starting from the methods and the supporting and inhibiting factors faced. The type of research is Field Research (field). Data collection methods are interviews (interviews), observations (observations) and documentation. The results showed that the dayah teachers in instilling character values was applied through group activities in the hope of applying discipline and responsibility characters. In addition, the application of 5s (smile, greeting, polite, patient and grateful). The solution offered to overcome obstacles in instilling character values ​​is the assignment and cooperation between teachers and parents of students.
