Traditional architecture is often a topic of discussion in the literature as well as in academic discussions and the architect's profession. However, sometimes we also encounter differences in understanding due to different points of view and the literature used. Therefore, this paper aims to re-find the definition of traditional architecture by comparing literature review. The research method used is qualitative descriptive analysis method with  comparative approach to journal literature reviews. There are 10 national journals and 9 international journals that passed through the selection process and become research samples. The results show that the majority of journals explain that traditional architecture is closely related to the culture of the people in a place that identical to the region or ethnicity. Residential houses as a form of architecture are one of the cultural products of hereditary heritage which are motivated by cultural aspects such as religion, customs, beliefs, philosophies, building process rules, and social aspects to show the social stratification of society through symbols and ornaments. Architectural physical aspects studied in traditional architecture include spatial patterns, structures, materials, main access, space boundaries (walls, roofs, floors), window door openings, orientation, and ornament symbols. In addition, there are also some differences in perception between the contents of the journal in several ways that can be discussed further.

This study aims to describe the local wisdom of “Poma Aaduhunu” that occurs in Soamaetek Village, Kao Barat District, North Halmahera Regency in terms of the cultural aspects of cooperation in the field of coconut farming, marriage culture, the culture of building a house or place of residence. This research was conducted from June to August 2019. Respondent was selected used purposive sampling method. This study used primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from interviews, based on a list of questions that had been provided in the form of a questionnaire, with 20 household heads (KK) as respondents, who came from community members in Soamaetek Village. Secondary data were obtained from the village office and the officesof agencies related to the research. Data analysis using descriptive analysis method, the data is presented in tabular form and described descriptively. The results showed that the local wisdom of “Poma Aaduhunu” in Soamaetek Village, Kao Barat District, North Halmahera Regency is cooperation or mutual assistance which is still very strong in practice, namely in the field of coconut farming in land preparation and harvesting; the culture of the marriage at the marriage proposal ceremony (“maso minta”), making the “sabua” at the venue, preparing consumption for the wedding ceremony; house construction on land preparation and house building process. The people of Soamaetek Village still adhere to this local wisdom because they consider the localwisdom culture of “Poma Aaduhunu” to be very helpful in their daily lives.” Poma Aaduhunu's” local wisdom has taken root and has become a culture inherent that has been passed down from generation to generation in the Soamaetek Village community.*eprm*

Introduction: Psychological aptitude for surgery includes all the non-technical abilities that are necessary for the surgeons. However, differently from the other careers, these skills are not considered in the selection process and their role is definitively underestimated in the field of surgery. We perform a literature review of non-technical skills for surgery to identify their role and to understand how to train and evaluate these abilities among the surgeons. Results: Different methods have been presented for the evaluation and training of non-technical skills for surgeons; based on the model of aviation and anesthesia a wide range of simulated scenarios have been proposed to practice these aptitudes and abilities. Different behavioral markers systems have been developed for correct identification and definition of these skills, these can be used in the real surgical room and even learned and trained in the simulated operating theatre. Conclusion: This article shows the importance of non-practical abilities in the surgical performance and in defining the aptitude for surgery. Learning these skills and introducing them in surgical education can be useful to improve the surgical performance.

The paper analyses the way in which evaluative language in used in two regional newspapers – a US and a Romanian one. It starts from two articles that cover a similar topic, namely the mining disasters that took place in the two areas, and studies the way in which the disaster and the people responsible for it are presented. The analytical framework for the analysis is based on Martin and White’s definition of appraisal in terms of attitude, engagement and graduation and the analysis focuses on the similarities and differences between the two articles in terms of evaluation and its linguistic realizations.

Historical Policy Review on disability is a comprehensive historical policy analysis of past, barriers, and developing trend and disability in Nepal. People with disability in Nepal seems to be suffering from different dimensions. The article is focused on history and policy led aspects in Nepal. Are the policies sufficient? This article seeks to objectively identify the policy gaps and historical development of institutional support for people with disability in Nepal. Methodologically, the article is a descriptive analysis of disability in Nepal. The article has adopted internet based library method to review the policy gaps and history of development trend of support for people with disability. In conclusion, it is obvious from the review of policies and international conventional commitments that Nepal has sufficient policies regarding the people with disability. The most serious issue is good governance of organizations. Lack of responsibility, accountability and transparency are still a problem though there are many policies emphasizing the solutions to these problems. This means the implementation aspects of disability are very disappointing. Historically, mythological, and cultural aspects of disability are not defined scientifically. Abstract A house is a building that has function to live in a certain period. The house has some spaces and rooms that accomodate all inhabitans’activities. In Javanese culture, philosophy of house is more than a place where all the people stay and live, communicate each other. The spaces and rooms of the house have specific meanings. Joglo is a name of Javanese traditional house partiularly in Central Java. As a traditional Javanese houses in the modern era, the existence of Joglo houses is interesting to be studied. The study is to identify the room arrangement and the change in function of spaces and rooms in Joglo house. It was conducted on one house in Keji Village, Muntilan District, Magelang Regency. The house is a residence of the former headman of Keji village. It has been choosen because it has Joglo tipical roof and its appeareance is still traditional house. This study uses a descriptive quality method which is by observing and defining the spaces and the rooms in the Joglo house along with their functions and activities inside. By studying this Joglo house, an overview and understanding of the changes in the spaces and room in the traditional architecture of Central Java in the present time will be obtained. Sehingga sebagai tempat tinggal rumah memiliki ruang-ruang untuk menampung aktivitas penghuninya. Dalam budaya Jawa, fisosofi tentang rumah merupakan tempat yang memiliki makna lebih dari sekedar tempat bernaung dan berkumpul keluarga. Joglo merupakan bentuk arsitektur dari rumah tinggal tradisional di Jawa khususnya Jawa Tengah. Sebagai rumah tradisional Jawa, keberadaan rumah Joglo yang masih ada di jaman sekarang ini, menjadi menarik untuk dipelajari tatanan ruang-ruangnya dan perubahan dari fungsi ruang-ruang tersebut. Untuk mempelajari dan memahami aristektur Joglo dan perubahan fungsi ruang yang ada di dalamnya, dilakukan penelitian terhadap salah satu rumah tinggal di Desa Keji, Kecamatan Muntilan, Kabupaten Magelang. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metoda deskriptif kualitati yaitu dengan mengamati dan mengidentifikasi ruang-ruang yang ada di rumah Joglo beserta fungsi dan aktivitasnya. Dengan meneliti rumah Joglo ini akan didapatkan gambaran dan pemahaman terhadap perubahan fungsi ruang-ruang yang ada dalam arsitektur tradisional khususnya Jawa Tengah. Actually, basic needs postulates securing of the elementary conditions of existence to every human being. Despite of the practical and theoretical importance of the subject the greatest irony is non- availability of any universal preliminary definition of the concept of basic needs. Moreover, this becomes the reason for unpredictability of various political programmes aiming at providing basic needs to the people. The shift is necessary for development of this or any other conception. No labour reforms could be made in history till labours were treated as objects. Its only after they were started being treating as subjects, labour unions were allowed to represent themselves in strategy formulations that labour reforms could become a reality. The present research paper highlights the basic needs of Human Rights in life.

The utilization of e-commerce media in the trading world brings impact to the international community in general and the people of Indonesia in particular. For Indonesian people, This is related to a very important legal problem. The importance of law in the field of e-commerce is mainly in protecting the parties who transact through the Internet. The purpose of this study is to know the legal review of the buying and selling agreements through electronic media as well as to know the legal protections for sellers and buyers if one of the parties commits a default. The research uses a normative juridical method of approach and the discussion is done in a descriptive analysis. The source and type of data used are primary data and secondary data. While the data collection techniques using literature studies, and the data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively. The agreement to buy and sell through electronic media is a new phenomenon that has been implemented in various countries and regulated in the Civil state nor law ITE. Legal protection for the parties in the sale and purchase agreements through electronic media is governed by the consumer protection ACT. Any breach must respond to any loss arising from his or her actions.

Abstract: The phenomenon of the people who forcibly took covid's corpse 19 from the hospital to be taken care of by Fardhu Kifayah by his family and the community, became a conclusion that there was community doubt about the management of Tajhiz Mayat conducted by the hospital. Coupled with the circulation of the video of the Ruku movement 'in the corpse prayer conducted by unscrupulous parties at the Hospital, became added doubts from the public against the hospital. To solve this problem, this research uses a Descriptive Analysis approach, namely by formulating a question, namely How to arrange Covid 19's body in Banda Aceh and this question will be answered with several theories and data sets from the field. So it was concluded in a conclusion that answered the formulation of the problems mentioned. Theoretically the spread of covid 19 is very fast, the size of the virus is only 0.1 micrometer and is in body fluids, especially nasopharyngeal fluid and oropharyngeal fluids of infected people, fluids in the body of covid 19 bodies can get out through every gap of the body such as mouth, nose, eye and rectum, because it requires special techniques in its management. Fardhu kifayah to covid 19 bodies should be carried out by trained Ustad and trained health workers, so that the spread stopped. The results of this study concluded that the management of the Moslem bodies died at Zainal Abidin Hospital in Banda Aceh was in accordance with the Fatwa of the Aceh Ulama Council (MPU) and the bodies were handled by trained Ustad and health workers.

Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, and Bunut Subdistrict, Pelalawan Regency. Petalangan tribe has various cultures in the traditions of life. A good introduction to cultural heritage by the next generation can strengthen the nation's tradition in responding to the increasingly severe challenges of the future in this era of globalization. Cultural heritage in the form of moral-spiritual inheritance, one of which is obtained and known through the tradition of belief in the traditional proverb that exists in the community. The traditional adage in the Petalangan community, among others, explains the perspective on community life. This study aims to describe the style of language in the customary proverb that is related to the perspective of life in society. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis method. The data source used was the book entitled Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. There are 16 traditional proverbs used as data in this study, which then obtained 3 language styles based on sentence structure and 2 language styles based on meaning. By knowing and learning the style of language in this traditional proverb, the philosophy of life and aesthetic tastes of the people of Riau can be understood. Petalangan merupakan salah satu puak asli di Provinsi Riau yang bermukim di Kecamatan Pengkalan Kuras, Langgam, Kuala Kampar, dan Bunut, Kabupaten Pelalawan. Suku Petalangan ini memiliki beraneka kebudayaan dalam kehidupan. Pengenalan yang baik terhadap warisan kebudayaan oleh generasi penerus dapat memperteguh tradisi bangsa dalam menjawab tantangan masa depan yang semakin berat dalam era globalisasi ini. Warisan kebudayaan yang berupa warisan moral-spiritual, satu di antaranya didapatkan dan diketahui keyakinan terhadap pepatah adat yang ada pada masyarakat. Pepatah adat dalam masyarakat Petalangan antara lain menjelaskan cara pandang mengenai hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan gaya bahasa di dalam pepatah adat yang berhubungan dengan cara pandang dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah buku Pepatah Adat, Istilah, dan Kosa kata Masyarakat Petalangan Kabupaten Pelalawan, Riau. Terdapat 16 pepatah adat yang dijadikan data dalam penelitian ini, yang kemudian diperoleh 3 gaya bahasa berdasarkan struktur kalimat dan 2 gaya bahasa berdasarkan makna. Dengan mengetahui dan mempelajari gaya bahasa dalam pepatah adat ini dapat dipahami filsafat hidup dan cita rasa estetika masyarakat Riau.
