Abstract In this paper, a discriminant analysis, as useful tool to predict potential demand in Serbian motels, is presented. Through the presented literature review, it was determined that there is not a large number of surveys dealing with the needs and demand of transit tourists. Despite that, transit tourism is one of the priority forms of tourism for the Republic of Serbia in accordance with the established Tourism Development Strategy for the Republic of Serbia for the current period. Questionnaire survey as the main method for data collection is used. According to the results, 14 dimensions of potential guests’ expectations are extracted. The results of discriminant function analysis (DFA) present the impact of potential motel guests’ expectations on the main reason for travelling, while the results of canonical varieties analysis (CVA) present the impact of potential motel guests’ expectations on preferred services in Serbian motels.

The unitary state of the republic of Indonesia often experiences conflicts in the name of religion and even takes the streets to voice what the state decides to carry out by its citizens. It is felt that what the state has decided deviates from religious regulations, so that religious groups have staged demonstrations to express the aspirations of these religious beliefs. The unitary state of the republic of Indonesia can be shaken when it finds such a case, even if we read in the Middle East countries where wars can occur. If this cannot be strengthened, then Indonesia is also a country with great potential in this direction. The author wants to strengthen the position of the unitary republic of Indonesia with state facilities in the form of a container that has a very important role, namely the forum for inter-religious harmony. The interfaith community harmony forum must be at the forefront in maintaining the potential for conflicts that threaten the solidity of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia, not a vessel that is just a formality. This journal uses a qualitative method by using literature review from books and journals, of course, contains proven research results that show that the forum for religious harmony takes part in building regional development participation to strengthen the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. The results show that 4 research evidence has shown that community harmony forums have an important role in building regional participation, namely by solving problems faced by the community from various kinds of problems which are then discussed in the religious context. AbstractObjectives: A patient's suicide is arguably the event of most concern to consultant psychiatrists. Given the rise in the rate of suicide in the Republic of Ireland, the impact it has should not be underestimated. The aims of the study were: to assess the effect a patient's suicide has on a consultant's personal and professional life; to identify what factors modulated or exacerbated their response to the suicide; and to highlight what was shown to be beneficial in coping with the aftermath. Methods: Following a literature review, a questionnaire from a previous study was chosen. This was sent to 74 consultants working in the Munster province. It asked consultants to recall their ‘most distressing’ suicide and their response to it. The results were analysed using quantitative methodology. A further literature review was conducted on the issues raised. Results: The questionnaire response rate was 67.5%. A total of 80% of consultants had a patient commit suicide under their care. In the case of 27.5%, consultants said that their personal lives had been affected by the suicide and 32.5% said that their professional lives had been affected. The majority of those affected were recently appointed consultants. Consultants' peers and team were significant sources of support, as were team meetings. A total of 57.5% of consultants said that their management of future suicidal patients had changed following the suicide. Conclusions: A proportion of consultants experience negative effects in their lives as a consequence of patient suicide. However the support of consultant peers, the team and team meetings may help in the aftermath.

Section 164(3) of the Tax Administration Act 28 of 2011 (hereafter TAA) provides a senior South African Revenue Service official (hereafter, respectively, SARS and senior SARS official) with discretionary powers to suspend the payment of disputed tax or a portion thereof, having regard to relevant factors, if the taxpayer intends to dispute the liability to pay such tax. Exercising a discretion in terms of section 164(3) of the TAA constitutes administrative action. Section 33(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996 (hereafter Constitution) grants everyone the right to just administrative action that is lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair and the Promotion of Administrative Action Act 3 of 2000 (hereafter PAJA) was promulgated to give effect to this right. The objective of this article is to apply the right to just administrative action to the manner in which the discretion in terms of section 164(3) of the TAA is exercised. This is achieved by adopting an explanatory research approach and performing a literature review of the discretion process in terms of section 164(3) of the TAA and the constitutional obligations in terms of section 33 of the Constitution as given effect to in PAJA. As the discretion exercised by the senior SARS official is influenced directly by the right to just administrative action, it should be exercised in a lawful, reasonable and procedurally fair manner to ensure compliance with the Constitution and the PAJA. For the discretion to be exercised in a lawful manner, the senior SARS official must at least be authorised to exercise the discretion in terms of the TAA and comply with the procedures and conditions stated in section 164(3) of the TAA. For the decision to be considered reasonable, the decision must be, at the minimum, rational and proportional, and to ensure that the discretion is exercised in a procedurally fair manner, SARS should comply with at least the relevant compulsory elements in terms of section 3(2)(b) of PAJA. A decision in terms of section 164(3) of the TAA which fails to meet the requirements of lawfulness, reasonableness and/or procedural fairness will be subject to review on several grounds listed in section 6(2) of PAJA.
