Since citrus farming in Lebong Regency, Bengkulu Province, has begun to expand, this study is necessary to determine how the marketing channels and factors that affect the marketing margins of Gerga oranges in Rimbo Pengadang District, Lebong Regency. The marketing channel descriptive analysis was used as the analytical tool, and it describes the overall data collected. Multiple linear regression analysis with the formula Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + b3x3 + e is used to assess the variables that influence marketing margins. The marketing channel for gerga oranges in Rimbo Pengadang Village has 3 channel patterns, namely: farmers → retailers at village level → consumers, farmers → urban-level retailers → consumers, farmers → retailers at city level → consumers. It is well recognized that the three variables of sales volume, selling price, and marketing costs all influence marketing margins at the same time, resulting in a coefficient of multiple linear determinatio.

Abstract This research aims to determine the pattern of marketing channels and marketing margin of climbing perch produced by the biofloc system cultivation in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan. The sample of the producers was determined using the census method, while the sample of middlemen was determined using the snowball sampling method. The analysis used are (a) analysis of marketing channel patterns and (b) analysis of marketing margins, the data used consists of primary data and secondary data. The results of the analysis show (a) the marketing of climbing perch from the cultivation of the biofloc system consists of two channels and (b) the total amount of marketing margin is 11.300 IDR with details (a) the marketing cost incurred by the middlemen is 2.500 IDR and by the retailers is 2.456 IDR; (b) the profit received by the middlemen is 2.800 IDR and the retailers 3.544 IDR. The profit distribution is bigger than the distribution of the marketing costs, as a result, the profits received by the seller (i.e. middlemen, retailers) are higher than the amount of marketing costs incurred. These conclude that marketing from the side of seller (i.e. middlemen, retailers) is efficient. Keywords: Climbing perch, middlemen, retailers, marketing channels and marketing margins.

This study aims to determine the pattern of oil palm marketing channels, the number of costs and marketing margins obtained by each marketing agency, as well as the efficiency of oil palm marketing channels. The respondents were 34 information, consisting of 30 oil palm farmers and traders collecting oil palm FFB in Tommo District. Marketing of oil palm FFB is carried out using the snowball sampling method. The results of this study indicate that there are three marketing channels formed. Namely: Marketing channel I, namely Farmers sell directly to palm oil mills, Marketing channel II, namely sales through farmer groups then sold to palm oil mills, Marketing Channel III, namely Farmers selling to collector traders then sold to palm oil mills, highest marketing costs is in the channel I. The costs incurred in this marketing channel are transportation costs of Rp. 11.36/Kg of FFB, labor costs of Rp. 21.88/Kg of FFB, retribution costs of Rp. 7.71/Kg of FFB. Marketing Channel shows that marketing channel I is an efficient channel. With a margin value of 4.07 percent and a farmer's share of 95.92 percent, the production volume is 32.78 tons or 24.45 percent. Farmer share for the selling price of FFB is the highest farmer share because farmers directly sell their harvest to the factory.

E-Commerce has a very high growth rate which the needs of quickly and precisely are the main target in the e-commerce business. This study aims to determine how consumers respond to the implementation of e-service quality website, e-promotion website which leads into consumer purchasing decisions at Traveloka using a descriptive quantitative design with data collection techniques through a questionnaire. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the effect of website e-service quality and website e-promotion on service purchasing decisions at Traveloka is positive and significant. The influence of e-service quality website and e-promotion website on purchasing decisions at Traveloka is 23%. While the rest is influenced by variables not included in this study.

Farmers' behavior indicates someone already knows good knowledge, attitude and skills in rice farming activities. the purpose of this study is the influence of socio-economic factors on the behavior of farmers in rice farming. This research was conducted on 21 September - 10 November 2019 in Sumber Kulon Village, Jatitujuh District, Majalengka Regency, West Java. The method used in this study is a survey with 240 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews, while data analysis techniques using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Patani activities in rice farming are started from land preparation, selection of rice seeds, rice seedbed, planting, maintenance, food and post-harvest. The results showed that the influence of socio-economic factors on farmer's behavior in the level of siginification was 0.05 with 0.006, Educational variable was 0.094, experience variable was 0.552, motivation variable was 0.034, acceptance variable was 0.096, media information variable was 0,000 and agricultural extension variables were of 0.010. This can be seen from the contribution of farmers in social factors by 27% of the behavior of farmers because farmers only depend on rice farming activities. The reasons for choosing to keep doing this activity are, among other things, a family business.

This study aims to look at the existence of soybean farmers and markets in Solok Regency. This study was conducted in Solok Regency to 200 households. This study was analyzed using descriptive analysis that aims to see the level of consumer preferences to processed soy products in Solok Regency. Furthermore, inductive analysis was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with OLS method that aims to look at the determinants of the demand for processed soy products in Solok Regency. The study shows that (1) the processed soy products most in demand by the society in Solok Regency are tofu and tempeh. (2) The number of household members, education of wife and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tempeh in Solok Regency. (3). The number of household members and job sector of husband affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency, while income, marital status, education of husband, education of wife and job sector of wife do not affect significantly on the demand for tofu in Solok Regency.

This research is a case study of retail companies, namely PT. Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk / Alfamidi related ordinances in order to meet the four right purchase is the right price, time, quantity and quality and how to get the optimum model of purchasing goods. The research method in the form of descriptive analysis through questionnaire surveys and interviews with employees of the company that as many as 153 employees with a sample of 111 respondents. Data processed by Multiple Linear Regression Analysis which are of significant value is the standard total purchase the total purchase 0.061 and 0.000, and results of SWOT states need to do a strategy that focuses on process improvement purchases. The results that the process of re-engineering process involves the purchase of goods with the GA department to better ensure the availability of goods to be ordered, so the purchase is really controlled.

This research was conducted to determine the price and product quality towards consumer loyalty in the city of Bandung. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze how the price and quality of products provided by Xiaomi to its consumers, as well as the magnitude of the effect of product quality and price simultaneously and partially on consumer loyalty in Bandung. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. Sampling was done by using non-probability sampling method, purposive sampling type, with the number of respondents as many as 100 people. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis with SmartPLS software, it was found that the price and product quality factors together had a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty in Bandung..

This study aims to determine the level of career adaptability and work engagement and the effect of career adaptability on work engagement in millennial generation employees at a startup company. This type of research is ex post facto with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 34 employees who work at the startup company. This research is a population study; therefore, it uses the entire population of employees. The instrument uses a psychological scale of career adaptability and works engagement. The validity of the research scale uses content validity by expert judgment. The reliability of the research scale was estimated using Cronbach Alpha and composite reliability. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of career adaptability and work engagement of millennial generation employees at A startup company is relatively high. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that: (1) career adaptability affects work engagement, (2) career adaptability concerns and curiosity dimensions affect work engagement, (3) career adaptability dimensions control and confidence have no effect on work engagement.

Abstract Every consumer would expect rice at an affordable price with a very good quality. This study aims to determine the quality of rice and estimate the hedonic price model of rice in the traditional market of Tarakan City. This research was conducted at the traditional market in Tarakan City, North Kalimantan. Analysis of the data was is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the quality of rice found in the traditional market in Tarakan City was medium grain. The characteristics of rice that affected rice prices were chalk grains, head grains and yellow grains. While foreign objects, small grains, red grains and broken grains had no effect on the price of rice.

Forest Management in Java is carried out by Perum Perhutani, which has implemented a Community-Based Forest Management (PHBM) system. Pringapus Kecanatan has a State Forest which is quite extensive, however, most of the population around the forest is still in poor condition. The condition of the community around the forest in Pringapus District is illustrated by the people who do not have independence, do not have access to use the forest, the level of education and skills are still low. In an effort to overcome all this, Perum Perhutani is empowering the community in Pringapus District through the Community Forest Management System. This system is considered quite strategic because it is very accommodating to the interests of various parties including the community as the agents of development. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Collaborative Forest Management System (PHBM) from the Institutional aspect, the Empowerment aspect, the Agribusiness aspect and the LMDH Role aspect and formulating a community empowerment strategy through the PHBM. Analysis of the data used to answer the objectives is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and SWOT analysis. The results of PHBM research in Pringapus sub-district indicate that the institution is being illustrated by the lack of realization of work programs as well as sub-optimal level of LMDH participation
