The article analyzes the essence and types of innovative technologies of personnel management in agricultural enterprises, substantiates the importance of personnel technologies to increase efficiency and increase the competitiveness of enterprises. The detailed characteristic of modern methods of development of the personnel of the enterprise is carried out, features of application of such technologies of management of the personnel, as screening, recruiting, headhunting are described. Personnel-technology is a mechanism of interaction of managers of different levels of management with personnel for effective use of existing economic resources, first of all labor potential of all categories of workers. Personnel management technology is the science and art of people management, the mechanism of relationship between the subject and the object of personnel management, the system of interaction between manager and employee, decision development strategy and tactics for their implementation in the field of effective employment in human resource management. Technologies are largely focused on managing people's behavior in the course of work and are based on the use of methods of work motivation, social psychology, methods of regulating interpersonal relationships. In personnel management it is necessary to know what goals can be achieved by means of these or those means of action, as well as by means of which this action is carried out. Modern innovative technologies of production organization, optimal systems and procedures play a very important role, but the realization of all the opportunities inherent in new management methods depends on specific employees and their knowledge, competence, qualifications, discipline, motivation, ability to solve problems and perceive learning. With the further development of the personnel management system there will be a further development of innovative personnel technologies. It is established that the introduction of modern technologies of personnel management in agricultural enterprises aims to reveal the hidden knowledge of employees, expand the boundaries of this knowledge, change relationships in the team and thus increase human capital, which today is the most valuable resource of any business entity.

Purpose. The aim of the article is conduction of a retrospective analysis of the experience results of introducing innovative, energy-saving technologies in agriculture of Ukrainian enterprises. Choosing of inhibitory factors of innovative development and providing recommendations for further introduction of innovations to increase economic efficiency and competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in different regions of our country. Methodology of research. The following research methods were used to achieve this goal: monographic – for a detailed study of phenomena, processes and best practices of enterprises; abstract and logical - to outline the main factors influencing the accelerated use of energy-saving, innovative technologies in agriculture of Ukrainian enterprises; for the description of analytical tables, formation of conclusions and offers; comparative analysis - to compare the effectiveness of the different variants of technologies used for growing crops in crop rotations. Findings. Energy-saving, innovative technologies in agriculture by crop rotations in the regions of Ukraine are generalized and systematized. It is recommended for the Left-Coast Forest-Steppe and Steppe to use a differentiated system of tillage in crop rotations, which reduces about 120-150 UAH / ha of direct costs compared to traditional plowing. Originality. The substantiation of introduction of energy saving technologies in agriculture on crop rotations and their effective influence on development of the enterprises economy in separate regions of Ukraine has received further development. Practical value. Substantiated results of the study can be used by agricultural enterprises, which will increase the economic efficiency of both the crop sector and promote the development of the agricultural economy in the regions of Ukraine. Topicality. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that the specifics of the restaurant business involves not only implementation of innovative management technologies, but also updating the current enterprises business models formats, and elaborating the new ones in the restaurant business sphere. The aim of this research is to analyse the existent situation of innovative updating the nowadays enterprises business models formats, and elaborating the neoteric ones in the restaurant business sphere abroad, and in Ukraine as well. Research methods combine the information systematisation in the innovative updating processes of the restaurant business sphere enterprises. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study are theoretical elaborations and scientific conceptions of blighty and foreign scientists in the field of enterprises activity and marketing researches, and laws of Ukraine. Results. The scientific novelty of the article is in the defining the necessity in innovative renewal of the current enterprises business models formats, and elaboration of the new ones, functioning in the restaurant business sphere, in the use of innovative technologies for improving their work efficiency, in identifying the principles of modern technologies implementation, depending on the type of institution and the kind of innovation. Conclusions and discussion. In this article, it is emphasized that nowadays the sphere of restaurant business is in the process of its formation due to the problems of the current political and economic state of the country. It is noted that in order to stimulate entrepreneurial activity in the restaurant business sphere, the further implementation of innovative management technologies is one of the most powerful competitiveness tool. The efficiency of innovative measures implementation at the mentioned above enterprises is analysed. It was found out that this industry is underdeveloped, which indicates the presence of significant untapped potential for further development, and opportunities for reclaiming new market segments. For effective implementation of innovations, it is necessary to update the existing, and develop some new business models formats of enterprises in the restaurant business. The stages of updating the current and developing the new formats of enterprises business models in the restaurant business, by applying the innovative development strategy, are offered.

Kebab Turki Baba Rafi franchise is one of the pioneers of kebab food in Indonesia, one of the worldwide local franchisees, and a work motivation that aspires to be the largest franchise in the world. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi has made a major contribution to the economy in Indonesia, by implementing a precise development strategy. Work motivation plays an important role in developing business in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi. This motivation is what makes the success of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi to successfully penetrate the international market. This study aims to reveal and analyze: (1) what work motivation is applied in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi (2) contributions made, and (3) its development strategy, the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with survey research methods . Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman which is done in three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The checking of the validity of the data is done by: (1) checking the methodology used, (2) correcting the results of the research report, (3) triangulating sources and methods. The results of the study found several factors of work motivation that were applied including: (1) achievement, namely giving a bonus if it exceeded the sales target, (2) responsibility, namely decisive in enforcing regulations and punishing those who made mistakes, (3) development, namely providing guidance in every religion once a month. (4) administrative policy, namely providing direction using good and polite speech, (5) interpersonal relationships that are mutually supportive, (6) working conditions namely providing comfort and complete work facilities. His contribution provides extensive employment, creating professional expertise. Abstract. The purpose of the study is to analyze and evaluate creative innovative technologies for personnel management of agricultural enterprises in the context of macroeconomic instability and uncertainty. The object of the study. The development of innovative technologies is an important condition for the formation of creative management of the personnel of enterprises. In the context of the transition to a new technological structure and the modern scientific and industrial revolution, fundamentally new technologies for human resource management arise and develop. Modern society is a society of a new type, a “risk society” (W. Beck). Therefore, creative management includes not only innovative approaches to solving the problems of personnel policy, but also new technologies for working with risks. In the context of growing macroeconomic instability and uncertainty, creative personnel management is a risk-oriented practice of recruiting, placing and organizing the work of specialists, developing their professional qualities. Methods. The study used the methods of structural-functional, program-target and comparative analysis. The subject of the research is new technologies of risk-oriented creative personnel management of agricultural enterprises. The object of the research is the personnel management system as an integral element of the system of social and labor relations. Results. The main factors of macroeconomic instability and uncertainty are identified. A detailed classification of existing personnel risks is given. The features are revealed and the practice of new technologies of personnel management is analyzed (blockchain, crowdstaffing, crowdfunding, crowdsourcing, etc.). The difficulties of adapting creative technologies of personnel management to modern conditions are shown. The thesis about the expediency of developing the practice of labor self-government at modern enterprises is argued. Scientific novelty. The author's interpretation of the essence of creative personnel management is formulated and reasoned, and its difference from innovative management is revealed. Shown is the most important manifestation of the creativity of personnel management associated with the management of personnel risks in the context of macroeconomic instability.

Статья посвящена проблеме внедрения в практику управления персоналом уголовно-исполнительной системы современных технологий командообразования. Рассматривая технологию командообразования в качестве одного из средств повышения эффективности работы с кадрами уголовно-исполнительной системы, авторы раскрывают содержание и значение технологии командообразования в деятельности организации, характеризуют современные способы формирования команды. Акцентируется внимание на проблемных аспектах, связанных с использованием современных технологий командообразования в работе с кадрами уголовно-исполнительной системы (ограниченные объемы финансирования, отсутствие навыков использования нестандартных инструментов воздействия на персонал и внутренней готовности к их применению). На основе анализа современного состояния работы с кадрами уголовно-исполнительной системы и положений концепции формирования команд сформулированы предложения по использованию технологии командообразования в учреждениях и органах ФСИН России: 1) кадровая политика учреждений и органов ФСИН России должна строиться на принципах командного менеджмента, что позволит согласовать взаимные интересы работников и уголовно-исполнительной системы, укрепить организационную культуру структурных подразделений; 2) мероприятия по формированию команды должны стать неотъемлемой составляющей деятельности системы управления персоналом учреждений и органов ФСИН России, касаться всех работников и носить регулярный характер; 3) характер и содержание мероприятий по командообразованию должны развиваться, видоизменяться и усложняться по мере сплочения команды; 4) на начальном этапе внедрения технологий командообразования наиболее приемлемой представляется такая форма, как организация профессиональных праздников и проведение специальных мероприятий-событий с элементами тимбилдинга. The article is devoted to the problem of introduction into the practice of personnel management of the penal system of modern command formation technologies. Considering the technology of teambuilding as one of the means of increasing the efficiency of work with the personnel of the penal system, the author reveals the content and importance of teambuilding technology in the activities of the organization, characterizes the modern ways of forming a team. Attention is focused on the problematic aspects associated with the use of modern teambuilding technologies in working with the personnel of the penal system (limited amounts of funding, lack of skills to use non-standard instruments of impact on personnel and internal readiness for their application). Based on the analysis of the current state of work with the cadres of the criminal executive system and the concept of the formation of teams, proposals are formulated on the use of teambuilding technology in the institutions and bodies of the FPS of Russia: 1) the personnel policy of the institutions and bodies of the FPS of Russia should be based on the principles of command management, which will allow to coordinate the mutual interests of employees and the penal system, to strengthen the organizational culture of structural divisions; 2) the activities to form a team should become an integral part of the personnel management system of the institutions and bodies of the FPS of Russia, concern all employees and be of a regular nature; 3) the nature and content of team building activities should develop, change and become more complex as the team rallies; 4) at the initial stage of introduction of teambuilding technologies, the most acceptable form is the organization of professional holidays and the holding of special event-events with elements of team building.

Annotation. Introduction. The market economy obtains the features of information economy or knowledge economy, due to the global spread of information, telecommunications systems and technologies, the needs of society that graw in various information services. Thereafter, it highlights the problem of studying the information communications impact on all areas of economic activity. Labor potential is not an exception, the formation and effective use of which in new conditions is the key to ensure the competitiveness of the enterprise. Purpose. The purpose of the article is to study the theoretical foundations and develop practical recommendations for the formation of personnel management strategy, taking into account the requirements of the information economy to the competencies changes. In order to reach this goal the following tasks have been solved: firstly, it has been studied the main features and tasks of the information economy; secondly, the influence of society informatization on the competence of labor personnel has been determined; thirdly, developed proposals for the personnel management strategy formation and enterprise staff according to the needs of the information economy. Results. It is determined the influence of information economy on the labor personnel of the enterprise. Based on the analysis of existing approaches to the information economy, its characteristics are established. The tasks of information economy which require changes in the competencies and skills of labor personnel are considered. It has been developed the algorithm of a sole approach to the management and development of labor personnel, staffing and development of the enterprise in the information economy. It is offered the strategy of personnel development in information economy which includes the purpose, sequence of development, tools of development of workers and methods of their training. Defining the goals of staff development in the information economy has become the basis for highlighting the skills of staff, which allow them to become qualified professionals and achieve career growth. The tendencies of personnel management in the conditions of knowledge economy are established. Conclusions. The use of the proposed personnel development strategy will ensure the formation and implementation of the competencies of workers which are necessary to ensure sustainable competitive advantages of the enterprise in achieving strategic goals. Further research should be aimed at determining the means of staff development to master new competencies, detailing the tools of employee development.

The article analyzes the current state of production activities of the agricultural sector of Cherkasy region economy, its organizational and legal structures and identifies strategic directions for its development. It is proved that the priority solution of urgent problems, such as: redistribution of land and property; restructuring of enterprises and forms of management; development of cooperation; introduction of market management methods - management and marketing; state regulation of the agricultural economy, financial, credit and tax systems; development of markets for agricultural products, material and technical resources and services; intensification and diversification of foreign economic activity will contribute to the development of the agro-industrial sphere of Cherkasy region. It is determined that the years 2021-2027 should be considered the strategic period, during which the provision of the country's population with food at the level of scientifically sound standards, growth of export potential and reduction of imports should be achieved. The necessity of introduction of innovative activity and process of innovations introduction in the production activity of the agricultural enterprises which are a basis of economic growth is proved. Obstacles to the innovative development of the regional agricultural sector are analyzed. The priority directions of innovative development of agro-industrial enterprises are indicated. The need to develop an innovative policy of agricultural enterprises in order to increase the efficiency of their operation is determined. It is noted that the priority of the agro-industrial sector development of Cherkasy region and its leading industries will provide the population with food products, industry with raw materials, and foreign trade with the export goods. It is established that innovative activity in agricultural enterprises is a decisive factor in the effective development and increase of agricultural production, significant changes in its structure, reassessment of the motivation system that meet the current principles of the Cherkasy Region Development Strategy for 2021-2027, which determines key vectors of the region in the long-term.

Purpose. The aim of the article is substantiation of theoretical and methodological principles and development of practical recommendations for the formation and implementation of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. Methodology of research. General-scientific and special research methods are used in the process of research, in particular methods: dialectics and scientific abstraction – in determining the essence of the innovative model of development of the agricultural sector of the economy; economic and statistical – when analysing the current state of implementation of innovative technologies in the agricultural sector of Ukraine; monographic – used in presenting the results of the study. Findings. Theoretical bases of formation of innovative mechanisms and their introduction in agrarian sector are covered. Theoretical and methodological approaches to the management of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises have been formed. Organizational and economic measures for the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises are substantiated. Originality. The mechanism of introduction of innovative technologies in agricultural production in the conditions of unfavourable investment environment in Ukraine is improved, which in contrast to the existing mechanisms provides integration of state instruments of support and regulation of the industry and implementation of state and regional programs at the expense of state and local budgets. In the paper it is offered to allocate production-technological, organizational-administrative, selection genetic, economic and social-ecological mechanisms of integration of innovation in various subsystems of agricultural sector. The production and technological mechanism is a priority in providing state support for the development of animal husbandry and processing of agricultural products. Practical value. Scientific developments will allow to form in Ukraine an effectively functioning agro-industrial complex with optimal financing based on the introduction of innovative technologies in the production of agricultural enterprises. Given the high degree of openness of the Azerbaijani economy and the sensitivity of national banks to global challenges, the Strategic Road Map on the development of financial services was developed and introduced in 2016 in the Republic. The project was created taking into account the principles of modern technologies: financial inclusion; digital information support; protection of the rights of consumers of banking services; etc. The project implementation led to the modernization of the financial and credit sector of the Republic of Azerbaijan, to the introduction of modern operating systems in various segments of financial institutions.
