            The study was conducted in SMP Negeri 11 Malang. This study aims to determine the effect of variable compensation of financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable work motivation, work motivation variable to variable performance of teachers, and the effect of variable compensation financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable performance of teachers through work motivation. This type of research used in this research is causal research design and methods of research used is quantitative.          The population in this research were 43 teachers of SMPN 11 Malang. The total sample of 43 teachers using sampling techniques saturated. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis were used to determine the elements - elements of financial compensation variable, non-financial variable, the variable of work motivation and teacher performance.          The results of this study indicate that the variable compensation of financial and compensation nonfinancial a significant influence on work motivation and performance of teachers, both directly and indirectly.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation, knowledge management and organizational support on employee performance at Hotel Chanti Semarang. This research uses quantitative descriptive which describes factual conditions with data collected from questionnaires based on direct observation of objects and interviews. Population and sample in this study were 64 employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. Descriptive analysis through frequency and percentage, as well as statistical analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The findings of this study, namely Work Motivation, Knowledge Management, and Organizational Support have been applied by employees and have had a positive and significant influence both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of Hotel Chanti Semarang. The results of the analysis show that all observed variables in the form of Work Motivation, Knowledge Management and Organizational Support are significant based on the acquisition of tcount > ttable, and it is found that the dominant influence of Organizational Support (X3) affects the Employee Performance of Chanti Hotel Semarang

This study aims to reveal (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance (2) the effect of work commitment on teacher performance. This research was conducted at public elementary schools in the city of Banda Aceh. The study population was all public elementary school teachers in the city of Banda Aceh totaling 481 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula, with a total sample of 218 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by respondents from the teacher. The research analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Path analysis. The results showed that: (1) Pedagogical Competence had a significant and significant influence on Teacher Performance, it was shown that ρ51 = 0.252 (2) Work Commitment had a significant influence on Teacher Performance, it was indicated that ρ52 = 0.566 6) The teacher performance model the findings of this study explained that the increase teacher performance can be done through pedagogic competence, work commitment, which will directly lead to better teacher performance.

This research aims to describe the influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Air Sugihan. The method used is a quantitative research method with a population as well as a sample of 33 people. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and observations. The data analysis used descriptive analysis, simple regression, and multiple regression with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25,0 Program. The results showed that; (1) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture on teacher performance, (2) there is a positive and significant influence between principal leadership on teacher performance, (3) there is an influence which is positive and significant between teacher work motivation on teacher performance, and (4) there is a positive and significant influence between organizational culture, principal leadership, and teacher work motivation on teacher performance.

This article aims to determine the effect of supervision of Head master toward teacher performance, determine the influence of teacher work motivation toward teacher performance, and determine the influence of Head master supervision and teacher’s work motivation classically toward teacher performance. The method used is descriptive analysis method. It will hopefully be able to understand the problem based on the phenomenon at the time of the study. The subjects of this study were 120 State Teachers in Cimerak Subdistrict, Pangandaran Regency, with a total sample of 75 teachers. While the object of this study is the supervision of the principal, work motivation of teachers, and teacher performance. The data collected in this study were captured through a questionnaire in the form of scales in the range of scores from 1 to 5. The result of research is : 1) the effect of school principal supervision (X1) on Teacher Performance (Y) of 0.091; 2) the effect of teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) of 0.139; and 3) the influence of school principal supervision (X1) and teacher work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y) together by 0.165, meaning 0.835 is the influence of factors other than those examined.

Abstract  This study aims were to describe the employees motivation and describe the employees performance in this company and also to analyzing the relationship between work motivation and employee performance  in wood processing  of plywood at PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari in Sakean Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.Data was analized by descriptive (qualitative-quantitative) and inferency analysis. To describe the work motivation and performance of employees was knowed by descriptive analysis, furthermore  to analysis  relations between analysis and   performance of employees using the non-parametric statistical analysis called Chi Square Test.The results of this study showed that 1). The employees work motivation  was  high. 2). Employee performance in PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari had a positively categorized and 3). There was strong level of relationship between work motivation and employee performance  in PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari in Sakean Village, Kumpeh Ulu District, Muaro Jambi Regency.Keywords: Motivation, Performance, PT. Kumpeh Karya Lestari AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan : 1).Mendeskripsikan motivasi kerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari Di Desa Sakean Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. 2).Mendeskripsikan kinerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis. 3).Menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan kinerja karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu menjadi kayu lapis. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode survey. Data bersumber dari data primer dan data sekunder. Jenis data cros section dengan skala pengukuran data nominal. Dalam menganalisis data penelitian digunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif-kuantitatif dan interperensi. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi kerja dan kinerja  karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu lapis di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari. Selanjutnya analisis kuatitatif yaitu untuk melihat hubungan motivasi kerja dan kinerja  karyawan dalam pengolahan kayu lapis dengan menggunakan analisis statistik non parametrik Uji Chi Square dengan tabel kontingensi 2 x 2. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Motivasi kerja karyawan di PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari adalah berkatergori tinggi dalam hal mempeloreh kompensasi, mendapatkan pujian, kesempatan promosi jabatan, tetap bekerja di perusahaan, tanggung jawab sebagai karyawan, pengalaman di perusahaan, SOP, melebihi target perusahaan, bekerja bukan karna di suruh atasan. 2). Kinerja karyawan pada PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari berkategori positif dalam hal kinerja melebihi target perusahaan, datang tepat waktu, melakukan perintah, bersemangat melakukan pekerjaan, tidak menunda pekerjan, SOP, melakukan pekerjaan dengan baik, menerima resiko baik buruknya hasil pekerjaan, teliti melakukan pekerjaan. 3). Terdapat hubungan antara motivasi kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT Kumpeh Karya Lestari Di Desa Sakean Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, dengan tingkat keeratan hubungan kuat.Kata kunci : Motivasi, Kinerja, PT. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultan influence of pedagogical competence, professional, and work motivation on teacher performance.Survey method using correlational quantitative approach is employed with a sample of 68 teachers, which constitutes the population.The data is analysed using descriptive analysis, and regression analysis to test R Square and hypothesis test of partial and simultaneous.From the analysis result and test, it can be concluded that there are positive and significant influence of pedagogic, professionalcompetence, work motivation on teacher performance partial and simultaneously represented by the regression equation Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3.This proves that the higher pedagogic competence, professional competence, and work motivation will impact ona higher teacher's performancein achieving educational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial dan simultan. Menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 orang guru, diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif regresi linier untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Dari hasil analisis dan pengujian  diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru  secara parsial dan simultan, dengan  persamaan regresi Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3. Ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja, maka kinerja guru juga tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

The standard of graduation competence or student outcome is a qualification of graduate ability in which attitudes, knowledge and skills include competence for all subjects and all components of thesubject. This research uses quantitative methods, with analysis used descriptive and verifiative analysis, models used simple linear regression, research objectives to find out existing phenomena or problems about work motivation and the performance of pusdikif educators and Pusdik Arhanud. Data collection through the dissemination of questionnaires to 32 educators. As for the factor that has not been opimalnya tendic performance is caused by the motivation of educators have not been optimal. Work motivation is shaped by three dimensions:the need for achievement, the need for power  and the need for affiliation and performance as a facilitator, as a communicator, as an innovator, as an evaluator, as a coach and  and as a mentor and caregiver.  . The results showed that work motivation had a positive and partially significant influence on the performance of educators.  The results of descriptive analysis show that the motivation of work on the criteria is quite good very well, and the performance of educators on the criteria is quite good to very good. Verifiative analysis results showed that work motivation had a positive and partially significant influence on the performance of educators with a regression co-effective value of 0.704. Work motivation has a positive and significant influence simultaneously on the performance of educators with a valueof R2 Koefesien Determination) of 0.495 or 49.5% with a value outside the model (errovar) of 0.522 or 50.2.%.

This study aims to determine the effect of principal leadership and work motivation on teacher work discipline. As for the formulation of the problem: (1) is there an influence between the principal's leadership on teacher work discipline?, (2) is there an influence between work motivation on teacher work discipline?, (3) is there a significant influence between principal leadership and work motivation jointly on teacher work discipline?. This research uses descriptive analysis method. The method used by researchers to get a view of the principal's leadership, work motivation and teacher work discipline. The sample in this study amounted to 108 teachers. From the results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the principal's leadership, the very good data category was chosen by 8 out of 108 (9.6%) respondents. While the good category was chosen by 21 respondents (25.3%). The sufficient category was chosen by 30 respondents (36.1%). 19 (23.0%) respondents chose the less category. For the very less category chosen by 5 (6.0%) respondents. If it is related to the mean value on the discipline questionnaire, which is 74.4819, then the average respondent chooses the sufficient category.

The purpose of this study are: 1. To explain the presence or absence of influence of leadership style, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City. 2. Measuring the magnitude of the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees of Public Works and Spatial Planning Padang City. This research was conducted in August 2017 at Public Works Department and Spatial Planning of Padang City The samples used in this study were 83 respondents. The independent variable in this research is Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3). The dependent variable is Employee Performance (Y) Data collection techniques are questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using Descriptive Analysis and Inferential Analysis. To know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable partially, used t test. While to know the influence of independent variable to dependent variable simultaneously, used F test. The assumption used in validity test is if R-count> R-table item declared valid. The R-arithmetic shown in the table above, from each item indicates that R-arithmetic> R-table so the item is declared valid. Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2), Work Discipline (X3) and Performance (Y) Valid. All of the research variables had Cronbach's alpha values above 0.70 and thus expressed reliably or reliably. The value of Cronbach's alpha variable Leadership Style (X1) is 0.857, Job Motivation (X2) is 0.813, Job Discipline (X3) is 0.736, and the performance variable (Y) is 0.844. In the hypothesis testing of the study found the result that the significance value of leadership style variable (X1) is with the value (sign β = 0,049, p <0,05), Work Motivation variable (X2) with value (sign β = 0.001 p <0.05) , and Work Discipline variable (Y) with value (sign β = 0,041 p <0,05). With the finding of sign β above mentioned, it is stated that Leadership Style (X1), Work Motivation (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) have a significant effect on performance (Y) of Public Works and Spatial Planning Official of Padang City. The magnitude of the influence of the three variables on the performance of employees of Public Works Department and Spatial Planning Padang City is 27.8% (R2 = 0.278).

Kualitas pelayanan adalah totalitas fitur dan karakteristik produk atau jasa yang tergantung pada kemampuannya untuk memuaskan kebutuhan yang dinyatakan atau tersirat. Kepuasan pelanggan adalah tingkat perasaan seseorang setelah membandingkan kinerja (atau hasil) yang ia persepsikan dibandingkan dengan harapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB cabang Subang. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 3.841, dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Sedangkan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh kualitas pelayanan customer service terhadap kepuasan nasabah pada Bank BJB cabang Subang menunjukkan tingkat hubungan yang tinggi dengan kontribusi pengaruh yaitu sebesar 64,4% dan sisanya sebesar 35,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.Service quality is the totality of features and characteristics of a product or service that depends on its ability to satisfy stated or implied needs. Customer satisfaction is the level of one's feelings after comparing the performance (or results) he perceives compared to his expectations. This study aims to analyze the quality of customer service service to customer satisfaction and examine the influence of customer service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank of the Subang branch BJB. The author uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysis and statistical analysis methods. The population in this study was 5,240, with a total sample of 100 people. While the data collection tools used were questionnaires. The results of the research analysis showed the influence of customer service quality on customer satisfaction at the Bank of the Subang branch BJB showed a high level of relationship with the contribution of influence that is equal to 64.4% and the remaining 35.4% is influenced by other factors not examined.
