This study aims to reveal (1) the effect of pedagogic competence on teacher performance (2) the effect of work commitment on teacher performance. This research was conducted at public elementary schools in the city of Banda Aceh. The study population was all public elementary school teachers in the city of Banda Aceh totaling 481 people. Determination of the sample using the Slovin formula, with a total sample of 218 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by respondents from the teacher. The research analysis used descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Path analysis. The results showed that: (1) Pedagogical Competence had a significant and significant influence on Teacher Performance, it was shown that ρ51 = 0.252 (2) Work Commitment had a significant influence on Teacher Performance, it was indicated that ρ52 = 0.566 6) The teacher performance model the findings of this study explained that the increase teacher performance can be done through pedagogic competence, work commitment, which will directly lead to better teacher performance.

            The study was conducted in SMP Negeri 11 Malang. This study aims to determine the effect of variable compensation of financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable work motivation, work motivation variable to variable performance of teachers, and the effect of variable compensation financial and compensation nonfinancial variable to variable performance of teachers through work motivation. This type of research used in this research is causal research design and methods of research used is quantitative.          The population in this research were 43 teachers of SMPN 11 Malang. The total sample of 43 teachers using sampling techniques saturated. This research uses descriptive analysis and statistical analysis were used to determine the elements - elements of financial compensation variable, non-financial variable, the variable of work motivation and teacher performance.          The results of this study indicate that the variable compensation of financial and compensation nonfinancial a significant influence on work motivation and performance of teachers, both directly and indirectly.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultan influence of pedagogical competence, professional, and work motivation on teacher performance.Survey method using correlational quantitative approach is employed with a sample of 68 teachers, which constitutes the population.The data is analysed using descriptive analysis, and regression analysis to test R Square and hypothesis test of partial and simultaneous.From the analysis result and test, it can be concluded that there are positive and significant influence of pedagogic, professionalcompetence, work motivation on teacher performance partial and simultaneously represented by the regression equation Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3.This proves that the higher pedagogic competence, professional competence, and work motivation will impact ona higher teacher's performancein achieving educational goals. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisispengaruh kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru secara parsial dan simultan. Menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 68 orang guru, diambil dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif regresi linier untuk menguji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan. Dari hasil analisis dan pengujian  diperoleh kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru  secara parsial dan simultan, dengan  persamaan regresi Ŷ= 14,554 + 0,661 X1 + 0,477 X2 + 0,581 X3. Ini membuktikan bahwa semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik, profesional, dan motivasi kerja, maka kinerja guru juga tinggi dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan.

Abstract : This research  aims to analyze (1) Effect of product brands on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) Effect of product quality on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (3) Effect of product packaging on consumer perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. This type of research is descriptive associative. The sampling technique is convenience sampling with a total sample of 100 people in the city of Padang who use Herbal HNI-HPAI toothpaste in the city of Padang. Data analysis techniques used descriptive analysis and multiple regression analysis using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program. The results showed that (1) the product brand had a positive and significant effect on consumers 'perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City, (2) product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in the City Padang, (3) product packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumers' perceptions of HNI-HPAI herbal toothpaste products in Padang City. Keywords: consumer perception, product attributes, brand, quality, packaging

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis dan menguji hipotesis tentang pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, dan budaya sekolah, terhadap kinerja guru. Hipotesis penelitian diuji meliputi: Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, terdapat pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Dan dilakukan analisis dengan analisis regresi berganda. terdapat kesimpulan dari hasil pengujian hipotesis, sebagai berikut. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t0 = 9,606. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan budaya sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. Dibuktikan dengan nilai Sig. = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t0 = 4,391 Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan budaya sekolah secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SMK rumpun pariwisata di Kota Tangerang. AbstractThe study aims to analyze and test the truth of the hypothesis of the influence of the style of school leadership and school culture, the performance of teachers. The research hypotheses were tested include influences of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance, there is the influence of school culture on teacher performance, and there are a style influence school leadership and school culture on teacher performance. The study was conducted with descriptive qualitative method. Were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The hypothesis testing results obtained the following conclusions. There is a significant effect of the leadership style of principals on teacher performance SMK clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang. Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and t0 = 9.606. There is a significant effect on the performance of the school culture vocational teachers clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang. Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and t0 = 4.391 There is a significant influence style of school leadership and school culture together on teacher performance SMK clump of tourism in the city of Tangerang that Evidenced by the Sig. = 0.000 <0.05 and Fo = 3471.597.

The housing complex in Banda Aceh City has been built up and spread to the suburbs. The condition of one housing with another housing is different. Each consumer has its own consideration in determining the housing location, type of house built, facilities provided, and the price and manner of ownership of the house. This study aims to identify consumer decision factors in choosing housing locations, and identify dominant consumer decision factors in choosing housing locations in Banda Aceh City. Respondents in this study were residents entering the city of Banda Aceh. The number of samples in this study was set at 150 people. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling, which is the determination of samples in proportionally non-homogeneous and stratified populations. The factors evaluated are accessibility factors, completeness of infrastructure and facilities, facilities, environmental conditions, prices and services, and buildings. Data processing used validity test, and reliability test, while data analysis used descriptive analysis and factor analysis of Principle Component Analysis (PCA). The results showed that factors that became consumer decisions in choosing housing locations were accessibility and service factors, infrastructure and facilities, facilities and home ownership, environmental conditions, price and design, road conditions, and price conformity factors. The dominant consumer decision factor in choosing housing locations is accessibility and service factors with a variance of 24.798%. Indicators of accessibility and service factors are proximity to the workplace, proximity to the main road, proximity to the city center, proximity to trade facilities, proximity to educational facilities, proximity to banking service facilities, proximity to government offices, proximity to recreational/entertainment places, proximity to sports venues, proximity to terminals, ease of reaching locations without significant obstacles, prices according to facilities and infrastructure offered, speed of developers receiving complaints, DP fees and ease of DP payments, discounts, and gift bonuses.

The purpose of this study was to determine the factors of consumer satisfaction and how much influence on brand loyalty in K-link health food products in the city of Banda Aceh. The object of research is about the satisfaction and loyalty of consumer brands in K-Link health food products in Banda Aceh City with a total sample of 250 respondents. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant correlation (correlation coefficient) between the variables of customer satisfaction factors that include product attributes, service attributes and purchase attributes to brand loyalty that is equal to 0.649 or 64.9%. The results also showed that the three variables of consumer satisfaction had a strong influence on brand loyalty of K-link health food products that was 0.422 or 42.2%. The product attribute variable has a dominant influence on influencing consumer brand loyalty on K-Link health food products because this variable has a higher regression coefficient than the other two independent variables. Keywords: Consumer Satisfaction, Loyalty, Brand, K-Link Health Products.

This study aims to analyze the performance of the internal management control to the system accounting information on a government-owned bank in the city of Banda Aceh. The study was conducted in three state-owned commercial banks in the city of Banda Aceh, namely Rakyat Indonesia’s Bank, Negara Indonesia’s Bank and Tabungan Negara’s Bank. Data was collected by means of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. After testing the quality of the data and then the data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis of statistical data. The survey results revealed internal management control in state-owned commercial bank in the city of Banda Aceh was good enough, thereby increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the acquisition of information. Accounting information system performance is affected by the internal management controls were nice, user involvement in system development, education and training on accounting information systems and also the presence of prominent representatives are actively involved in the information system.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of online learning and teacher performance on learning outcomes of Islamic education Class VIII at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang. This research uses quantitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. The independent variables in this study are the effectiveness of online learning and teacher performance. In contrast, the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of class VIII students at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang. The population in this study were all students of class VIII State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang, totalling 160 students. In contrast, the sample in this study amounted to 32 students who were collected using a stratified random sampling method. Data collection techniques in this study used the methods of observation, questionnaires, and documentation. At the same time, the data analysis techniques in this study used the validity test, reliability test, normality test, and partial t-test. Based on the theoretical discussion and analysis of the research data, the following conclusions were drawn: 1) The implementation of online learning in class VIII State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang was quite effective with a score of 48.6% of the total sample in learning Islamic education; 2) The performance of Islamic education teachers for class VIII at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah 4 Karawang obtained sufficient criteria with a value of 51.4% of the total sample, in online learning the teacher's performance was less than optimal with the results of data calculations showing that the value of Sig = 0.0005 < 0.025 or ttable = 2.00 < tcount = 3.367.

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, dan Kompetensi Sosial Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMK Kristen Kawagkoan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru SMK Kristen Kawagkoan yang berjumlah 130 guru. Sample dalam penelitian ini dipilih berdasarkan Rumus Slovin yang mengambil responden sebanyak 130 Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menyebar kuesioner berskala likert 5-4-3-2-1. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor Sig. 0.00<0.05, Kompetensi Sosial Guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap Kinerja Guru dengan skor Sig. 0.03<0.05, serta Gaya Kepemimpinan Kristiani Kepala Sekolah, Kualitas Kerohanian Guru, Kompetensi Sosial Guru secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh juga terhadap kinerja guru dengan skor F-hitung> F-tabel (65.81>2.47). This study analyzes the contribution of the principal's organizational development to teacher performance. It uses a descriptive correlational method, with a total sample of 86 teachers. The study used organizational development and teacher performance questionnaires for data collection. The analysis of data were based on partial correlation and multiple linear regression techniques. According to the results, organizational development has a significant influence on teacher performance.
