The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression equations show the following regression equation: Y = 5.622 + 0.488 (X1) + 0.329 (X2). Data collection techniques are based on the source, including primary data through observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires, and include documentation. Secondary data, among others, by searching for literature in the form of previous research journals, and textbooks that are related to the variables to be studied. The data analysis technique used the validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption test. As for the data analysis technique method using Multiple Linear Regression, Correlation Analysis, Analysis of Determination (R2), hypothesis testing using the F test, T test and variable test which have the most influence. The results showed that the Training (X1) and Development (X2) variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the Employee Performance (Y) of the Production Department of PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara.“The results of multiple linear regression tests simultaneously found that the Training and Development variables had a significant effect on the Employee Performance of the Production Department“at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak”Kutai Kartanegara.”The results of”the multiple linear regression test partially found that training and development had a significant influence on the performance of the production department“employees at PT. Kaltim Diamond Coal Site Loa Gagak Kutai Kartanegara”. The results of the most influential variable test, it is known that the training variable is the variable that has the most dominant influence on the Employee Performance of the Production Department at PT. The approach of this study is descriptive quantitative. The sample in this study used all populations as a sample consisting of 73 employees. The technique of collecting data used a questionnaire with a Likert scale that contains of questions related to work discipline, compensation and employee performance. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression which was processed using the SPSS program to measure the effect of work dicipline and compensation on employee’s performance. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially, there was a significant effect of work discipline on employee performance and there was also significant effect of compensation on employee performance at Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. While the results of simultaneous hypothesis testing proved that work discipline and compensation give significant effect for employee performance. It can be seen that coefficient dtermination value (R Square) was 0.676. Thus, it  can be interpreted that work dicipline and compensation can effect on employee’s performance 67.6% while the remaining 32.4% was effected by other variables outside of this study.

This study aims to analyze the influence of work motivation on employee performance PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Research variables include: employee performance variable (Y) as the dependent variable and the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3) as independent variables. This study used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study involves the employees of PT. Anindya International Partners in Yogyakarta. Samples are selected using the method of saturated samples, based on the population that has been described above, then the sample was selected in this study are 62 employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and literature study.Based on test results from t-test (linear regression test) partially on the need for achievement variable (X1) of 3.610> t-table = 2.000 and therefore contributes to employee performance variable (Y). In the variable need for power (X2) for 4.489 <t-table = 2.000, which means no effect on employee performance (Y). In the variable need for affiliation (X3) 1.961> t-table = 2.000 means no effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test (simultaneous test) to prove that the variable need for achievement (X1), the variable need for power (X2), the variable need for affiliation (X3), significantly affect employee performance (Y) equal to 39.137%.

The research was conducted on PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan with a population of as many as 40 people with using total sampling. Data collection techniques used were through questionnaires (questionnaire) that is by distributing questionnaires to a sample (respondents) and collect them again. The data analysis technique used is the Multiple Linear Regression. Before the data were regressed in the first test of association between the independent variable data to test for normality, multicollinearity, and heterocedasticity. To determine the contribution of factor incentives and discipline to employee performance used formula coefficient of determination (R2). The result showed obtained that by the regression equation Y = 6,505 + 0,532 X1 + 0,247 X2+ e. And showed that  simultaneous incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan, where the value of F count = 15,215 > F table = 3,24 with level of significant (α) 0,000 < 0,05. Coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) of 0,451 means that the influence of incentives and discipline on employee performance at PT. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) Pijer Podi Kekelenegen Kantor Cabang Medan 45,1% and the remining 54,9% is influenced by other variables outside of research.
